To take advantage of an offer I had on inKind ( f you don't have the app, you need to download it TUH-day!), I visited Post while on lunch break. Initially, the amount of menu options were overwhelming. Eventually, with the help of the super nice associate, I settled on what I was most familiar with: Brussels sprouts, California roll, chicken teriyaki and fried dumplings. I don't know if it was because I was hungry or what, but everything tasted delicious. My most favorite thing was the brussel sprouts. They were savory, seasoned and cooked to perfection. The California roll, although I'm not the biggest sushi fan, it was tasty, but again, I don't eat sushi all the time so perhaps it's not the most top of the line, but it was satisfying to me. The chickens teriyaki had a solid amount of sauce. I just wish that the chicken itself was more seasoned. I loved the fresh rice, avocado and other vegetables it was served alongside. The dumplings was a classic, crunchy and flaky appetizer. The service was super friendly, fast, and they gave you really nice sized portions. The nearby tables and countertop were clean and the vibe felt like a nostalgic food court (but elevated) experience.
