"Le Patio’s biggest strength is, indeed, its patio. It's got a handful of outdoor tables, just enough string lights to create romance without necessitating sunglasses, and feels like someone cut out a slice of Key West and dropped it in Wilton Manors. Inside, there's a singular table, which is charming in that sitting there feels like cramming into a friend’s studio apartment for dinner. The dining room and the kitchen are practically one, so you’ll be chatting with the chef/host/server in between bites of escargot. They’re pretty much working with a small army of toaster ovens here. So many of the dishes—french onion soup, baked brie, stuffed artichoke bottoms—are easy enough to heat up and serve. Thankfully, you hardly realize this. "Candela serves Spanish food in a dining room that reminds us of a taberna. Start with an order of croquetas, including some of our favorite cod croquetas in South Florida. Then get a cazuela of almejas—excellent clams cooked in a garlicky, spicy white wine broth.
