La Côte at Fontainebleau is that rare poolside spot where the ocean breeze, elevated flavors, and genuinely warm service come together to create a transportive lunch experience. It’s effortlessly chic—open-air Mediterranean vibes with upbeat music, stylish crowds, and a buzz that makes you want to linger just a little longer. We ordered the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, and it was everything you want from a poolside Caesar—crisp, cool romaine with just the right punch of anchovy in the dressing, and jumbo shrimp grilled to absolute perfection. The Greek salad came loaded with vibrant cherry tomatoes, briny olives, and creamy feta, topped with the catch of the day: mahi-mahi, which was just okay, but still a nice addition. Their salads overall are crisp, fresh, and beautifully done—perfect for a sunny afternoon. The Mezze Platter was definitely a highlight. They let me sub the baba ghanoush for guacamole (which was creamy, well-seasoned, and refreshing), and the warm, fluffy focaccia paired perfectly with the spread. I asked for the olive oil on the side, and they didn’t miss a beat. Service was impeccable across the board—attentive, gracious, and never intrusive. From our standout server Stephanie to every team member who stopped by, there was a genuine care and professionalism that elevated the whole experience. This is exactly the kind of place that makes a casual lunch feel like a mini vacation.

Todd, Jeff and manager Tony inside La Cote Restaurant where wonderfully pleasant and charmingly all smiles. Be poolside was beautiful and spacious . The huge shrimp and burgers were garnished very nice . Sorry I didn’t get those photos. Be blessed and pray for those less fortunate to experience such a wonderful property. Jesus cares say your prayers. Amen!

Had a lovely dinner with my wife, from the time we walked in and were greeted by hostess until we left we were blown away by the level of service, food and ambience. Place is Gorgeous. Feels like your in Greece. Joseph was an amazing waiter, great recommendations and even better level of service and attention. Food was delicious we had the lobster quesadilla which was perfect and big portion also had the chicken club and was great. Highly recommend for a great casual lunch

While I was relaxing by the pool at Fountainebleu, I was approached by a nice server who asked if I was hungry or if I would like a drink. I actually was hungry and ordered a Fried Chicken Club sandwich, which she highly recommended. I already had a cold water beside me. It was actually too hot for a drink at that time. I was actually happy that she stopped by because the sandwich was really good and hit the spot.

Such a great place! Totally nailed the French Riviera beach club feel. Food is soooo good. Rose’ wine list is full of amazing options. The team is great! We had lunch there three days in a row and experienced amazing service. Bryan, Chris and Gilbert, thank you! Will definitely be back. Worth booking a spot at Fontainebleau to experience! Thank you!

The seafood is super fresh and tasty!! Both the Greek and Caesar Salads were the bomb! Highly recommend them!! Service was kind and excellent!! Always attentive!! You’ll have palm tree views and the lovely blue pools!! Awesome!!

Our server Nashawn was very accommodating and sweet. The atmosphere was beautiful, light, and had the AC pumping which was much appreciated. Loved the food too!

My husband and I decided to go to La Cote to take advantage of the $50 food credit at the pool at Fontainebleau. The restaurant is bright and open with a large bar. The service was great! Everytime we went there everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious. My husband and I shared the Chips and Salsa with Guacamole. You could tell that the Guacamole was fresh. My husband couldn't stop eating it. The different Salsas all had different flavors and were very tasty. My favorite was the green salsa. For my meal on two occasions I ordered the Grilled Chicken Kebobs. The Kebobs were tasty. They were served with a Rice Pilaf that was delicious. It also came with some marinated Cucumbers that were so good. My husband chose to get the Fish Tacos. They came with a slaw. I tried them and they were pretty good. On a different day we were at the pool and decided to use our $50 food credit. My husband and I shared the Wagyu Steak Tacos from La Cote. They were really good. The tacos were filled with steak and were delicious. The tacos were small but very filling. Overall La Cote the restaurant is really bright and open, the service was great, and the food was delicious.

For $150 bucks, you get: 2 burger orders, decent but gawd-awful, half assed reheated limp crappy fries. 1 order of worse chicken tenders than a gas station with same terrible fries. These tenders were...you guessed it, another half assed reheat and they were TERRIBLE. This was voted best poolside chick tender by a LV influencer on YouTube. GTF outta here, abysmally awful. Felt so bad wasting top $$$ on this pile of shit. Nachos..they throw a bunch of long curvy long nacho strip and give you a cup of so-so salsa, and upcharge for fresh guac. No cheese on nachos, just straight outta the bag plain as balls. Add a couple watered down fountain drinks, and the heist is complete. Shameful. Instantly regretted not walking to the food court inside to eat. I mean...wooow. Either a very off day, or others have extreme low standards. Either way I'm never ordering again.

Just steps away from the fabulous FB pool you'll find La Cote. This lovely pool side oasis is modeled after Cote d'Azur in the French-Riviera. Grab your coverup/shirt and walk into this beautiful open air restaurant. This staff @La Cote - absolute perfection! Upon entering I'm immediately asked about any food allergies. The hostess enters my allergy info into the computer. I love the attention to detail at this casual ultra comfy spot. La Cote offers a great atmosphere for a business lunch as well. We enjoyed lunch on two different occasions with plans to return soon!

Ordered lunch here from the Cabana at the Oasis Pool at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. This is pretty much the only food option you can get at the pool since they do not allow outside food in. Service was quick, the food came fast after we ordered. I would not recommend the fried chicken club sandwich. The chicken was extremely rubbery and did not taste fresh at all. However, the fries were perfectly crispy and tasty, the house made ranch was great for dipping them. The mahi mahi tacos and chicken fingers were definitely a lot better though. I would say next time skip the fried chicken club and try something else.

I went to La Côte on my last stay at Fontainebleu and really liked this restaurant! We asked to be seated "inside" and had a view of the beautiful pool area from our table. It wasn't too busy when we arrived so I thought the ambiance was nice and relaxing. The food we ordered was very refreshing, perfect "by the fool" food. We had the watermelon and feta salad with shrimp skewer and lobster quesadilla. That was a lot of food for two people with not huge appetites - I personally would have been fine with just the salad. For dessert, we got watermelon popsicles (very refreshing) and my watermelon-loving self got the Pink Flamingo cocktail (watermelon margarita). A lot of food but we liked it all! As for service, it was very good. I would love to come back to try their breakfast next time (served from 9-11)!

I went here for lunch with a group while staying at the hotel and I loved it. The service was friendly and the ambiance was lovely (light and airy) but I mostly loved the food. Everything I had was cooked perfectly and so well flavored. I would absolutely return here and I highly recommend it. The coconut sorbet was a real stand out. I also shared an order of fries and they were delicious--perfectly tender and crispy.

If you need a Fontainebleau poolside food break, look no further and head over to La Cote. This restaurant is right next to the pool, so swimsuits are ok! Also, I'm pretty sure this is where the food comes from if you order from the pool area. The restaurant is bright and airy. The workers were very nice and prompt. They even had coordinated outfits to match the theme. My friend and I were feeling basic, so we kept it simple and ordered Caesar salad and chicken fingers to share. The Caesar salad was refreshing and not overly drenched in dressing like some places do it. The chicken tenders were crispy and meaty, and it came with fries, veggies, ketchup, and ranch. Literally the perfect poolside bites!!

Joseph, our waiter, was incredible!!! Attentive, friendly, genuine. My family and I came here for a few drinks and some apps on our last day after we checked out of the Fontainebleau. We enjoyed a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere while still remaining cool from the Vegas desert heat. 10/10 would recommend and ask for Joseph! Also HIGHLY recommend getting the passion fruit and vanilla sangria...top tier.

beautiful restaurant exclusively for hotel guests. my experience was a memorable one even though we had a quick lunch date. why I like this spot! -can't go wrong with Mediterranean food -staff were attentive and accommodating -beautiful restaurant with comfy chairs -food was tasty and beautifully plated -price point is what you would expect for a casual dinning on strip.

Absolutely loved our stay at Fontainebleau! Icing on the cake was our fabulous lunch at La cote. Everyone was so nice and the service was amazing! Shout out to Nashawn as our awesome waiter! The food was so delicious, I highly recommend the chickpea sandwich!

Excellent option for pool lunch: lighter and tasty. The restaurant is beautiful, great atmosphere. We ordered the hamburguer, a salad with chicken, and a chicken kabob plate and the spices were just right. Delicious!

Neshawn was a great server! Great attitude and very knowledgeable about restaurant and hotel. Food was delicious. Started with calamari and husband and I shared lobster quesadilla which was more than enough for both of us. Daughters had the mahi tacos and chicken strips they enjoyed it as well.

Stayed at the fontainebleau for a local weekend getaway and spotted this place by the pool. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted so warmly by the host. The server was so kind and welcoming. She gave us great suggestions for dinner too. Food was delicious. The burger was so juicy and well seasoned. I especially loved the ahi tar tar with the potato chips! Love the aesthetics of the place too. It makes you truly feel like you're not in the Vegas heat. Recommend this place for sure!

On the final full day of my outstanding maiden Fontainebleau Las Vegas visit, I wanted to make sure to check out La Cote in that at least as of the timing of this review, La Cote is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays..........and with Thursday being the final day of my trip I made sure to make it a top priority. I wasn't especially hungry when I went there as, generally speaking, I much prefer working my way around more of the menu so y'all can get a substantially deeper glimpse into what each given restaurant and lounge has to offer. But I still made sure to at least get an entree.............and the Blackened Mahi Tacos were an absolute home run that were filling without bogging me down in how sustenant they were. They were accompanied with this Salsa Bandera that had this smoky, adobo flavor to it which at first glance seems like an odd bedfellow to quintessential Miami brunch flavors rife with citrusy, mediterranean notes.............but it absolutely meshed well with the blackened mahi and the cabbage slaw further enhancing the flavor with a distinct, garden-fresh crunch. I also ordered one of their signature cocktails: the Pink Flamingo. It was codigo reposado tequila-based and infused with aperol, watermelon and lime and came with a slice of watermelon and a generous rinse of salt on its rim. It definitely looked the part of a quintessential summertime sip, and I have to say it was quite delicious and refreshing as well. I definitely need to come back very soon and explore more of the menu in earnest, as well as try more of their signature cocktails (Lavender Haze and Dirty Lil Secret are definitely happening next time ). But the reason I already feel comfortable and confident in assigning a five-star rating to La Cote boils down to the world-class service and thoroughly elegant yet effervescent vibe and setting of La Cote. I admittedly haven't yet been to Fontainebleau Miami Beach and I know this location is a kissing cousin to its flagship location, but its theming and atmosphere is directly inspired by the Côte d'Azur of southern France: from Cannes to St. Tropez to Villefranche Sur Mer. So the nautical interplay of light, bright whites to reflect the hues of the soft sands and whitecaps coupled with azure and royal blues that reflect both the waters as well as blue sky delight are prominent all across the restaurant and also elicit a congenial, homey vibe akin to that of a beachside creperie. It just simply matches the luxurious, convivial, sun-kissed atmosphere of the neighboring Oasis Pool Deck hand in glove. So I can't wait to offer a deeper dive into this exquisite restaurant, but given how genuinely and thoroughly moved I was by this initial experience it is my pleasure to reward La Cote five stars as is! Your Oasis Pool experience at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is utterly incomplete if you don't give them a try!

Today will be our 3rd day of eating at LaCote on a row. The lobster casadilla and Shrimp on thick bread are both heavenly. The waiters and reservationists at the front podium are super helpful and knowledgeable

La Cote is the official hidden gem of this property! So many times we visit a hotel property that is lackluster by the poolside but do not underestimate the restaurant located at the new Fountainbleu Las Vegas property called La Cote. The minute you approach the hostess stand you are greeted with smiles and attentiveness. There is a Mediterranean feel nestled right by one of the many pools located on the property. The moment you sit down you feel like you are in another place surrounded by beautiful and bright decor that could have you reminiscing about Nice or some area on the French Riviera. Our server was Kelsey who was super attentive and we also were delighted to have the bartender, Jeff, come by and greet us and recommend a drink to try as well. We were then met by one of the managers Diane to ensure we had a good experience. I have discussed the service so far but let me be clear the food is just as amazing and flavorful. Do not underestimate this restaurant. It is a must to visit and experience with an incredible group of staff that really care about their patrons.

Everything this was so good our sever Cindy was very attentive and helpful. She recommended delicious items. Get the pineapple dessert if you get dessert! The bartender was great too. The overall atmosphere was so inviting the beautiful.

What a wonderful and gorgeous spot poolside at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. We went for Mothers Day and it couldn't have been better. Please consider offering Weekend Brunch and Dinner as well!

The ceviche is appalling. No effort whatsoever. If you like Costco cocktail shrimp and clamato...this is for you! I have had delicious ceviche from Mexico and SF Bay Area and this lacked any flavor or depth and was overpowered by the strong tomato sauce base. And to top it off the chef doesn't do mezze platters to go. Why? That's like the most convenient food for a hotel guest of the Fontainebleau because of the refrigerators in the rooms. Stupid

La Côte was exactly the escape I needed while in Vegas for work. Incredible, friendly service, a beautiful space and fantastic food! My wife and I came multiple times as we stayed at the Fontainebleau. Nashawn served us twice and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable in addition to taking great care of us. We'll stay at the Fontainebleau again just to come back to La Côte!

The most BEAUTIFUL beautiful blue and white decor throughout.The service was unmatched. Smiles and kind words from beginning to end. I felt like I was in MIAMI! Attention to detail right down to the servers amazing coordinated attire. The drinks were out of this world. Fresh and creative. The food was just right. We ordered the burger and the cucumber/kale salad. PERFECT! We will be back. I wish I took photos but I was SO enjoying the whole experience I forgot!

I was expecting great things from reviews I read but it's just very basic and overrated. Not worth the price I paid for my sorry breakfast and mimosa - $60 bucks for what would have to probably been better at Denny's. It is Vegas, I know most things are overrated but this was laughable.

So happy to have ended our trip at this beautiful poolside restaurant! Our server Brian was very knowledgeable of both the food and the wines and made the whole experience even more special. La Cote and The Fountainebleau Hotel is a must whenever we return to Las Vegas. Thank you all... Cheers!

Fabulous poolside meal! We sat on the terrace and had a super attentive server named Craig. He suggested the amazing chicken wings and provided us with additional delicious sauces for dipping. Don't pass up on scrumptious grilled octopus. The hubby and I split the chicken club, which was on this fabulous bread that was super light and was accompanied by a very tasty cucumber salad. Definitely worth a trip, you won't be disappointed!!
