Highly recommend: great coffee place , gets longer line 8-10 am usually but service is quick so it moves quick. I come here often and really like it. Bakery items are fresh too. I like trying their seasonal draft lattes. Sometimes it's hard to find seating, but even so I think the chairs they have are not very comfortable most likely to keep people moving.

Tasty coffee. They don’t have caramel flavoring, which seemed odd, and it took a second for the staff to get away from their conversations to take my order. The shop was incredibly loud, and they don’t appear to have WiFi. Overall, the coffee was good, but I do not recommend coming here to work, or really to do anything but get your coffee and leave.

The staff at the Armitage location are what make it special. I've been coming here nearly every morning for the past few years and they are consistently warm, welcoming, and kind. Even when the line gets insane and snakes outside (yes, this happens a lot), the staff remain calm and efficient. I also appreciate that it is a non-judgmental space—staff and patrons are free to be themselves without fear of retribution (bit of a live and let live vibe). I'm not sure what's going on with the corporate aspect (eg, cereal-milk lattes?) but if you stick to the espresso drinks you won't be disappointed.

Charming coffee shop with super friendly staff. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and it was perfect for a gloomy rainy cold day. It was creamy and yummy. Even though it was cloudy out a lot of light comes in and makes for a nice ambiance. Skip Starbucks and come here :)

Overpriced and overhyped, I went in because I’ve seen lines going out the door in the past and wanted to try something new. I ordered the vanilla matcha and I got it unmixed and with a spoon on a plate. The drink was alright but definitely not worth the price. I get it if it’s busy and you might not have time but it was pretty dead and one of the baristas was just chatting away with their friend. It doesn’t take that long to mix and what if I was in a rush to go to work? I don’t know if it’s only that drink but just be warned. It’s super pricey and the drinks aren’t that good.

It’s a different vibe from your usual coffee shop. A more relaxed atmosphere and great craftsmanship of woodwork for the design. It’s a good place to have a good conversation as people are not too occupied with their laptops and gadgets which is so common sight you see at other coffee shops. Great selection of coffee ot to complicated menu and coffee is actually awesome love my cortado! The staff was accommodating and friendly kudos!

Exceptional good coffee and fast serving, the price is the same as Starbucks but the quality it’s way better. All the best to the staff and keep up the good work. Defenetly I’ll be back!

Come here every morning - coffee is fantastic (best in the area) and the atmosphere is what I want. There’s a reason it’s always packed and there’s a line out the door (literally). Line moves quickly though - worth the wait.
