The food was just okay—nothing special. The flavors didn’t come together as I expected, and some dishes missed the mark. The rice was too thick, and the crawfish etouffee was overly rouxy. On the bright side, the catfish and BBQ shrimp were good, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was an average experience, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

Found this place on a whim just driving around looking for something to eat. It was one of those “nothing looks good” days but I’m so glad I walked in. Josh helped me and his customer service was top notch, he explained how to order and what my options were. Everything looked delicious and fresh. I went with a blackened catfish bowl and I have to say the red beans are some of the best I’ve had. As soon as I got to the car I had to taste it and I ate almost half before I left 😂The portion is huge too for the price. I’ll definitely be back!

This was me and my family first experience after hearing of Jamburritos on the local news station. This is local to our community and BLACK OWNED. The owner welcomed us, explained the process of order which we order two bowls. The portion size, customer service and atmosphere was all 10 stars. It will be a staple for our outer dining experience.

Tried out the burrito with Creole Chicken, Brown Rice, Cajun Sour Cream, and Lettuce. THE BEST BURRITO I have had in at least a DECADE! So freaking good. The owner Michael is in there working hands-on and is a good man. I hope the community puts as much love into his restaurant as he does into his food. He's got my money without a doubt.

Much smaller than expected when I arrived but the food made up for the size of the place! The people or workers/server was awesome as well! If you are looking for a place that has Louisiana seasoned food you have to try them out! The fish is incredible and the barbecued shrimp is also extremely good! Trust me it is good especially if you like your food with a kick cause there is certainly a spicy bite to all dishes but it is really good I found myself going for bite after bite! Great food and really good experience!

Definitely a Cajun version of Chipotle. The employees were very nice and happily explained the process for first time visitors and gave wonderful recommendations. Our food was very flavorful. I got the crawfish etoufee bowl, brown rice, corn, black beans, cabbage, cheese, and the Cajun sour cream. Definitely give them a try! You won’t be disappointed. Not pictured, but my husband got the agreeing chicken bowl and he LOVED IT.

First time here and Josh was my sever excellent customer service and he helped me with my order since I didn’t know what I was doing 🙂portion size I top tier, y’all need some kool aide with this meal but he did say it’s in the works as well as desserts. I didn’t even add all other stuff cause my bowl was good as is😀

I just happened to find this stop while exploring Pearland during my break time. The service was A+. I was made to feel welcomed and appreciated. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo with cabbage and corn. It was so delicious. The only thing missing from this restaurant is seating. But the overall experi nice was so nice. Also it's family owned!

Yelp
Nothing bad to say about Jamburritos or the visit I had at all. I don't think Cajun cuisine chipotle style is for me. What I ordered: Bowl White rice Chicken Alfredo and Crawfish Etoufee On the side I added- tartar sauce, lettuce, and collard greens. The concept is for all of the toppings to be added to the main dish. Yeah I wasn't too sure about that. Overall each item was good in its own but mixing them together like a chipotle style bowl I don't think I was ready for.

Yelp
I am so happy I got to try Jamburritos. Though they were skimpy with the portion amount, I am throughly impressed with the taste of it. I love anything that has a kick to it. And this did not disappoint. I got the chicken Alfredo bowl. Next time I will get the burrito. The service was great. I told them it was my first time coming and asked what he would recommend and he assisted me with it what' should go in the bowl and what he recommends being put to the side. It's a cute, small place, where, you can't eat inside, but that's okay. This is the kind of food you take home and eat with your fave book or tv show. Try it. You won't be sorry.

Yelp
Service amazing! Small take out spot in a great location/ shopping center in Pearland. I was really excited about getting a bowl, and so were other people inside and coming in. It was a nice little crowd! But I was so sadly let down once we made it home with our order. I order a cajun chicken and bbq shrimp bowl with fried cabbage, roasted corn and the Cajun sauce on the side. Needless to say the sauce is just ranch with Cajun seasoning; I can do without it! Everything is literally covered in this "Cajun" seasoning; overly and it's too much. Idk if it's seafood boil or what it is exactly but it was a hard no for me. Even my mother who's from Louisiana couldn't put her hand on the flavor that was a miss. It's overwhelming the taste of the actual meats and veggies. I only ate 1/4 of it and threw it away. Then I went to Dona Letis for to go heading back to ATX! Lol

Yelp
This place has been on the pearland list because I was intrigued by their concept of a soulfood bowl. When we pulled up there was plenty parking but we were surprised by the no seating in the resturant. They are in a prime shopping area where people want to shop then sit and eat. The customer service was good. The explained the bowl options. I chose the crawfish etouffe option. It was okay. It was peppery but lacked some regular seasoning. The cabbage was good. Didn't care for the greens. I think I just expected more

Yelp
First time here, the server was good and explained how it works and suggested items. The selections were appealing. I chose the burrito and my sister got a bowl, we shared a bowl of the gumbo. The concept was good but the food was underwhelming to say the least.

Yelp
Server was very helpful and food was good. Takeout only, is a drawback for me. Unique food options

Yelp
I came during the soft opening. I think it's a cool concept, a bit pricey but a decent amount of food. Employees were friendly and answered all my questions.

Yelp
I got the chicken burrito with all the fixings. The variety of toppings are all amazing.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Customer service was also pleasant. It took me 2 days to finish the blackened catfish burrito. Was even better the next day. It was a little pricey for the portions on the etoufee bowl though. But overall it was good.

Yelp
Went today and ordered the barbecue shrimp bowl. Shrimp was way too seasoned. I couldn't finish eating it. Please hold back on the seasoning. My son had the blackened catfish bowl and said it was good.

Yelp
This place is next door to Italiano's in Pearland on Broadway. The food is so good. I plan on trying everything on the menu. The service was great. They explained everything you could do or try. Nice! The ambiance is not there because it's a take out or catering business. You will enjoy the food from this restaurant.
