Jing plans to open this summer Downtown Summerlin - Eater Vegas

"An Asian-fusion restaurant from Colorado is currently hiring and still hoping for a summer debut despite Initially hoping for a May arrival at Downtown Summerlin. Operator Charlie Huang’s Jing will replace the former 8,024-square-foot Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse space, sitting next door to Shake Shack on Oval Park Drive. An early estimated construction budget of $2.4 million was attached to the makeover, set to include an outdoor patio. A hit in Aspen and the Denver suburb of Greenwood Village, the Las Vegas expansion will become the company flagship and seeks to capitalize on its self-described position as “the go to restaurant for celebrities, athletes, and the who’s who of Colorado for two decades.” The restaurant plans to serve lunch, dinner, and a Sunday brunch in a fine dining setting and offer a “social lounge” atmosphere in the evening.
