Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

The store smelled so good! We were greeted when we walked in the door. We were offered samples of ice cream while we were trying to decide. Everything looked and smelled so good. Luckily for my wallet we had just come from dinner. Our tummies only had room for ice cream.

Great butter pecan ice cream. Will return for a caramel apple soon. Did not catch the employee’s name, but just visited Kilwins on Monday night and he made a very positive impression. Went out of his way to be welcoming and happy. Great ambassador for the store. We will return. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

Beautiful new store. Huge choice of chocolates, candy and fudge. Bought 2 pieces of fudge. It was sooo delicious, one of them even reminded me of the like i had in New Orleans. Staff was very welcoming and helpful as well as very honest; I left my credit card behind accidentally because I was so distracted by the tremendous choice of sweets and they returned it, when i came back, which i am very thankful for. Definitely a returning customer.

Excellent place to be very welcoming and polite every sweet taste you desire you can find here from different variety flavors of ice cream fresh chocolate dipped strawberries,dipped Oreos,pretzels,rice krispy ,and most popular fresh in store dipped caramel apple which comes in different varieties of flavors and toppings and much more

I LOVE the fact that this is the latest location I can come to for what is still the best Ice Cream parlor in the Chicagoland area I have ever been to so far to date.I discovered their latest limited edition flavor (Chocolate Cookies & Cream) yesterday too.I was going to get their Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel flavor that is extremely hard to get nowadays especially still unfortunately.It was almost gone,and that's why I decided to try their latest limited edition flavor I just talked about instead.It was literally the fastest melting flavor I have ever gotten from any Kilwins location ever to date.I wanted to eat it at home,but had no choice but to eat it while I was on the train on my way to another business.Maybe they need to turn the cold temperature up a little bit more at this location,to give customers that real option to really wait until they get home or wherever to eat the ice cream later like other locations clearly have done so far based on my overall past experiences.Customer Service overall is still the exact same thing I been experiencing overall from all of the locations I have ever been to in the Chicagoland area so far.Very Libra & Gemini like unfortunately still,but I digress.

This is a very convenient spot for ice cream. Filling the gap for the area. The ice cream itself is amazing very milky and tasty, which combined with waffle cone is amazing!

This is in the One Chicago Property, and this is standard size. I had the Maple Walnut Chocolate Fudge and of course it was fantastic. The staff and service are tremendous.

Daniel was amazing Great ice cream Amazing and perfect temperature location While home (Chicago) this summer staying downtown, the boys wanted ice cream and we mapped ice cream and found this Kilwins. It was pretty hot so after a 15 min walk in the heat it was a please to enter a nicely cooled establishment and to be welcomed by a friendly staffer. Daniel was extremely welcoming as he prepared fudge and offered samples. We had a taster of a couple of flavors before choosing and once our ice creams were handed off to us Daniel offered us to soak up a little more air and enjoy inside. I'm pointing this out because there isn't any inside seating. The seating is outside in the heat under the sun.

We had a great customer service experience today! We were welcomed in by the two employees and provided with great service and patience with our senior/elderly parent. The ice cream is excellent as well, highly recommend!
