The Best Thai Food in Portland, Oregon | Eater Portland

"This Beaverton Thai restaurant is named for the owners’ father, who still lives in Northern Thailand and provided the family recipes for the restaurant. Khamdee serves many of its soups in hotpot vessels, overflowing with seafood and meat, depending on the base — the Khamdee More Fire is rich with stewed beef and pork livers, while the seafood tom yum is abundant with mussels, shrimp, and squid. The restaurant also serves two versions of khao soi: One beautifully executed beef version, in which the beef simmers in the coconut curry broth until tender, and a dry version, khao soi haeng, with a small cup of the broth on the side of sauce-tossed noodles. Keep an eye out for specials, which are almost always worth an order."

The Best Restaurants in Beaverton, Oregon | Eater Portland

"On chilly days there’s no better place to warm up than this unassuming Thai spot. The specialties here are mainly big, luxurious hot pot–style soups, like the tom zab nuea, a spicy beef soup loaded with aromatic herbs, or the Khamdee More Fire, which has both stewed beef and pork livers. If that sounds like a lot of liquid, try the khao soi haeng, a dry version of the classic khao soi, with the broth on the side."

Fantastic taste, detailed service, and comfortable atmosphere. It feels like I’m eating at someone’s family table. I usually get chicken pad Thai, and it’s level of spice and blend of flavors is well done; some of the best pad Thai I’ve had. The food looks like what they show on the menu, so it feels very honest and genuine from their part. We also got a hot-pot soup, and the presentation was fun with the way it’s served in a metal hotpot. I really like this place :)

This is the first time for me, as a test I always try the Phad Thai, if it’s seasoned right, usually the rest of the menu is good. This restaurant passed my initial test. Keep up the quality and I shall be back to try other dishes.

Google
Great food, good service and a nice vibe. Food came out pretty quickly and the service was very good. The seating can fill up quickly so just be aware of that if you have a large party or go on a weekend or busy time. Will probably be here again!

Google
The restaurant was clean, and the food was good, but service matters most when people come out to eat—after all, good food can be made at home too. We arrived about 30–40 minutes before closing (9:00 PM), which may explain why the staff seemed rushed and didn’t check if we needed anything. However, I found their actions disrespectful. Two staff members were involved: one sprayed tables near us with strong-smelling cleaning spray while we were still seated, and another came to take back our sauce platter, telling us to take whatever we needed immediately because they were closing. Having cleaning done around us while removing items we were using felt both uncomfortable and disrespectful.

Google
Main dishes taste great. Their Pad See Ew is a must try. It's literally the best Pad See Ew I've had. However, we have not had excellent experient service here. Wait staff is cold and unresponsive; mainly one of the woman waitress. Comes with your food just sets it on the table and walks away. No smile. No explanation of which dish they have brought. I know they are capable of warmth and smile because we see it when they interact with Caucasian customers. Just very cold in general. They don't seem happy to see customers. Really a small simple improvement to their wait staff will do wonders for this restaurant.

04/16/2025 This new Thai restaurant is a huge upgrade from the ones that used to be in this location! The menu is easy to understand with photos, and in addition to the classics, it offers some unique and interesting dishes. We ordered from the lunch menu — a Pad Thai with Thai iced tea set, and the curry of the day (green curry) with spring rolls. Both were incredibly delicious, with the medium spice level being just right — flavorful without being too hot. The lunch portions were also surprisingly generous, not the usual small size you often get. We were very satisfied and would love to come back to try more!🤤

Google
A really delicious Thai food meal. The service was very polite and good. The food came fast. I will say this is probably one of the most delicious Thai food meals that we’ve ever had. They have some great combination plates for two people. My wife and I split something. We don’t remember what we ordered and it was just the right amount of medium spice and absolutely delicious. We will be coming back to eat here again.

Google
This Thai restaurant is an absolute gem! Their Phuket noodle is hands down the best I’ve ever had, so flavorful and perfectly balanced. I've never had noodles this good before! The spicy Thai salad (Yum) is also on point, bursting with fresh ingredients and the perfect level of heat. On top of that, the service is very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Every dish we tried was amazing. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Wow, so good. My husband and I came in tonight and had the best basil chicken and red curry. Highly recommend! Excellent service as well and a really cute patio.

Yelp
Replacing Thai Princess that has been there for decades is Khamdee. The Khao Soi caught my eye and I have to say it's a very unique rendition and lovely. We also ordered the pad see ew and thought the "wok air" technique was solid. When there are lots of Thai nationals surrounding you enjoying the cuisine here... that says something to me. I look forward to try their 2-person courses which look like a great bang for the buck.

Yelp
This fantastic Thai restaurant nestled in Beaverton Town Square quickly shot to the top of my must-try restaurants in the area. It was so good, I went back twice during my trip. The first time I tried the Khao Soi Nuea (their classic dish). Filled with different types of noodles, ample meat, onion, and more, this curry dish hit the spot in terms of flavor, volume, and price. I also tried the boat noodles, which was a completely different flavor but equally as delicious. The soup came with pork, meatballs, bean sprouts, Chinese broccoli, and more in a clear broth. I also got to try the green beans, which while tasty were a slightly smaller portion size compared to price, and the fresh rolls, which were fresh indeed and came with a tasty peanut sauce. With delicious, unique food, reasonable prices, ample parking, and cheerful service, this place is one of my favorites in the area.

Yelp
Easily my favorite restaurant in the Beaverton/hillsboro area! Service is always fast and friendly. Restaurant is also very clean. The Tom Yum soup is the most flavorful soup I've ever had. The presentation is not only pretty but useful as the soup stays hot. Their spice levels are pretty hot, but soooo worth it!! I'm also a fan of the crab fried rice when I'm not feeling soup. The portion is huge and they don't cheap on the crab. I love a fun non alcohol drink and their menu has so many!! I normally go for a Thai tea or the lychee juice. Overall such a gem in Beaverton. Always have to bring our friends and family when they come in town to visit.

Yelp
Had dinner at Khamdee Thai Cookhouse and ordered the pad thai noodles and papaya salad. The pad thai had a nice balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors with perfectly cooked noodles that weren't sticky or overdone. The shrimp were fresh and well-seasoned, and the crushed peanuts added the right amount of crunch. The papaya salad was bright and refreshing, with just enough spice to give it a kick without overwhelming the other flavors. Together, the two dishes made for a satisfying and well-rounded meal. Service was attentive and personable. The staff checked in at the right times and offered helpful recommendations without being pushy. The food came out quickly, and everything arrived hot and fresh. The ambience was warm and welcoming. The space is casual but thoughtfully decorated, with soft lighting and a relaxed pace that makes it comfortable whether you're there for a quick bite or a longer meal. Khamdee Thai Cookhouse delivers quality dishes with balanced flavors, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. It's a spot I'd happily return to for another meal.

Yelp
Very solid Thai restaurant. The appetizers are good but I'm more of a 3 entree type of girl, you feel me? I personally love the tom yum soup (actually very spicy - good heat level). The boat noodles were underwhelming - cloying sweetness very oily and the noodles were a bit over cooked. The Pad Thai is solid - it gets the job done. The other time we came here we had crab fried rice and it was delicious - packed full of msg and umami. I did have some gastric upset after our meal - not sure if it was the spicy soup (probably but I am who I am) or what but if I'm ever in the area hankering for Thai this is my spot.

Yelp
This place had some pretty delicious Thai cuisine and I just absolutely love Thai curry with noodles and especially with the dry crispy ones they had is garnish on top. It's gotta be my favorite and I know just very few good Thai places in (Portland) and (Beaverton) and this is one of them. I absolutely love the spices and the flavoring in the curry. It's thick, not too watery and it just has a kick and when you get to the end of the bowl, you see all the spices down to the bottom and then you get a real scoop of flavor when you get those last few drops I highly recommend coming here with a group so you can do sharing family style And of course this is a little mall type area so there's parking all over.

Yelp
Overall 3.5/5 Ambiance: 7.5/10 nice quant date spot, clean, Service: 7/10 they were very kind despite being very busy Food: 6.5/10 Kao Soi overall was a good price for what you were getting ($17.50) however, there were a lot of minor things that if addresses could make this a 8/10. Broth: 8/10 very balanced and lots of flavor and unique taste. It was sweet which I love but forewarning to those expecting savory. This was my favorite part of the dish Noodles: 6/10 they were quality egg noddles just a tad overcooked. Big portions though which I appreciated. Fried noodles on top: 5/10 these were store bought. While it did the job, flavor wasn't there Shallots: 5/10 loved these but they were chopped inconsistently (had a piece 3x the size of my thumb nail). The sizing needs to come down so you can taste everything else with it. Chicken: 6.5/10 very moist but tasted like it was roasted separately and then dropped in. Didn't get a lot of the khao soi flavor in it. Nonetheless well cooked!

Yelp
What a great Thai spot! Big menu with lots of the classic Thai dishes and some you may not have heard of. The cashew nut chicken was delicious! Their chicken is slightly breaded which I was not expecting, but found it good. They use a spice level system out of 3 stars, so be aware if you're used to ordering out of 5 stars. The Thai iced teas were a good balance of tea and cream, and not too sweet. And they come with whip cream on top! Service was prompt and friendly. Despite it being a busy Friday night we didn't have to wait too long for a table. Great family friendly spot! They have high chairs available. And plenty of parking since it's located in a shopping strip.

Yelp
First time trying Khamdee! I was very impressed by the taste and quality of their food. Their spice level is accurate, so watch out for it. Thai tea with coconut milk was delicious. The tea pot was shaped as an elephant. Great service.

Yelp
The food was so tasty here! My friend and I came for the lunch special since it was a good price for the dishes we got ($13.95), so I tried the pad thai and she got the fried rice. The fried rice had really great flavor and I even found myself liking it better than the pad thai! The pad thai was also pretty good, but I thought it was average. I would come back to try another dish off the lunch special like the pad see ew or curry. I'm curious about their other dishes, but they range from $17-26, which I'm hesitant to try since it's a bit more expensive. We got seated right away and the waiter was quick to serve us. It was a pretty cozy spot for lunch and I'm excited to come back!

Yelp
Khamdee is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants in the area! I've had the pleasure of trying a variety of their dishes. Khao soi nuea (with beef and mild spice) is their specialty dish, and for good reason! Broth was rich and very flavorful. Tom kha soup (with beef and mild spice) was absolutely delish. Broth was intricate. Had layers of sweetness from the coconut milk which balanced really well with the sour from the lemongrass and lime. It came in a hot pot style presentation. Boat Noodles with Potato Noodles (with beef and mild spice) was yummy. I found the soup to be a bit too oily for my liking, but nonetheless the taste was great. Noodles were cooked to perfection! Chicken fried rice and kee mao noodles from the lunch special were nice. Portion size was good and you can't beat the pricing. The Thai Tea was nothing special. Keep in mind if you order the thai tea from the lunch special menu, you'll get much less. Overall, highly recommend checking this place out! Also keep in mind they close from 3 to 4 for lunch everyday!

Yelp
i really enjoyed eating here! the place is super spacious and has a decent amount of seating. the staff is super nice and attentive. they directed me to the bathroom once they saw me get up from my seat which was super sweet and thoughtful of them. they have a ton of menu options, so there's tons to choose from. i ended up getting the khao soi. i really enjoyed my dish, but i noticed that some of the dishes only come in "mild" which is still spicy for me, so i felt limited by those options. the khao soi ended up being fine for me. it has a slight kick, but it was not too spicy for me. i know some of my friends struggled to eat their mild pad thai though, which would suck if you have a low spice tolerance like i do. i would recommend this place if you can handle your heat!
google avatar

Yelp
I got their tom yum nam-khon soup and their massamun curry. They were both awful. They were sickeningly sweet and the meat was tough. There was virtually no other flavor other than an artificial sweetness in both dishes. I ordered for maximum spice but there was none! The food also left me bloated and with stomach pains after. This place is decorated very modern and feels clean but the food is just awful. There are many other places to eat at in this area, just go there instead.

Yelp
This was our first time here, the space was simple and elegant with maybe 10 tables. My family ordered the pad see ew, the boat noodle, and the mango sticky rice. The boat noodle soups broth had a bold beef flavor that was just enough to be not be overwhelming as its cut by some sweetness. I also asked for some lime juice which added to the flavor of the broth. The glass noodles were bouncy and light as the beef, beef liver, Chinese broccoli, sprouts and Thai chili accompanied it to a perfect bite every time. I did think that the broth was slightly too sweet but that's just personal preference. The Pad See Ew was surprising. Such a simple dish and many restaurants get it wrong. Noodles were not over cooked and the sauce had the right ratio between sweet and salty from soy sauce. Veggies that accompanied it were crunchy and not over cooked. All while still maintaining the smokiness from the Wok hei. Mango sticky rice was very delicious as well. Deep fried sticky rice grains on top added to the texture as the sticky rice was not too overpoweringly sweet to the tart of the mango and coconut milk. Service was very good for us coming later towards closing time and treated my little one very kindly. Overall a nice find for us and definitely recommend to others looking to have a simple dinner with some high quality food

Yelp
I went once and their pad thai was amazing and it was zero spicy when I requested it. This time, I ordered online and clearly said ZERO NO SPICY AT ALL when I had the specialty curry. I also ordered a side of spring rolls as it was during their lunch time so it was a bit cheaper. The curry was so spicy, I couldn't eat it. I ate all the rice and could only take a few bites. Too bad it was take out so I couldn't tell them this was very spicy. I can do mild but I would say this is hot. I could barely eat it and felt bad wasting it. The spring rolls were really good, quite oily but after soaking it up the stuffing was really good. I liked the variety of flavors, textures, and ingredients. I guess I'll stick with their pad thai!

Yelp
Best Thai spot for me and a long time. Esp coming from California and I can see there's a lot of food competition there and here this is by far best for me. Thank you!

Yelp
First time trying this place and was not disappointed! The drinks were delicious, the lychee Thai tea was very unique and refreshing and the butterfly pea flower with lime and honey was delicious and visually appealing. The Khamdee Value Set was a bit similar to the boat noodles in that it was almost the same veggie garnishes and meat, except value set came with both pork and beef and boat noodle was just pork. I should have just gotten one of those. But nevertheless, I enjoyed them both. The lotus root appetizer was really good and I'd definitely recommend trying those. Finally, I was a little disappointed that on the spicy mango salad they said they were out of crispy fish. I decided not to get it but I don't think they realized I no longer wanted it. It was no problem, still super tasty with great flavors. I was just surprised that they charged us the same amount for it despite being out of the crispy fish.

Yelp
My new go-to Thai restaurant! The Khao Soi was one of the best I've ever had. Pay attention to the signs around the restaurant about the spice level. They definitely mean "Thai spicy level"! I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!
google avatar

Yelp
The food here is just amazing! Fresh and delicious every time I've come here. The service is also wonderful. Casual and pleasant atmosphere. Family friendly too. The food presentation is amazing.

Yelp
I've walked past this restaurant several times and wanted to give it a try, I am so glad I finally did! The food is so good. Probably the most flavorful Thai I have had in Beaverton. Usually if you want mild you get bland, not so here!! You can get delicious mild Thai food. Service was fast and friendly. Can't wait to go again!
google avatar

Yelp
After a long hike, this restaurant hit the spot! The inside of the restaurant is clean, beautiful and modern. There were pictures of cartoons near the bathroom that made the experience more fun. The food was outstanding! My friends ordered pad Thai and fried rice. I chose to eat something new and I'm glad that I did, I would go back for the Kaprao Hang Kai Dow, it was so delicate and delicious. The service was attentive and would refill our waters, which we drank a lot because we came back from a hike. This is a restaurant worth going back to. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Ordered: -Boat Noodle Soup -Khao Soi Pro: -Food was good; our favorite part was the potato noodles in the boat noodle soup!! -The broths were both very rich, filling and flavorful with generous meats -Friendly service & clean interior Con: -Both soups are quite sweet! -It gets busy, so be prepared to wait. Tables are close to each other so be prepared to hear their conversations and for a bit of noise.

Yelp
Not sure why my review was removed - so here it goes again. I stopped in one day after shopping at Trader Joe's. Nver even realiszed this Thai restaurant was here because it's tucked away in an alley that connects the front and back of this strip mall. They offer several lunch options at prices that are a dollar less than other hours. Whenever I check out a new Thai restaurant, I order Pad Kee Mao (drunken Noodles.) it's my favorite dish because I prefer wide rice noodles, and I like the kick from the spice. Their version as good, not great. Lots of crisp red and green peppers (next time I'll ask them to leave out the green one), broccoli (not the traditional Chinese broccoli) and onion were stir fried along with the protein. I chose chicken, and rather than large pieces of white meat, it was a combo of minced chicken and pieces. I'd prefer just the pieces. The service was friendly. Prices were typical. Interior feels dated but gets the job done.
google avatar

Timothy L.

Yelp
This is some of the best khao soi I have tried. Unlike many Thai spots that serve only chicken khao soi, this spot specializes in beef khao soi and the beef has been cooked a really long time and is flavorful. The broth really hits the spot here has the right amount of spice. So comforting. Also staff was pretty friendly.
google avatar

Winnie C.

Yelp
I ordered Kueh Tiew Hang Soup with mild spicy level. I usually order medium to spicy a Thai restaurant but I decided to order for mild this time. I was crying after a few bites because it was very very spicy. When I gave them this feedback, the server told me (I paraphrased a little here) I should have ordered no spice and should read fine print on the menu for spice warning. I have been eating Thai foods regularly for 20+ years at different restaurants at different states. This was the first time I cried eating a mild spicy Thai entree. A little afterwards, another server just dropped a bottle of water abruptly at our table. While the menu offers a lot of foods not commonly found at other Thai restaurants, the (very poor) quality of the service was definitely not commonly found at the many other Thai restaurants I have visited. As a paying customer, I don't feel like tha it's the attitude I should be given to. I thought it was rude and I felt offended.

Yelp
Thai love in every single bite at Khamdee Thai Cookhouse in Beaverton, OR! Flavourful, sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy flavours work together to make each dish come alive. I was in Thailand last year and brought back great memories. We were visiting friends who live in Beaverton and they made the reservations at Khamdee. It was also their first time and happy to share this meal with them. :). The menu extension and so much options to choose! I didn't get a chance to take all the food pictures but I only comment what I was able to eat with my dietary restriction. I enjoyed the Fresh Rolls as I was craving fresh vegetables and tofu. I know call me crazy! :). The boat noodles I had to correct to non-spicy as I originally I ordered it as mild spicy. I was warned this is Thai spice so better to order as non-spicy. Happy I did as I did try a dish that is mild spicy and I couldn't take it! If you like your spice, this is you time to test your spicy tolerance! The Cashew Nut with brown rice (I ordered my own rice but it comes with Jasmine rice) is so flavourable! I love the crunch from cashew with stir fried chicken and vegetables. The rest of group loved the green curry (sorry no picture) with jasmine rice. The restaurant is ambiance was bustling with happy customers sharing food and by the time we left, there were lots of people waiting for their table to be available. Wonderful time at Khamdee! I would return here when I come back to Beaverton.

Yelp
The khao soi here is phenomenal -- rich, flavorful, and an absolute must-try! I also ordered two other mains which were decent, but nothing compared to that bowl of perfection. Ended with the mango sticky rice, which was fresh and satisfying. Would go back just for the khao soi!

Yelp
Stopped by for a weekday lunch for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The tables were nearly all full. The restaurant is tucked away in the center of the shopping center so it's not easy to see. I was greeted with a smile and I was happy to see a short list of lunch specials. I ordered the Kee Mao with chicken, medium spicy. It arrived quickly and was delicious! Lots of fresh bell pepper, onion, basil, tomatoes, and a couple pieces of broccoli. It was also causing my face to break out in a sweat! While I was eating, I noticed a sign on the wall that said they are "Thai spicy" with levels 1-3. They aren't kidding around! Level 2 was hot enough to make me sweat but not so hot I couldn't eat it. Took home half the portion, since it was so large, and husband quickly noticed the heat in the leftovers too. Their menu isn't huge but I'm interested in trying a few of their other items. Will be back!

Yelp
Khamdee has become our favorite Thai restaurant in the area. We just ate there again this evening. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and the service is excellent. We have enjoyed the pad se ew, pad thai, and the spicy crispy chicken. Word is out about this place because it was packed tonight.

Yelp
We stumbled across this place while looking for Beaverton Town Square clock tower. We found the clock tower, which was somewhat lack luster, but also ran across this restaurant! A few weeks later we came back to try it to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. Oh. My. It's SO good. And I've eaten a lot of Thai, so that's certainly saying something for my own priorities. My absolutely favorite was the Khao Soi Nuea. Almost like the Thai version of Pho, with thick curry broth and noodles. I could eat that weekly. It's lightly spicy, but not too strong! We also got the dry version, pad se ew, and pot stickers. All good reviews here! It's not a huge place, so we would recommend going early if you're on a time crunch. But the service was quick and kind, and they did a nice job decorating in a modern way!
google avatar

Matt B.

Yelp
There is a lot of great Thai in the area. Khamdee is the best and I'm not even sure if it's close. Favorites are the Khao Soi and Cashew Nut Chicken.
google avatar

Nathasha S.

Yelp
Solid Thai spot! We got the fish cake to share, they had a great bouncy texture; the mango salad, not the best we've had but still very good; and the boat noodle soup with pork, which was so delicious - the pork was tender and the soup had so much depth. We would recommend to Thai food lovers!
google avatar

Lily Z.

Yelp
I was excited to try this place because of its raving reviews and their salted egg yolk items intrigued me! The 2 dishes we liked were the crab fried rice and the tom kha soup! Unfortunately, we thought the other dishes we tried were a bit bland. The salted egg yolk corn salad was okay, I wish it had more of a salted egg kick to it. We were disappointed at the fried squid. The batter was so thick, it felt like we were eating fried batter. Less batter and more flavor would be perfect.
google avatar

Kara R.

Yelp
One of my new favorite Thai restaurants in Portland- I am sure their other food is amazing but I can't help but get the Khao Soi Nuea every time. The beef is cooked incredibly and the curry is perfection. It is one of their signature items and for good reason! I have mostly done take out but the restaurant is also nice to sit in and has good service. Highly recommend trying this place!

Yelp
This place is one of my top 3 Thai restaurants in Beaverton! Ive tried multiple dishes and each one was amazing. The flavors are so rich and savory. The service here is fast and they're so nice as well. I recommend going here for a casual date night or getting together with a small group of friends. It gets super busy here so I would avoid peak hours!

Yelp
I found my new favorite Thai joint on the west side for pad kee mao / drunken noodles. Yay! Noodle texture is on point. Thick and flavorful. Proper spice levels. I've had the kee mao with tofu and beef and both are delicious. Good portion sizes. Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond and are the sweetest! Extra bonus points as they have a container already on the table with chopsticks and napkins so you don't have to ask for extra napkins or utensils. I go out of my way to get the pad kee mao here. The pad thai is also yummy. Ample parking. Nicely lit environment. Clean. Feels cozy but not stuffy even though this place is poppin' all the time. It's legitimately a hidden gem. I wish I knew about this place sooner! I dare say I won't be able to find a Thai place on the west side that beats the drunken noodles here! My only critique are the noodles used in the Pad Thai. They use square noodles, but I prefer flat noodles for this dish as it absorbs the flavors better IMHO. Oh, and thank God they are open on Sundays (I keep the Sabbath from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday so it's always nice to find restaurants that aren't closed on Sundays)!

Yelp
This place was packed and we waited 20 min for a table. We got three of their best sellers. Each were decent and looked delicious, but each had noticeable flaws. The Tom Yum (with shrimp) was way too salty. We even watered it down with quite a bit of water, but it didn't help. The noodles in the Pad Thai (with shrimp) were significantly undercooked, but the flavors in the sauce were on point, Both the texture and flavor of the Spicy Chicken were off, not a great recipe. But the mango and lychee thai tea were refreshing. I'm really surprised Khamdee was as popular as the wait suggested, but I was not too impressed. Service was excellent, but the ambiance is not your typical thai-cozy atmosphere.

Yelp
If only there were more restaurants of this caliber... Great food, good service and presentation. A standard if you love Thai food.

Yelp
This place is so yum! The people who work there are incredibly kind and the food is wonderfully good. Their pad thai is the best I've had (and I've had a lot!). We also got their famous Khao-Soi-Nuea which was delish and their Khamdee More Fire (Everything Hotpot). Would definitely come back!

Yelp
My wife and I have been missing good Thai food for quite a while, but recently a Reddit thread about Beaverton mentioned a Thai restaurant that people were praising, so we decided to try it out. The name of the restaurant is Khamdee Thai Cookhouse and it is located just a stone's throw from Trader Joe's in Beaverton. We were so pleasqantly surprised to find such a great restaurant! The service was excellent! The restaurant was decorated nicely and felt very welcoming. I ordered my favorite Thai dish, Red Curry, and my wife had a soup of some kind. We both loved our dishes! We ordered a spice level of 2 out of 3. Next time I may go with a 3. It was perfectly spicy, but I can take more heat. We also ordered the fried spring rolls, which were fabulous! To find such a gem so easy to get to means we will be regular visitors to this wonderful establishment!

Yelp
Ordered take out here. While we have many Thai options in the area, this place really stands out to me. The crab fried rice was delicious and flavorful and the pad see ew was one of the best I've ever had. The green beans were also very fresh tasting! Portions are generous. Everything was excellent, service as quick and friendly too.

Yelp
Another great experience at this incredible Thai restaurant. I don't normally add second reviews, but I was so pleased not only with our dishes (tofu pad Thai and crab fried rice) but by the full restaurant full of kind employees and happy customers. So happy to see this delicious restaurant thriving!

Yelp
This is a really good Thai place! It's conveniently located in the Beaverton Town Square. They use quality ingredients that we noticed with each of our orders! I would highly recommend this nice restaurant if you love Thai!

Yelp
The dish comes with a little soup on the side which you can dip the dried noodles / meat into it (if you want or can just drink like soup). It was too sweet in my opinion and the noodle dish as well. I went with a mild spice because it was my first time but I have to say that there was no spice at all so if you want a lil thai kick, go for more than milf. Overall great food and service.

Yelp
Mine and my husband's favorite thai resturant in town. We love their pad se ew with beef and spicy beef salad with sticky rice. My husband loves that their thai spicy is actually spicy. The staff is very friendly even when they are slammed, we are always greeted with a welcoming smile. We have been eating here since they first opened and it's been amazing to see them grow and become so busy. It's definitely worth the wait!! Perfect casual date night spot or gathering with friends and family!
