Had heard good things about JTs Pizza for awhile. Had been wanting to try it out. After seeing a movie at Gateway my bf suggested it. I said sure thing. Put JTs Pizza in gps and started our way. It said almost 10 miles and I thought that seemed further than expected. Turns out there are 2 locations and I didn't know that. We finally got to the Grandview Yard location which was the one we were wanting to try. The place looks really nice. TONS of TV's hanging for all your sports ball teams watching. The staff was really nice. Food was delicious. Started with a large salad so we could split it( my photo is off the salad after split), The pizza was super hot and crispy. The fries were fine to perfection with a great seasoning and crunch on the outside while still being tender on the inside. We had to let the pizza sit a bit because it was so hot(means it was fresh).

Loyal customers for 10 years. After 2nd location opened up, service and quality TANKED. Bit into a boneless wing, tasted off (spoiled), and took a look. Green inside. Order always cold because they refuse to employ their own drivers, and 9 out of the past orders we have been overcharged (extra stuff). 0/10. We are done. Disgusting. Will report to health board. Edit: I called to warn them they were serving spoiled/moldy meat. Manager could not be bothered to stop sending out spoiled wings, was more concerned with it being “the busy hour”. Food safety and sanitation should come first. You guys are going to seriously injure someone, or worse.

We had the Big Al and bone-in wings with Greg's Sauce and Parmesan Garlic. It was all so excellent and I highly recommend this business and its offerings! In a word, fantastic food, service management and drink specials. Loved it!

So, I asked everyone in the local community what was the absolute best Pizza place with wings and alcohol on the North Side of Columbus. 90% of the people said JT's, so I had to give it a try. I really liked the restaurant, loved the service, and atmosphere. But I wasn't won over on the food. This is probably more me than the food. Their pizza is thin crust... like cracker thin. It just wasn't my style, but I think many people probably love it. The wings were good, and the mixed drinks were ok. Atmosphere for watching games was outstanding, they even have Columbus Crew games on 3 of their tvs (might return just for this), and the wait staff was great. Just wish they had hand tossed pizza. Give them a try.

We had a great first visit. It was a busy Saturday night but were seated within 10 minutes and had multiple staff check in and serve us throughout our time. LOVED the gyro nachos and bbq chicken pizza.

The staff here is lovely. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were so helpful and attentive. A+ The zucchini chips (app of the month) was good. The ranch dipping sauce is a great flavor, and not thick like the stuff out of a bottle. A little pricey, though. $11.99 B They have Coke products, which aren't my favorite. Pepsi is better. 😁 F- lol Now, let's talk about the pizza. Things I loved: crispy crust and divine pepperoni. Things I didn't love: sauce was barely there. It has a nice fresh tomato flavor around the crust, so I know it was there. I just would like it to be more prominent. The cheese was melted nicely, and tasted good, but I prefer my cheese browned. To me, it tastes better. I know how to order next time to meet my preferences. Price was not great, but not terrible. A medium for $13.79 plus $1.99 per topping. C Sadly, my husband didn't care for the pizza at all. We brought most of it home, but I'm excited to see how it tastes cold. My review may not be suitable for you if you don't love the same pizza that I love; for reference, Rubino's is my #1. Stadz is #2. If you love those also, you may relate. Atmosphere: televisions everywhere and lots of seating at high tables, low tables, and the bar. You could easily talk to the people at your table. B+ Bill, including 1 soda and 1 beer, came to $40.05 with tax. Finally, I want to reiterate how lovely the staff is. A+ I love you all! ❤️

Hands down the best pizza in Columbus! Everything is so tasty!! My personal favorites are the Mindy and Big Al! The wings and subs are also fabulous. Must get the RANCH... its life changing!!<3

I’ll start the review by saying that this is hands down my #1 spot for pizza in Columbus. It’s consistently good a lot of shops can’t say that. If you look at my review history I’ve been to so many all around the city and this is my staple for true Columbus style pizza. JTs should be a 5* pizza review every day of the week, but they need serious improvement on staffing and service for dine in (and the insanely chaotic takeout/delivery side). Our waitress was nice to a fault but she was so very understaffed. On top of helping tables she also was behind the bar! This place is packed full on a Friday night and could use at least 1-2 more waiters for inside and the patio. The waitress is leaving your table before the last word comes out of your mouth (not really her choice). And I’ll add that for 3 people we spend $90+ with tip. This is a premium priced pizza joint and the service should match that! Overall definitely don’t miss this “hidden gem” next time you have craving for pizza! I have tried most of their pizzas and always come back to their regular pepperoni because it’s so good. Pro tip: order your pizza “well done bake” and it will be the perfect level of crispyness haha. The chicken wings are expensive but much better then other pizza shops. Their garlic knots are amazing and their Buffalo fries are some of my favorite in the city. Please bring back the Buffalo waffle fries though!

Yelp
Great Monday special - Lg 1-topping Pizza & 12 Wings for $30- our first order from JTs - will keep going back & back!!!

Yelp
First time customers. The food and service was superb! Ask for Carson- he was top shelf. Great knowledge of the menu and bar offerings- esp brews. We had the wings - nice and perfectly crispy (hate under done). The Craig's sauce was a great recommendation. We steered away from the famous Big Al's and went w the Meat Lovers. Crust was crunchy and tons of toppings. Classic sports bar! Great environment. It's a don't miss! Shout out to Carson! Thank you. Grade: (5/5) Todd & Wendi Bergdoll

Yelp
Been hearing about this forever, and had plans fall through several times. It's a ways out of our way, off the normal paths, and we just didn't have the time or inclination to get out here. Plus the hours are somewhat limited. But so many people said it's good, when we had some extra time on a Friday (when they're open earlier) during Christmas break, and they had the crab Rangoon special for December, well, we found a way to fit it in. Not too busy right at noon, but starting to fill up by the time we left. It's not huge, but plenty big inside for a lunch crowd. Probably gets busy at peaks. Parking lot is smallish, with extra spaces in the middle and some for pickup. Dark, cozy sports bar feel with what seems like a hundred screens. Super friendly and fast service, kid-friendly, patient. A pretty typical menu of pizza, wings, subs, salads. Happy hour specials, and monthly specials. K got a cheese pizza, and liked it. Great thin crust, crunchy but not burnt, sturdy enough for toppings, lots of good cheese, simple yet excellent. They also had a few other things kids might like: fries, mini corn dogs, fried cheese, etc. I got the crab Rangoon pizza. They also have a dip I think. Again, great crust, great cheese, and perfectly balanced topping of dollops of cream cheese and crab, crunchy fried wonton flakes, and a sprinkle of green onions. Yes, it sound weird, but it is done right. If you're at all a fan of Rangoons, try it. And it wasn't overdone, I could still tell how good the basic pizza was underneath. A bit pricey, but I did get a special, and it's really good stuff. Plus we had plenty of leftovers. Appropriate for the quantity and quality. I'll definitely be back- plus, I just learned they have a new location in Grandview, which might be a bit easier for us to get to.

Yelp
This is an updated review. We stopped here for a jar of ranch (8.99). The Buckeyes were playing so we decided to stay and watch the last quarter. Fun place to watch the game. The house was pretty much packed. Maybe a few open sots at the bar and one empty table We chose the bar to sit. We ordered a PBR, the wing of the month (hot honey) and the pizza of the month (chilly cheesesteak). Staff was pleasant, very busy. However, even after the crowd cleared out it was hard to get attention despite half the house was now gone. That was weird for JTs. Maybe an off day as they were previously slammed. Also we had to tell them three times about our jar of ranch even tho it was rung into our bill. We did finally get it. Maybe they were tired. Who knows. We chose the monthly pizza/wings. Wasnt a fan. Usually am a fan. So this was also weird. Crust was super crispy. That was fine. JTs has a crispier crust. However the philly pizza did not have much philly steak on the pizza. It was almost like a onion pizza. The crust was cooked fine, the pizza had a unique flavor, one that just wasn't aligned with my taste. but for just shy of 20 bucks for a small.... It should have had more meat. Not what I was going for. Would not get again. The hot honey wings were exactly as they sounded. Fried wings doused with some hot honey. Not really a wing sauce. Also not what i was hoping for. Pro: wings were a very good size and cooked fine. However I would not order this flavor again. JTs is one of my fav places to hang out at. Its a great bar. Fun to watch a game at. Just this time in we chose menu items that simply weren't a home run for our taste buds. We certainly would come back and the staff is always welcoming.

Yelp
Decided to try them for lunch one day since one of my friends was raving so much about it. I ordered the Big Al as well as the appetizer of the month, some sort of cheesy tots! The tots were the star of the show. It came with jalapeño aioli which really complimented the cheesy savory flavor of the tots. The pizza was a bit of a let down. Just not flavorful at all. Kinda bland. I had hot honey on hand which really made the pizza shine. But without it, the pizza was lacking. They don't skimp on toppings though. The sausage pieces were large and chunky. It's def a selling point since many pizza places aren't usually generous with that. Parking was weird. Not busy when I came but it's gotta be a headache in the evenings when it's busy. Not a ton of spots.

Yelp
Man, as someone from the Bronx, New York I've been looking for someplace that has high-quality ingredients and really great pizza with that crisp crunch. And then, I thought tonight, I wanted a meatball sandwich so I gave it a shot and holy crap they done good! The mixture of red sauce and ricotta is awesome. Keep it exactly that way.

Yelp
Always amazing food here and love everything from the subs, pizza, wings, everything is great!

Yelp
Solid pizza place. Pepperoni could've been a little better but it was Okay. Give em a go

Yelp
Best pizza in Columbus, no exaggeration honestly phenomenal! I've never had a poor experience. Quick and friendly service. Typical lively pub vibe.
google avatar

Josh G.

Yelp
Love their pizza but it's getting almost impossible to order from here. Fridays are busy, I know. You shut down online ordering and make us call in. I was in a call queque for 15 minutes and finally I'm number one and get disconnected. I'm wondering if you have looked at options to expand/streamline your pizza biz.
google avatar

Yelp
JTs doesn't disappoint when visiting Columbus. We love their pizza and their apps, they had a jalepeno beer cheese as part of their monthly apps that was to die for. It's a bit pricier than I remember but always a solid vibe and spot when in town

Eric L.

Yelp
6.14.25. Just picked up a pizza from JTs Linworth for dinner and it was EXCELLENT!! medium 12 inch extra sauce, meatballs, mushrooms, and banana peppers. $23.oo
google avatar

Ron F.

Yelp
Great local Columbus style pizza shop in the Linworth neighborhood. Supper fun atmosphere and yes it is also a nice bar with a wide selection of drafts and a very nice bourbon selection. They have nice drink specials too. We have been about a handful of times and service has always been very good. No complaints! There are plenty of TVs to watch and enjoy games. Great spot to hang out with friends and family. Parking can be tricky but there are options you can find. They have several spots reserved for take out as they will run your order out to your car. Pizza is always delicious. We have had a few different of their options and really enjoyed the pizza of the month, The Reuben. The wings are also delicious and I encourage you to try them on Tuesday for the Bourbon Smoked Wings. They also make their salad dressings and they are delicious. Their ranch is one of the best you can find, along with the Blue Cheese. When you visit be sure to order and take home a jar.
google avatar

Mike G.

Yelp
My God, does this place fill up fast! (And for good reason, too) Anna H and I walked in here on a Tuesday night just as they opened their doors, and within 25 minutes, this place was almost full. Taking a seat at the bar, we each ordered a liter of Yuengling from their happy hour beer deal for just $3.50 each. (Who doesn't like late 90s beer prices?). Now, we specifically came here with the idea of sharing their December monthly pizza special, which was the Crab Rangoon pizza. Skeptical? Don't be. It's both unique and delicious. A large pizza will set you back $25, which, in a way, it's expensive but well worth it. After eating a couple bites, we were hooked! The bartender recommended getting the sesame seed crust, which was the perfect compliment to the crab cream cheese, crushed wontons, and other Asian flavors. I've already put this on my calendar for next year, and I'll be back to try to put more of their pizzas and subs. A strong 5 stars. And Here's A Little More For Your Plate: Get there when they open, if you can. It's a tiny, cramped parking lot. Back in park to get out easier.

Yelp
This place gets a lot of business because of my youngest. They recently revamped their menu - for the better! Their staff is always _on it_ attentive, fast, constantly checking on everyone - and it's never *just* your server. I don't know who the manager is, who the bartender is, or whomever, because they always swing by and check on you. The food has been consistently tasty. Mozzarella wedges - let them cool, I burned my mouth . Meatballs - more cheese than sauce, if that's your thing, but not spicy IMO (worth noting because some places have some insane need to overly spice theirs). I've had the Italian sub - basic, crunchy, good. It is what I think of when I think "Italian sub" (could maybe use some more veggies). Their tossed salad is a nice mix of veggies and cheese - but the (grilled) chicken was refrigerated so it was chilled. Would've liked fresh but it was still juicy chunks of chicken. My son alternates between their cheese calzone (very cheesy, he loves it) and their boneless wings, which I snagged one tonight. They are juicy and crispy, not like that sad excuse of a wing from BW3. They've topped his list for best wings. The issue I have with them - their parking! It's an insanely small lot, they get CRAZY busy and the overflow parking isn't enough to handle all the bodies! I don't know where I should park if not there or next door - by the closed down book store? Across the street? Who knows! But it's a great problem for them, because people clearly love them.
google avatar

Jason L.

Yelp
Top on the Columbus pizza pyramid. Great service as well- excited for new location.
google avatar

Kevin R.

Yelp
Fantastic Pizza, delicious crust, and some very imaginative, delicious pizzas. (Ask about their Pizza of the Month) The space is of a Family Pub. It's kid friendly, but tight. There's not a lot of space between the tables. Use the Backyard Patio if You're claustrophobic. Get there early. Parking is limited in their front yard lot, and fills up quickly. There's overflow parking across the street which helps, but that'll leave you and your family walking across a very busy thoroughfare, twice.
google avatar

Joseph S.

Yelp
This was a delicious spot. First time here and won't be nowhere near the last. I got the double pepperoni, my wife got the works, and the family got wings. Everything was cooked perfectly and I can't wait to try different topping next time.

Jane M.

Yelp
Love the food. Times for takeout and delivery are ridiculous. Order at 5 pm and you'll wait an hour or more for food

Jeff R.

Yelp
Below average pizza with the most inconvenient location and no rudest carry out staff.

Dave M.

Yelp
I don't say this lightly, but this is the best pizza in Central Ohio. I grew up with Rotolo's and Tommy's and Scoreboard, this one is even better. Perfect crust, perfect toppings. And as a wing snob, the boneless wings were also awesome. Definitely get Greg's sauce. The bartenders and servers are fantastic.

Yelp
I saw a pic of their monthly pizza special on social media and knew I had to pay a visit before the end of the month. On Friday the 30th, we went around 4:30, which I knew was going to be a late arrival, and there was no parking. They have a small lot, which includes a few for carryout only, and there is parking next door after 4:30, but it was all full. We stopped across the street to pick up pre-ordered wine at Aardvark, then went to the Blarney Stone before heading home. Next day, the 31st at 1:00. Success! Parking in the lot and plenty of bar seating. Matt S was a fantastic bartender. I had a $3.50 Yuengling draft (an every day price) and ordered their Crab Rangoon pizza I had been looking forward to. Boyf stuck with water due to a headache, and ordered a build-your-own pizza. They were pretty darn good. The Crab was worth my wait. Their crust is medium, and they were baked to perfection. The only downside was the beer served in plastic cups. As we were paying our bill, we saw beer served to someone at a table in glasses. I guess we need to ask next time? They do have Guinness, but boyf prefers it poured in Guinness glasses. We will see next time.
google avatar

Myra W.

Yelp
Even though clear on the other side of town we ventured out . There has been so much hype about the pizza we had to try. Open for lunch only Fri,Sat and sun. Very small parking lot but after 4:30 you can park next door. We got there a few before they opened but some other people had the same idea. The place became packed but we still had great service. Music was not blaring! The 3 of us ordered our own - for me mushroom for them sausage and pepperoni. Crust was thin and crispy. I prefer a doughier yeastier crust but loved the crunch . The sauce was more savory than sweet - another plus for me. On the whole it was a decent pie. Not the best but up there. Definitely check it out

Yelp
I have found a new pizza place in Columbus with JT's Pizza and Pub. My friend and I had the Founder's Favorite with the Garlic Parmesan crust with Pepperoni, Hand Pulled Sausage, Mushroom, and Onion. Also, enjoyed the JT's Bourbon Glaze wings and dipped them in Blue Cheese and Sweet Thai Chili Sauce. Everything was delicious and yummy. Great service from the bar but will find a table next time. The staff is very friendly who take great care of their patrons, whoever loyal and new customers. Despite it small, it is quaint with lots of televisions to watch sports. I will be going back to JT's Pizza and Pub soon to another pizza with Garlic Parmesan crust and the Bourbon Glaze Wings but will try Greg's Sauce a creamy BBQ sauce. Thank you so much for the best Pizza in Columbus voted by Pizza Connoisseurs of Columbus in 2023.
google avatar

Norman H.

Yelp
Visited here from Southern California where the pizza I'm used to is mainly from the big named chains. Not only is JT's tastier, but is cheaper too! I especially love the curbside pick up and can tell that high quality ingredients are used, especially the hand pulled sausage. Would love to try dining in next time!
google avatar

Andrea H.

Yelp
First let me say i absolutely love JT's food. I've tried over half the menu. However, ever since they've paired with whatever Grubhub/doordash/3rd party delivery service - their delivery service has been horrible. Missing items, no notification it's here as it sits on my porch. When you order 4 items and get 1!!!! And let me say I'm a religious JT's orderer. At least once a week and sometimes 3-4. College student here that eats out a lot. This is in no way a review on the quality of their food. It's beyond delish. But some of the changes they're making with delivery sucks.
google avatar

Dwight P.

Yelp
Really great pizza and service! Reasonable pricing also. I want to take people here to show them how good it is! They have a monthly specialty pizza which we got ... the jalapeño popper pizza. It was delicious!
google avatar

Landen M.

Yelp
We got takeout pizza, extra crispy wings, garlic parm knots, and salad. Pizza was the best out of everything. Order extra crispy wrings and they were soft. Garlic parm knots were greasy and not flavorful. Salad dressing (Italian dressing) was sweet and bitty at the same time.
google avatar

Shannon C.

Yelp
Was excited to try their gluten free pizza. I can no longer have the regular unfortunately. Was pleasantly surprised! Very yummy! And thankful it's not cauliflower!
google avatar

Paul J.

Yelp
Dumpy looking place from the outside but inside is very nice and well put together. Pizza place/ sports bar/family restaurant. Patio drinks in the shade. TVs we're on even though almost nobody was on the patio. Great looking cheese fries to try them. And ended up getting an Italian calzone. It was messy and delicious. My locals tell me the pizza is as good or better. I will try that the next time I come in. Not great parking out front and the bathrooms are very clean and spotless.
google avatar

Christina D.

Yelp
I really liked this pizza (found via the new Pizza Trail). Crispy, crunchy, with lots of good melty cheese without being too heavy. The mozzarella sticks were obviously freshly made, and while I inhaled them on the drive home, they would have made excellent appetizers for a pizza dinner. The place is a little out of the way for me, so I'm not sure how often I'll be back, but it's definitely a great option for pizza in northern Columbus.
google avatar

Yessica A.

Yelp
One of the best pizzas in Columbus! Service is always great. Their patio is awesome. One of my favorite places to hang out with family while eating amazing food!
google avatar

Ginger B.

Yelp
Yummy pizza. The house salad dressing is amazing a little spicy but good My delivery was on time and delivered by a very friendly person I'll be ordering again soon.
google avatar

Matt L.

Yelp
JTs is my favorite pizza spot in Columbus. The founders favorite pizza with garlic parm crust is a household staple. Greg's sauce on all the wings can't be missed. You can get a 32oz yuengling for $3.50. Wild! The waitstaff is very attentive and they all work together to make sure you have everything you need. Great place for watching sports. They have a patio and live music that is nice when it's nice weather. Everything was so delicious that I immediately consumed it and forgot to take pictures. I'll get some next time as I will be back!
google avatar

Alaina R.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite pizza in Columbus. It has the perfect sports bar vibe. You won't be disappointed!

Edythe J.

Yelp
Yuck, who wants a crispy pizza crust? I don't and the sausage is frozen and the pepperoni is not chewy.
google avatar

Brian P.

Yelp
Tried due to a pizza connoisseurs of Columbus Facebook group. 40 minute round trip drive for me. Excellent crisp crust. Wife says toppings are delicious. Sauce and cheese are to my liking- a great example of Midwest tavern style pizza. Staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Parking lot was packed on this Super Bowl Sunday, but they got me in and out like pros. This will stay on my list of go-to places. In a surprisingly unhelpful comment, this is like a thinner version of the outstanding Brandon House of Pizza in Brandon Vermont. Yes, I order mostly boring plain cheese. Don't judge. Just order and eat what you like. Enjoy!

Gary L.

Yelp
Awesome pizza and service...I have had pizza many places in Columbus...this is THE BEST! Service is great, attentive, but not annoying! Go.....you will not regret it...
google avatar

Emily B.

Yelp
Love me some JT's! The service and ambience is great and the pizza is delicious. I'm not a huge fan of Columbus thin crust pizza but I love JT's--I'm sure the crust flavor (get sesame seeds!) helps! The wings are so good--you can get them topped with feta for extra special flavor. Always a good drink special and most of all their ranch is deliciously dipable!
google avatar

Ryan K.

Yelp
Best pizza I have had in Columbus. One of the top wing places as well. Their house sauce on the wings is hard to describe, but is delicious. The only downside to JT's is they have a very small parking lot and is usually packed. If you go during off hours you can usually get in. The staff is also great.

John Z.

Yelp
Pizza is some of the best in Columbus ! Their monthly specialty pizzas are always creative and delicious
google avatar

Eve R.

Yelp
First time trying JT's Pizza and it's ok. Thin cracker crust is not my favorite, but we try a new pizza spot every week and I had to at least try it. Got a Mindy pizza which had pepperoni, onion, mushroom, and tomato. I enjoyed the non-traditional toppings combo - I would definitely get these toppings again. Also got a large tossed salad with Italian. Simple but a good size for $7. A large speciality pizza runs $21 (which is overpriced IMO.) But man. Things didn't settle well after eating. I don't know what it was because it's not a greasy pizza (which is a good thing!) but neither of us felt great. Maybe too many onions? Maybe it was heartburn or indigestion but meh. I didn't eat the leftovers so I can't report on how it tasted cold. Not bad. Not great. Just middle of the road for me. I won't go out of my way to try it again because there are simply too many really solid pizza joints in town who I prefer.

K S.

Yelp
This place hardy ever misses on their pizza but not just that their food over all is just good pub style food with good ambiance and atmosphere. It is a lil pricey like $27 fir a small founders favorite I think That's the only negative
google avatar

Jeff M.

Yelp
Another Great Visit on the Patio. Bartenders, Servers and Food Remain top notch. Great place to watch games, live music (see their schedule), or just hang out on their huge patio. One thing to understand is their limited parking.... have to use alleys, neighbors, or walk from local lots. But once inside, you will be welcome and love the chill vibe. Thanks again.
google avatar

Adam T.

Yelp
My name is Adam and I am a pizza snob. I've had at least 30 pizza places around Columbus. We are fortunate enough to have tons of good pizza here. JT's is now definitely a top 5. Pep, bacon and green pepper with garlic park crust. Pepperoni has the nice crunch and a ton of flavor. Cheese is fine, cooked perfect with a little caramelization for a little extra flavor. The sauce is what gets ya. It's delicious! A lot of flavor and none of that better junk you get with chain pizza like Jet's. But the best part of it all was the garlic parm crust. This is very similar to Hounddogs but just a bit more flavor from the parm. Crust was dripping butter off the side in some places. Nice crunch all the way through to the middle. TL;DR: This is some damn good pizza.

Yelp
Was never a fan of the cracker type crust until JT's. Their pizza is just simply delicious.

Yelp
We found this place a couple years ago and so glad we did. It's been by far our #1 pizza since the first bite. The garlic parmesan crust is like crack. Service is always great.
