"Proudly unconventional and non-traditional, I found Jjanga Sushi & Bar's third eastside outpost debuted with an all-you-can-eat menu alongside Instagram-ready à la carte choices such as sushi pizza, burritos, sliders, and multi-layer sushi towers. Located a short distance from the Strip and across Flamingo Road from the Tuscany, it replaces the very short-lived Chabi Japanese Cafe near the intersection with Koval Lane. During its early launch the restaurant is serving from 5 to 10 p.m.; the Flamingo menu features skewers and hot stone plates, classic, fried, baked, or spicy specialty rolls, shrimp tempura specials, sushi burgers made with panko-crusted rice buns, and towers prepared with spicy tuna, crab, avocado, and rice. The company, already a popular destination on Fort Apache Road since 2015, has also expanded recently to Chinatown with Hanu Korean BBQ." - Bradley Martin
