Where to Drink Astral Margs in Denver | Eater

"This upscale Asian-fusion steakhouse in Denver Tech Center also has locations in Aspen and Las Vegas. It’s the place for power lunches and date nights alike. The flashy interior matches the mood of the restaurant, with huge white spiral-shaped fabric chandeliers, striped upholstery seats, deep leather and velvet booths, and moody neon lighting. Serving extravagantly prepared Asian-American dishes like miso sea bass, sushi rolls, wasabi lamb chops, and lo mein noodles, diners love to celebrate occasions big and small at JING. You can find Astral on the cocktail menu in the Cheeky Devil made with Campari, honey, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Zesty and refreshing, it’s served in a rocks glass with a twist." - Rebecca Treon

Jing plans to open this summer Downtown Summerlin - Eater Vegas

"An Asian-fusion restaurant from Colorado is currently hiring and still hoping for a summer debut despite Initially hoping for a May arrival at Downtown Summerlin. Operator Charlie Huang’s Jing will replace the former 8,024-square-foot Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse space, sitting next door to Shake Shack on Oval Park Drive. An early estimated construction budget of $2.4 million was attached to the makeover, set to include an outdoor patio. A hit in Aspen and the Denver suburb of Greenwood Village, the Las Vegas expansion will become the company flagship and seeks to capitalize on its self-described position as “the go to restaurant for celebrities, athletes, and the who’s who of Colorado for two decades.” The restaurant plans to serve lunch, dinner, and a Sunday brunch in a fine dining setting and offer a “social lounge” atmosphere in the evening. Future menu items already promised include king crab tempura, fried rice with duck or lobster, crispy honey chicken, Mongolian steak, hamachi, and yellowtail jalapeño yuzu." - Bradley Martin

Absolutely phenomenal experience, from the food to the service! We decided to go with a few of Tye's recommendations, in which we are so glad we did. From crispy tofu, honey whipped feta and the sliders for apps to sharing a pad Thai, peppercorn tenderloin, and sesame chicken - I don't think I could fault a single dish. I can say I didn't expect such fair portions, so we left stuffed yet with many boxes to enjoy later. A note from Missa, whom is an avid lover of sesame chicken: "best sesame chicken I've ever had" For me, the star would be the peppercorn tenderloin, though some close seconds. Thank you to the staff, we will certainly be back and huge credit to Tye for really knowing his stuff while being so personable yet professional. We will be sure to ask for your section if possible, thank you!

Had a post-marriage dinner here with a group of friends and we loved it. Pricey of course but worth the food & impeccable service. All staff were delightful. Foods delectable.

First time here, the atmosphere was good, nice decor, reminds me of a club setting but this was way better. The food was very good, we were a party of 8 so we opted to get lots of smaller dishes to share. The sea bass was awesome, the salt and pepper ribs were excellent. Awesome sake selection. Overall a great experience for me. If you go…take both wallets, but it’s worth it.

This was my first time there and it was for a friends birthday dinner and it was amazing. The staff the moment we entered were all friendly and helpful. We were sat right away even though out full party was not there. Other staff came by regularly to make sure we were good in drinks and food. If we asked a waitress or waiter that was not ours they were not bothered by this and were very polite and respectful with their help. The food was delicious. I had the California rolls for an appetizer and the Hawaiian chicken for dinner. I would highly recommend this place for date night or girls night out. 🥂🍾

This is one of the BEST restaurants...the staff are efficient and friendly starting from the hostess to the bussers. Love everything we had to eat. The whipped feta app was the most amazing thing I've had in awhile. We got seasonal drinks and main entrees that did not disappoint. Thanks for making our Anniversary special!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Work Dinner Experience at JING Denver We had a work dinner at JING Denver with a group of four, and everything from start to finish was exceptional. We ordered a wide variety of dishes to share, and every single item was cooked to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality and consistency across such a diverse menu really stood out. The service was top-notch. The wait staff was not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely welcoming. They worked seamlessly as a team—helping guests even if it wasn’t their assigned table—and made us feel taken care of throughout the evening. They even offered to take a group photo for us on the way out, which was a thoughtful touch. The ambiance was exactly what we were hoping for: upscale but very comfortable, with warm lighting and a relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend JING Denver to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Google
I've been here a few times and everything I order is always good! Sometimes, the service is a little slow but the food makes up for it lol. Can be a little pricey but they do offer a good happy hour. The Kobe bao buns are my absolute favorite! I also enjoy the shrimp lo mein and spicy tuna roll.

Yelp
I'm surprised I've never reviewed this place since it's definitely a go to for work lunches and personal outings alike! Love their ambiance and the decor. It's upscale and visually memorable. Their service is great and attentive. My faves: - LOVE their happy hour! Their edamame, their Korean fried cauliflower and the crispy spicy tuna are my favorites but you really can't go wrong. - their miso cod is to DIE for. One of the best fish dishes I've ever had! - tried their Mongolian beef lunch entree (add a medley of veggies to get some more greens) and their Thai basil shrimp - both were delicious. The shrimp was my fave. I want to try their Kung pao chicken next time. Love their miso soup that comes with the lunch. - their truffled tuna is a beautiful hamachi like dish that is delicious (truffle forward) - their bento boxes are good and a nice deal if you're hungry. - my favorite thing on their menu is the Kobe beef hot rock. It's pricey but just amazing (and a fun experience too)! If you're into adventures try their drink that make your mouth go numb.

Yelp
Came here again and had another great meal and service. We did a few small plates and here are my notes: - King Salmon Carpaccio is the best thing and will order every time - Yellowtail serrano is the 2nd best thing and will order every time - Rock Shrimp Tempura is good but better with larger groups. This was also the best cooked shrimp I've ever had. Would order again. - Kobe Carpaccio was not very good and would not order again. Hard pass. I look forward to coming again and would order a few new things too so I can work my way thru the menu.

Yelp
My partner made reservations for my birthday dinner and we were sat promptly in the back of the dining room. The decor in this restaurant is very fabulous and extravagant. We ordered sake and it was tasty. We also ordered a couple of rolls. I was super disappointed with the rolls as they were drowned in sauce. It was to the point that I scooped sauce off the roll because it was overpowering the rest of the roll. The stars all go to the Miso Seabass dish. It's actual perfection. The seabass is perfectly cooked. The saltiness of the mushroom is balancing with the coconut sticky rice to combine in a lovely sweet savory balance. Service was okay, it took them a while to come around to refill water and check on us even though the restaurant was pretty empty.

Yelp
The food was out so quick, we could keep up. The waitress was totally on top of it the whole time. The decor was so swank! I actually was inspired to redo our living room.

Yelp
Food and service was really great! Atmosphere is a little different because you feel like you're in a club while being nestled in the suburbs/a strip mall. Interesting concept haha but they have one side that is more "clubish" and the other side that is for dining.

Yelp
Waited 7 mins for appetizer, then 14 for entrees. Not bad. Cauliflower itself isn't all that special as an appetizer, but it's drenched in this delicious sweet/sour sauce, so I def recommend. Mongolian "steak" was pretty good, although $30 for literally just beef, onions, and sauce is some sheisty business ngl. Here's the dumb part. On the menu, it says you can add fried rice to any entree, so I figured it would come as a base to the beef or something. Nope. Literally just a bowl of fried rice. I mean, it was fine, and it had a nice kick of pepper, but I paid an extra $8 for no reason. Just add it to the "sides" section! Didn't order a dessert bc I wanted something lighter, but all their options seem pretty heavy. Stole a few bites from my sister's cheesecake tho and it was good. Also, four bucks for a coke??? Waitress was really nice and walked us through the menu. Ambience is dim and nicer than I expected, and I definitely didn't walk in with the right clothes haha.

Yelp
Jung is a great date night spot located in the DTC area of town. With plenty of other bars and restaurants in the area, as well as Comedy Works South there is plenty to keep you busy in the area. We opted to sit outside on a beautiful spring evening, and our server was very attentive (something that can be hit or miss with a lot of restaurants patio seating. The Patio is located right by the street so it is an awesome spot to feel in the action of the area. The food was so good we are disappointed we waited so long to try it. I am not a seafood eater, but my partner loves Sushi, and Jing's menu had enough choices to satisfy both of us. He only downside is that it is a bit pricy. Not crazy expensive, but enough to keep it in the date night category and out of the regular hangout category.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Jing in Greenwood Village. I've been wanting to go to this restaurant for quite some time. I had only gone to Jing and Aspen and it was fantastic. I went out with my girlfriend for a ladies night meet up. We had dinner and drinks in the lounge. The service was great our waitress was very polite and knew the menu well. I had two cocktails that were originally mocktails that I asked to be converted to alcoholic beverage. It was some sort of lavender drink that had dry ice in it and looked like it was a potion boiling in a cauldron. It tasted divine. I ordered the scallops and so did one of my friends. Another friend of mine ordered a sushi roll, and we ordered the rib tips. I also ordered the Red Snapper Hamachi. The food was so good. I preferred to have my scallops seared. These were lightly fried, but were still tasty. My girlfriends also had their own cocktails. The lounge was nice and the seating was well spread. We were put in a private area towards the back near the bar where there were quite a few people walking, which I did not like. Our seating was still comfortable, and cozy. I would not mind meeting up for drinks and small bites with friends at Jing in the future.

Yelp
my friends and i went for a birthday and were surprised to find out that they limit on drinks? we were only allowed two long islands each. I waited for mine for more than 10min wondering if they were ever going to bring it to me. I finally asked and they said two per person. they didn't bother to come up to me about it, just left me without a drink.

Yelp
Food: 50/50 Service: 25/25 **they were so nice helped take out jackets and put them back on when leaving** Ambience: 25/25 **super sexy decor, a perfect date night Total 100/100 We ordered, Rock shrimp tempura , Korean fried cauliflower, Jing Crunch Roll & Sesame chicken and fried rice ($8+) Alll of it was absolutely delicious! It was such a fun date night and we really enjoyed how fresh the food was. Such a lovely place absolutely would want to come back and bring friends!

Yelp
I loved this place. Some of my friends live in Colorado and I try and eat with them whenever I am in town. We often eat at my buddy's house but our forays into fancy restaurants have been quite successful. Jing was our most recent dinner together and it was really great. Reservations are a must here. We decided to wait at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party but that was not the best idea. This place is wildly popular and the bar was jammed packed. Bartenders were friendly and drinks were plentiful but the amount of people crammed in there made conversing difficult. We decided to head for the table which was a good idea. Despite not everyone being there, they let us sit. Our server was amazing. I do not remember her full name but the receipt says Pistol. Give this girl a raise. She handled our party with ease and was friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. We started with several appetizers including lettuce wraps, crab rangoon, and brussel sprouts. I thought the build your own lettuce wraps would be a good idea on date night with only you and one other person. Trying to build them with a table full of folks was a little awkward. But damn all of these things were good. I am not one to normally like crab rangoon, but these were the best I have ever had. Remember when I mentioned the plentiful drinks at the bar? They were flowing at the table too. I am normally a bourbon on the rocks kind of guy but since my friends got a smoked old fashioned, I ordered one too. While I may never order one again, this was the perfect example of a fancy and boujee cocktail If this is your sort of thing, you should get one. Delicious. The wine list was also pretty good and we had several glasses with dinner. An Uber is definitely in order here. My entree was the cowboy ribeye. It was perfectly cooked and was the star of the night. One would think that a steak wouldn't be good at a fusion restaurant but they would be wrong. The asparagus that came with it was perfectly cooked and equally delicious. This was truly a great meal. We spent hours here and I will remember it for a very long time. If you want a great meal with friends, Jing should be on your list.

Yelp
Here's an idea for a fun double date night south of Denver. First stop: Jing. JING is a staple, upscale restaurant in the Denver Tech Center serving up contemporary Asian eats with a fusion bent. We arrived at JING and we were seated in the main dining room. The aesthetic of JING is sexy with dimmed lights, white banquettes, and sheer fabric draping on the ceiling. Our server Tahir was impeccable in personality & service per usual! His energy made the four of us so excited for the great meal ahead. For Signature Cocktails we had the Drunken Buddha. The Drunken Buddha was made with house infused Deep Eddy Citron Vodka and a small flower called the buddha button. We took the buddha buttons out of our cocktails and chewed on them; this kicked off a numbing & tingling sensation in our mouths. The Drunken Buddha had a delightfully sweet lemonade flavor that buzzed on our tongues, such a fun cocktail. The Hamachi Crunch Roll was made with spicy tuna & crispy tempura flakes. This roll had amazing texture variation from the snap of the jalapeño, crunch of the tempura flakes, chew of the rice, and smoothness of the Hamachi. - delicious. The Kobe on the Rock was served alongside ponzu-wasabi & pink himalayan sea salt. We dipped the raw slices of Kobe beef in the sauce and cooked them on the hot rock. Cooking the meat was fun (especially on a double date); it made the meal interactive. The beef had amazing marbling and an intense meaty flavor that only prized Kobe can deliver. The Lobster Dim Sum was made with lobster, shrimp paste, & ginger beurre blanc. The dim sum were tender with rich flavor coming from the beurre blanc sauce. The rich sauce found balance in the sweet lobster. The Peppercorn Tenderloin was made with red bell pepper, jalapeño, and onion - a dynamic plate of flavors with some heat. Each piece of spicy meat had a crunchy crust and was coated in sticky sweet glaze. The Miso Sea Bass was made with miso marinade, fresh vegetables & ginger beurre blanc. The Sea Bass fillets were marinated in miso & slightly charred. The bass was 'fall-apart-under-our-forks' tender and the bass' slight sweetness complemented the savory miso.  The Honey Shrimp & Scallops were flash fried with honey glaze, red bell pepper, yellow squash, and snow peas. The Famous Peking Duck was a 1/2 slow roasted duck with sides of leek, cucumber, hoisin sauce, & steamed bao buns. One of my favorite dishes! The tender pieces of roasted duck with golden brown skin were so juicy. We sandwiched the duck inside the fluffy bao buns and drizzled the flavorful hoisin sauce on top, and added the fresh veggies. YUM. Second stop: Comedy Works, only a 1 minute walk away fron Jing. We saw comic Harland Williams and some stellar opening bits. What's better than ending the night with some laughs?

Yelp
This was my first time visiting but will definitely not be my last!! The service was impeccable, the food was flavorful and management is top notch! I want to give everyone a shout out but so many of the team members were so helpful to everyone, not ignoring us just because we weren't their assigned table, but seemed truly happy to serve us and attentive. Even the D.J.!! We came for my friend's birthday dinner and they truly made it special. We had reservations for the dining room (we didn't know we needed a reservation for the lounge) and were immediately seated. The table had a table card for her birthday and received a birthday dessert. The service was the fastest I've ever had and our server Tom will forever be our request! He was so attentive and we never had to look for him. Though we didn't know we needed a reservation for the lounge, the lounge manager made space for us to relax there for an hour after dinner. Shout out to Katie "the baddie"

Yelp
The ambiance is lively and grand. The service is really good as well. With food it was a hit and a miss. The noddle salad was amazing, so much flavor with both tangy and spicy taste and lots of veggies! The fried tofu we ordered as a side melted in our mouths, so light and crispy. The veg fired rice was a miss, it was very bland and was boring! They have limited vegetarian items on the menu so we were a little disappointed with rice!
google avatar

Yelp
I love JING and it is the place for everything. I have come here for business lunches, girls nights, dates, and happy hour. The restaurant has a varied ambiance depending on what you are looking for. Lunch on the patio, dinner in the dining room, or a sexy date night in the bar. We did a fun girls happy hour at the bar and thanks to Ryan he made our night. I have sever food allergies and they are so accommodating. They were able to accommodate a seafood an gluten allergy for me and although Ryan recommended a wonderful roll to my friend, I enjoyed the lettuce rolls and chicken friend rice. He was so fun and entertained us and was supper aware of my allergies. I cannot wait for my next visit.

Yelp
Great ambiance with the neon signs, people, and dim lighting. It had a nice club lounge vibe. Service didn't give off too much of a great impression, because one person didn't get their entree until the rest of us almost finished our meals. We were a table of 7 and had ordered drinks, apps, and entrees. The flow was going well up until that point. However, the staff did make it up to us by offering our group a free round of Drunken Buddhas and comped that last entree. Now all is right with the world! I ordered the miso sea bass and loved every single bite! The fish was so moist and delicate. The light sauce that was drizzled over it was a nice compliment. The Drunken Buddha was definitely a first for me. You chew and eat the flower first. You wait for a tingling numbing sensation, then drink! Very interesting to say the least.
google avatar

Dionne V.

Yelp
The ambiance hits you as soon as you touch the doors. It feels luxe with dining on one side and bar dining on the other. You are greeted and treated with warmth and formality. Heavy fabric drapes the windows and walls. The chairs and tables are ample. Full cloth on tables is also set for drinking wine or water. The occasion was a birthday and it was a Monday night. The menu has traditional American Chinese staples we later discovered are served in stoneware and in large portions. Pricey but tasty not sure I would come more than once or twice per year as it was hard to find value in paying separately for fried rice with hard carrots. It was not flavorful or worth $8 in top of the entree. The chef's specials sounded okay but no one bit most likely due to sticker shock. The birthday gal got a dessert of choice (they all sounded great) but again traditional American desserts. The food came out hot and tasty! This is a great place to have a special night out but honestly I have had better.... The cocktails were good and fun as described by our waiter. We enjoyed the evening and ambiance.

Yelp
Took my wife here for her Birthday, service was excellent with many recommendations provided and free samples of their fun Drunken Buddha cocktail and dessert on the house! We absolutely loved the Kobe beef sliders 10/10. Decorations inside are fun with both a formal side of the restaurant and a fun, casual side.

Yelp
Oh am I glad I stumbled upon this joint today. It was delicious, vibey asf, they had a good happy hour menu and the service was lovely. I had the drunken Buddha to start and the flower was very interesting, intense. Not my cup of tea, but I'm glad I tried it, very neat experience! I followed with a simple Cali roll, the white sangria and the Cauliflower. *chef's kiss* the Cauliflower was sooooo yummy and they did a great job on a melt-in-your-mouth Cali roll. I sat in the bar lounge and Zoe took care of me, she was awesome and the lounge area is super cute. Great spot for a date night! All and all, I like it and I'll be back.

Yelp
We went for denver 2024 restaurant week. Let. Me. Tell. You. The hype is true. Upscale, sleek and intimate. There is a lounge side and a formal dining area. I sat at the bar in the lounge, bartender was very pretty and extremely efficient. The food was absolutely amazing. Well worth the price. I extremely happy that this kicked off the 2024 Restaurant week!!
google avatar

FallonRaye S.

Yelp
Jing is cool, it's vibey but... is it really worth the hype and price? From the menu, we had: Lettuce Wraps to start, Hawaiian Chicken, and Wagyu Fried Rice. Lettuce wraps: 5/10 Hawaiian Chicken: 7/10 (there was a large piece of fat that ended up in my mouth. Wagyu Fried Rice: 7/10 I love leftovers and idc what anyone says. Next day leftovers are bomb AF. But THIS!! Did not taste nearly as good next day. Such and absolute disappointment. Service: 10/10. Shoutout to our girl Jordan who was absolutely spectacular. And she did a great job taking photos of my date and me in the front. So to answer the question of, is it worth the hype, the answer is no. The food is standard and I get where they're going with the whole Vegas meets Denver vibe (which we absolutely need more of), but there's something about it that doesn't quite nail it. Maybe it's the lack of a dress code. Maybe it's because it's sooo dark you can hardly even see your hands. Or maybe it's because it's in Denver and Colorado hasn't quite learned to match that energy. Either way, give it a try.
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
Great lunch experience. Our waitress was on it! We never went without anything we needed. Her poke bowl recommendation was lovely as well. My companion said she loves Jing and has always had a great experience. She got the chopped salad with crispy tofu that looked delicious as well. We sat outside on the patio and it was a perfect little daytime break.

Yelp
We went here for my best friends birthday on a Friday (Christmas weekend) at 6:45pm. It was busy, but not overly packed. It's a very interesting establishment with one side of the restaurant being an up pass fancy restaurant and the other essentially being a nightclub. We dined on the restaurant side where the ambience was very nice with very quick service! We started with the rock tempura shrimp, spicy garlic edamame, shrimp tempura roll, and electric dragon roll. It was all delicious! For entrees we then got the peppercorn tenderloin, lemongrass salmon, and general Taos chicken. Once again, all delicious. The peppercorn tenderloin was not at all what I was expecting (a bowl), but it was so good! The jalapeños were super spicy though. Next time, I would definitely order a side of rice with it. All in all, very pleasantly surprised and a place we would definitely go back!

Yelp
Nice Asian themed restaurant. I have been here years ago when I was an accountant over on this side of the DTC. This go round was no different, the food was great as usual and the drinks were exquisite! For the Nuggets Finals they had really good nugget specialty cocktail made up w/ the logo on the foam. Service was pretty good, the server was very attentive to our group and suggested great items to nibble on & beverages, ie nuggets cocktail. The inside is pretty cool, I believe this is my first time on the bar side, normally I'm in the main dining room for dinner. This is a perfect date night spot for the grown & sexy. Low it candle lighting, nice velvety & leather seating. It's nice & laid back but exquisite all at the same time. Come down & enjoy class, beauty, and style when it comes to food & beverage drop on into JING; you will not be disappointed, I promise!!!

Yelp
Had dinner on Thursday night. The restaurant portion was booked for an event so we had to sit in the lounge side of the restaurant. They have a few tvs to watch sports and some couches to sit on to have a drink. The wait staff was great I am not sure you have one person or instead whoever comes by is able to help you out. The food was very good but pricey. $8 to add a small dish of fried rice seems excessive but overall a great place to check out. Parking is a little tough but there are plenty of aisles to drive around until you find a spot.
google avatar

Simran B.

Yelp
We visited Jing on a Tuesday night during a conference. They happily accommodated all 10 of us, and took our orders very quickly. I loved the mood and decoration in there. I think it would make a great date spot. We started with some edamame which were great. I got the truffled tuna and the lobster dim sum. Put together, they were definitely enough to fill me up. They were both delicious and I'd absolutely order them again if I weren't dying to try the rest of their menu. A lot of my colleagues got stir fry bowls which were massive, and the consensus was that they were all delicious. We split 4 desserts at the end. The chocolate toffee cake was probably the best of the 4, but they were all very good. If in town, I'd probably visit Jing again.

Yelp
The ambiance is dark and sexy. We went on a Saturday evening with reservations at 745pm. Although we had reservations, we still had to wait 15 minutes. A DJ came on around 830pm and played some slower R&B type songs until about 930pm. Around 9:30pm, the music got louder, more fast paced and atmosphere turned up. The food was decent. Nothing great. Same with the drinks. Seemed overpriced for drinks and food, in my opinion. I think people come here for the vibe and not for the food and drinks. I could have eaten same quality with larger portions at PF Changs. Service was good. All of the servers I saw were attractive females in skin tight black dresses. Our server was friendly and quick.

Yelp
Great service by Chelsea! She did a phenomenal job at presenting us different options for dinner, drinks and dessert. Thank you Chelsea, you were great! The food was phenomenal! Crab Rangoons Rainbow Roll Evil Jungle Salad Honey Shrim and Scallops Salted caramel cheesecake Finished with a bottle of red wine made our night! great service, great ambiance/decor and great food! We will be back!

Yelp
Fortunate to live so close to this hip Asian fusion restaurant. Jing is, no doubt, one of my favorite restaurants in DTC neighborhood. I didn't realize that this place could be quite loud with a DJ in the lounge. Our group dinner started at 7:15pm when it was still fairly quiet. By the time we were done eating, all of us in the group were deaf to a point where we had to yell at each other. With that said, it might be a good idea to get a table in the west side of the restaurant. I've done a family dinner to a romantic Valentine's Day dinner at this restaurant. Although certain items on the menu can be expensive, I can always have fun at Jing no matter when I go and dine. Service was quick and I can't think of anything negative to say about tonight's dining experience.
google avatar

Victoria M.

Yelp
We were in the area on Saturday night and decided to stop into Jing. Highly recommend making a reservation before you go because all they had for us was patio seating outside which is heated or bar seating. We opted for the bar. The brussel sprouts and the Mongolian steak were pretty good. I got the pad Thai and I regretted it. It definitely has spice but absolutely no flavor. The shrimp on it had some kind of slimy coating on the outside. It was as if they tried to fry it and then let it sit in these noodles for AWHILE. I loved the vibes of the place so I'll definitely be back but I won't be ordering the pad Thai.

Yelp
Great food and wonderful service every time!! I always get the Sesame Chicken with veggie rice. Delicious!! Beautiful restaurant!

The sesame chicken is sooooo good. I love it so much!! Would highly recommend. And the service was great as always!

Yelp
Let's start with the positive. Service was wonderful, atmosphere was lively for a weeknight. We were seated immediately. Lots of fun options on the cocktail menu! Unfortunately, we weren't as impressed with the food. We ordered the rock shrimp tempura - was not spicy at all and was drowning in the aioli; wagyu fried rice - was ok just not as flavorful as anticipated; and the ishiyaki Kobe hot rock - was tasty but for the price of $15/oz not sure it was worth the price. Generally, it was an ok dinner but for us didn't live up to the 4/5 star reviews.

Yelp
My husband and I waited 30 minutes to order a drink while seated at our table in the lounge. This is with a reservation. Our waitress, blonde gal, served water but never showed up again for 30 or more minutes. My husband had to stop another staff member in order to get a drink order in. Again, we had a reservation, were seated at a table in the lounge, waited 30 minutes with no attention from a waitress that was serving drinks to the table next to us and wouldn't make eye contact even when I tried. Felt obvious she was ignoring us. We eventually also ordered food, which included sushi, were served with no silverware or napkins or plates. Had to wait again and ask for those items. Just terribly unhappy with the service.

Yelp
Wanted to go someplace special for my birthday and Jing went above and beyond. Our wonderful server, I believe her name was, Alex, her suggestions was perfect. Had lobster dim sum appetizers, I don't have words for how good it was. We were really all about the sushi but also had the Kobe beef you cook on a hot salt rock, delicious. They comped the most delicious cheesecake. Thank you for taking good care of us on my birthday

Yelp
I found this place when I recently visited Denver for my birthday! It's such a fun, but random vibe. There was so much going on. Outfits ranged from comfortable to club attire, the music is so loud you can't really have conversations at your table, and the tables are very close to each other. I wish they had a dance floor because the music was really good. Anyways onto the food... I tried their apple butter smoked old fashioned, super strong but tasty! Everything else on the menu we tried was delicious and our waitress was very attentive and great! We tried the crab Rangoons, Kobe beef sliders, hamachi crunch roll, miso cod (very flavorful and cooked to perfection), Jing fried rice (not impressed, no flavor), and kung pao chicken (you get a good amount and it's flavorful). The crab Rangoon and the plum sauce were my favorite! For dessert we had the salted caramel cheesecake-AMAZING!

Yelp
OK so did my birthday party here and I must say the service was amazing. The food was more than expected. It was unbelievable the ambience was definitely one of the best I've came here before but to host my dinner party for my birthday was one in 1 million I will definitely be a repeat customer over and over again between the drinks the food, the desert, the small plates everything was on point I give a 100%to our server, Alex and the staff here everything was phenomenal

Yelp
Always get out here for our anniversary. Sometimes we dine and dessert. Sometimes we dessert only; this time we only desserted and boy it was so good. their chocolate truffle cake never disappoints.

Yelp
It doesn't look bad, but I have questions. You can eat delicious food, but you have to make an appointment. Peking duck is not bad, but it seems that the price is too high (both for food and expectations)

Yelp
Terrible! Who ever the manager was 8/23 at Around 9-10 was condescending to us! The waitress was rude told us wrong information about a drink when we ordered then when it came out it was incorrect then they back tracked and said oh we don't make that drink that way. All the drinks were terrible. We had a large party and was trying to get our Check split they said we could only split 4 ways- we told him to go ahead and split it the manager was so rude he didn't even split the check 4 ways they just tossed us the whole check! He didn't care about our experience made excuses for everything and spoke up us like we were children will never come back

Yelp
Wow! I have never been so disappointed in my food. My chicken lettuce wraps had the least flavored chicken I've had. The chicken tasted boiled, not seared or grilled. It would have had way better at any Asian restaurant, which would include white rice. THEN, we had a rainbow roll. Again, the roll from Safeway is better. This roll was a veggie roll inside and had no fish at all. I wouldn't have been so upset if the prices were not outrageous! Guess you go for the eye candy. Left hungry!

Yelp
1. I ordered a yellowtail roll and it came out room temperature like it was sitting for the 45 min since I had ordered the roll. 2. While waiting for my food a waiter walked behind me and dropped dirty chopsticks down my back. 3. The drinks took about 45 min to get to our table and they weren't really cold when they got to us. 4. The waitress was very clumsy and spilled a water on my arm and she also tried to hit on my friends husband. Not very professional. It was a very pretty place but the service was horrendous.

Yelp
I wished I lived in this restaurant! My wife and I took our daughter-in-law and our son to Jing for to celebrate her birthday. We started with the salted edamame and dipping sauces. Wow, this was the best edamame that I've had in many years. Signature cocktails were balanced and fabulous. I had the Pad Thai with Chicken and Shrimp and it was nothing short of remarkable. My wife loved her Kung Pao Chicken, and my son enjoyed the Honey Shrimp and Scallops. The birthday gal had the Mongolian Steak and truly enjoyed it. The waitstaff was attentive and informative. The decor is amazing and the chairs were quite comfortable. It got crowded quickly, but the noise was never a distraction. Desserts were enjoyed by everyone at the table.

Yelp
Jing A group of us went on a weeknight with a last minute reservation. They were happy to accommodate us and it was pretty busy outside and moderately so inside. There was a special saké flight available and an expert to talk at each table who ordered it there and that was pretty cool. The food was great! We loved the Brussels sprouts appetizer and crab Rangoon particularly. The soft and puffy fried tofu was very yummy. The server thought we were paying with an expense account apparently and joked (it didn't seem to be a joke actually) that we should order more expensive menu items.

Yelp
This is a very busy, expensive and small place in a nice area with food that is good but not amazing. Great for special occasions and date night because of the ambience and vibe... as long as someone else is paying of course . I don't mind at all paying a premium price for excellent food, but while the price here is premium ($300 for three people) the food is not excellent. In fact, it was only marginally better than PF Changs in my opinion. And the temperature inside was pretty uncomfortable and hot for a warm day in May. I had the "Wild Mushroom Hot & Sour" soup for an appetizer and it was more sweet than sour and had maybe one piece of mushroom. Most Chinese takeout hot & sours are better. We got four different sushi/sashimi options and the Octopus sashimi was excellent actually, but the rest was okay. While we were eating we kept talking about all the sushi places we've been to that were better. That's not the conversation we should be having at a ~$100 per person price point. For entrees we had pork fried rice, volcano scallops and Mongolian beef. The pork fried rice was extremely bland and lacked any buttery taste or other seasoning I would typically expect. The volcano scallops were misleading as it was pretty much the thick orange chicken sauce on these giant scallops. The Mongolian beef was tender but again lacked flavor. So... nice place, nice location, great service, great drinks, food PF Changs-ish and underwhelming, and very expensive. Nothing worth coming back for but can make for a nice night out.

Yelp
Alright, let me break this down for you. For my 25th birthday, I decided to invite my closest friends to what was supposed to be an upscale dining experience at JING. The food was fantastic, but the service was so bad it felt like an actual meal of torture. Here's the deal: I made a reservation two weeks in advance for 10 people and specifically asked about separate checks. They assured me it was no problem. Fast forward to the dinner, and suddenly, we're told that because we're a group of eight or more, we can only have four checks. Really? This could've been mentioned earlier. If I'd known, I'd have planned for this in advanced saving the servers and our group the inconvenience of trying to couple up. Then, my brother wanted to buy me a shot. I asked the waitress if they had any birthday-themed shots, like a birthday cake shot or something special. She cut me off with a snarky "We don't give away free shots." That wasn't what I was asking. I just wanted something festive, not a handout. The attitude was infuriating, like we were unworthy of their service and it turned me off of even wanting to ask for anything. Which is disappointing because the customer service is clearly lacking. To top it off, one of our friends ordered a fillet and had to wait a ridiculous 20 minutes after everyone else got their food. They threw in a free shot to make up for it--except by the time it arrived, everyone else was practically done eating. In short, this was the worst high-end dining experience I've ever had and it was really disappointing that i had chosen this place to celebrate a big day for me. Had i known what i know now i would have just gone to Benihana or something. Super disappointing.

Yelp
Took family from out of town here for a birthday. Our reserved table wasn't ready on arrival so they provided a complimentary drink, that was nice. They also gave shots, dessert, and a fun light show to celebrate the birthday at the end of dinner. The food was just ok. Bland, lacking in creativity, and overpriced. Close to $40 for a few fried shrimp and 3 fried scallops (honey shrimp&scallops) that were of the same flavor vein as honey walnut shrimp from Panda Express. One of the sushi rolls we ordered was 10/10 but not enough to make up for the other 10 dishes we ordered. I found myself dreading the bill halfway through dinner because I like to pay for appropriate value and I never felt that I had a $500 culinary experience. This place was recommended based on the high pedigree of the culinary coordinator and cheif chef (Chef Griese). However, the actual experience indicates that this individual must be completely hands off. Will not be dining here again. Food 2/5. Atmosphere 3.5/5. Service 5/5. Overall 3/5.

Yelp
When the Las Vegas location has more of a party (with DJ) and single to mingle vibe, this location is a lot classier and focuses on quiet beautiful dining. It's in the line of Mr. Chow. However less classy and I blame that on the wardrobe of part of the female staff. I really don't need to see boobs or butts hanging out of tiny black dresses that should be worn by stripclub hostesses, I don't know why that's the case in this restaurant. We saw a girl bend forward to grab something off a table and her whole butt was shown, that's just distasteful when you're eating. Another one had a dress with a cut out at the bottom of the breasts. I'm not closed minded but we were all kind of shocked during our dining to have to see these body parts walk by. The service and food and drinks were excellent. Alice was very knowledgeable and we were very glad to have her and her assistant in training as our servers. We had edamame, lobster dumplings and rock shrimp as appetizers - the lobster dumplings were outstanding and the rock shrimp almost as good as you get them at Nobu. For main we got the prawn and broccoli dish, crispy tuna roll, and dragon roll. And then a chicken dish I forgot what it was. Everything was excellent and plenty. We were full. The Buddha button was an interesting experience. The drinks were very well crafted. Overall highly recommended to fine dining.
