15 Great Places To Eat Something Kind Of Healthy For Dinner

"Kin Dee has all the Thai classics, like curries, wok noodles, and fried chicken - only here it’s exceptionally light. The pad see ew (which is our favorite in the city) doesn’t have too much oil. The delicious yellow curry with chicken and carrots doesn’t have a ton of cream involved. And, all of the entrees come with a side of tasty grilled vegetables. Add a homemade butterfly pea flower soda alongside some avocado fresh rolls, and you’ll be very happy." - aimee rizzo

Kin Dee Review - Capitol Hill - Seattle - The Infatuation

"There’s a lot of pad see ew in this city, and we’ve found the one that makes us want to stop eating it everywhere else. It’s at Kin Dee, a bright corner restaurant on Capitol Hill that serves flavorful curries, stir fry, crunchy sweet and sour chicken wings, and avocado fresh rolls - if eating vegetables is something you care about. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and the staff is very friendly. It all makes for a fantastic lunch or casual dinner." - Aimee Rizzo

Authentic and Delicious Thai Food in Seattle – A Must-Visit! I had the opportunity to visit Kin Dee, a Thai restaurant located on a bright and spacious corner. The decor is charming, clean, and inviting. The warm welcome from the staff, especially Bee, made the experience even more pleasant. The food truly exceeded expectations. The Tom Yum was packed with flavor—spicy, sour, and slightly sweet—with generous portions of mushrooms that made every spoonful satisfying. The Crispy Pork with Rice was another standout. I appreciated the option of riceberry rice, and the dish was perfectly balanced with sauce and vegetables like cabbage and broccoli. The highlight of the meal was the Pineapple Fried Rice—honestly, even more flavorful than what I’ve had in Thailand. It was rich, well-seasoned, and filled with sweet, juicy pineapple, crunchy walnuts, and tender chicken. Absolutely delicious! After the meal, the staff kindly offered dessert, but we were already too full—though I’m sure it would have been amazing as well! This place truly brings a taste of home for Thai food lovers living abroad. I’m definitely coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle. You won’t be disappointed!

Google
Nice spot for takeout! We ordered a variety of options for our first visit and everything was packaged very well and ready for me to pick up as scheduled. The food was hot, tasty, and well portioned. I didn't adore the chicken satay, but that might be just my preferences. Would order from here again.

My favorite Thai restaurant. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Good food, great service.

Google
I placed a pick up order over the phone. They said it will take 15-20 minutes for everything to be ready. I picked it up later so not sure if that was the case😁 I was delightfully surprised by the modern interior inside when I arrived, definitely want to come back next time for a dine-in experience. The food was still warm when I got home in over an hour 👍 Here are the dishes I ordered and my rating for them: Pumpkin Curry with tofu (8/10, not a big fan of broccoli), Fried Rice with chicken (9/10), Pad Thai (7/10 loved how it’s served with an egg net on top but it was stuck together, was difficult to separate the noodles) and sticky rice (10/10). Try it out, good spot ✌️

Google
Food comes in a large portion and tastes flavorful. We got Kin Dee wings which have crispy skin and juicy meat, definitely try this dish. Fried catfish with garlic has a rich aroma from garlic/spices blending well with the fish texture. The pineapple curry has a strong sweet and sour creamy taste, the dish is served in a real pineapple shell. This restaurant is quiet and clean, and the staff is super friendly.

Google
We had the pineapple fried rice (with chicken) and the yellow curry. Both dishes were fantastic! Service was efficient and friendly, nice atmosphere with tables not super close together. Overall a perfect experience for us. I'll be back for sure!

Google
This place has a great atmosphere with friendly staffs. This place shouldn’t be too packed but the place can fill up relatively quickly as it doesn’t have that many tables. In terms of the authenticity of the Thai food, I would give it a 6.8/10. Nevertheless, this place can satisfy my cravings for Thai food. I would definitely visit Kin Dee again if I’m nearby. P.S. Had a bit of trouble finding parking within the area.

Google
Located in the heart of the CD and Madison areas. Excellent customer service and delicious food. We thought the atmosphere was cozy. Drinks and food were perfectly cooked. Everything was favorable, tasty, and delicious. I believe this is one of the best Thai restaurants we visited in the Seattle area. If you are in the area highly recommend stopping by this place and giving it a try.

Yelp
Stopped by on a whim for dinner and was left pretty impressed. Portion sizes were large and justifiable for the price. Service was friendly and attentive. I shared three dishes with my boyfriend which were the pad Thai, pork larb, and khao soi. Everything was amazing and super fresh. My favorite of the three dishes was the larb. It was incredibly delicious with the right balance of umami, salty, sour, and sweet. I enjoyed eating it as a lettuce wrap. The pad Thai was ooey gooey with an abundance of chicken. The egg net over the dish was a nice aesthetic touch. The khao soi was great, but something I grew tired of eating after a couple bites due to its heaviness. I really liked the pickled greens and the fact that the dish came with not one, not two, but THREE chicken thighs. They do not skimp on the protein here! Would def recommend this place to others. It also surprisingly makes a cute date night spot.

Yelp
Delicious food, came out fast! My friends and I came for dinner on Sunday night and walked over from Miller Park. There was plenty of seats, lots of 2 & 4-tops with booth style on window side. We got 2 Thai Teas, green curry, pad see ew, garlic chicken and kao sal gai. Came out within 15 minutes, portions were huge. My green curry had fresh veggies, really soft brown rice, and perfectly spiced green curry. The plating was also really pretty. I would come back again

Yelp
Delicious! Love that their take out arrived to me warm! Fresh, flavorful, pad Thai not dry with lots of tofu! They don't skimp on ingredients. Loved the pad see ew. The fresh rolls aren't made with a protein/tofu and they add a lot of what tastes like kale and cabbage. It's probably not a dish I'd order again but my husband liked it.

Yelp
First visit, 5 stars. Since then it seems to get worse every time. Phad ke mao was bland and the chicken was not appetizing. Their phad se ew is decent, I try to stick to that.

Yelp
Felt like eating something and ran into this place. As soon as I walk in you hear music playing and it has a nice feel to the place. I see a small bar with alcohol served and a few TV's inside. The business isn't that big with 8 tables inside plus a bar area with 3 seats but still seems roomy. I was greeted at the door and seated pretty fast. I ordered Pineapple Fried Rice & Chicken Wings. Pineapple Fried Rice was good and served inside a pineapple! Chicken Wings were good as well. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Yelp
This was the second noodle place we visited during my short visit to Seattle. It is located in a residential neighborhood. I just love the way Seattle can have apartments on top of shops. It is so convenient. This restaurant was just 2 blocks from our short term rental. It is quite small, may be 10 tables? The kitchen is right behind us behind a bar? You can the wok and the flame as the chef prepared the orders. We went on a weekday for dinner. No need for reservation or waitlist. We got seated immediately. The fried soft tofu appetizer was excellent. So tasty. The Pad See Ew we ordered took a bit longer to arrive but it was hot and fresh. The restaurant was not loud so we enjoyed our conversation while we wait for our food. Not bad at all with the nice Thai iced coffee. The amount of food was generous. Because it is so tasty we both cleaned our plates.

Yelp
I don't think I've ever had pork quite so succulent and delicious in Thai food, this absolutely took the cake. The staff has great recommendations, and I'm very glad I went with their recs, as it was sweet, savory, fresh, and filling all at once. There was also a side of a spicier dipping sauce with jalapeños that was very tasty on its own, and still packed a good amount of spice. I would definitely come here again!
google avatar

Yelp
You get so much more than the usual pad thai dish here. We got the duck soup noodle, pad see ew, fried chicken, and yellow curry. The pad see ew was the winner with the perfect chew to the noodles and the right amount of char from the heat of the wok. Everything else was quality and tasty as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Oh wow! What amazing Thai food. This might be my new favorite Thai spot in Seattle. We discovered it near our home and went with some friends. Definitely order the pineapple duck curry, it was the favorite and came in a whole pineapple!! We also thought the pad Thai was really good too. The only issue we had was the food took longer than expect. I will be coming back, hopefully the service doesn't take as long next time!
google avatar

Nikita S.

Yelp
My review is solely based on panang curry. It was the worst panang curry of my life. I would suggest to stick with noodles only and avoid curries.

Kelly M.

Yelp
We order takeout from this place often as we live in the neighborhood. It's great! I love the pineapple fried rice and my husband loves the pad kee mao.
google avatar

Yelp
RAD THAI FOOD! I've come here many times and enjoyed the various dishes. Every time I got guests over, I take them here or order to-go for pickup. I got a to-go order of the Kao Pad with Chicken and enjoyed the flavorful rice. It is one of my favorite dishes to eat on a rainy evening. The service is pretty good and got my food before the 30 minute mark. They typically recommend picking up your food 30 minutes after ordering. Tip: if ordering online, I recommend that you CHECK which location you are ordering from.

Yelp
Thai Food in Capitol Hill! I went to Kin Dee with some friends on a Saturday night without a reservation. We were seated immediately. We ordered 3 dishes to share family style -- yellow curry with catfish, pad Thai with pork, and fried rice with chicken. You can customize your protein choice for most of the dishes. You can also customize spice options, from mild to level 5 spicy. I can't handle too much so we got mild for most and level 2 on the curry. Everything was delicious and didn't feel like my mouth was on fire! The only sad part is we wanted to order the mango sticky rice for dessert but they had run out for the day. There is only street parking available since it's in Capitol Hill but we were able to find street parking a few blocks away.

Yelp
The place is very nice and neat. I came here yesterday with my boyfriend. we ordered Fried Calamari, Pad See Ew, and Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice. - Fried Calamari 7/10 = fried calamari is okay. we thought the calamari would be very crispy but it wasn't. - Pad See Ew 9/10 = My boyfriend and I really like the pad see ew because the spices really penetrate it. - Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice 10/10 = Nothing to say because it was so good, even the crispy pork belly too. We really like it! The service is alright, she will ask everything is good or not.

Yelp
A unique elevated spin on Thai food and honestly some of the best I've had! The Tom Yum soup was different than any I've had before but was 10/10 DELICIOUS. I also ordered the ginger chicken and that was incredible as well. The inside was a modern aesthetic and I did not have to wait for a table. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Great, clean atmosphere! Food came out pretty fast. The pad see ew had great flavors and veggies that added different textures. The pineapple fried rice was the highlight of the meal, baked (I believe) and served in a pineapple bowl with lots of pineapple in it! Super yummy, had nuts and raisins in it as well. Wish there was more shrimp though! Overall super great, will definitely come back. It's a great spot for friend gatherings and dates

Yelp
I went here for a Saturday dinner around 7:30pm and there was ample seating (only 1 other table occupied) - maybe it is the location as it is farther east in Capitol Hill, plus the fact that there is a lot of construction nearby, plus the hassle of parking in the small residential roads. However, they pump out to-go orders so this should speak of the quality of food here. There are 4 of us and we shared 3 dishes family style, which was just enough food to be full: Chicken pad thai - it sounds plain but the presentation of this dish is very nice - there is an egg net on top of the pad thai and the fixings - bean sprouts, peanuts, lime, etc. Unlike a lot of pad thai I had in the Thai restaurants I have been, this one is not too sweet but still seasoned well. Kao pad (pork) - this is the fried rice which has good seasoning in the sauce mixed within and the right amount of saltiness. The pork was a bit dry, but the vegetables, especially the onions, are very flavorful. Rice was a bit on the softer side Yellow curry (catfish) - the curry is similarly packed with flavor and the catfish was lightly breaded for a bit of texture. There is a decent amount of rice and some grilled mixed vegetables, all of which served in the same dish. I wished they gave more curry like other places, especially since this dish is a few dollars more expensive than a lot of other Thai restaurants for what you get. Overall, the spice and preparation of the dishes are very good. Service could be better as it takes quite an effort to flag down a server to fulfill requests. While they are busy with to-go orders, having someone able to sporadically check on the two tables would make the dining process smoother.

Yelp
I haven't heard about Kin Dee before, and drove past while exploring the surrounding area. So we thought why not, let's check out this restaurant since it looks pretty good and interesting! We went on a Friday around 8pm and were seated promptly. The ambience of the restaurant is nice and cozy, there are a good amount of plants near the window where a good amount of the tables are located. The kitchen has a central location so you are also able to see the hustle and bustle of dishes being made which is nice. Ordering is done through browsing their online menu through a QR code and then giving it to a server. I got an entree and a dessert, which I'll review down below: Pineapple Fried Rice ($19): The presentation of this dish is great - The fried rice gets served to you in a scooped pineapple! There is a decent amount of rice that is scooped and pressed a bit on top. The chicken is tender and there are an assortment raisins, pineapple, walnuts, and egg scattered throughout the entree. I really liked the spice mixture in this fried rice, it's a deep curry taste with a pleasing spicy aftertaste. After you finish the rice, they even left a bit of cut pineapple for you to scoop at the bottom, which is nice as it sort of acts like a dessert. A delicious dish - but since this entree is served in a pineapple, they can only fit so much fried rice into it - I personally would have like a bit more in quantity as for $19 at other establishments I am able to get pretty close to full. Grilled Banana ($8): True to the name of the dish, it is really just some grilled banana with some toppings. I wasn't the biggest fan of this dish as the mouthfeel was kind of uncomfortable and the texture of the grilled banana was more tough and chewy than I expected. The topping was listed as sweetened condensed milk, but it was not like sweetened condensed milk I've had before - this topping was more of a watered down greek yogurt consistency, like kinda of sour with a hint of sweetness. I was expecting more of a syrup like consistency with a bit more sweetness and rich milky flavor. Overall, I spent about $31 for everything you see here. Which is pricey based on quantity of food, but I would say the quality is good at Kin Dee. The other options on the menu look pretty enticing, so I would definitely like to revisit to try the other options next time!
google avatar

Alex K.

Yelp
The ambiance in the restaurant is pleasant, and our group was seated quickly. The calamari we ordered as an appetizer was tender and crispy, but the lack of quantity was masked by half of the dish being filled with salad to make it look more full. The food would be decent fare at a lower price point, but Kin Dee uses clumsy applications of fiery spice to try to make up for the lack of depth in their flavor, and does so unsuccessfully. After the appetizer, it took a full 1.5 HOURS for our entrees to come out, save one in our group, whose entree came out a full hour before everyone else. When asked about the delay, the servers responded that it was due to a big to-go order coming in before us, which made ZERO sense considering a table that ordered after us got all of their food in record time, and one of our group received their food much earlier. To add insult to injury, they included a 20% gratuity for our group of 5, when the policy listed was for parties of 6 or more. (They counted a friend that sat down with us for 5 minutes, ate nothing, and left.) Save your time and explore many of the other wonderful Thai options in Capitol Hill.

Yelp
Can't believe I've never reviewed Kin Dee before but wow, I have been here so many times and it's always an absolute pleasure. I'm so glad this place survived Covid because I have been blessed by pad Thai, pad kee mao, basil fried rice, crispy chicken wings (with the most addictive umami rich sauce!), their pork shank dish, Thai basil chicken, spring rolls.... I've had a lot of the menu at this point is what I'm saying! Nothing has been short of deliciousness. The place is super cute too and we've never had an issue getting a table. Plus, everyone is so nice and genuinely cares if you liked the food! Water was also replenished very quickly, food comes quick, and their spice level 3/5 is a great kick for me
google avatar

Regina X.

Yelp
Some of the best pad see ew out there! Love the elevated ambiance and interior. Salmon curry and chicken satay also a hit. Highly rec for a good dining experience in Caphill!
google avatar

Shannen B.

Yelp
got the pad thai spicy level 3. Great flavors and quite a large portion. Only thing I can complain about is that wait time was 30 mins between ordering and getting our food.
google avatar

Parth S.

Yelp
The food here was so tasty! They have a wide selection of Thai food, and there was no wait to get a table. The restaurant served the food pretty quickly too. Unfortunately, they were out of mango sticky rice but the coconut ice cream and Thai tea custard were really good! I'd definitely come again.
google avatar

Shelby C.

Yelp
Food is yummy and pretty comparable to other Thai places. Prices are a little high for the serving size but ambiance and decor is cute
google avatar

Alice Z.

Yelp
Food (4.5/5): Everything was so delicious! The khao soi gai was so flavorful with just the right spice level for me (in between mild and medium). The pork belly in the hot basil dish was very tender. The black sticky rice with taro was perfectly sweet, but I wish there were more taro pieces and that the taro was softer. Service (5/5): We had a reservation and was seated promptly. Our food came out pretty fast as well! Ambiance (5/5): The restaurant is well decorated, and everything, including the bathroom (woo hoo!), was clean. I only have a minor minor complaint that the tables were a bit close to each other, but it is Seattle, and space is limited. Overall (5/5): I really enjoyed my experience here. I can't wait to come back and try the other dishes!

Yelp
Have you ever been in a situation where you're just strongly craving for some thai food, especially pad thai? Well, my friends and I were going to a house puzzle party at around 8pm, and all of a sudden, we started craving for some thai food and this place hits the spot! We got (3 dishes) pad thai, yellow curry, and kao pad and it was good enough for 4 people. My favorite one would be the kao pad because who doesn't like pork mixed in fried rice? The vibes of the restaurant is a bit more on the intimate side with candles and a bit moody environment, but it's still good for casual dining. The prices were a bit expensive though compared to other thai restaurants and serving sizes when I was doing my research but flavor wise, this is definitely up there. For parking, as of 11/2022, there is a lot of construction going on so it might be hard to find parking. There are also a lot of hills which makes walking to the restaurant harder, don't get me wrong, it's 100% worth it. We had to park like 2 to 3 blocks away from the restaurant.
google avatar

Alicia M.

Yelp
Wooo spicy!! Came upon this Thai spot while in the area for an appointment and wanted to get some quick takeout. They have Kao Soi which is my favorite Thai dish, and not always easy to find. Kin Dee's was good, but quite spicy. Also got the Pad Thai which was excellent. Also spicy. I got a 2/5 stars, but I'd say it was more like a 3. I'd get it again as a 1 star. Had good flavor and noodle texture. If you like spicy Thai, this is your spot!
google avatar

Wendi K.

Yelp
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. The best Thai/Taiwanese food I've had in Seattle, or anywhere really. Everything was super fresh and extremely flavorful without being too salty. Ordered the Braised pork shank ($14.95), Penang Curry with Duck ($19.95), and Fresh Rolls ($8.95). The duck and pork shank were the leanest I've ever had. The curry was incredibly spiced with soft fluffy rice. The fresh rolls had avocado in them which was a nice touch! Delicious dipping sauces. The presentation is beautiful and everything was perfectly cooked. The interior of the restaurant was clean, modern, and stylish. Staff is extremely polite and food is prepared quickly. Could not have asked for better food or a better experience!!!
google avatar

Leslie C.

Yelp
I really like this place. I like the ambiance, the vibe, the food portion, the food taste. It's great! Definitely order their specials and other entree's beyond your typical pad thai. We got the duck noodle soup which was delicious! Give it a good mix! We got the thick noodle, which was fine. We also had the Guay Tiew Tom Yum which was delicious!!! It is like a warm sour flavorful soup that soothes your soul. Very flavorful indeed. Get the thin noodle with this one.
google avatar

Sabes K.

Yelp
Absolutely my favorite Thai spot! The food is amazing, every bite literally makes me smile! The staff is also kind and attentive. This spot is so cute it's perfect for a casual date! I HIGHLY recommend! A MUST: the calamari- I've never had more tender and flavorful squid and girl, the crunch... The duck is also fire.. I can't wait to try the Tom yum... I'm going back tomorrow lol fr

Yelp
I was staying at an air bnb around the corner from this spot and needed some food and something close. Grabbed a plate of shrimp basil fried rice and an order of spring rolls which was 5! Spring rolls! WOW! The meal was so big and the food was cooked so fast I went here 3 times in the midst of my 2 week stay! Also looks really nice for a cool date and somewhere to eat and chat. Also my wife LOVED their pad thai!!!!!! The staff very well manured as well!
google avatar

Ellie C.

Yelp
Got the pad thai and it was solid! Came with an egg net which I haven't seen before. Portions were pretty big for the price. The place is super cute inside!
google avatar

Janessa H.

Yelp
SOLID SOLID SOLID Local spot up the hill from me. Always know everything js going to be on point and I love trying different things outside of what I normally get. Always friendly and reasonable prices for the portions. I want to try everything on the menu (and probably will!).
google avatar

Tim V.

Yelp
Ridiculously good Thai street food! We tried several options, starting with Shrimp Sarongs and including a duck curry served in a pineapple and a chicken thighs served in a yellow curry over egg noodles. Even our standard orders of Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao were a hit! Highly recommend! What's Thai for #Linner? The meal between Lunch and Dinner...
google avatar

Sophia Y.

Yelp
Overall an average dining experience - if you're craving Thai food, it does hit the spot as it has all your classic dishes. None of the dishes (tried three mains and an app) really sang in a positive or negative ways. It was one of the spiciest drunken noodle I've had in quite some time - definitely was sweating from my scalp and face! So be careful in ordering your number of stars - you have been warned ;)
google avatar

Trevor Y.

Yelp
Delicious food and amazing service! It's my favorite Thai restaurant in Capitol Hill.
google avatar

Chelsea M.

Yelp
Food top notch, seriously some of the best and certainly most interesting Thai food in the Seattle area, which for an area that stands out for their Thai food, is saying a lot. Service, eh. We've ordered on third party platforms and have received a lot of rudeness for doing so. We've ordered directly from the restaurant too and have received not much better service. Service could be improved but food is noteworthy. We have tried the pad kee mao, the pad see ewe, the green curry with catfish, the panang curry with duck, papaya salad, the pineapple fried rice, and the five spiced pork belly. Everything we have eaten has been stellar. The green curry with catfish is so delicious. All of the proteins have been cooked exceptionally well and all of the sauces are amazing. Spice packs a punch which is a good thing!
google avatar

Sandra S.

Yelp
I was craving pad thai so I came here for dinner with my boyfriend. The spring rolls were great as an appetizer. We both liked that they included avocado and both a peanut and sweet and sour dipping sauce. I'm glad we ordered just one entree because the portion sizes are big! As for the pad thai, it was good, but we definitely could have made it spicier. We asked for a 1 star spice level because last time the 3 tasted more like a 5. The mango sticky rice was just okay. The mango wasn't super sweet and the way it was cut made it a chore to eat. I would have preferred if they cut the skin off.
google avatar

Concetta C.

Yelp
What a west place to get a bite and especially for a Vegan! Fast service and the food cooked perfectly!
google avatar

James A.

Yelp
Slight tweaks on the usual suspects, which turn out to be refreshing changes. Very happy to mix this into the rotation.
google avatar

Isabel S.

Yelp
Love their dumplings!! Some of the best thai food in Houston. It has a trendy atmosphere & great service!
google avatar

Richard U.

Yelp
3.5 stars! Specializing in thai street eats! Food here is pretty good with a decent variety of things to choose from that are common and not so common on thai menus in seattle Kao mun gai (chicken rice). Decent rendition here. Interestingly they offer a fried chicken version of this as well and have had both! The classic is better in my opinion Pad thai: noodles are encased in a web like omelette which is a nice touch Kao soi: the crunch noodles comes in a little basket shape that holds some veg. I liked it alot Thai sausage balls: interesting flavor, slightly fermented taste Interior is modern and hip. Parking is pretty dismal at the location so be aware of that when you are planning a visit!
google avatar

Vachi B.

Yelp
I'm Thai and I thought Kin Dee was very good. I ordered Pad See Eww. I always order Pad See Eww when I visit a Thai restaurant that I never been to before. My Pad See Eww was very good, good portion, and had a must have charred noodles. I will take my husband and my kid to eat at Kin Dee sometime soon. I want to try their Kao Mun Gai and other Thai street food dishes. The only thing I hate about the area where the restaurant is located is parking. It shouldn't count against the restaurant. Expect to take some time to find parking and potentially walking up hill, a pre-meal exercise.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite Thai places in Seattle! I usually order takeout since I live nearby, but everything I've gotten has always been delicious. I'd recommend the drunk noodles, pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, and salmon curry, but I also don't think you can really go wrong. I also really love their Thai iced tea for a refreshing drink! I love the vibes of the restaurant when I have eaten there; it's cozy but still well decorated. Additionally, the staff is always amazing, whether I'm dining in or taking out. Everyone needs to try this place!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for months now since it's close to our current home and had good reviews overall. As someone who's traveled to Thailand and eaten Thai food all my life, I was quite disappointed. We ordered a few classic Thai dishes and simply put, we were unable to finish the food despite being hungry. The Tom yum soup was very oily and had two pieces of shrimp, which for $12 just didn't seem right. The pad thai with chicken was very bland and completely underwhelming. Their basil pork rice dish was too salty and soggy. We have a few favorite Thai places that we go to often and we were hoping to add this one to our list. Unfortunately, based on tonight's experience, I don't think we will be back again.

Yelp
Recently came by this place. For some takeout, and my partner loved the duck soup and overall we were very pleased with the food. Orders came pretty fast and everything was delicious.

Yelp
We came in with a big group for takeout. A little bit frustrating because they forgot 2 of our orders, but when we came back to pick them up, they did give us a free thai iced tea which was nice. The actual entrees were 5/5, super good. I ordered the pad see ew and my boyfriend got one of the fried rices. A little on the oily side for me, but huge portions and very flavorful. We also got summer rolls, which were 3/5. They didn't come cut for some reason and didn't have a lot of flavor.

Yelp
Cody and I were in search of a place to eat for dinner last night, and my friends had just grabbed dinner here 2 hrs prior and were raving about how great it was, so we decided to pop in for a late dinner before we headed home. My friends had shown photos of what they got, the pineapple ducky curry, which looked amazing! And I had all the intentions of ordering just that. But as we sat and looked over the menu, I knew Cody and I were going to end up getting the same dish as each other. We ordered: - Khao Soi Gai This is both our favorite northern Thai dish, and whenever we see it on a menu, we have to order it. Khao Soi isn't on everyone's menus, so that's why we always order it when we see it. This place's Khao Soi was not the best we have ever had, but it was pretty tasty. I felt they skimped a bit on the egg noodles. The chicken legs were good though. Overall, this spot was great! Very clean and modern inside too. Parking: Street parking. we found a spot nearby, but it is on a pretty busy street corner.

Yelp
Bottom Line: One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle that I would take anyone who hasn't been. Would give this place a 4.5/5 if halves were possible but since it's not, I'm rounding up cause it was closer to a 5 than a 4 for sure Fresh Rolls ($8.95) - 4/5 - Great vegetarian appetizer option but I was hoping for more flavor variation within the roll itself. Good with the peanut sauce (but wish there was a little more). Pad Thai ($14.95) - 4.5/5 - Beautiful presentation, especially with the egg net. A super solid pad thai with great flavors and a generous portion that would satisfy any Pad Thai craving. The only reason I don't give it a 5/5 is because I don't feel like taste wise there was anything that was particularly unique to Pad Thai vs most but don't get me wrong, I have no complaints at all. Kao Ka Moo ($15.95) - 5/5 - My favorite dish of the whole meal. It was a perfect balance of flavorful but not too salty (which I feel like a lot of restaurants tend to do) which is especially important for this dish because I feel like one of the things that makes it so yummy is putting the sauce in the rice. If it was too salty that would've ruined the whole dish. Would re-order this the next time I came back. Duck Noodle Soup ($15.95) - 4/5 - Great soup, authentic duck soup flavor but the balance between noodle and soup amount was off. The noodles were also clumped together which made it difficult to eat and threw off the whole dish. Service: 5/5 - Super nice staff and barriers between tables to help with social distancing! They were out of wings (sad!) when we went but excited to try it next time! Also so excited to try other dishes when I come back!
