Le Bab Covent Garden

September 2024: Stopped by for dinner and was very impressed by the food. We started with the hummus and pita bread, then had the broccoli with spicy mayo, a side of fried chicken, and the paneer wrap 🌯. Flavors were very good 👍. I would order everything again when I come back for more delicious food. Service was friendly. Thanks for a great dinner.

This is my second time at this restaurant, and I’m really satisfied. They have the best kebabs, and the place is truly awesome. The chicken is also a good option. They have outdoor seating as well. I recommend making reservations. Make sure to sign up to their App and collect points.

Stunning food, great service, cool location. The "dirty bab" was honestly breathtaking. Hummus to die for. Not a spot to miss. Make sure you book ahead. Wait staff were super attentive to my food allergies.

First went here 2 years ago and wanted to come back since, finally doing so today. It was just as amazing as it was then. The customer service is truly amazing. Last time they let me charge my phone behind the counter and kept on top of it being charged so I can eat with peace of mind. They recommended me amazing food that I had again after keeping the receipt for 2 years to replicate it exactly. Their cheese fondue sauce with the double house cooked fries are simply too delicious for words to describe and their fried chicken kebab with naan is so flavoured especially with their sauces it's just amazing to taste in your mouth. I know I repeated the word "amazing" a few times but there's no other way to describe it from the staff to the aesthetics to the food. Thank you so much for another excellent experience and happy memory and here's the review I promised but never got round to doing the first time 2 years ago! Seriously recommend anyone reading this to try it, and it's so close to the theaters, walking distance, several minutes, and halal, making it the perfect place to eat out after watching a show :)

I found this place through @eatingwithtod on insta. I thought it would be a great place to go with a few friends on a Monday evening. Nice and central for all of us coming from different directions. The booking process was easy. Once we were here the staff were really friendly and welcoming, instantly offering us drinks and giving us menus. We decided to drink cocktails and I have to say I was impressed, they were simple, but tasty and definitely had alcohol in. We ordered the Meze which was actually really good, I’m not usually a fan, I find Hummus boring, but this had real flavour and the bread was incredible. Next we all had a Kebab, after all this is what this place is known for, I had the Dirty Bab, 2 of us had the Chicken Bab and 1 of us had the Paneer Bab, all were fantastic. Once I managed to get enough fries out of mine to pick up, the flavour explosion was definitely the best Kebab I’d ever had, or at least my mouth was telling me that. So after several drinks, starter and Main the final bill was around £50 each which I think for a decent night out in London was fab. It was quite quiet as it was a Monday, but I think that made it better, we were able to arrive at 6.30 and stay until 9.30 so we had a proper catch up. Defo going back…

Perfect spot for kebab lovers! The meat is perfectly prepared, the cocktails are delicious, the staff is friendly, and the environment is amazing. Highly recommended!

Very good food but I expected more of it. Prices and service was ok. I felt like I was blocking a table since the service came by a bit too often but the restaurant wasnt full...

The food was lovely, the waiter told us it would come a little later due to an event but was very accomodating in giving us free drinks! The wait wasn’t too bad and the service was amazing - always checked in on us.
