I go to King Dim Sum for lunch all the time and always leave seriously impressed. When I’m craving some good food, this place never disappoints. The crispy lemon chicken is on point—crispy, flavorful, and covered in a tangy, slightly sweet sauce that hits just right. The chicken stays crunchy even with the sauce, which is always a win. The fried rice is just as good. It has that perfect wok-fried flavor, not too oily but packed with just the right amount of seasoning and mix-ins. Every bite has a little bit of everything—fluffy rice, tender meat, and fresh veggies all coming together perfectly. The place itself has that classic dim sum joint vibe—casual, bustling, and full of people who know where to find good food. Service is fast and friendly, and my food comes out fresh and hot without a long wait. I’m always happy when I eat here. If you’re in the area and craving some great crispy lemon chicken and fried rice, King Dim Sum is the spot.

Such a fantastic experience. The food was incredible. The dumplings are HUGE and incredible. I have eaten so much dim sum in my life and the flavor was excellent. Service was fast, prices were low; can’t recommend enough.

Google
Kingdom Dim Sum did a great job for chicken feet. I can tell this is one of the best chicken feet I’ve had in LA. Their chicken feet can beat some dim sum restaurants in SGV tbh. Other dishes were good too but I definitely recommend chicken feet here if you’re craving for some good chicken feet. Prices are slightly higher than other places but portions are generous so I think it’s worth the price. I’m glad that I don’t have to drive an hour to SGV for dim sum anymore. Thanks again for your good food and service.

Google
They remember their regular clients & hook it up! Hehehe.😝We always get: two sides of white rice, one side of broccoli, rice noodle with shrimp, shrimp & leek dumpling, and they recently added a rice noodle with mushrooms for vegetarians 🌱 (that’s not on the menu) but that we have gotten the last two times we were here. You MUST get the spicy mustard, it takes the food over the top.✨✨✨😩🫶🏾We are Mexican and need spicy food/sauce so if you feel similarly, please get the spicy mustard. Lol. It’s like wasabi though so fair warning!⚠️ Lastly, the service is amazing. We love family run restaurants and this restaurant is run by two elder best friends and their family/friends. There is a Latino young man who is very attentive and funny. We stop by after our Hollywood sign hikes because we are starving and sunburnt after hiking for three hours….. They have an AC, cold water, UNSWEETENED iced green tea. YEAHHHHHHH. We feel spoiled on a budget!!! Also, follow their IG, @kingdomdimsumla 😁💞💞💞🥟🍄‍🟫🥦🍚🍚💯💯💯

would love to come here again. the service was great, checking in more than other restaurants, and the menu has a wide veriety but not overwhelming.

Google
Ok food. Awful service. Weak AC on a hot morning. I was hopeful this place would be as good at its neighbor restaurant. A really sweet woman approached us as we entered. Great customer service on her part. That’s were it started. Next we got cold Chinese broccoli. I didn’t know it was a thing. I didn’t really like it. It gets worse. It was chopped and required the talents of an experienced chop stick user lol. I had a very hard time and my experience isn’t that bad. The dumplings were all good. The XLB was good but not the best. We had shrimp har how too. Good. They serve you water in paper coffee cups lol. When we were done we were going to get more XLBs so I waved at the server. She literally was looking at me and turned her head slowly - twice! I gave up. She came over a while later and asked if we wanted dessert! Ugh! No thanks! Free parking available in front or in underneath structure.

Google
The flavors are wonderful and not too salty as is often the case with dim sum. The bbq pork steamed buns are like little clouds and the pork filling is delicious.

Yelp
Maybe my judgement is slightly skewed by the fact that i didn't had dim sum in a minute... but damn that was good :-) We really enjoyed everything we ate. Fresh, tasty, good bang for the buck. The staff was friendly, space is small but convenient, easy parking, can do shopping at the same time.

Yelp
Sometimes OC and SGV is really far for some delicious dim sum but this was a fresh and authentic hit close to home for my husband and I :D It was about a ~30 min drive on a weekend morning and luckily, we didn't hit any traffic coming here. Parking is limited on the same level as the restaurant so we found parking underground at the same plaza. It's a small and casual spot that feels cozy. We were the first ones to arrive when they opened and got seated right away. The menu is on a QR code so you can order through online I believe or order with a staff member. We thoroughly enjoyed all the food, which includes the rice noodle rolls with shrimp, Chinese broccoli, salt & pepper chicken wings, pork & shrimp siu mai, shrimp har gow and BBQ pork bun. It was more than enough food and our total was under $50, which is pretty good for dim sum. Thanks Kingdom Dim Sum for satisfying our dim sum craving! :)

Yelp
This review is for DELIVERY. While the portions were large, size isn't everything and they were lacking in flavor somehow and came with NO sauces. There is nowhere to order these so it's not like I could have even asked. Instead of a delightful dim sum for breakfast I just got big dry balls of seafood. Bummer especially because I'm not difficult to please with dim sum.

Yelp
Food 5/5: wow wow wow authentic dim sum never disappoints! This low key is better than Din Tai Feng. Price is more reasonable as well but is on the higher side. But each dim sum is made there and brings out so fresh and hot, I LOVE IT! It comes out fairly fast as well. I highly recommend if you love dim sum Service 5/5: fast and efficient service Ambiance 4/5: a quick diner setting I will come back for more!

Yelp
Small restaurant that offers great customer service and delicious food. Our server was very warm and friendly and offered recommendations, if we needed them. The tasty scallion pork shrimp siu mai were huge (about triple the size of average ones)! This was the first time I tried a Golden crust BBQ pork bun and it did not disappoint. The slightly sweet crunchy outside, the soft, fluffy bun, and tender juicy bbq pork filling worked very well together. The flavors and textures complimented each other nicely. We also had cucumber salad, chicken feet, baked pineapple custard buns, turnip cakes, meat dumplings, and pork spare ribs. Everything was hot and fresh. We were stuffed, but it was so good, we got an extra order of buns to take home for later.

Yelp
Yummy dim sum location!! The parking was a bit difficult, as it seems to be located in a really busy plaza; however, the food was delicious! It's more of an order-and -bring-out type of service, as opposed to a Chinese person pushing around carts. In my opinion, the prices were really reasonable and food was delicious. The seating may be a little tight, but it's not the worst. I would definitely come back in the future! Service: 4/5 Food: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5

Yelp
Delicious! I love how every dish comes out piping hot & fresh. The shrimp in all the dishes is spectacular. Super juicy and flavorful! Even the fried rice was good. The chicken feet had a kick to them which I enjoyed a lot as well. The bbq pork rice roll fell short for me, I should've gotten the shrimp one instead. Menu is small, simple and gets to the point. Service was nice, food was amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Yelp
First time trying dim sum around this area and it did not disappoint. Came here on a Monday afternoon and there was no wait. The waitress seated us right way. The food came out quickly and was piping hot so you know it's fresh out of the kitchen. The food and drinks were served with paper plates but don't let that fool you because the food was delicious. I'm a big fan of the chicken feet, it might be scary to others by the looks of it but it's very flavorful. The baked BBQ Pork bun with puff pastry was my favorite as well, the sweetness of the bbq pork and the puff pastry is a sweet and savory combination that you must order. The Scallops Pork Shrimp Siu Mai was something I never tried before. Scallops in a siu mai? I never had it before but after tasting this combo, I've became a fan. The Sticky Rice Seafood Shrimp Ball was an unique item that was filled with shrimp, and sticky rice with a bouncy texture that I never thought that I would like but ended up enjoying. I also tried the egg tarts, rice noodles with shrimp, green leek dumplings, sesame ball with red bean, deep fried dumpling and baked BBQ bun all were solid and a staple at dim sum places. There was plenty of parking in the underground parking lot. Service was face and friendly. I would definitely be returning again for dim sum.

Yelp
Was staying at the hospital at CHLA, craving dim sum since our pho was sub par. Ordered, baked bbq pork buns, shrimp and pork shu mai, chicken wings, egg custard tart, almond jello, and egg fried rice. Egg fried rice was bland- again we know what bland is when you're eating hospital food and staying there. The rest of the food was good, not the best dim sum we've had better but we appreciate getting our food delivered to the hospital. Realized some of these take outs must obliged by the hospital'a blandness. We had no food restrictions just wanted to make it comfortable for my daughter while we had to stay here for a whole week.

Yelp
Food was very hot and fresh came on a Saturday evening was able to get a table right away the staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant feels like you're dining at someone's house in the best way I highly recommend Kingdom Dim Sum!

Yelp
Wifey wanted to try the noodle place next door and I spotted dim sum. Because of the price point it got me curious and since the noodle place was ok for me to bring dim sum over, here I am. It's located inside the Ralph plaza so there's an underground parking garage and also parking outside the restaurants. The place itself is not that big. There's 8 tables but some are for 6 while others for 2. I came around Monday 3:30pm and there's 3 tables filled. I was happy to hear the waiter and chef speaking Mandarin so right off i know it's authentic. I really like the spacious and clean kitchen. I ordered egg tarts, egg custard, scallops pork shrimp sui mai and chicken feet. Didn't want to order too much as I'm eating next door as well lol but def want to get a feel for the food here to see if there's a need to return if I'm ever in the area (it is close by my church). It took a long minute for me to get my food which was something im not use to as dim sum is suppose to be fast and quick and my noodles next door got cold by the time it was ready. So I tried the egg tarts first because that's usually a giveaway for me to see if they're actually legit and happy to say the egg tarts was legit. The sui mai was good with a whole piece of scallop on the bottom. Honestly they were all good and I'm actually down to come back to give other items on the menu a try. Service was very friendly. Next time I'm craving for dim sum in Hollywood, I'll be back here again. There were some seasonal items that looked interesting and also the desserts :)

Yelp
Look, the dim sum is killer. This place is conveniently located, inexpensive, has a good-sized menu, quick and kind service. That all rules. BUT let me turn you onto why I have to constantly FIGHT myself to not come here: the rice specials for $9 you can get either roast pork, roast chicken, or breaded lemon chicken over rice WITH sides of cucumber salad and Chinese broccoli. HEFTY roast pork and rice with TWO SIDES for NINE DOLLARS. It's an insane quality deal. It's such a perfect lunch. Throw some Cheung-fun on there and you're absolutely set. I'd come here every day if it wouldn't make the very kind staff think less of me. Absolutely roll through.
google avatar

Aline T.

Yelp
This dim sum restaurant is a good bang for your buck option. The dim sum pieces are large and packed with filling. Don't expect the highest quality ingredients but there will be a lot of it. Overall, a decent option if you're in a 15 min radius with no traffic and need a fix. You scan the QR code and order from the website and submit the order. The food comes out quick. Service is prompt. The interior is modest and clean with black tables and chairs. Parking is in the mall and was busy during the off lunch hour, around 130pm.
google avatar

Jae L.

Yelp
LEGIT place! Ambiance is quiet, clean, and while it wasnt excellently attentive service, quite appropriate and theres nothing really to complain about . Food was bomb! Highly recommend their pineapple bun and pork bun. Use their vinegar condiment to deepen some subtle flavors:)
google avatar

Ellen H.

Yelp
We do not have many options for good dimsum around Hollywood. This could be a decent option. The food was fresh and clean. My favorite was the rice noodle roll with shrimp. The restaurant is very casual and I think it may be a better place for delivery than dine-in.

Janet A.

Yelp
I decided to try a different place for dim sum in Los Angeles. I usually go to Bao Dim Sum near Beverly Hills but thought I drive further to Hollywood. I was able to find parking in the shopping plaza before noon. I ordered steamed shrimp dumplings, beef dumplings, rice noodle filled with BBQ pork, fried pork dumplings, egg custard tarts, baked BBQ buns and fried sesame seed balls. The steamed shrimp dumplings and baked BBQ buns were delicious. The rice noodle filled with BBQ pork was tasty but it would've been better if the temperature was steaming hot. The server was friendly and attentive.
google avatar

Jasmine N.

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday, it wasn't too busy, the food came out fresh and delicious. However, some items we ordered were lacking flavors like the chicken feet and rice noodle roll with chicken. The overall service we received was disappointing. As soon as we ordered, we were forgotten and had to go up to the cash register several times for water refill, questions, and to order more. My expectations were higher considering the premium price you pay here. The ambiance is casual and there's plenty of free parking.
google avatar

Julie N.

Yelp
Pretty legit dimsum in the middle of hollywood. Im comparing it to sgv and oc dimsum places and its like on the same level. Parking is ample underground Order using a qr code - everything came out hot and fresh Siu mai, hargow, shrimp noodle rolls, cucumber salad, chinese broccoli, baked bbq rolls, custard rolls, and egg tarts were really good and delicious m I was not a fan of the black pepper spare ribs - the amount was tiny for the price. I would come back if im ever in the area
google avatar

Sansern B.

Yelp
Authentic dimsum in Thai Town. Food was very fresh, good selection for a small shop. They also have some Cantonese BBQ rice plates I'd like to try some day. Dumplings are large and meaty. Easy parking underground is a plus. I highly recommend their rice noodle rolls.
google avatar

Ellie R.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best deals in all of Hollywood. Dim Sum Kingdom makes all their own dumplings in house and offers lunch boxes for only $7.99. It's a shit ton of food and comes in char shu chicken, pork, or crispy lemon chicken cutlet. I always try to finish the box on my own but it's too much food. Absolutely delicious. Try their coffee jelly while you're there too!! Parking on the top level is difficult, honestly just skip altogether and go straight to the parking level below. The restaurants usually pretty empty except the employees so it's nice and quiet.
google avatar

ClaiRe T.

Yelp
Im never in Thai town but decided to try this place out after picking my sister up from airport. I couldn't believe it was right next to this amazing Thai noodle restaurant. My sister and i are the ultimate foodies! We are French and Laos. When i say this is the best Dim sum I've had i mean it! Everything is made pretty fresh! My favorite was Chinese broccoli, chicken feet and the red hot sauce you can tell is super fresh plus all dumplings were great. We will be back!
google avatar

Angel C.

Yelp
I was really craving dim sum but since I live in LA I usually have to drive out to SGV to get some but this day I was feeling lazy. Decided to try kingdom as it's been on my list and it was decent and scratched my dim sum itch. It's located in kind of a random shopping plaza in Hollywood but there is a parking lot. It's more of a cafe style so you go in and there are tables but you order thru ur phone and they just bring it out to you which is totally fine. Like most reviews say no thrills or frills, paper plates and cups lol. All good though. Really flavorful dim sum though! I'll definitely come back when I'm craving dim sum again but don't want to drive out haha. I'd say it's a little more pricey i think my total with a tea was $30 so about $35 with tip.
google avatar

Danny J.

Yelp
This is truly amazing place to try I love dim sum and decent price Service is fast and good Ambiance are pretty awesome It is close to my home and definitely come back

Mark S.

Yelp
If you're craving Dimsum and don't want to venture out of this city this is the place to go.
google avatar

Jade N.

Yelp
Really cute spot with lots of dim sum choices. Easy to order a la carte style and pretty authentic. Parking was super easy because there's a huge parking lot as this place is located inside a street mall. Pricing was decent and food was tasty!
google avatar

Wes D.

Yelp
Lots of parking! Very informal dimsum that is more to go than eat in (though there are a few tables). Servings were pretty good for the price and tasty. All served in plastic containers so be prepared for that too. Teas and desserts in counter and we got the iced tea which was fresh tasting. Pretty close to work so getting it on the way home in busy nights. We got pork and leek dumplings, shrimp shumai, rice noodles w scallions and also asked for hot oil to go with soy sauce. We went to Daiso afterwards which is in the same building and then We got boba tea nearby.
google avatar

Debra K.

Yelp
Very uneven food. Thought I'd try it because it was in Hollywood and I wouldn't have to drive to SGV. IXLB on Sunset far superior.
google avatar

Watkins L.

Yelp
Yo, finally a good dim sum place in Hollywood! Didn't expect to find a place like this by Thai Town, but this place doesn't disappoint, even though my first time having this was togo. Place was quite clean, I believe the place is fairly new. I also love that they have Apple Pay, which makes things so easy and convenient! Food I would recommend giving the bbq pork steamed bun, shrimp wonton with chili oil or the shrimp Siu mai a try for those that are trying this for the first time. My daughter liked the sesame ball the most, I think kids just love sweet pastry. It is always nice to be able to not only eat dim sum at the place but be able to enjoy it to go. I think the person that helped ring up the order was the owner, and was quite nice. Will def come back and try some other dishes! Until next time !
google avatar

Yelp
Great find in a strip mall. The dim sum was so good and huge portions. Ordered a selection of dishes and it was all yummy. Server was very pleasant too. Would definitely return.
google avatar

Hannah C.

Yelp
my brother and i were debating between this place and the thai place next door. we were both pleasantly surprised by this place and did not regret one single bit. you order online and they will serve you the food. the waiters here are so attentive and very quick to clean up once customers leave to open up tables. overall we had a great experience i forgot to get a picture of the pork buns but THAT IS A MUST! the bun is glazed with sugar i think? but the inside filling is delicious. the bun tastes like it was freshly made. super delicious. 10/10 would recommend this place if you're craving some dim sum!!
google avatar

Rebecca S.

Yelp
They're trying but the dim sum felt packaged not made in house. Everything was tough and bland - not horrible but I'd never go back - plus they had limited condiments and the interior felt like a run down fast food joint with some dollar store decor.
google avatar

Jeanie L.

Yelp
I think the restaurant is still in its soft opening phase but I was very impressed with their service and food! The restaurant is located in a pretty busy plaza but there is an underground parking which made finding a spot super easy. Not that many tables in the restaurant which was fine since mostly everyone did to go. Ordering was super fast and easy. Simply go up to the register to place your order, pay, and wait for your food to be made. They weren't kidding when they said their food is freshly prepared because as I was placing my order, I saw the chefs in the kitchen rolling and making the dim sum! The dim sum is made to order so they don't steam your food until you place the order so everything is hot and steamy when it comes out. Everything came out pretty quickly too! Baked BBQ pork bun with puff pastry: 10/10 This tasted really really good hot out of the oven. They don't skimp on ingredients and bun was filled with hot, flavorful, yummy BBQ pork. This was definitely my favorite out of everything I ordered and I would 100% order this again. I'm drooling just thinking about this. Must order if you love buns. Shrimp har gow: 8/10 Honestly, nothing too special about this dish. Tasted just like how a har gow would taste. The shrimp they used was pretty good though. It was very chewy and the outside rice paper wasn't too thick. Shrimp rice noodle roll: 9/10 Again, nothing too special. But I have to say I'm impressed with the shrimp they used; tasted very fresh. Shrimp to rice noodle proportion was perfect; not too much shrimp, not too much rice noodle. I know some places that give very little shrimp but this place had shrimp in every bite I took. Chicken siu mai: 6/10 My first time eating a siu mai that was made out of chicken. Tbh, not really my cup of tea. I think if you like chicken, you would like this. The texture was a little rough for my liking. Crab shrimp har gow: 10/10 You can actually see and taste the crab meat in this! It was a really good combination and I really enjoyed this dish. Fish siu mai: 8/10 The flavor by itself was a bit lacking in this one, but it was much better after I dipped it in the chili oil. This was very chewy and kind of reminded me of a fish cake. Shrimp wonton with chili oil: 9/10 Basically a shrimp har gow but made with a wonton wrapper instead. Not really what I expected but it was pretty good with the chili oil. I recommend to eat this immediately or else the wonton wrapper will harden. Baked egg tart: 10/10 The filling was perfect - not too sweet and not watery. The outside tart was perfectly crispy and not too oily. Perfect dessert to end with. Another one of my favs. Overall, I really enjoyed the food here. The dim sum is comparable to the dim sum in SG valley. I would definitely come back to try other stuff on the menu!

Yelp
Sub par Staff was nice and the chinese broccoli was good Everything was bland or not good long noodles had a slimy texture, turnip cake was bland

Yelp
Got a range of items. Good quality and value. Service was also friendly. Wish they had more information on allergens.

Yelp
If you're looking for a great Dim Sum spot that isn't jammed and impossible to find a table at, look no further! Kingdom Dim Sum is great! The food rocks, and the parking is easy.

Yelp
The service was a 4/10. We had to get up to order and pay for our food before we received it. It took 20 minutes for our food to start arriving. The only good item was the pork xiao long bao. Do not order the shrimp; it's terrible. The shrimp was so rubbery, it felt like it was fighting back as I chewed. If you ever come here, only get the pork; it's the only thing I can somewhat recommend. The canned soda was great, and it's the only thing I highly recommend. The restaurant was nearly empty, with just a few employees. The place was dark and gloomy, with tables arranged so closely together that it felt like a maze. My friend got water in a coffee cup, even though coffee wasn't on the menu. There were no beverages listed on the menu; you had to look past the register into their fridge to see what drinks were available.

Silvia A.

Yelp
This is a small family business, the food is good same with the service and ambience.

Yelp
Came across this spot after a shopping trip at the nearby Ikea in Burbank. What a gem!! Came on a Friday afternoon and there was no wait. Order by scanning the QR code at the table. Dim sum arrived promptly and the food was delicious. The shu mai was nice and plump, the egg tarts were warm and toasted, the seasme red bean balls had a good amount of red bean in the center! Most food and drinks were served in or on paper products. (Probably a result of covid) I usually go to Lunasia Pasadena for my dim sum fix but this place definitely hits the spot for those lazy weekends when I don't want to drive the extra 15 mins to Pasadena. There's about ~100 above ground parking and an underground parking garage with additional parking. Diaso and Ralph's are in the same plaza if you need to run errands or if you have to wait for a table. Will definitely return!!

Chuhee L.

Yelp
The food was Delicious and the service was really nice it was worth the wait and the restaurantwas really cool

Olivia A.

Yelp
Amazing taste , good service !!! It tastes like an authentic chinese food , not americanized version of it. I fell in love with their bbq pork buns. Would love to try the rest of their menu

Yelp
Delivery review only: I saw KDS on IG and was totally wow'd that I had to place an order myself to try it out. I spent around $90 on various items such as fried shrimp wontons, bbq pork buns, beef short ribs, beef siu mai (is the beef supposed to be undercooked?), rice noodle with bbq pork, Chinese broccoli, green leek dumpling, and chicken pancake. My honest opinion is that everything was way over salted, to the point where it wasn't even enjoyable. The beef short ribs had a lot of fat. Best part were the BBQ pork buns.

Zoe S.

Yelp
God I love this place. The fastest service you'll ever experience. Get the cucumbers and the shrimp rice noodle roll. It's a nice dive-y spot and you can get in and out in 30 mins with a delicious meal.

Yelp
A little jewel you must visit. Without the restaurant stiffness. It feels like your friendly neighborhood stand. The staff is friendly and helpful. Word of advise order all you want because the food is made individually and it will steadily come to your table. Absolutely keeper.

Yelp
Very small place with few tables. Not nice ambiance. They use plastic utensils, paper plates and take out sauce packets when dining in. The food flavor is not bad but I wish they would elevate the inside of the restaurant. Fair prices. Could do at least 4 pieces in each dim sum dish. Best dish was the shrimp wonton and meat fried dumpling. Xlb doesn't compare to din tai fung

Yelp
The tables were pretty dirty, and I took it as they focused more on the food coming out. The food itself was mediocre and felt overpriced. Most of it was dry, which was wild to me as a lot of it was steamed. There was a new employee in front that was left to figure it out on their own without much guidance from the veteran employees. It seemed like some of the items would be ok because there was a little stream of people doing carry out orders. Menu was out of date and had items no longer available. It was like playing battleship with food but not fun because I'm hungry. Almost no condiment options. Everything feels like it's frozen in the back and heated up and served on Styrofoam plates and sold for fresh ceramic plate prices.

Yelp
By far the best dim sum place ive ever been to! The most fresh rolls you can get or anything else. The selection might not be as big as in a huge dim sum restaurant but its beyond amazing and makes you come back for more every time. I personally think their shrimp & pork sui mai is unreal, the size is big and the flavor is even bigger, def my fav. Staff is nice and the place has a very simple and like home feel in a sense, the kitchen is open and you can see and hear everything, i personally like open kitchens and i think it makes this place very unique!! A MUST!

Yelp
The best Dim Sum in town, everything is so tasty and fresh, the service is good, you have to order first at the counter then they will deliver it to your table. VERDICT: I will come back :)

Yelp
This is by the weirdest restaurant I've ever eaten at. It's almost as if the dining experience itself is custom designed to deter you from returning. Polystyrene plates. Cheap take-out chop sticks. Little sachets of soy sauce. A waitress with no Chinese at all. A menu as a QR code or pictures on a worn laminated sheet. This where things U-turn. The food is among the best Dim Sum you can get in LA. And it's bizarrely cheap. I've eaten at a 3 star Michelin Dim Sum in Hong Kong that was only marginally better than this place. Elite Dim Sum in Monterey Park is as good but over double the price and 45 minutes from me. All this place needs is a few table cloths, some tea pots and basic cheap cutlery and the lines will still go around the block. I gave it six stars. Knocked one off for presentation.

Yelp
TL;DR: This place is solidly okay. Get it as takeout. The food selection is very typical of a dim sum place. All the basic items are available, but items like chicken feet and braised tripe have been left off. The food itself was sort of bland. Definitely nothing to write home about. The price point, to me, is a little higher than I would have expected given the vibe of the restaurant. It's on par with places like Lunasia, but with none of the vibes and like half of the flavor. There's limited seating. And when dining in, you're served with foam/paper plates, and takeout sauce packets. You order through your phone and the whole vibe is very cafeteria-esque. The bathroom is clean and well stocked. And the kitchen looks very clean and new as well. Service is friendly.
