First impression when you entered the front entrance is, the place looks clean. Looking over at the right, past the front entry, is the buffet bar and it looks very clean too. There were a few middle eastern patrons so that part is promising that the food would be good (and it was!!).
Upon being seated, they asked what you would like to drink. Drinks are not part of the lunch buffet price, FYI. Also they will ask what kind of naan you would like. We asked for the garlic naan and they were delicous. Great to mop all the sauces with!
The lunch buffet is $20.99/person as of 8/17/25 so make sure to call first for updates/changes. The lunch buffet has selected items while the menu orders will have more selections.
The lunch buffet has the following:
- about diff 5 main entrees
- 2 types of appetizers: Samosas and Pakoras
- 1 soup (lentil)
- 2 rice (chicken biryani and Tarka vegan rice) - both were DELICIOUS!
- 2 different desserts (more later)
- 1 sauce/condiment/salad bar
The appetizers were very tasty! They are fried but didn’t tast oily and fresh. The samosa had potatoes, greepeas as fillings. One of the best I have had!
The main entrees we tried were:
1. Nihari - beef stew which was DELICOUS! The meat is super tender, melts in your mouth and the sauce is nice and rich. This was our favorite out of all of the main entrees.
2. chicken Tikka Masala - the chicken is firm, not as tender like it hasn’t been simmered as long as the Nihari, which would have been my preference. But flavors are delicous, very rich and delicous
3. Chili Chicken - this dish has a kick to it! It is delicous and the heat creeps up on you. The chicken strips are just the right size so that you have a good portion of the meat with the sauce and it was very yummy.
4. Tandoori chicken- This was delicious and it seems to be more of the Pakistani flavors than the typical, reddish, Indian tandoori chicken which is a little sweet. The flavors here is more intense with the heat and depth and I really liked it!
The sauce/condiment/salad bar is very nice. They have a mix salad already and you can eat that with your main meals or as a salad by itself with or without sauce. It has a good mixture of greens, onions, tomatoes. There is also a chickpea salad too but I didn’t try it. Lots of diff sauces and other stuff like onion, sliced chili peppers, lemons, chips.
The desserts were:
1. Suji Halwa: was good and I picked up a touch of cinnamon and ginger which has great health benefits for you.
2. Kheer: A rice pudding topped with chopped pistachio, almond and coconut. This is THE BEST rice pudding I have had!! I had 2 helpings and I wish I ould have had more if I wasn’t so stuffed!
The staff here is very courteous! Superb services and professionalism!
The place is decorated very nicely, clean and modern with a touch of the exotic decorations from the middle east. Overall, we loved the food, the staff and how clean the restaurant is. They lived up to their motto: “Fresh, Tasty, Healthy!” and surpasses our expectations! We definitely will come back!!
