"There are very few foods that say “quick and easy lunch” like kimbap, and the best place to grab a roll near campus is at K-Bop, the small Korean restaurant on The Drag. Ordering takes place at a digital kiosk—equally great for a quick weekday lunch, or if you haven’t had a chance to shower because of an all-nighter. Just choose between proteins like beef bulgogi, panko-crusted pork, and shrimp tempura, then sit back and enjoy a thick-stuffed roll packed full of pickled vegetables, eggs, rice, and meat. And while kimbap is the name of the game here, there’s also a full menu of rice bowls, stews, and milk tea. " - nicolai mccrary, raphael brion

"The tiny window on Dirty Sixth offers up Korean food served in convenient cups (hence the name). On deck are small rice bowls made with barbecue chicken/beef/pork or the vegan one. Then there are decadent potato sides, like the tornado potato (a spiral-cut potato served on a skewer) and hot dogs topped with those tornados." - Nadia Chaudhury

Such a cute place! Right by the Austin campus and great pricing for a quick lunch! Everyone was pretty quiet but very fast service and you can order without having to see a cashier for the shy people. I ordered the kimchi kimbop and my friend got the beef bulgogi. Very delicious, will be returning!

Highly recommend this place! It is a small restaurant with some seating inside and outside. Everything is fresh and delicious! Got the Don Katsu Kimbop with a frozen green bubble tea and a Don Katsu plate with frozen coconut bubble tea. Can't wait to come back!

Looked ok but tasted like it sat out all day. The beef and the chicken were warm at most. The rice was soggy. The "spicy" chicken forgot it was supposed to be spicy... Place had zero ambiance and overall it was such a disappointment. Even the bathroom was dirty.

Real sweet for grab and go korean meals with minimal interaction due to the ordering kiosks. Seating is limited which is understandable but the interior of the place isn't by any means bad at all. The food is always good and the menu is decently sized, though I haven't tried out their drinks.

Delicious fast casual Korean great for lunch or early dinner. Quick and easy to order at the kiosk. Staff was super friendly and helpful if have any questions. There’s not a lot of seating so it can get crowded during lunch rush. There are a few tables outside or you can take it to go. No idea where you’d park, but most people are walking from campus anyway.

I have longed for a casual Korean restaurant to open in Austin. I visited one recently while I was in UT after a long time. I was very pleased with the food, the price, and the atmosphere. I definitely plan to visit with my children again.

The food was really good. Even though the sitting may seem small, it’s enough to fit at least, 20 people in total and that’s including outside spaces as well. The atmosphere comes off like a hole in the wall joint. It’s great for dining in taking out and delivery. The food came cooked very well, hot and spicy, and choices for everyone. My husband and I brought our kids and my sister and the array of options was awesome. I would take a vantage of the GrubHub offer about if you have prime, you get GrubHub for a year. I know I’m definitely jumping on that bandwagon.

Very much a cheap eats spot for university kids. If you’re craving Korean food that’s quick and cheap, this could do the trick. The kimchi fried rice is loaded with sauce to add flavour but I would prefer if everything was just seasoned property instead. The house kimbap was good but you could also get the frozen trader Joe’s one for cheaper and arguably with more convenience. The food was good, edible, and not bland. I just prefer food with a little more sophistication so I won’t be coming here again for food. I would definitely come back for the bubble tea though. It’s reasonably priced and it’s delicious. I got the taro milk and added tapioca pearls and soy milk.
