The 19 Best Restaurants In Columbus, Ohio - Columbus - The Infatuation

"Head to Old Worthington and check out this laid-back Bengali American cafe brought to you by the same chef from Agni. Beverages range from milk chai to mochas made with rose water jaggery, but the short combo breakfast and lunch food menu is really the highlight. We love the simple breakfast sandwiches with bacon, cheesy eggs, and herb chutney, and the bigger dishes are also worth getting—especially fried rice with crispy chicken and Joya’s take on the kati roll with egg and lamb on griddle-fried paratha. After ordering at the counter, try snagging a seat in the narrow dining space (which gets crowded on the weekends), or head out front for a sidewalk seat." - erin edwards, kindra peach

"Columbus’s own celebrity chef Avishar Barua is at the helm of this small counter spot. An alum of Top Chef and Service Bar, the chef performs an ode to his Bengali American heritage, combining influences from Asia, American fast food, and his own roots. Crowds line up for the crispy kati roll featuring lamb and maple chaat yogurt in a freshly baked paratha, the twice-fried crispy chicken sandwich slathered in sticky Manchurian glaze, and the signature spiced nitro chai. Check out the daily specials, which might include the signature twist on a Scotch egg, a spiced up Rice Krispie treat, and a rotation of cookies and other treats." - Angela Lee

10 stars? Why is the limit just 5? My sister introduced me to this place the last time I was home for Christmas and have been thinking about the Joya’s Breakfast Sandwich since then. It’s such an amazing and unique sandwich that I have to savor every single bite! This time around we ended up coming here twice in six days (whoops) but I had to get my fill since I’m only home once a year! We also tried the scotch egg (could have literally drank the sauce it was served with), the fried rice and the chicken and vegetable samosa. All were excellent. The second day we decided to do the mini breakfast sandwich (great addition since the last time I was here!) and the Kati roll. We both really enjoyed the Kati roll and it was incredibly filling. We will continue to try all of the menu! I love that this little shop is always packed when we go and hope they continue to find success within local community because food is just top notch.

Wow, this spot is a flavor explosion! 🍔 The Party Melt, Bengali Chap Cheese, and Fried Rice were absolutely unreal—every bite packed a punch. I was so obsessed after dinner that I dragged myself back for breakfast, and it was just as mind-blowing. The lattes? Perfection. The breakfast sandwich? Total game-changer. My friend raved that the fried rice was the best ever. Service is always on point, and the kathi with extra sauce is a must. Every dish hits with bold flavors and textures. As someone who’s eaten all over Columbus, this place is easily top-tier. Can’t get enough!

Google
Really delicious food. Love the Bengali touch - I feel like that’s unheard of and so hard to find. The Kati roll is a must. I also enjoyed their rose mocha. ☕️ definitely pricey and I was surprised that there were pork options because that is not a common meat type for Bangladesh. 🇧🇩 I wish they remained authentic and removed the pork or had it available as a side if anything. Small location, limited seating.

Google
10/10! Came to visit from Cleveland and was looking for a lunch spot, the Crispy Chicken Manchurian Sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. There was so much flavor in all of the food. My husband had Joya’s Breakfast Sandwich Bobby’s style and he also says one of the best sandwiches ever. The Hash Puppies were delicious and the sauce they came with was great. The masala chai tasted very authentic. The latte was so good and pretty. Everything is so clean inside and well designed. Everyone who works there was so polite. I will be coming back everytime I’m in Columbus!

Google
This might be my new favorite restaurant in Columbus! We had to wait about 30 min to get in, but it was definitely worth the wait. Kati roll was AMAZING with bursting flavors and crunchy texture. Bobby's style breakfast sandwich was also very tasty with buttery eggs and sweet/savory bacon, but honestly kati roll was too good that the breakfast sandwich didn't really stand out. Not pad thai was a solid 8 out of 10 but the noodles werd a bit soggy. Definitely going back soon to get more kati roll!!

Google
The most unique flavors I've experienced in Columbus. Ive never had Benagli food but holyyyy am I a fan now. Anything you order off their menu will be a dream of a taste. Their Kati roll!?!?!??! YES. You must try it.

Google
Girl at the register was very welcoming and sweet, and this is one of the only places I've been that asks about dietary restrictions when ordering. On top of that, the breakfast sandwich is out of this world. A bit of spice so if you're someone who can't handle I'd be careful, but absolutely worth it! The eggs were incredibly soft and fluffy, the bacon had a fantastic crunch, and all around the flavors mixed very well. A little on the expensive side for a small breakfast sandwich though. The cold brew coffee is also some of the best I've had around town, rivaling Java Central in uptown Westerville. I also got a donut which compared to the other two items was just OK, but still not bad. I'll absolutely be back here again and highly suggest anyone else to also check it out as well, you won't be disappointed!

Google
An awesome bengalese take on many great classics, I had been hyped to try This spot for a while and it delivered greatly! I loved the Chapt Cheese, a spicy and refreshing take on a delicious style of sandwich. The Bacon Egg & Cheese done Bobby’s way was truly one of a kind, combining perfect sweet and savory flavors and a great potato roll. Service was friendly and the seems to have pretty strong rush hours, we got lucky and ordered between rushes.

Yelp
Having been wanting to make a visit for a while every time I came back to see my folks. The restaurant is Bengali fusion and all the food is delicious! We came when there was a farmers market happening in the neighborhood but service was still very quick and attentive. I got the Bengali chap cheese and also tried my friends kati roll and it was soo good. On the house we were given hush puppies and it was such a nice surprise. All the food and flavor is so well balanced and spiced well. Highly recommend a visit!

Yelp
I had heard so much about Joya's so decided to give it a try with a friend to meet for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. I get the hype. Even on a Tuesday morning there was a bit of a line (though manageable) ahead of the store opening. There are a few places to sit outside the store that makes it easy to wait. The store itself has limited seating and thus isn't super comfortable, but I would say you likely wouldn't come to Joya's for the ambiance... you come for the food. I ended up ordering the egg toast in a box and was pleasantly surprised with the result. Flavorful eggs and a fluffy toasted bread were accompanied by a litany of toppings and items that made pops of unique flavors presented... in a box! I had also ordered a Joya's latte that was delicious and presented with impeccable latte art - and is a great touch for a place that gets the food and drink details right. The only reasons for not being 5 stars is the seating as mentioned above and the pricing as I do feel it is a bit expensive for what you get. Bottom line, I'll probably return to Joya's to try other menu items, but wouldn't wholeheartedly make the recommendation as I can see how the small shop gets overwhelmed... but the fact that it continues to get guests with relatively high prices is a testament to the unique and wonderful flavors coming out of that kitchen with many of the small details done right.

Yelp
Absolutely AMAZING food. My friend and I came for breakfast and really enjoyed. I ordered the Kati Roll because I was craving Lamb, and it is absolutely packed with flavor. Soooo good, but I admit I would've enjoyed it more for lunch! For drinks I got the chai latte which was a little on the watery side for my taste. I typically like creamier/richer tasting lattes. My friend got the Egg Toast in a Box (not pictured), and really enjoyed her meal as well! Both of us felt the ingredients were high quality and the menu items were perfectly crafted! Service was great, despite the place being packed the staff took care of everyone in a timely manner! Inside seating is very limited so consider takeout at peak hours!

Yelp
Second time to Joya's, once for brunch during the farmer's market and once for dinner, and a great local spot in Worthington with great food. Really small spot (three tables and some bar seating) and the food comes out PIPING HOT. Order at the counter and they bring your food tableside--very accommodating for food allergies and great knowledge of coffee drinks and every dish on the small but great menu. The Joya's Fried Rice is a perfect umami with a crispy fried egg on top and fried pork belly, fried chicken balls, and crispy garlic with an addicting, slightly-sweet seasoning. I wish the chicken balls were a little easier to eat, but definitely a great crunch against the soft and hot rice. They have a great variety of spice options for each dish. Some bakery options earlier in the day, bottled bevs, and some loose leaf teas and bagged coffees to take home. Hope someday they'll have an even bigger location so visiting Joya's will be even easier!

Yelp
Two of us went and we both liked our food a lot. I ordered the Egg Toast-in-a-Box and all the components were really good except that the meat was too salty. My friend got the Cheesy Double Crunch Tacos with beef. The only problem was that all the tables had signs on them that said "reserved for card holders" or something like that. Having never been there before, I didn't know what that meant or if I should have done something in advance with a card to reserve a table. turns out it just means reserved for Joya's customers so I don't know why it doesn't just say that.

Yelp
Joya's is popular, perhaps too much so for its own good. Be prepared to wait in line. Be prepared to wait for your food. Is it worth the wait? Yes. But, just be prepared. I'd heard the rave reviews and been wanting to try it for quite some time. The inside is much smaller than I was expecting. There is little to no inside seating. Especially if your party is greater than 2-3. During peak times, the line is out the door and around the corner. You order at the counter, and if dining in, they will seat you when your food is ready (if there is an available spot). I tried the Crispy Manchurian Sandwich. Surprisingly it was ready in about 5 minutes, but my friends food (we ordered together), took about 15-20. So we awkwardly stood in a corner trying to stay out of the way while we waited. The sandwich was a bit messy due to the sauce, but it was really good. For the price, I'd expect it to come with a side. Overall, I would definitely get Joya's again, but try to visit on an off-peak time (if there is one?). I'm also wondering why they haven't upgraded to a larger space given the popularity.

Yelp
The food!!! Holy Cow!!! What a flavor bomb. I was not expecting the excitement came in my little wrap. I cannot wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

Yelp
the veg kati roll was super decadent and delicious. loved the chutney and thinly sliced potatoes, and the paratha was so flavorful and crisp! also loved the chai, possibly the best iced chai i've ever had, which is high praise coming from a brown person that makes chai regularly. service was super friendly and helpful, and the vibe was super laidback and fun. loved the little details like hidden toys and funky labeling! will definitely be back for more with the family in tow.
google avatar

Yelp
Another great trip into Joya's. Staff is friendly and attentive and the food is just top notch! Three tables i. Front of the house and then counter seating towards the back.

Yelp
Since I wrote this review two years ago, I've been back several times, and I think it's worth bumping it to five-stars (I mean, we can argue about stars and meanings all day long, but for what it is - it's a five-star place!) IT IS CRAMPED. It's small. If it's during a rush, you may not have a seat. This is only really a problem when it's raining or too cold outside to enjoy downtown Worthington. But they can't really change too much about this (maybe some interior designer can come in and optimize the seating space?) The service continues to be excellent - I've never ordered or been served by anyone that makes me second guess myself. I have not had a bad dish - but you HAVE to be adventurous in your eating, they use FLAVOR here - this isn't bland foods, it's rich and tasty. If you can't handle FLAVOR, don't bother coming in, because you'll complain, or worse, make modifications to the food and then complain it's not as good as you expect.

Yelp
Definitely not the first time to Joya's, but I am a first timer for their Breakfast sandwich. If you happen to be going for the Worthington Farmer Market, then you will have to add a breakfast/lunch stop at Joya's. I ordered my breakfast sandwich with Bobby's way and you totally should too. From the start to finish, you can experience a different flavor profile from each of the ingredient combine. Things that stood out to me is the super fluffy scrambled cheesy eggs, crispy GBD Jumbo Chaatbrown and both the black pepper and the spiced maple bacon. Everything just bind together nicely. I love seating at the countertop, enjoying this amazing breakfast sandwich and sipping away a cup of Rose Mocha on a Saturday morning.

Yelp
The hype is valid! Wow, why did I wait so long to try Joya's! My husband had the Not Pad Thai and Nitro Chai. I had the Kati Roll and Joya's Milk Chai. The service was excellent. We got there when they opened so were able to order immediately. We got our drinks without much wait. We had our food in about 15 minutes. The flavors were epic! It was pricey but worth every penny!
google avatar

Mandy L.

Yelp
Came here for lunch and so glad we made it before closing time at 2pm! Pros: - Bengali chap and Kati roll were both amazing - well flavored and great texture - Milk chai wasn't too sweet and very comforting, especially when served hot - Attentive staff who kept us well hydrated and the counters clean - Clean single stall bathroom - Outdoor seating Cons: - Street parking
google avatar

Navapat K.

Yelp
We got sandwiches and Thai tea. The food was good but not that great when compare with price you pay. My Thai tea was very watery, I know what brand they use (Tra Mue) and usually it's my favorite, but this wasn't. Overall, it's good to come and try the food, it's different. But the price was too expensive. Overrated in my opinion
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious!!! We were recommended this place for breakfast and it was so so good! I loved all the plants and decorations around the shop, and the service was very quick! We tried the breakfast sandwich and cheesy tacos and they were sooo good!! We would definitely recommend and will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
I have been here twice. I picked up a carryout Joya's Breakfast Sandwich made vegan after I was done at the bank across the street. Fantastic and filling. I met Gwen & Marlena for a late breakfast the second time, and we sat outside at a table. I had Joya's Latte, the Egg Toast-In-A-Box, and Hash Puppies as the side. Both times were very pleasant with great food. Nice service staff. I would love to get the Not Pad Thai next time. Lucky for me I live down the street.
google avatar

Cherry T.

Yelp
Loveee this place! They have the sweetest people working and the food was so good! Those hash puppies have such flavorful seasoning. The breakfast sandwich was so filling and yummy and flavorful. Plus I got an iced rose mocha and it was so so good! Will be back for sure!
google avatar

Vishu C.

Yelp
A Bengali brunch spot is not something you encounter every day, so I'm very glad I got to stop by Joya's on my latest trip to Columbus. It was definitely bustling, but they were able to accommodate our party of 5 at a lovely table outside. Their vegetarian menu is extensive, and the staff was great at explaining what everything was, including their many spins on chai. I ended up getting the veggie Not Pad Thai, as they were sadly out of the Bengali veggie chap cheese. It was flavorful (not in a traditional Pad Thai way, but still yummy), and they don't skimp with the tofu/egg/eggplant toppings which is always appreciated. To be honest, I am not sure how their nitro chai is different than just cold chai, and I am of the opinion that chai should really not be served cold, but besides that ideological difference my drink was quite pleasant. Also, for bonus points, their bathroom is BEAUTIFUL, with sanitary products/mouthwash/mints galore.
google avatar

Siddhi J.

Yelp
Everything about this place is spot on! A cozy little corner restaurant with minimal seating -- would probably need to call in earlier for a sit down table nonetheless service was exceptionally quick! I ordered an amazing thai tea which was ready by the time I finished paying and my to go order was ready within 15 mins. A great experience and I cannot wait to be back to try new items! A MUST TRY when in the area!
google avatar

Minji K.

Yelp
If you're looking for brunch that's packed with flavor, definitely check out Joyas! Their Indian inspired breakfast items were delicious and filling. The egg sando was on the chunkier side as it was filled with fluffy eggs, bacon, chutney, and chives. I like how it was split into two, which made it easy to share! The kati roll was my favorite as it had a crispy crunchy thin layer with lamb, egg, pickled onions, and chutney. If you're looking for something small but super flavorful, the scotch egg is a must. It's a hard boiled egg within a savory layer of goodness and a crunchy fried crust. It comes with a mix of sauces to pair with. The meal was heavy so I asked for some hot sauces and was so glad I did. The worker was so sweet and had us try two sauces. One was a milder hot sauce and the other was a chunky, peppery paste that was super spicy but so good. Just be careful to try a little because it packs a punch! The coffees were okay and I'm excited to try the chai next time. Since it does get busy, especially for brunch, there is usually a line. The line does move pretty quick and once you order, you can choose a seat indoors or outdoors. They are also open for dinner!
google avatar

Keith D.

Yelp
Joya's is such a hidden gem in downtown Worthington. The food is incredible-- the cheesy double crunch tacos are delicious. The staff is always so helpful, personable and makes every visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is both exciting and cozy. The coffee is the best coffee. If you haven't tried it, try it. You won't regret it!
google avatar

Sandy L.

Yelp
Really awesome staff and a cute place! I got the Bobby's breakfast sandwich. The egg was sooo good. I thought the flavor as a whole was pretty subtle but appreciated the fresh ingredients. It didn't taste spicy to me, so I would add some more hot sauce next time. The nitro chai was a bit too sweet for me, but it was delicious nonetheless!! Loved the silky/smooth texture.
google avatar

Trung V.

Yelp
Arrive to Joya's early. Space is limited and tight, so you'll most likely be waiting in a line next to the tables while trying to avoid making eye contact with people eating their food. Don't let the long line stop you though, the wait is worth it! Despite the wait, service is quick once orders have been placed at the counter. The menu offers a variety of options, including gluten free and vegetarian dishes. My table of five all ordered different items and were all pleased with our choices. I'm not much of a breakfast person, but I'll make an exception for Joya's.The kati roll blew me away with its flavors and I love the chef's take on Indian fusion of traditional breakfast food.
google avatar

Jacqueline R.

Yelp
This place was super yummy! We came on a weekend, and decided to take ours to go since it was so busy and a bit small (so much so that we went outside to wait for our order despite it being winter). The inside is really colorful and they have cookies in a "take one" jar that you can snack on which I thought was really thoughtful. The breakfast sandwiches were all delicious! We ended up getting the Joyas breakfast sandwich, Bobby's breakfast sandwich, Cheese Chapati, and the Kati roll. I'm not even a huge fan of eggs but devoured the breakfast sandwiches , and the added fried inari in the Bobby's sandwich cut through the egg with a nice sweet umami flavor. The only con is it definitely is a little pricey for breakfast sandwiches, but you won't be disappointed in flavor!
google avatar

Gwen W.

Yelp
Mmmmmm! I finally had time to try Joya's - owner Avishar's brainchild that he opened after his stint on Top Chef a few years ago. Met Yelp friends for a later breakfast, so there were seats inside (albeit, in general, there's one very small two-top table, and three or four bar seats, so space is a premium here), but the four front patio tables were occupied and had to wait about 10 minutes for one to open up; at any rate, no biggy. I went with their Breakfast Sandwich and it was very good! I did feel like it was a bit lacking on the price-to-quantity ratio, but now that I think about it, $13 is pretty fair considering the costs of products and labor nowadays. The flavors melded really well, no odd spicy pops, great cheesy eggs, definitely would get that sucker for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Also tried the Nitro Chai, and it was very good! Different taste than the customary pumpkin pie-esqueness of American chai, and I'm all for that. Happy tummy, happy tongue, happy mind!
google avatar

Nadira Y.

Yelp
The menu is so fun and the food is on point with taste. I appreciate the entirely new creations through so many fusions. The tacos with beef were wonderful. I have heard great things about the fried rice, so would like to get that next.
google avatar

Janki P.

Yelp
Ordered the breakfast sandwich and Joyas latte. Both were fresh and delicious, and the service was even better. Can't wait to come back and try the other items on the menu!
google avatar

Megan H.

Yelp
A friend stopped by Joya's to pick up some breakfast sandwiches for a quick lunch. I don't tend to eat breakfast foods often, but this was a delicious sandwich, with some bacon that seemed to be cooked differently from most other breakfast places. It was also super filling! I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area
google avatar

Erica Y.

Yelp
If you are looking for a flavor packed meal then you've found the perfect spot. I had been meaning to check this place out for forever and I'm so happy I was finally able to get in. Caveat, if you go on the weekend don't let the line deter you because it moves so quick and we got our food so quick! Everyone in there is super friendly and I love how cute and comforting this restaurant is. It is smaller so once you see an open spot be sure to snag it. We tried a lot of different things but the breakfast sandwich was "chef's kiss" SO GOOD. We also got the fried rice and the kati roll and we loved everything. Absolutely recommend for a quicker but delicious breakfast/lunch.
google avatar

Emily S.

Yelp
Worth the line! We tried three different items - the sandwich and the tacos were standouts.
google avatar

Lexus F.

Yelp
A small group of us stopped at Joyas after hitting up the Worthington Farmers Market. It was packed!! Be warned that seating is not a guarantee, but our group of 3 did get lucky with seating at the bar. I ordered the Joya's breakfast sandwich in the regular size ($13). Flavors were great and the sandwich was fantastic!! This is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Columbus. They were also giving out free samples of their Joyas Mocha, which was amazing, not overly sweet and perfect on a chilly day!! I will definitely be ordering it next time I visit.
google avatar

Yelp
If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5, I would. Everything I tried here was amazing, and the wait staff was very helpful and pleasant. I just wish I had tried the place sooner as it is a gem in Worthington. Parking in downtown Worthington can be tricky, however, there is a decent sized parking lot behind the restaurant if street parking is not available/not your thing. The place is small and is always packed (for good reason), although, on my visit, there were more available spots in the bar area than the tables. Either way, make sure to bring time as the wait to find both parking and a spot to sit is completely worth it. On this visit, I tried the Samosas, the Breakfast Sandwich, the Kati Roll, and the Fried Rice. I also had the Thai Tea. Everything was delicious, and as busy as the place was, our server was very accommodating of my customization requests. They were able to swap out the lamb for chicken in the Kati roll, and also take out the bacon in the fried rice. The Kati roll was some of the best I have ever had, and the fried rice is better than any fried rice you will find in the best Chinese/Thai places in town. The Thai tea was so good that I devoured it before taking a picture of it. Chef Avishar has now created two amazing (and completely different) concepts within a very small span of time - Agni and Joya's. His semifinal nomination (at the time of this review) for "Chef of the Year" award in the Great Lakes region from the James Beard foundation is a testament to his hard work and talent getting national recognition. If you can help it, go to both restaurants. I know I will be back to check out Joya's over and over again until I have tried their full menu.
google avatar

Yelp
Cute breakfast spot in Worthington! I stopped in on a rainy Saturday morning with friends and it was packed. The inside has only a few small tables and bar area which makes it hard to sit down and eat (many people seemed to linger at their spots once finished despite people obviously waiting for seats). The breakfast sandwich was tasty - a little greasy (as are some of their other items based on friend reviews) but still flavorful and a good portion. They were also giving samples of a chai latte that was tasty! It's definitely a decent option if you're in the area but I don't know that I'll make a special trip to Worthington for it alone - and definitely don't expect to eat there if you have more than 2-3 people in your group!

Yelp
I can see why people stan over Joya's. Everything on the menu looks and sounds great, and it's packaged in an small, inviting Old Worthington space with a well-known, engaging chef. And the food generally backs up the acclaim. I came expecting to love the Breakfast Sandwich, but I left loving the Kati Roll. It's perfect, from the wrap itself to every internal filling. The Breakfast Sandwich was anchored by a nicely seasoned bun and a large, delicious, moist and fluffy cheesy egg. The bacon, chutneys and chives also add sweet and savory profiles that enhance all elements. On the downside, the Scotch Egg can be skipped. The shell was on the mushier side and the insides were lacking in flavor. The accompanying condiment mix couldn't save the day either for this side. The red sauce tried admirably, but it was overwhelmed by the blandness of the green sauce. Despite the Scotch Egg, which isn't one of their featured entrees, I was pleased with Joyas. I'm curious to try their other entree items that are adored by the masses.

I tried their Not Pad Thai and fried rice-both were absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor! 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

Yelp
A hidden gem in historic Worthington, joya's offers a unique taste of bengali fusion in Columbus, Ohio! Great spot for breakfast or brunch, but I stopped in for a quick drink. Got the iced chai and was pleasantly surprised by how floral it tasted. Ambience is delightful with several bar seats, outdoor tables, and a vintage nintendo console/monitor setup! Definitely a must-try spot.

Yelp
There are few places in Columbus that I have tried harder to finally get - the hours here are a bit wonky, but if you can make it work, it is well worth it. The Kati Roll was absolutely amazing - the crunchy exterior made for such a good contrast from the mushy interior. The flavor profile was so unique too - rarely do you get those kind of things (lamb kebab, egg, pickled onion, maple chaat yogurt, chutneys) for breakfast/lunch but alas I tried it and I would do it again 1000x over. It just WORKS. Tried my sister and cousins meals as well - the tacos and (not) pad thai, also super unique and delicious. The decor inside is undeniably creative and gives off a really authentic vibe to the place. Not a ton of room to sit - and typically the line is fairly long - but they file through it fast and make it well worth your time. GO GO GO!!!

Yelp
The customer service was beyond kind and helpful! For a small place and so many customers I was shocked to have such a favorable and tasty burger!! I will absolutely be returning!!

Yelp
Cute, but small interior. Friendly staff. Interesting food choices. I tried the cheesy double crunch tacos, and they were good, but the price was steep at $16 for two tacos.

Yelp
Very tasty breakfast sandwich. It is expensive and I am not usually a morning eater so I opted for the mini. It had some nice exotic spices to throw a change up on the usually semi bland breakfast category!

Yelp
Service was very good and the food was good. The atmosphere is normal for a small place.

Yelp
Thank you Chef Avishar. First time guest. FInally! Super busy on our arrival at 1130 on a Tuesday and it never let up. We were forced to sit at the bar area on the wall, since seating is limited and the patio was closed (of course it was 30 degrees). The breakfast sandwich and chicken snad wich are both 5*. Small but totally tasty. My favorite coffee is a Cortado, and they do it to perfection with beautiful crema art. Thanks for that. Great food, happy people. The seating is very tight, but it works

Yelp
This place exceeded every expectation. Friendly and courteous service, flavorful and absolutely delicious food, served in a fun (yet small) and intimate environment. I enjoyed the Kati Roll $16, which a lamb kebab, egg, pickled red onion, Joya's apple chutney, maple chaat yogurt, Joya's creamy herb salsa, and jumbo griddle fried paratha. Definitely a repeat. I also ordered some Hash Puppies $7, for the table that was also really good. They were crispy "magic spiced" potato bites w/ a special sauce. Our brunch friend enjoyed Joya's Toast-in-a-Box $14, and my partner had the Joya's Fried Rice $18. For beverages we had Drip Coffees $3 each and some chilled tap water. Parking is available on the street at no cost. Website is www.eatatjoyas.com

Yelp
Hype is real. Insane flavors on a breakfast sandwich. On the pricey side but I'm all for it. Clean. Respectful staff. Hard to beat.

Yelp
Joya's never misses‍ We came by for the new dinner hours and ordered the chap and chicken sandwiches with a thai tea. Both were delicious and the outdoor seating was perfect for a summer night. Staff were kind and speedy as always:) Love to chat with them

Yelp
Yummy spot for breakfast sandwiches! I loved the Joya's sandwich. The bun was fluffy and delicious and the sauce made all the flavors tie together nicely. I also loved the nitro chai - one of the best chai lattes I've had!

Yelp
Have been wanting to try Jonas for a while and finally went late on a Saturday for lunch. As promised, it is very busy. Seating is very limited and everyone is in everyone else's way. We took our order to go. The scotch egg was our favorite. We also tried the breakfast sandwich and tacos. The food was good but overpriced. I enjoy chaat at various Indian establishments and the flavors were reminiscent. So overall good-- but for us the price and small space will keep us from being repeated customers.

Yelp
I was visiting with friends for the first time. I was very happy to see an entirely vegan/vegetarian and gluten free menu! There were many options and the food was just like street food in India. This is very hard to find at restaurants!! The set up is order and find a spot at a few tables or diner styled seating. The staff were all very friendly. Will be coming back and highly recommend they've done great!!!
