"The O.G. of Dallas’ Korean barbecue scene, Korea House is a Carrollton staple. The meats here are served a la carte, and the offerings are largely traditional, like marinated bone-in short ribs, bulgogi, and beef intestine." - Amy McCarthy

We have lived in 4 different states since May 2022. This is the best traditional Korean place we have found to date. My partner is Korean and is very hard to impress since he can cook all the Korean stuff at home usually better than the restaurants. He said this was his favorite place to date. We are so glad we found this place and it’s not that far from us. We loved our waitress she was very friendly - treated us like family. We have had Korean food in Tampa Florida, Denver Colorado, Chapel Hill , North Carolina, St Petersburg Florida. And now we are here in Dallas - this will be our go to Korean spot. Legit Korean food. Loved it can’t wait to go back.

Save your money and go somewhere else. I like the food since it’s authentic but god bless the service. The food is totally overpriced for the quantity. Bibimbab was served cold and almost $30 for chicken. Water is charged as well .Please hire someone if ya’ll can’t do it properly. The old lady was drunk while serving us and didn’t even get our order right. We were group of 4 and none of us were satisfied and had to go other restaurant after this one.

Google
I came for the raw crab with chili paste dishes, because not a lot of Korean restaurant in DFW area have that dish. Then, I end up ordered more food. All the dishes taste very good, and it all come in big portion. Customer service is excellent, the servers advise me on what to order, how to eat it, check up on me all the time. Mask and temperature check are required to entry.

Google
This was my first time ordering Korean BBQ, I can't begin to explain how impressed I was with the food and flavor for the money we spent. Thank you for the great food and service, I will be back again.

On a Saturday afternoon this place was nice a few people but we felt relax out waiter was very nice, I Just didn't like he sit us on one corner also he didn't want to make California Rolls for my Son he suggested sushi, but my son doesn't eat raw fish. So he explained the menu to my son change his mind to try chicken teriyaki and he love it!

I came here to meet some friends for dinner. It wasn't too bad, I had heard about this place for a while and had been meaning to try it out. I had the eel which was delicious but it had a lot of bones. I had a very delectable plum wine that paired well with the meal. I did feel a little rush to order from our server even though I had gotten there later than everyone else. They have a big menu so it was hard to decide. I had an even harder time being that I'm vegetarian but make an exception for fish. I liked it but it was not something I would return to have again. Pretty pricy and something is just a tad bit off about the atmosphere. Staff was friendly though.

Google
We ordered pork bulgolgi. The meat was practically all fat. It was never that way before as we had been going there for years. Everything else was good as usually but if the meat menue is bad the whole meal was. They must have switched to cheaper lower quality meat due to inflation which I've heard many restaurants do.

Google
They have dividers between some of the tables. We went early and were seated at one of them- felt almost like a separate room, which was really nice. Server was knowledgeable and smoothly attentive, we felt like we were served by a private butler. We ordered Haemul Pajun, Altang, Honey pork ribs BBQ, and Ojingo Bokum. There were lots of side dishes. Pajun wasn't exceptional but maybe from a little time pressure: they made sure to serve it before the other dishes. Both Ojingo bokum and honey pork ribs came in big portions and were very satisfying. The Altang was stellar. Served in a stone pot with lots of al (fish egg) and tasty broth. We can't wait for our next visit!

Yelp
Best local Korean restaurant IMO!!! Love the authentic Korean style family style foods here as well as the quick and attentive service. Very traditional decorating and old feel with makes it great. We love supporting this Dallas establishment and will continue our patronage here. Love the feel and environment when here as well as all the food selections from soups to sushi etc. Thank you to all who operate and keep this place running.

Yelp
Food is mediocre, service is bad, prices are theft. The kimchi pancakes and fried rice were actually good. The Yokisoba noodles had a weird flavor, plus it's supposed to come with chicken or shrimp-which we opted to change to tofu (a cheaper product) and instead of substituting the chicken or shrimp for tofu, we were charged $16.99 for a side of tofu. The server forgot to put in our noodle dish after we asked her twice. Then she brought us items we never asked for, after we told her we didn't want them. The chairs are hard, the view is a a lovely parking lot with a large billboard of "get buck wild" an adult entertainment center. Save your money, save your time and skip this place.

Yelp
Good homey Korean food. Ordered the: mandu - wrapper was nice and chewy, filling was a simply pork + scallions galbi bibimbap - very flavorful galbi! wish there was more. stone pot could've been a little hotter for the scorched rice codfish stew - great broth, just a heads up that cod doesn't soak up a lot of flavor so the fish itself can be a little tasteless great assortment of banchan Service isn't great and they try to get you to order quickly but typical of Korean aunties.

Yelp
Came here for fathers day and had a fantastic meal with fantastic service. 4/5 of us had the spicy baby back ribs (lunch order) and they were so good and the portion was quite large for lunch. Our server was friendly, attentive and quick. The restaurant smelled amazing- she said it was the bulgogi. This is my dads favorite Korean BBQ place- my second time here and it was so tasty with lots of food. Im excited for all my leftovers for dinner.

Jeri A.

Yelp
This was remarkable. We ate there yesterday. Five of us enjoyed a remarkable spread. To bad I didn't order my Asian friends order. I can only say American names. Sorry... Pork ribs wonderful flavor! Beef short ribs were the best. A salad bowl with salmon. Very good for starters. We had so much food. Maybe you recognize some in picture I uploaded.

Naomi L.

Yelp
We have been eating here since the 1980's and today it was just as outstanding as it always has been! Great fresh food, friendly staff, and good prices. We had Bulgogi, chap-che, Kalbe, Dak Gui sand seafood pancake. All were to die for!!!! Still the best I've had outside of Seoul

Erik W.

Yelp
Oh my God, this place is BUSY! When I walked in and all I can hear is korean, and at the moment I knew I picked the right place to eat. I had the kimchi stew and kimchi pancake. Love the stew, didn't like the pancake, it was too floppy, I am used to the crispy and thin ones. Side dishes were delicous! This is my regular place for korean food now. Can't wait to go back to try some other things on the menu!

Tiffany Đ.

Yelp
I always ordered yukhwe delivery from here, and it tasted yummy every time. The seasoning was always on point, and the beef as well as the veggie were always fresh..

Katsuyuki O.

Yelp
Took My Family yesterday, Waitress treat us disrespectful and she was trying to over charge us. She was rushing us and she didn't gave us space to enjoy.

Marjorie L.

Yelp
This place closes at 9pm not 11pm. Please update your hours here so there is no confusion. Staff isn't very nice either.

Robert K.

Yelp
The food is fresh and very delicious! Service is prompt and the food came quickly. The ambiance was very pleasant, decoration were obviously Korean. I would highly recommend this place!

Brian P.

Yelp
First off, this place has the best service I have ever had in any KBBQ restaurant. The lady was honest in helping us pick out the best options for lunch and where to not waste our money. The Galbi was by far the best and flavorful galbi I have ever had. Our server treated us like an auntie would. From bringing the food to even plating it for us and serving the sauces for them. Literally was blown away just by the customer service alone.

James S.

Yelp
Had delivery today spicy blue crab, spicy pork, mandu dumplings, LA ribs, mixed vegetables, and all tasty and outstanding. Highly recommend some great Korean dishes.

Gill S.

Yelp
This is an OG Korean establishment that hits the spot, especially with a large group of people. The interior is nice enough to feel cozy but not fancy enough to feel like its only for special occasions. All the staff I spoke with had pretty good English and were quite attentive throughout my time here. All of the food came out in under 10 minutes. All the portions here are huge. If you are by yourself, ordering more than one item is already too much food. Trust me when I say this place is meant to share things family style, so bring some family members or friends along. You may end up having to box up your leftovers in the end. The Haemul Pajun (Seafood Pancake) is fantastic! Just the right amount of crispiness to give texture but still soft like a pancake would be. They have a generous amount of shrimp in the mix. The pancake was as big as the plate that it was served on. If I had to guess, it looked like a 12 inch pizza in diameter. The Dukbokki (Gooey Rice Cake in Spicy Sauce) may not be for everyone with its chewy gooey texture, but it feels so comforting eating this dish. The spicy sauce had a great savory flavor, but I personally could have seen it be even spicier. I added the bugolgi, and it gives the meal an extra punch in heartiness and beefy injection of flavor. I was surprised I could even eat 1/3 of the whole plate myself. While we were handed the Lunch Menus that have bento box portions for the meats, they graciously let us order off of the dinner menu. I ended up ordering the yangyum galbi, since I wanted something a little different than just straight beef. The yangyum wasnt spicy at all, but did have this savory tang that had me reaching for more each time. Since we only ordered one plate, they precooked the galbi for us. While I wish they didnt cook the meat as much as they did, it was still quite delicious. Overall, I'd come back here for sure! I'll just make sure to bring way more people with me next time.

Laura M.

Yelp
Went to eat here one Sunday with my Mom, Bro and SIL. We were supposed to go to another place, but stumbled upon this instead. We got one of the dinners for two along with a combination plate, then my SIL got a bowl. It was very tasty and I'd definitely eat here again. Very good.

Christopher H.

Yelp
We had a work dinner with another company and they had a private room. We tried everything and it was fantastic. The service was great and the place was well appointed. Well lite and the drink selection was as good as you will find anywhere.

Sophia J.

Yelp
My family and I love coming to this restaurant! Everything we've had at this restaurant was always satisfying and full-filling. It was my dad's birthday and we were originally planning to get sashimi set but due to my dad's favorite fish unavailable, we ended up orderly multiple entrees to make up. We ordered 1. Haemul pajun- haemul which means seafood in Korean, this appetizer is full of vegetables and seafood, much like a pancake. It has a good chewing texture and tastes so good, especially when dipped in a little bit of soy sauce. 2. Yookhwe bibimbap- raw sesame marinated beef tartare over rice is a dish I always get when at this restaurant!! It is such a mouth watering dish. 3. Hwe-deopbap- sashimi mixed with rice is such a fresh dish with mixture of variety of veggies. 4. Spicy baby back ribs- the meat is very soft and easy peeled and its really good but I did think that it was a bit too sweet, more than being spicy. If you like Korean food and is looking for a recommendation, I highly recommend you to try this place!

Ruchika M.

Yelp
Meets the mark for solid Korean! Nothin like hot, hearty Korean take out on a cooold winter day. We got the Spicy Beef Bibimbap, Japchae, and Seafood Pancake. The Bibimbap was my favorite. Rice was soft and perfectly cooked, meat was tender, egg yolk was runny and you already know I love all the veggies in there. It's also obligatory for my bf and I to mix a ton of the spicy red sauce into it - literally warms the body up and is not overwhelmingly spicy bc of gochujang's sweetness. The Japchae was also pretty quality: good portion size and tastes fresh with all the shredded veggies. The Seafood pancake was disappointing because it wasn't crispy. It was full of scallion and shrimp, and the vinegary soy dipping sauce was a great accoutrement. Woulda been perf if crispy! They were generous with the banchan, which is like dessert to me.

Joanna M.

Yelp
I LOVED this restaurant. This place has incredible authentic Korean dishes. We ordered a scallion pancake for the table and it was the size of a large pizza. I had an incredible soup #65, and my friend ordered the bibimbap on a hot stone. I loved the little dishes we got. Our waiter, Charlie was kind and attentive. We were the only ones in the restaurant on a cold rainy day, but it was nice inside and they even played the Monday night football game!

Nivaldo O.

Yelp
So basically I felt uncomfortable at the moment of ordering she was pressuring my family and I to much I felt like our opinion didn't count,I feel like we didn t get to experience what we came here for don't mind me the food was good well seasoned but I didn t feel that I paid for the experience because I think experience is one of the most important things in this type of restaurants.

Jan J.

Yelp
음식은 맛있었습니다 The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The bibimbop was flavorful and crunchy bottomed. Our server was kind and attentive.

Gene D.

Yelp
Well, had to try it because we've tried a lot of other places and are looking for some variety. Up front, there are better places for what we got. We didn't/couldn't try everything so maybe their K-BBQ is great? We had the Hamul Paejon, spicy ribs, cold and spicy noodles, and some soup my wife always gets plus tteokboki. So the spicy ribs are overcooked and over sauced. Some people may like that, but when I say overcooked they steam/boil them and then add sauce to flavor before serving. These are not cooked fresh...probably steamed/boiled earlier in the day. Noodles were pretty bland. If you really want something like this then try Maet Gaek further north. So much better. HamulPaejon was sent back and taken off our bill. It was a 1" thick, mostly flour, lacked the seafood quantity that's typical of other places and was just overall the worst I've ever had. Wife seemed to like the soup...would call it average. Tteokboki was actually not bad. It's not a hard dish to mess up, so I'd say it's on par with most others. I'd recommend trying it, your tastes may vary. I'm Korean, have lived in Korea, and have been to many of the Korean places around town. Probably not gonna be coming back. And the staff was great. So service is 5-stars. They just need to work on the food part.

Liz M.

Yelp
Amazing food just love this place .... They are pricey so they may keep a few peoples from enjoying the dishes.

Rachel G.

Yelp
I love love this place. Best Pajun hands down. Bulgogi is amazing as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have been going here since moving to Frisco 15 years ago and Korea House quality has remained the same.

Jane P.

Yelp
This place is LEGIT I had 4 different carts going in Uber eats and decided I would go with Korea House. I have been reticent to order Korean because I've had some very mediocre experiences and as a Korean American myself, I get super bummed when the food isn't good. Because for real, I can make it myself. But I can be lazy and so, I decided to give it a go. They were offering a BOGO on soon dubu and kimchi fried rice and let me tell you - BOMB. The fried egg on top of the rice got delivered perfectly. Runny yolk, just the slightest crispy edge on the white. The fried rice was SO GOOD. Super flavorful. The soondubu was also amazing. Lots of tofu and the broth had really great depth of flavor and NOT overly salty!! I ordered the LA GALBI and this is why I stopped ordering from other places because often the galbi shows up overcooked. NOT THIS PLACE. It was cooked just right, still plump and juicy and SO flavorful!! And lastly, let's not forget rh banchan. The kimchi was perfectly fermented. Fresh, crunchy and not too fermented. The oi kimchee was also perfect - crunchy and well seasoned but not overly fermented. I'm a 10 on this place, it really hit the spot (and I was feeling pretty home sick missing my umma's cooking). Thank you!!!! (I was so happy I almost placed another order so I could freeze it for later but that's a little overboard )

Stephanie O.

Yelp
Great time. This place came highly recommended by a Korean friend of ours. We had a wonderful time. The Wait staff was incredible, attentive, and knew the menu well. They also helped us celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday by allowing us to try Korean wine. The food was fabulous, and the ambience was adorable. The outside of the building was a little sketchy, not in the best part of town. But the inside was clean, neat, private, and very enjoyable.

Phil B.

Yelp
Good cozy ambiance with excellent service from staff. I wouldn't go here for bbq but the traditional dishes and sides are excellent. Try them all, you can't go wrong here. My fave is the yukaejang and galbi dolsot. So good!

Eureka C.

Yelp
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. First, the lady serving never acknowledged me and I waited almost 10 mins to be greeted and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. The gentleman who took my order was extremely rude when I placed an order and when asked for condiments like gochujang. They acted like I was bothering them. Not sure how they are still in business. I will never step foot in the restaurant again.

Connie L.

Yelp
Decent food for the price. An institution in old k-town that's withstood the time. We got seafood bibimbop, seollentang and a beef bulgogi bento. Everything was decent but wouldn't say wow as there are so many Korean restaurants in the area to compete.

Dana F.

Yelp
If I could leave 3.5 stars, I would, so I will round up. Korea House is located in North Dallas, 10 minutes away from Irving, amidst a flock of Korean/Asian restaurants. What attracted me to this restaurant was the fact that you could do Korean food AND sushi at the same time. The interior of the place surprised me. It's very clean, different from what the exterior presents itself. There are lots of seating options available. The servers were also really nice. My girl friend and I decided to come on Thursday at dinner time, and to our surprise the place was pretty barren. Meats can be cooked at your table or already served cooked. If you do decide to cook on the table, then you need a minimum of 2 meat dishes per policy. Also, bear in mind that the current menu price on yelp is not accurate. There is a price increase (understandably so during covid times). I decided on the combo meat already cooked, and my girl friend had yookgaejang (spicy soup with shredded beef and veggies). I really, really wanted sushi but decided not to spend too much money on dinner. The bulgolgi in the combo meat (pictured below) was a bit too dry for my liking. It was slightly overcooked on the hot skillet. On the other hand, the dak gui (spicy chicken) was juicy with just the right amount of spice. Additionally, the banchan was absolutely delicious! So much so we asked for more fishcake. I also enjoyed the soup that my girlfriend got. Overall, it wasn't the most delicious Korean food we have tried, but it was good. I would recommend coming during lunch time for lunch specials and prices. I hope to come back to try their sushi too.

Melanie T.

Yelp
After a delayed flight to Dallas, I was super thrilled this was my first meal. The portions were quite large. This was great enough for two meals. The raw beef bibimbap was delicious. I love the addition of all the veggies to create a colorful meal where you feel satisfied and it does feel like you have ate your nutrients for the day. The presentation was fantastic when you order to go. The setup is split between multiple boxes where you can keep the banchan separate from the rice and the raw beef and the veggies. Then you can arrange it to your hearts content. Delicious!

Kavaragu M.

Yelp
The rundown: saw on ubereats wanted to give it a try. Very traditional Korean food. But everything was just ok for me from the food to the service. *** Atmosphere: Good social distancing, masks and temperature checks, but very very reserved almost reluctant service. *** Food: I had soondubu and when I asked if they had ramen they could add he put up an X with his arms. So traditional, got it. The banchan was cool, but not the best I've add. The spicy crab salad and for that matter everything I had labeled as spicy was not. *** Service: A little slow and even a little awkward at times, I tried to pinpoint a reason but it would all be speculated. The one thing that came quickly was the check. ***

Yelp
Come hungry or don't come at all! They will feed you, be sweet about it, and you'll never want to leave. I'd been twice before but my third visit was a birthday dinner with a friend. The food was excellent, their miso soup is fantastic, soju is great and our waiter offered great cultural information about certain items on the table. Love this place!

S L.

Yelp
I've honestly have had the best memories here while growing up and now that I'm 32 having a Mother's Day and nieces birthday family get together here.. I just had one of the worst experiences at this place to date. The service was very poor in one of the private rooms. We ordered a sushi and sashimi platter combo with non marinated short ribs. The short ribs came out beyond well done and was basically chewing gum. We had a birthday cake prepared and I wanted to bring my gf who was in the hospital a slice of the cake. The waitress gave us too large of a to go box and I went to the front to ask for a smaller one. In Korean she basically rudely handed the box to me and said, "is this good enough for you". Our family has been coming here since I was 4-5 years old and we will no longer be coming here any longer. I've always wondered why they never have any customers out front or actual Koreans inside. We should have known and stayed away and so should you.

Robbin M.

Yelp
May 3 1/2 stars. Not terrible but not overly impressed. I would love to come back and try the BBQ but the Yakisoba was just ok. Only vegetables were onion and bell pepper and very few shrimp. Not a lot of flavor. Waitress extremely rude and unfriendly. Prices way to expensive for what you receive

Heather C.

Yelp
I'm not sure what to say here because I really wanted to like this place. It has great reviews and we love Korean food! I'm Korean and have been eating Korean food my whole life so maybe my judgement is off. We've tried many Korean restaurants all over DFW and in many other states and I can say with certainty that this trip was not worth it. The service was ok, the place was mostly clean, but the food.... It was so bland. Sooooo bland. We tried a few different things but nothing had good flavor, I mean it barely had any flavor at all. The japchae, spicy pork bulgogi, Korean pancake, and the kimchi were all pretty flavorless. The galbi did have some flavor but was still not up to par especially considering the cost. I usually like to try a place two or three times but I'm sorry I won't be trying this again any time soon with so many other options around.

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
My friends and I were craving Mul Naengmyun and Korean food in general one day, so we checked out Korea House. We've continued to come back since it has served as a reliable staple for classic Korean dishes. The layout of the restaurant is spacious with many tables so we've never had to wait to be seated. Looking forward to future visits and exploring more of their menu! Highlights: - Mul Naengmyun + L.A. Galbi combo: This definitely satisfied my cold noodle craving, and I appreciated how it came with a side of vinegar, mustard, and scissors. The galbi was standard and balances out the cold and acidic naengmyun. - Kimchi Pajun: We love getting their delicious kimchi pancake as a starter so everyone can get a piece, and they also make for easy leftovers.

Liz C.

Yelp
Visited this place for the first time. The people/owner are great and take excellent care of their customers! Everyone should experience Korean food at least once in their life.

Eric A.

Yelp
I ordered from here via Door Dash. When the delivery person failed to pick up all the items, Korea House went above and beyond to make it right. They sent me another order with extra goodies. Great job, KH! What's more, the food was delicious. Bulgogi was spot on, and I really loved the Soondubu JIgae soup. Not mentioned on the Door Dash order is that you get a nice set of traditional Korean side dishes. Highly recommended!

Angelica C.

Yelp
My food was really good. BUT our waitress was ridiculously rude. Right when we were seated, she asked us what our order was without giving us time to look at the menu. She kept coming back to our table asking us for our order when I told her we were not ready yet. She asked us to click the button on the wall when we were ready but came back two separate times before we even touched the button, as if she was trying to hurry us with our order. This was fine because our food came quickly and it was very good. It was a little annoying and weird but I didn't mind that much. However, what really pissed me off was at the end when my family paid for our bill (with a reasonable tip). She complained that her tip was not high enough and demanded that we leave her a higher tip. It was very uncomfortable for my whole family for her to demand more money when we had already given her a tip. Especially for rushed service I did not think that she deserved a higher tip nor should she bully anyone into paying more! My father paid in cash and she commented on how much money he had and then proceeded to say that she needed a higher tip. I never ever leave reviews but this situation pissed me off so much that I wanted to. This waitress came to take our order and bring food and I did not see her the entire time until it was ready to pay, which is usually fine, but does not warrant somebody to bully a family into paying a higher tip when we already gave her one! She was absolutely terrible. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable situation that I have never had to be in before.

Yelp
yalllll goooo best place and really reallyyyyy amaizing service her name suji(i apologize if its wrong) but really really nice.my first time and it was really fun.

Yelp
I've driven by Korea House so many times when I used to live on Royal Lane but I've never eaten there since there are soooo many Korean restaurants to eat at on Royal Lane. I now live in Dallas and Korea House came up on my Ubereats search for "Asian food." I was feeling kinda crappy that day and really wanted soup (or any type of comforting food). I ordered galbi tang for myself and galbi dolsot bibimbap for the bf. The way they packaged their take out order is on point! Like, no broth spill, no sauce spill.. it was just neat and organized. The portion was big enough for me to eat my soup for lunch and dinner (same goes for my bf's lunch). They're not stingy with their banchan either. We liked their food so much that we ordered from them again 2 days later lol (but time I got ordered sullung tang). We actually picked up the second order and the lady who assisted me at the door was super kind! I love how flavorful their soups are. I've been to a few Korean restaurants where the soup dishes have been bland. It would be even more awesome if they had purple rice coz I love purple rice But deff looking forward to trying the other stuff on their menu!

Jerry D.

Yelp
It is amazing I have been in business for 58 years and you cannot please Any and everyone specially if you live so far away. Where is this good restaurant in Carrollton???.

Melissa K.

Yelp
Food was pretty good. Nothing AMAZING but good. Waiter came to our table about 4 times from 6:30-9:15. When we paid the bill we left a 25% tip. On the way out this dude stopped us to say we didn't tip enough because he forgot to put a glass of wine on. A. IT'S A TIP. ABSOLUTELY DISCRETIONARY. B. IT WAS OVER 20%. C. IF A WAITER SCREWS UP A BILL IT'S THEIR PROBLEM NOT THE CUSTOMER'S. D. HIS SERVICE DIDN'T EVEN WARRANT 15%. Never going back. Disgusting service.

Brad T.

Yelp
This place is my go-to Korean restaurant. It isn't quite as good as it was back in the old building but still very good. The kimbap and Chicken Bulgogi is very good.

Christian C.

Yelp
We arrived in Dallas and the wife requested Korean food. So like any normal person would, I pulled up my Yelp App and found Korea House. We are Korean food experts, mostly due to the fact that we are both Korean and come from families that can cook up a storm. With that in mind, Korea House is really good. The Spicy Bulgogi was terrific. Best I've had at a restaurant in a LONG time. It was cooked authentically and packed with flavor. The Bibim and Mul Naengmyeon were both satisfying, but didn't blow us away. The servers were attentive and kind, but a bit too eager and over bearing. They meant well and had good intentions. All in all, I'd recommend Korea House and would definitely come back again.

Jamie Y.

Yelp
Korea House is one of the Korean restaurants that has been in Dallas for a very very long time. There is a reason why this place survived that long! Korea House consistently provides great Korean food. They serve variety...from Korean BBQ to different types of stews and everything in between. The servers were always nice and courteous. Great customer service. I also like that they have private rooms. You can ask to reserve one for either family gathering or private meeting. If you are looking for more traditional Korean food restaurant, Korea House is a great place to start.

chris l.

Yelp
Old school Korean restaurant has been remodeled but the food is cooked in the old school way: my kids call it "grandma banchans" bc it's homemade good! The grilled meat--it tastes different grilled over charcoal.

Yelp
Worth the drive! I was craving Korean food so bad. Everything was so good!! Beef BBQ Short Ribs so flavorful and soft. Duk bokki so so good. The kimchi jigae was good but needed a little kick to the flavor but the kimchi meat and tofu were very good. Will be coming back!

Yelp
It was very quiet when we came (still not sure if that's a good thing). The older male waiter (also the owner apparently?) who helped us was very nice and professional, and his service made the meal much more enjoyable. The food was quite good and quite high quality, especially the japchae.
