Kogane Ramen

There is stiff competition for good ramen but Kogane holds its own. Broth is rich, noodles al dente, and servings decent. The lobster miso is a true standout. The bowls they use and how they decorated the place is on point too. All that's stopping them from being one of the best must-go spots period is the price and, besides the lobster miso, everything else is just very good and don't stand out. Still, I'd happily revisit if I'm nearby and feel a hankering for noodles.

Place was great. It was cozy, perfect for the cold weather. Ordered all house special ramens and they did not disappoint. Liked the tofu a little extra too!

My boyfriend and I came across this spot while taking a spontaneous walk in the city on a cold, rainy, and gloomy Saturday afternoon. As soon as we walked into Kogane Ramen, it felt as if we were transported to a different place. The interior design was out of this world and I couldn’t help but admire my surroundings (including the restroom). I felt like I was dining in a garden filled with exotic flowers. Their staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining what everything was on the menu. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and my boyfriend had ordered the Red Tonkotsu Ramen (FYI: if you enjoy spicy food this one is for you). Both were delicious, flavorful, and satisfying particularly due to the fact that it was raining and 20 degrees outside. However, I think the next time I visit I will be ordering the Red Tonkotsu Ramen, since it was more rich in flavor. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Kogane Ramen and I believe it is a whole vibe there…RAIN OR SHINE! :)

Worth checking out if you're in the mood for tonkotsu ramen. It was easy to walk in and get a table around 5 but quickly filled up as the night went on. Service was great. We got our appetizers, entrees and desserts fairly quickly after ordering. The pork jowl bun was a tasty snack (4/5), actually wished we got it with the ramen instead as it would have been great in the broth. The bowl of red tonkotsu had a decent heat level and the chashu was cooked well. Only complaint was we wished for a tad bit more noodles but overall very happy with the bowl. The group finished off with some green tea ice cream which came with some small cups of green tea (unsure if this was just the servers being nice or part of the dessert as it wasn't mentioned). Either way it was a good way to end the meal. Would happily return if we're in the area.

I had a memorable dining experience at Konege! It is a highlight that the yuzu ramen with Hakata thin noodles cooked al dente, paired with the flavorful broth and perfectly braised pork jowl. The lightness of the broth and the balance of the pork is especially appealing. The agedashi tofu didn't meet my expectations due to the strong sauce. The salty dashi overpower the delicate flavor of tofu. I would like to come back to try all differnet ramen dishes and ramen burger. I had 10% discount for cash payment .

No wait for a late-ish lunch on a weekday. I ordered red tonkutsu ramen and pork gyoza. The sauce of the gyoza is salty for me. The noodle is less al dente than I liked. Decent noodle and can recommend.

I love the Red Tonkotsu Ramen, its spicy and perfect blend with the pork broth. The ambient of the place is soothing and so calming. Recommended to have it!

Lobster ramen is really solid and has some good chunks of lobster. Flavor is great. Music slightly louder than I prefer but otherwise chill / cozy environment

Cozy underground ramen joint near Meatpacking, met a friend here for a rainy day dinner and was seated immediately when we arrived around 6. Menu has a good assortment of ramen and donburi. I got the tonkatsu ramen and my friend got the tonkatsu rice bowl. Ramen was pretty solid and broth was flavorful, no major complaints. My friend said the katsu bowl was a bit spicier than she expected, so just a headsup on that. Because it is located in the basement though the ceiling is a bit low so it can get loud inside as the place fills up.

After a stroll through Chelsea Market we wanted something warm and soupy. Chanced upon this basement restaurant. (Stairs only) Cozy and warm, you will be seated close to other tables. Let's start with the appetizers. We ordered two skewers, the Bacon Asparagus and Chicken White Meat. Cooked to perfection, good seasoning, tasty sauce, and great crunch. We also got the Kogane Wings. Crunchy but a little bland, the sauce saved this dish. For our mains we got the Miso Lobster Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen. Both broths were rich in flavors. The lobster was fresh and delicious!The lobster broth was a perfect blend of sea and heartiness. The veggies were good, the menma was much better than expected. The egg was slightly over cooked and the char siu was a bit fatty and gamey for both. The ramen was amazing, it was fresh and bouncy. Cooked al dente, every bite with broth was delicious. Be careful when enjoying though, there might be small pieces of the lobster shell for the miso lobster. Overall the restaurant is super solid. Skewers take time to come out since they are freshly grilled! Ramen noodles are freshly made and delicious. The broths were great, I would definitely come back to try the other options.

My fiance and I came to this ramen restaurant after work. We ordered a ramen burger, lobster miso ramen, and parco ramen. I really enjoyed my parco ramen which was super flavorful. The soup itself was pretty thick but I like my ramen like that. The burger was unique since the buns were made out of ramen. They deep fried the ramen to make it a bun. The lobster miso ramen was yummy also. However, my fiance notice that the lobster meat was missing for one of them, and the server resolved it by giving another piece. Overall, I enjoyed my dinner and experience here. The service was good and decorations were nice. There are several tables but it will feel a bit cramped if you have a big party.

After walking around Chelsea Market on a late Monday cold night we wanted to grab something warm. Kogane had a good variety of ramen to choose from. There were also several items of appetizers too. I decided to get the parco ramen which is a curry based pork ramen. I loved how rich the flavor was. The ramen had a fried pork which absorbed the curry flavor well. The food was very fresh and I liked the doneness of the noodles at just the right texture. We also shared the takoyaki which was delicious. The sauce they put on top was sooo good. Prices were very reasonable. There is a credit card fee if you plan to pay by credit card, so best to pay with cash to avoid the processing fee. The decoration of the dining area was cool with the anime ramen art. Definitely will be going back in the future.

Overall experience was and is usually solid.. very cleanly place and well lit. They're pretty quick with service and food. I prefer the red tonkatsu ramen for a more traditional thin broth. I had the spicy miso ramen and while it was good it is on the thicker side for broth. It also has like some sweetness to it.. it was good but I would def go with the other one. We tried the yaki ramen as well but that reminded me of Singapore noodles .. I wasn't expecting that.

Came here for dinner on a weekday. We called before coming so we were able to be seated right away. The restaurant is kind of hidden away down a few steps but the interior is clean and nicely decorated. The staff were patient and friendly to wait for us to decide on our orders. I tried the kimchi ramen and yuzu sparkling sake. The kimchi ramen had really great texture for the noodle and wasn't too spicy. Near the end, I felt like the soup was getting a bit salty for me, but I still really enjoyed my meal. The yuzu sparkling sake was super refreshing - it's on the sweeter end and you can't taste any alcohol in it at all. Overall, great place with pretty quick service - would come again if I'm nearby!

Ramen was pretty good. The soup was flavorful and not too salty. Service was pretty standard. I like how they gave us hot tea when we didn't drink the cold water. It was 25 degrees outside duh!

The service and atmosphere is good. The food is inexpensive and generally good as well. Unfortunately there is no depth of flavor. The spicy ramen is spicy, but not much flavor beyond the heat. The yuzu ramen has a strong lemon taste, but not much else.

I wasn't that impressed by this underground ramen restaurant-I've stopped by previously however was met by a closed door. This time around, I stopped by early dinner time and we ordered the below: Matcha Lemonade Hot Sake Vegetable Gyoza 2x Vegetable Ramens The first bowl of ramen with a separate empty bowl, which we thought was odd but we still sat around waiting until we followed up with a waitress. Turns out, they misheard and weren't aware that we ordered two vegetable ramens, instead of one. It would've been a better experience if they followed up with us and asked if everything had arrived at our table. I didn't think the ramen, gyoza, or drinks were exceptional. If you're around Meatpacking and want an authentic ramen experience outside of Chelsea Market, then I'd be hesitant to recommend here unless everywhere is Resy-ed out.

Wow. This just rocked my universe. I got the lobster and pork ramen (made it spicy) and my friend got the spider buns and tofu. My goodness. All of the food was perfection. Not only that but the service was amazing and the decor was so trendy and cute. Best ramen I've had in years, it was so savory and hearty. I'm bringing everyone here. It's my new favorite spot.

Here is another ramen spot i stopped by before doing my over time at work. Very cozy spot it's a walk down restaurant with some nice decore. Very relaxed vibe and good service. I had the red tonkatsu ramen. And it sure was delicious. Had the right amount of spice in it. i also had a short ribs stick as an appetizer.Packed with flavor and tender! I will eventually go back and try more of their noodles.

My bf and I have been searching all over for yuzu ramen in the city since our Japan trip last fall, and luckily he spotted that Kogane's new menu has it! Walk downstairs and you'll find some good, handmade ramen in a cute & cozy setting. We tried the Yuzu Ramen, Truffle Ramen and Kogane Wings. Both ramens were flavorful and weren't overly salty like some ramen shops tend to be. The Truffle Ramen had a lot of truffle flavor and the chicken in it was pretty herby. The Yuzu Ramen broth was a really good balance of light and savory and the noodles had a good texture. At the end of the meal, they gave us some hot green tea to wash everything down. Service was prompt and friendly too.

Might be my favorite ramen in NY so far. Have been on an absolute tear lately and tried a bunch, but Kogane tops the list of the ones I've tried below. Got the truffle chicken ramen and everything about it was spot on. The scent and richness of the broth (though definitely on the lighter side and not as heavy as chicken paitan or tonkotsu). The chicken pieces themselves were also phenomenal, much better than lots of cha siu and pork belly I've had at a lot of other places. And to top it off, they have decent yakitori too! My favorites were the pork belly and the beef one. (Not ranked in order, but Kogane best so far. The others have been decent outside of Ippudo.) - Tonchin - Ippudo (wouldn't recommend in NY) - Ozakaya - Ramen Danbo - Konoha - Afuri

Can you believe this is my first time every trying ramen!!!! Boy was is life changing. First ill say shoutouts to our waiter because he was so nice and patient since we had soooo many questions, and he kept a smile on his face the whole time! I only tried the spicy chicken miso soup but let me tell you, it was the most flavorful broth I ever had period, like I am really so excited to come back and try everything else. I thought the prices for the food were great but the soft drink prices are quite expensive, so may just bring my own water next time. The inside was super intimate and a little snug but the seats were comfy enough. Will update when I go back. Superrr excited!

Kogane Ramen is a neat little hidden spot, discreetly tucked away down a set of stairs, adding a unique and cozy vibe to the experience. The service was fantastic; our server was attentive and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. As for the ramen, it was decent overall. The broth had a good depth of flavor, but the noodles were firmer than I'd prefer--I usually like them softer. The pork belly was flavorful but wasn't as tender as I've enjoyed at other places. Having recently been to Japan, I've found it challenging to find ramen back home that matches the authentic taste I experienced there, and Kogane, while good, didn't quite meet that bar. However, the portion sizes were fair, and the pricing is reasonable given the location. Not everyone's taste buds are the same, so I'd still recommend giving Kogane Ramen a try. With great service and a cool, tucked-away atmosphere, it's worth seeing if it satisfies your ramen cravings!

This ramen was delicious. I got the Red Tonkontsu ramen which had a spicy kick to it. The serving was perfect. It's been years since I've had ramen and I'm convinced that this I what it should taste like. To drink there's a variety of sakes. For the appetizer, got two of the fried chicken selections and wasn't impressed with neither. Just stick your the ramen. Food came out pretty quickly. When I got home I went right to bed; I was happy and full.

i don't know that I even want to try other ramen restaurants and their bland, grey, vegetable-based broths when Kogane does theirs so damn well. favorite ramen in the city, easily (the Spicy Vegetable ramen!) I have ordered takeout from here many times since we moved, and officially dined in with friends a month or so ago. It is super clean and bright inside, good seating options for smaller groups (like 5-6.) Service was very efficient and pleasant! - Ordered Oze Extra Dry sake + Dassai 50 sake bottles + Asahi beer + 3 meat-based ramens + Spicy Vegetable Ramen (add egg) + regular version (Vegetable Ramen) + Fried Soft Shell Crab Buns (2 to an order) + Edamame & Crispy Brussels Sprouts to share Everyone loved their food/drinks! I want to come back for shishito peppers and all of the desserts. I thought the Spicy Veg. ramen was way better than the regular version. Also thought the buns needed a bit more eel sauce. Ugh, i love this place so much!!!

I liked the low key and quiet ambience of this restaurant and how the service was super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I got the Yuzu ramen and enjoyed the light citrusy flavor and the pork jowl. Also got to try some of the Tonkotsu as well and the broth was solid. My only gripe is the small portions. The bowls are big for sure but the amount of noodles that they give is ridiculously little. We all left hungry after our meal here and had to head over to Chelsea Market for lunch part 2. Again, great dining environment and flavors were on point but at close to $20 for a bowl of ramen, I was expecting more food.

We came here and got five different ramen. My favorite was definitely the truffle ramen which was really nice. The matcha ramen surprised me at first but it wad actually pretty good and definitely worth trying. The staffs were also super nice and accommodating. As the night progresses, there are more and more people dining in and I can see why. Overall, this place is really good and their ramens are pretty good. The interior design was also very nice and the bathroom was really clean and neat. They also offer green tea at the end which was surprising. Definitely come to this spot for ramen if you're in the area!

We love this spot, come every time we visit NY. The ramen is great, so is the Japanese karaage.

A hidden ramen spot that is found going down a narrow staircase, it it not ideal for handicaps or mothers with strollers. There is only one bathroom stall for the entire establishment. I've been waiting to use it for a good 20 mins for one person to come out while I'm pregnant, this was a terrible experience. Gyoza - crispy and thin with good flavor and filling Sweet Potato Fries - lightly battered, needs a extra pinch of salt Spider bun - small piece of soft shell crab battered with sweet sauce, could be a bigger piece to balance out the thick piece of bun Takoyaki - only 3 pieces per order, taste more flour than the tiny little octopus piece Miso Lobster Ramen - one piece of lobster added to a miso broth Spicy Miso Ramen - this is def spicy as i was coughing through eating it, broth was a good thickness Red Tonkatsu Ramen - pork broth was good as you can taste the richness but once you mix the chili paste it overpowered a bit. suggest to mix a little at a time to your liking

This ramen place was A-OK. Came here with a friend on a weekday. I had the spicy vegetable ramen and we also ordered agedashi tofu for apps. I would say the agedashi tofu was savory but the texture did not have the fried crunch factor on the outside so it did not have the wow factor I was looking for for the crunchy outside vs. soft inside contrast. Spicy veg ramen was interesting because I'm not used to seeing kale and okra presented as ingredients. Okra was minimal in the bowl but the broth seemed rich. Texture of ramen was on point. I would say the price is reasonable but I've also had better at this price point.

Been coming here for 6+yrs and this place has back peddled a lot. Food is not as good as before and the service is basically equivalent to fast food joint. It's located in a basement for a reason. I don't make the rules, it is what it is ‍

Found this place on my first time to NY. Walking in Chelsea Market I just happened to glance at this cute little underground restaurant by chance. We went in and glad we did. It was absolutely delicious and the service was just great and the food came out quick. We ended up at Chelsea Market for dessert instead of dinner.

If you're not paying attention the below-grade entrance is easy to walk right by. Once you're in the staff are efficient in getting you and your party seated and setup with menus. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for a cold winter day. They have a straightforward menu that has just the right amount of options for you to have a selection without ending up with analysis paralysis. The homemade noodles are the selling point here and it's evident in the dish. I got the kimchi ramen which had the perfect balance of flavor and spice. The broth had a body that I was expecting to be heavy but turned out to be surprisingly smooth and light. Paired with sake and good company and you're bound to have an enjoyable meal here.

Kogane is a pretty good ramen place. It is located down a set of stairs in a basement space. The place is very clean and is cozy. The waitress was extremely friendly too. Their bowls of ramen are above average in size and are average price at around $15-$20 a bowl. I recommend you try their Parco ramen. It is a curry ramen with pork. It is not a typical flavor you can find in all ramen restaurants. The broth was extremely flavorful and the pieces of pork were also very tender.

Great atmosphere. Love the flower arch inside, it's really adds to the restaurant's aesthetic. Food was good!

Nice little stop if you're craving some ramen. Ordered the red tonkotsu ramen, and karage. In terms of ramen, def a solid choice. Broth was flavorful, generous toppings, the meat slices were big and fatty. I know some ramen places give you more flexibility when customizing it through their menu (i.e thick noodles, thin noodles, under cooked or overcooked noodles) So not sure if you can customize it verbally to them, but the noodles I had were a bit harder or undercooked then I'm used to which was fine, just something to note if you have a particular preference. The karage tasted pretty standard from other japanese restaraunts (delicious), but the serving size did feel on the smaller size. Customer service was great! Everyone was very attentive. Sitting with 3 others, and they always made sure to come by and check if we had enough water, or if needed anything else.

Kogane Ramen is an cute place with delicious food. The prices are comparable to other establishments, and the service is both professional and prompt. Overall, I had a positive experience and I would consider returning in the future.

Delicious ramen, great location, friendly service and clean establishment. What more can someone ask for? When we arrived, I thought it was cute/quirky that it is located downstairs. As soon as we walk in, we were greeted and seated (without reservation). I ordered the 'Red Tonkotsu Ramen' and it was to DIE for. The broth was perfect, full of flavor, spicy and it definitely restored me after walking around in the freezing temperatures. The location itself is very clean, minimal and feels very laid-back. They have Japanese decor and some anime photos hanging as well. The place itself is all well put together. Prices were very reasonable. One of the best ramens I've had! If you're nearby, I suggest you stop by. I still think about this ramen now that I'm back home...

Was craving comfort noodle soup and stopped at this underground spot on a whim after discovering my original destination was closed. I was greeted warmly as soon as I stepped in and service continued to be impeccable until I walked out. I opted for the popular Red Tonkatsu Ramen and it did not disappoint. The egg was perfectly soft-boiled, broth was rich and flavorful, and ingredients were presented aesthetically. Would definitely go back to try other dishes!

I visited Kogane Ramen for a delicious and cozy bow of their Spicy Miso Ramen. The house-made noodles just taste fresh--and have the bounce to prove it. The broth was flavorful and well-seasoned, though it could have used a bit more heat to live up to the spice in the name. To finish, we had the ice cream sampler. I am not typically a red bean fan (it's often too bitter and 'beanie' for a dessert, in my opinion), but the red bean flavor here was surprisingly sweet and creamy. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood and looking for good ramen!

The food is absolutely to die for. Any of the ramen, the appetizers like pork gyoza, karage, and skewers, and curry are truly spectacular. I recommend the matcha ramen it's very unique and delicious. The red tonkatsu is not too spicy and very flavorful. Service is fast and thoughtful, and the ambiance is calm and perfect for a date or simple lunch. I have been here three times in two weeks and can't recommend this place enough.

This underground restaurant has cozy vibes and beautiful branch and flower decor. Service was very attentive. I ordered the red tonkotsu ramen, which did not come out looking the prettiest, but the taste was there and there was a generous portion of meat as well. The egg was jammy, and the broth had a slight kick to it. I was unable to drink all of the broth because what was used to flavor the broth had sort of sunk to the bottom of the bowl. Overall, good ramen, but nothing too special.

Through a series of mishaps, we ended up near the Meatpacking District today and decided to have dinner at Kogane. We've walked by it a few times and noticed they have a veggie ramen and seemed well reviewed. Alas, this was the worst ramen I've ever had. I hate writing bad reviews, but there was nothing redeeming about the experience. The broth was weirdly sweet, there were hardly any vegetables and the tofu was just plan horrible. The hostess was also unfriendly, and the staff pays little attention to you. Inexplicably, this place appears to be really popular and there was a line of people waiting outside the door when we left.

One of the few places I've tried that does a lobster ramen, so I had to see what this was all about! Service was great, our party of 5 was seated immediately on a late summer Saturday afternoon. The ambiance was calm and soothing- a lot of natural wood appears in the interior. I recall the place being below ground level and they do a good job with making sure the inside is well lit where you don't really notice that. I've had many types of ramen before but the lobster stood out so I knew what I had to do. I was not disappointed, both the rich umami flavor and the presentation were on point. To be frank, I do think it's a tad overpriced but the fact that it's near Chelsea and that there's lobster in it somewhat justifies it. Typical ramen in the city is running around $18-20 a bowl no matter where you go nowadays... and that sometimes doesn't even include the meat (I.e. pork chashu)! All in all, I would most certainly go again. But maybe not too often as my wallet will disapprove. I would recommend people try the lobster ramen as it's quite unique.

If you are a big fan of ramen, this is definitely a MUST EAT ramen! Fresh homemade noodles every day, the broth is so good! I worked in Tokyo Japan for three years, this is a very good one even you compare it with ramen in Japan! Highly recommended and definitely will come back again soon

Solid ramen! I really enjoyed the taste and would recommend for groups or solo dining!

I'm not a fan of ramen until I came to this restaurant. It baffled me that people would pay $20 for a bowl of ramen. They make the noodles on site. The broth was rich and delicious. The way I judge how clean the kitchen is, I see how the bathroom is. Well, their bathroom was sparkling clean. It was one of nicest, I had ever been in. Due to the fact, we had 10 people in our party; the owner gave us 4 plates of desserts on the house. I would come back here again.

Solid ramen here! We split a ramen and a few sides. I wouldn't say any dish particularly stood out as fantastic, but overall happy with the meal. The vibes in the restaurant were really nice, too. Felt traditionally Japanese.

This was our first time here. It was a pleasant surprise. Tho we had a half hour wait for them to accommodate our large party of 7, the wait was worth it. Service was friendly and fast. Food was absolutely delicious. I'd definitely recommend this place if in the neighborhood.

First off, I love when restaurants are "underground," where you have to go down a set of stairs, so my experience was already off to a great start when I got here. The interior is also beautifully decorated and still allowed some of the natural light to shine through. I split a Spider Bun, and ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen for myself. I would definitely not get the Spider Bun again, as it was not very impressive and didn't taste great either--definitely solidly overpriced. The Spicy Miso Ramen was very flavorful and had a depth to the broth. I really liked the noodles as well--they weren't undercooked nor overcooked. I do wish they had an option for low-sodium because it was a tad too salty for my personal tastes. Service was a tad slow, with the ramen not coming out for 30 minutes. (I think they grouped orders together because the table that got seated after us got their ramen at the same time we did.) I'd say this spot is a solid place for ramen, but I wouldn't specifically go back to this spot if I wasn't in the area.

I adore this place. Once it gets cold, I get on a ramen kick. This spot makes its ramen fresh in-house. The restaurant is underground so, you will need to take the stairs to get down. I recommend coming right when they open for lunch - mainly to get a spot. My favorites to order in the restaurant and to go (on Grubhub) - Shoyu Ramen (a wonderful chicken broth ramen, which has A LOT of noodles & broth) and Gyoza (I like the pork and vegetable versions - equally)! If you are ordering this to go, I recommend getting extra noodles. You will have extra broth left over. For the quality of the food and the amount, it's WORTH it. The staff at the restaurant are lovely and helpful too. Plus, they are quick to take your order and the kitchen is quick to make it.

The vegan ramen was probably the best ramen I've ever had. The spicy broth has so much flavor alone. I loved the inclusion of okra as one of the vegetables in the ramen. Only issue i had with this place was when we ordered the fried tofu and when I asked the waitress If it was vegetarian, they failed to mention Bonita flakes are actually fried tuna. At least now I know what Bonita flakes are for next time I encounter them.

The staff's service and attitude was phenomenal. My party of 10 was apologetically late to our reservation on a Sunday evening, but the staff held our table for at least 30 minutes. Super grateful for that, especially since the space was small and it was already a full house. Even though we arrived late and with obnoxious balloons, we were still treated with respect and kindness by the workers. Taking the orders of a huge group is not easy, and to make it more difficult, a few people in my group decided to change up their order, but our waitress did it minus the mistake of one order -- quite impressive. I got the Tonkatsu Ramen and the Spicy Bun, which were both ok. The Tonkatsu Ramen was giving too oily. I preferred my husband's Parco Ramen because it had this rich creamy flavor. I only got one spoonful, so it made me crave some Abiko Curry lol. Everyone else seemed pleased with their orders too! This is random but I noticed that there was almost always a line for the bathroom. I guess don't wait until you can't hold it anymore if you see a queue for the restroom!

Amazing food - everything about the place was great. The staff was very welcoming. They were heading towards closing time, we were informed about it very politely, the request for last order was made very gently, the food was made delicious and so flavorful. The service as quick and it's very reasonably priced. It was our last minute decision to eat here and we are so glad we came in and tried the place.

Great service and complementary green tea; love the warm floral scenery. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen. I would give it 6/10 for ramen. Egg was immaculate, soft, creamy, a lot of flavor. Chasu was not the best; hard, difficult to chew, and tasted old. Broth was mid, great flavor but salty. Noodles were good; al dente. Missing nori but overall good experience!

Service was quick and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was awesome and kudos to their chef! The place got packed right away.
