"At the new eastside spot in suite C at 280 E. Flamingo Road, I note the chain is shifting its identity—dropping the hibachi reference from its original name and filing recent paperwork as Jjanga Sushi & Baron—and will bring its playful sushi creations to the eastside instead of Chinatown; the expansion has yet to announce an opening date. The concept is expected to mirror the southwest location’s eclectic menu, where diners can order sushi burritos, all-you-can-eat options, skewers and hot stone plates, specialty rolls, sushi pizza, and a current favorite, sushi burgers made with panko-crusted rice buns." - Bradley Martin
