Jamaica Patty Chain Juici Patties Opens First New York Restaurants | Eater NY

"A second New York outpost opened in the Boogie Down Food Hall at the Bronx Terminal Market on 610 Exterior Street, Fourth Floor on Thursday, May 22, offering the same counter-service format and flaky patties with fillings such as beef (mild or spicy), curried chicken, and spinach, plus coco bread. The opening is part of the chain's broader U.S. expansion following decades of growth in Jamaica under founder Jukie Chin, who launched the business in 1980 and grew it to more than 65 locations before beginning U.S. openings in Florida in 2024." - Nadia Chaudhury

Finally found my way to Juici Patties at the Bronx Terminal Boogue Down Food Hall tucked away in the back on the left hand side. After from a friend picked up some at the zjuici Pattie Brooklyn location and show me some pictures and raved about them I had to get my hand on my own. Let me tell you I was so happy that I did! I ordered two chicken patties. They were perfectly cooked with nice mini bits of chicken throughout and weren't soupy throughout like other patties are when you bite into them. The patti was layers of super flaky crust and seasoned perfectly. Each bite melted in your mouth. I will definitely be returning!!

This was my first time having a mild beef patty. I did not enjoy it. The taste nor the presentation of the beef patty was appetizing. I would not recommend, but I somewhat enjoyed the spinach vegan patty. For $9 I expected more as I had wanted to try it for some time. On a side note, I saw an employee spit in the trash bin while I was present. I lost my appetite!

Patties were super flaky and delicious as expected. I love that you can tell its real beef when you break the patties open. You can see the grounds of beef instead puréed filler. The coco bread here is the best I’ve ever had! They are so soft and light. Not too dense. Everything is a 10/10. I came a day after their grand opening and thankfully it wasnt a long line but they are currently the most popular counter in the food court. Its not as chaotic as the Brooklyn location (currently). Honestly just glad there’s one in the Bronx

I was told back in April when I was in Jamaica that the best patties were Juici Patties but I couldn't get any. When I found out that they were in The Bronx, I had to try them! They are delicious!

Hallelujah. At last ! It’s well worth the trip. I had two spicy beef patties and they did not disappoint. Nice flaky crust and well spiced beef. I enthusiastically recommend

Mmm. Mmm. Just like in Jamaica. Crust is crusting. Meat is real meat! Not a blended meat with fillers. I can taste all the flavors. Parking was easy and was able to do food shopping (it's in the food biz are supermarket) for the week while I picked up my dinner @ Juicci. The organic juice was delicious also.

I bought the spicy beef patty (not spicy at all), taste was on point...just like yawd [Jamaica], however they were a little burnt but edible. I really don't think this location is the best for the business, it should be where the Jamaicans are ...like Whiteplains Rd
