Jjanga debuts sushi burgers two blocks from the Strip - Eater Vegas

"Jjanga Sushi & Bar debuted its third local restaurant on the eastside, serving an all-you-can-eat menu and its Instagram-ready à la carte choices including sushi pizza, burritos, sliders, and the multi-layer sushi towers. Yet to introduce its final longer operating hours, Jjanga is currently serving from 5 to 10 p.m. during its early launch." - Bradley Martin

Can't go wrong with the sushi selections. Friendly staff, great lighting/atmosphere, and great food. Seeing is believing (see attached images). Thank you, Jjanga and staff. We will definitely be back again the next time we visit.

If you're overwhelmed looking at lunch options in Vegas - look no further!! This is your spot. Rolled in hungry & dehydrated after a long flight, and was seated and fed right away. 3-5PM Happy Hour and 11:30AM-3PM lunch prices offer a rare pricing sweet spot that fills you up with delicious sushi just in time to down it with a cold brew, and a great draft & sake list gives you lots of options to keep the night going. I paid $28.95 for the Lunch AYCE (in June 2025) which included Takoyaki, Udon, Yellowtail, Albacore, Tuna, a Veggie Sushi burrito, Bulgogi... And honestly, I'm still eating while I write this 😂 Thanks again to Kagyu for such great service! Worth the extra stroll off the strip, this is going to be a must-visit for me in the future!

Google
A little bit off the strip but they offer all you can eat lunch and it was good. They put a twist on regular degular sushi variations so I liked it. Not bad. Our waiter was very nice. Definitely will recommend for family and friends.

Hidden gem! My usual spot closed so I kept driving and stumbled upon Jjanga. I was so pleasantly surprised! Uplifting ambiance, big bright windows, outdoor patio, great music. Not only are their rolls fresh and delicious but plated so beautifully! I’m such a sucker for presentation and aesthetics I threw in a curveball and asked my wonderful server Kagyu to surprise me with a few things and his recommendations were fantastic!! So excited to know this is right around the corner from me, I will be here regularly Ps: you wouldn’t think you needed to try a coconut shrimp roll… you do!

An Unforgettable Experience – JJanga Sushi and Oyster Bar is a Gem! My wife and I recently visited JJanga Sushi and Oyster Bar, and we can not say enough good things about this place. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. The ambiance was inviting, the staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and their knowledge of the menu was truly impressive. They knew exactly what to recommend, ensuring we had the perfect portions without feeling overwhelmed. Their attention to detail and genuine passion for what they do elevated the entire experience. Now, let’s talk about the food. Every bite was a masterpiece. We absolutely loved the sampler, the tower, and the sushi burger—each dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. It’s rare to find a place that balances creativity and authenticity so perfectly. What truly sets JJanga apart is their ability to make you feel special. Their service was impeccable, and the staff made our day with their kindness and professionalism. For the quality of food, service, and overall experience, the price was more than reasonable—it was an absolute steal for the amount and quality of food we ordered. This was, without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in a very casual setting. JJanga Sushi and Oyster Bar has set the bar incredibly high, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for amazing food, exceptional service, and an experience that will leave you smiling, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

My daughter wanted to try this sushi spot, I ate the Eel Sushi Burger... next time I'll try it with steamed rice. The crunchy rice buns were a little too difficult for me to consume.

Try the threesome special deep fired roll. Kagyu was very friendly and super nice. Close to strip and very affordable...

We were there on Sunday. There were three people in our group. The food was well presented and had good taste, and the servers were friendly. However, we all got very sick the next morning. Bedridden all day with stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. I'm still feeling the effects two days later. Please check your food and practices to ensure no one else will get sick.

Yelp
Great service. The hostess Monay was fantastic greatly appreciated her service. Slower day food came out fast !!

Yelp
AYCE sushi. Delish. Lots of options. Fast service. Ambiance is casual, not a place for a fine dining experience, but perfect for groups, dates and cuttings. Poke salad was super flavorful. Shumai was on point. Not the best AYCE sushi in LV, but worth the trip!

Yelp
This "easy like Sunday morning" sushi spot, off strip, with fair prices, and good service might be up your alley. Came here with my colleagues on a weekday evening. No resy needed, pretty open. It's an AYCE spot, or al la carte. Indoor and outdoor seating. A sushi counter. Service - was great. Our server Monay was excellent. Sweet, patient, went above and beyond with food preferences and explanations with finicky dinners. Food - I ordered 2 hand rolls. Spicy scallop and spicy yellowtail. Both tasted about the same actually. And the salmon roller, which had no rice, which I appreciated (to keep it lower carb). They have a whole menu grouping with no rice sushi rolls, this is a great idea. They liked there meals as well. Upon soup was homey and yummy.

Yelp
I've visited Jjanga a few times over many years and like several ayce sushi places around town, Jjanga offers quality ingredients for a decent price. This visit is in sep 2024, on a Sunday night at 630p. A couple tables used but not too busy. They have a few tables and a bar, and what looks like outdoor seating as well. No wait, me and a friend sat at the bar. Wr both chose option A, their basic dinner option. I will say though that option B looked very good for what it included, for only like 6 or 8 bucks more, if you value otoro, and other such options. Again like the other places, there is an extensive rolls menu. But I always mostly order nigiri and apps. And all were great. Good quality fish and they don't load the rice as filler. There was one time we wait a few minutes to order but it wasn't a big deal. I'll happily come back

Yelp
Dangggg! Heavenly heavens!! Love love love this place! Awesome food! We didn't have a lot but what we had were spectacular: Vegas is the winner, so tasty and flavorful but not overwhelming. Then my poke salad is just right, fresh and wonderful. We also had the surf and turf - like Nicholas Cage: gone in 10 seconds! So the only problem is - our plates have holes. They seem to disappear but you see happy and satisfied faces. Love the servers too! Homey place, friendly smiling faces.

Yelp
Tried JJanga Sushi recently. The food was tasty, and the place felt cozy. We dined in, and the service was great--friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant was clean, which made for a pleasant experience overall.

Yelp
Just wowsa... this hidden gem is off the Strip and has the best AYCE sushi in Vegas! We got the $42.95/person and had access to their premium selections of super fresh sushi and sashimi items. We ate so much and are sooo happy about the quality of the seafood here. Best place ever! Highly recommended!

Yelp
Big win: I convinced my family to try sake, and guess what? They're fans now! Call me Marshawn Lynch because I was out here like, "I'm just here so I can get sushi burgers." And let me tell you, they tasted just as heavenly as the last time: pure bliss in every bite. But the real MVP moment? Reheating that sushi burger for a late-night snack. Something about that midnight magic just hits differently. It was my first time at this spot, and while it's cozier than the Flamingo location, it's got that quaint charm that works. The service? Spot-on. Our server was so attentive; they probably noticed my drinks were low before I did!

Yelp
We only stumbled upon this restaurant because it was directly across from our hotel and I'm so happy we did! Service can be very slow but the food really makes up for it! Very decently priced AYCE sushi and they even dress their nigiri. Loved everything we tried. We ate well worth what we paid. The fish didn't taste cheap or of low quality. A bit sad that the oysters were a separate charge but that's okay. It was expected. They were on the larger side and well dressed. Amazing fish to rice ratio! Everything you can love from an AYCE sushi spot and more. The menu was incredibly extensive.

Yelp
A great dining experience for a great price and for a AYCE sushi place that's just off the Strip, you can't really go wrong with Jjanga. The menu is nice and vast with many great options, the nigiri had good proportions of rice to fish. The cooked appetizers were also decent. The space is chill and casual and isnt packed in so that's a nice experience. The staff are okay also; they were distracted a bit but our table was properly taken care of so nothing too bad. Overall, if you're looking a nice night out for some good AYCE sushi without killing the wallet too much, then this is the place for you.

Yelp
So I'm gonna be honest I was a little lit when I went... so much so I spent over 100 bucks and it was just me....lol so I have to grade this on a sliding scale because I didn't eat the food till the next morning lol... it was ALOT of food all the sushi rolls were good I asked for extra sauce and I actually got it!! The service was nice the guys in the back were very friendly the only complaint I have is be mindful when catching your Lyft or Uber because the pick up was like around the corner so I missed the first one because I couldn't find it... all in all I will go again cuz if the sushi was good a day old I know it's fire same day!!!!!

Yelp
Late Review: A Memorable Sushi Experience My wife and I had been eyeing this sushi place for quite some time. Every time we drove past it, nestled across the street from the Tuscany Suites and Casino, our curiosity grew. Finally, after checking out from our last stay, we decided to take the plunge and step inside. Once we arrived, we noticed we were the first customers. From the moment we entered, we were met with warmth and hospitality. The spacious interior, coupled with the option for outdoor seating, set a positive tone. Our server excelled in explaining both individual order options and all-you-can-eat menus. Not once did we feel rushed; the entire staff made sure of that. Initially, we opted for individual orders, but then we reconsidered--the allure of the all-you-can-sushi deal was irresistible. Our table soon overflowed with an array of dishes: calamari, tempura, oysters, and deep-fried veggies. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavors. My wife and I left with contented smiles, vowing to return when our adventures lead us back to Vegas. This sushi haven had won our hearts, one delectable dish at a time.

Yelp
Better than average AYCE spot. I'm pretty picky about the sushi restaurants here in town, but this one did it! Fish tastes fresh and isn't completely buried in rice! They have a good selection of appetizers. Honestly there wasn't anything I got that I didn't like! Space is pretty small, but it wasn't busy when we went. Our waiter was superrr nice and was patient with us when one of our guests had to drive 30 mins after going to the wrong location. The AYCE was typically priced. If you're coming for the burgers, they are not part of the AYCE menu! I definitely want to come back to give those a try.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is incredible! We originally came for the sushi burritos and wow they are a must try! I also go the rainbow roll(delicious) and the red rock(disgusting). I'm not sure what about the red rock was so terrible tasting but it was if I was eating perfume. Nothing on them, just my own tastebuds. The presentation for everything was beautiful and the employees were all very nice and friendly. If you're in Vegas, try this place!

Yelp
Came in at about 5pm on Monday and it was pretty empty. Servers were super sweet, especially Adriana she helped with some great recommendations. I bet if this place was on the strip it would be packed 24/7 but it's a quick 5 min drive. We ordered the AYCE option A which was more than enough for my boyfriend and me. You can order literally anything on the menu except for some of the special items only for the $43 option B. All of the fish was super fresh and flavorful. Notable Favorites: Screaming Orgasm, Poke salad, oyster sushi (huge raw oyster in shell), Yuzu Yellowtail Sushi, Naruto Roll, Volcano Shrimp The only thing that sucks is that the items on the menu with a heart by it are only allowed one order per person. Sadly the oyster, screaming orgasm, and volcano shrimp were a part of that. However that and the small order sizes (2 pieces of sushi per order) made us try way more items on the menu and made for a better experience not being super overwhelmed with big portions. You can order 8 piece rolls too but we found the smaller orders were easier to tackle. Overall the price of $32/ person for AYCE incredible quality sushi was so worth it. First round of orders already surpassed in price what we would have paid if we ordered outside of AYCE. Great food, great service, great vibes, will 100% be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

Yelp
Jjanga Sushi & Oyster Bar was a pleasant surprise. I initially planned to go to Sakana Sushi, but the 4-hour wait changed my mind. I went to Jjanga with no expectations, and it turned out to be much better than I thought. The staff was friendly, and the food was good, especially the specials. The regular sushi is just okay; I'd recommend exploring the specials menu. Lion Sushi wasn't what I expected, but the special dishes made up for it. One thing to note is that the oysters aren't all-you-can-eat; you can only order one per person. There's also a secret menu item, Hamachi Kama, which is a must-try, but it's limited to one per two people. Apart from these details, it's a great place! Oh, and a quick tip - if you call them by phone, they might mention a 2-hour wait time. However, when you walk in, you'll likely get seated right away. It's a bit of a secret shortcut to avoid the wait!

Yelp
Visited this place as I was looking for a good sushi place off the strip where I could get better value for my money. My favorite sushi place closed down because of poor management and in fighting amongst the owners is what I heard so now searing for food quality sushi at a food price. Not cheap just better than the strip. Overall this place was good and wound say slightly above average. I have tasted some of the best sushi out there that quality and fresh and this place felt like it lacked some of that. Overall the sushi was good but sort of missed the spot for me. I know the rest of Yelpers have it at 4+ stars but for me I would say barely 4 stars and maybe more like 3.5 if I had to be specific. Wound I eat here again? Probably not? I will continue to look for better quality and fresher fish and see if I can find it soon. I'm sure I will with the amount of restaurants in Vegas. The ambiance was ok. Restaurant overall had an average feel to it.

Yelp
Super cute little sushi placed tucked into a "blink and you miss it" half strip mall. Ducked in for lunch with some co-workers and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly, but a little slow moving for lunch during the work week. We were brought water but never asked if we wanted to order any other drinks so 1 star off for the service. The fish is incredibly fresh and delicious. We ordered a few different rolls to share. I always judge a sushi restaurant by the spicy tuna and this was delicious! And honestly, a LOT of fish for the price of the roll. Try it with the Screaming Orgasm sauce. Perfection. The Double D was the best roll we tried. Perfect amount of crunch, fresh fish and that's where I discovered the Screaming Orgasm sauce! I don't like salmon so I can't comment on the baked salmon roll. Eel roll was a little too sweet for my liking, but my coworker loved it. I would pass on the takoyaki. It was kinda mushy and flavorless. I rarely find a sushi place where I don't touch any wasabi or soy sauce and this place delivered. I will definitely be back for lunch again! Also, the art inside is amazing.
google avatar

Jay T.

Yelp
Better than average AYCE sushi. I chose this location at the pictures of the food looked very good as well as the 4+ star rating average. For the AYCE, there are several price points to choose from. As I was looking at the small print, I thought that I would be able to order sashimi and not have to fill up on rice, but I was wrong. The sashimi part had to do with their daily specials and you could only order one of each. The server was very clear to inform me before I ordered how ordering worked. I took his advice and ordered what he recommended off of the daily specials. Everything was very good and quite filling. I continued to order several other items until I could eat no more. While not the omakase sushi diner that I normally eat in Vegas, this restaurant did satisfy my need for sushi. I will return, but I feel that this restaurant would be better for a group of friends.
google avatar

Yelp
Great selection of nigiris and rolls for the price! The salad was a miss for me but the fresh fish made it all up! Personal favorite was the torched salmon and mackerel! Oysters were very fresh and refreshing too! Thank you for the amazing service and quality!
google avatar

Yelp
Glad we stayed. Visiting from Hawaii, we walked 15 min to get sushi from the hotel. We entered and the waitress said they only had 2 servers and could seat us soon so we waited outside in the hot sun. A group came after us and immediately sat down at an empty table. I asked the waitress about it and didn't know we could wait inside the restaurant. We were about to leave when the waitress gave us water and a menu. The menu said there is an all you can eat option for $29.99. The ahi and hamachi (yellow tail) tasted previously frozen. The salmon nigiri was the freshest fish item. Overall, the experience turned from negative to positive. I hope there are more waiters if you decide to go.
google avatar

Yelp
Let's start with the fact that they have punch cards here that reward you for eating their delicious food. It definitely makes you want to come back! Both the food and service were great, and the interior of the restaurant was tidy and inviting. I would recommend this spot for date night or even as a treat to yourself!
google avatar

Yelp
After overpaying at the massively overrated and overpriced Golden Steer steakhouse yesterday, I came to Jjanga and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the price great, $34.95 For all you can eat sushi, so she was pretty good too. The sushi quality was probably 4/5, but what gave it a 5 star in my opinion was the all you can eat. Having the ability to try multiple rolls made it more than worth it. In Vegas, and this restaurant you can't go wrong. With all the expensive eating spots in Vegas, you will get more than your money's worth here.
google avatar

citlalli M.

Yelp
We did the all you can eat for $35 each and it was definitely worth it seeing that one roll was $15 and up, the food was great !
google avatar

Rhonda L.

Yelp
We went with 9 people. Two of us are not sushi eaters. Most got the all you can eat sushi and they LOVED the sushi. Several times I heard "that was the best piece of sushi I have ever had. Four of the group eat sushi regularly and said it was a GREAT deal for how good the quality of the fish is. I got vegetable tempura and veggie sushi and it was really good. 2 of the group ate here 3 of the 4 days we were here. Everyone wants to go back when we are in town. The service was great too.
google avatar

Yelp
It's Vegas and although you aren't close to an ocean this place has ridiculously fresh fish. Not everyone loves sushi, but for those of you that do this place is . A few of us were in town for a tournament and after the games a friend suggested this place. Apparently it's one of their regular stops when they are in Vegas. We did the all you can eat for $34.95, there was a more expensive option, but honestly there are so many options on the least expensive menu it wasn't worth the upgrade for m. I had so many rolls, but I totally got so excited to eat I didn't get pics until this final roll. I can tell you that Burning my ass and Salmon Lover were my two favorite. Don't waste your time on the Tuna & Salmon small 6 piece rolls wrapped in seaweed(there isn't enough fish in them). Stacys mom had a sweet flavor with that eel sauce on top, liked that one a lot. Pink lady is not one to write home to mom, don't recommend that basic one. Hope this helps, enjoy.
google avatar

Lauren A.

Yelp
This place was very nice. Not packed when we went at all we got lucky! We did the AYCE for around $35 (I don't remember the exact number). It was fairly priced in my opinion! We didn't even get pictures of the rolls before we dug in it all looked amazing. We ordered the Salmon sushi (several orders we couldn't get enough), Eel roll, Rainbow roll, Red Rock, James Bond and Caterpillar Roll. The Red Rock was on their spicy side of the menu but it had a good flavor! Not too spicy and there was a lemon flavor to it that was super tasty and unexpected. I got the mango ice cream bar for dessert and it was the perfect way to finish it out! We will definitely stop by next time we are in Vegas.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2023 #180: We came here before catching a flight since this restaurant isn't too far from the airport. They weren't busy on a Thursday night so, we got quickly seated towards the back. The restaurant is quite small and dark. They have AYCE menu and a la carte menu. Since our flight was leaving in 2 hours, we got the sushi sliders and fries instead of doing AYCE. The sliders took quite a while. People who came after us who ordered AYCE got their food first. While waiting, a couple of servers were sneaking a bite of food and then serving food to diners without washing their hands in between. I'm pretty sure, this is a food safety violation. We got our fries first and it's big enough for 2 people. The Slider Sampler has 3 kinds of sushi sliders: Jjanga Burger (spicy tuna, spicy crab, seaweed salad, lettuce, spicy mayo, eel sauce), Karai Burger (spicy tuna, softshell crab mix, salmon, cucumber, lettuce, screaming orgasm sauce), and Bulgogi Burger. The sliders offered a good variety but quite hard to eat as things fall out of the slider and the greasy rice patty falls apart. The sliders were filling. I've been to Jjanga at another location which is cleaner and the quality of the food is better.
google avatar

Thomas A.

Yelp
Very limited AYCE options compared to other sushi places nearby. Smelled strongly of fishy smell when entering front door.
google avatar

Kate K.

Yelp
This restaurant was across the street from our hotel on a recent trip and we went as a group for lunch. They have a couple of options for AYCE or you can order à la carte. A couple of us ordered AYCE and the rest ordered individual items. While the AYCE seemed like a good deal at first, they kept adding new rules as we ordered, making it challenging to get the most out of it. Our server was clearly frustrated with the rules, as they tried to explain them to us. I'm sure they get a lot of flack from customers over them and I feel bad for them being put in that position by their management. If that had been the only issue they'd still be worth 3-4 stars, but unfortunately the fish quality was just bad. Like worse than grocery store sushi. The one non-fish item I ordered (bulgogi) was pretty good, so if you end up here I'd just recommend avoiding any of the fish at the sushi restaurant.
google avatar

Dong Wook C.

Yelp
Good variety of items to choose from on the menu. Fish is fresh. Only thing I didn't like was they didn't use sushi rice for their rolls. Customer service is very good. Located in a small plaza within walking distance from the central strip but the area can be a little sketchy with some homeless people hanging out in the parking lot.
google avatar

Zoowee M.

Yelp
Fantastic! I went here for my birthday, and the sushi was phenomenal! I loved the range of creative sushi options. I ordered the surf and turf roll and it was delicious. Our food came wicked fast I couldn't believe it. The restaurant was playing great hip music too. I would love to come back when I'm in Vegas. Don't miss out on this place!! They will have the roll of your dreams ‍
google avatar

Leah M.

Yelp
Sushi was fresh and lots of rolls to choose from. I enjoyed their rice-less roll options, the spicy rolls were actually spicy and all the food came out very quickly. The staff was very friendly. It was our second time being here, first time we came for a la carte items and we did AYCE this time with some friends! Had a great experience, would come back again!

Hayden P.

Yelp
The food came out perfect and on time as well. The atmosphere was also very warm and welcoming. Shout out to our waiter kagyu as well.

Yelp
Great food and really great service ! Always enjoy coming here. Sushi was super great and the miso soup was delicious
google avatar

Samantha C.

Yelp
The restaurant isn't super big but really nice vibe. Music was good and they have an outside eating area too. The sushi was good came out fast and was fresh. Service was terrible though we were waiting so long in between orders at least 10-15 minutes and then we sat there for about 25 minutes before they even brought out our last order. Service is a big deal for me so we most likely won't be coming back.
google avatar

Anastasiya K.

Yelp
Great spot for AYCE fresh sushi. The price was reasonable and there were many options to chose from. I was in love with the Screaming Orgasm* which was the seared tuna. Highly recommend this spot!
google avatar

Jon L.

Yelp
When you live in the desert you learn that your best bet with sushi is to either go super high end like a kase or nobu. Orrrrrrr You go all you can eat and get a lot of good sushi. Jjanga is probably the 3rd best of the trio of AYCEs behind sakana and Yama. Still really good and they have the best specials and one time items. They're rolls are a little questionable.
google avatar

Anthony C.

Yelp
The food is delicious and the service was wonderful. A few minutes from the strip and you can't beat the price. Our server,Ray, was super attentive and gave great recommendations. The Playboy and the Freahmen water soooo good. I loved that they had several no rice rolls on the menu in cause you are watching your carb intake. Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Leigh B.

Yelp
This place was great, they had a way larger menu selection than most AYCE places in Vegas, and the food was GREAT, much fresher than a lot of places in Vegas. We got there around 5:30 and it was empty but I'm glad we got there when we did, because by 6:00pm it was PACKED. The Jjanga sushi burrito was amazing, and if you order it on AYCE they make it into a small hand roll so you don't have to commit to a whole burrito. If you're going to get appetizers the cucumber salads so good, it had shredded crab stick in it and a REALLY good sauce. The crab ball is great too and I HIGHLYYY recommend the shumai (it is fried here instead of steamed like a normal dumpling but it was SOO good) I also wanna say that our server Max was a 10/10. He had great personality and I had a lot of questions about the menu (I'm a picky eater) and he answered everything really quickly and knowledgeably. He also checked on us like the perfect amount. (Didn't come too often to where it was bothersome but anytime we picked up the menus he was there to take our orders super fast)

Yelp
I don't know where the glowing 5 stars are coming from. Sushi and rolls were decent but some rolls were way too saucy (cali on top) IMO Price to quality ratio is not there. Too many tiers of AYCE options that many "premium" options were not available. I Would pick Sakana sushi over this.

Yelp
Fast friendly service. Excellent miso soup. Clean restaurant. Nice off strip location

Yelp
We showed up and found out the menu was different then the other location. The waitress was not attentive at filling our waters and disappeared when it was time to pay. The restaurant smelled like sewer smell and the bathroom and some of the dishes were not clean. I ordered teriyaki beef that was overcooked so it was more like jerky. Some food items were inedible. Overall not worth our money and after reading other reviews we pray to not get sick.

Yelp
I got the Oysters, it is a oyster bar therefore I thought this was their specialty. They put jalapenos on them and made it so spicy it was hard to appreciate the oyster flavor. Maybe if you like hot sauce on your oysters you would like this? The freshness was ok but not stellar.

Yelp
Hubby & I checked into our Las Vegas hotel. We were craving sushi & Jjanga popped up on our Google maps. Checked out the reviews & hopped into an Uber. It was mid-afternoon, so it was kinda slow which totally fit our mood. Upon request, our delightful server made a number of recommendations based on what she, her friends & family like. We went with a bunch of her suggestions & everything was delicious. The bulgogi was sooooo good! Pieces were great & there were so many roll options. NOM NOM NOM

Yelp
It was 2014 when we last visited Jjanga. There was only the original location which is now Jjanga Steak & Sushi (I think). Back then we loved the hand rolls. Since then sushi burgers, burritos, pizzas, and towers have been born and popularized. Today, we visited Jjanga Sushi & Oyster Bar for lunch and continued the love affair. The Location | On East Flamingo and it isn't anything special and you are not there for the ambiance. The service was okay. The guys are friendly and they helped us make a few choices. It's a matter of fact, ugottaknow whatchawant kind of sushi bar. The Food | All You Can Eat was the best option and other than the Cajun Roll, everything we ordered was outstanding. Our favorites were Cali Crunch, Snapper Boat, Something Wrong #69, Stacy's Mom, and Mini Sushi Tower. The oven baked Stacy's Mom, the Snapper Boat nigiri special, and the spicy garlic ponzu on the super tasty Something Wrong #69 were phenomenal. The Price | Two Premium Bs for all that we ate was great...especially compared to what we normally pay for sushi elsewhere CONUS.

Yelp
Great customer service. A little inconvenience with our order. Wasn't a big deal. Manager personally came over to apologize and brought us a new dish. Food was so good, I ordered more than I could eat! I didn't mind spending extra for the leftovers. It was my fault. When it came to check out, the manager not only discounted our food 15% but also did not charge the extra food. I insisted but he wouldn't let me pay for it. I'm sorry, I do not remember the gentleman's name but we need more people like him. Great customer service and great food!

Yelp
Sushi nigiris were...very mid. The rice was hard and dry; it immediately broke after picking the nigiri. The sashimi did not get stuck on the rice properly, so it fell off when picking the pieces up. The provided wasabi was old. Perhaps, it was left outside so long the color changed and it broke into crumbs when getting picked up. For $35 for plan A, the experience was quite underwhelming, but service was not bad at all. The sashimi/fish barely had any flavors. Overall, the dinner did not meet its expectations.

Yelp
Totally not a authentic Japanese food. This business opens totally to take advantage from tourist.
