"JOY by Seven Reasons serves a weekend brunch “yappy hour” menu from chefs Enrique Limardo and William Morles. On Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Chevy Chase hotspot offers a robust menu for all four-legged family members on their outdoor patio.
