Le Petit Monstre is one of the standout bakeries that has opened in Clinton Hill, right around the corner from the Brooklyn Navy Yard. It specializes in French pastries like kouign amann, cinnamon rolls, and danishes, but the huge cafe also sells houseplants, coffee, and other home goods. A couple days after enjoying the amazing tastes of Le Petit Monstre's vegan bakery good, we returned for the Wine + Bites and had an absolutely delightful and delicious experience. The ambiance is sublime and the food/wine/beer are simply top of the line for vegans. Not to mention, the staff are truly delightful! High recommend!

Stopped by for a little Sunday treat. The place was not crowded, and the employees were very kind. I tried the pistachio croissant, which was truly sensational. The price was super reasonable for a product of this caliber. I cannot wait to return and try more pastries. Another plus is there is a Citi bike station right outside the establishment.

A lovely spot for coffee, vegan pastries, and just recently opened up their evening bar Thursday -Sunday from 6pm-11pm serving beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks with an excellent selection of vegan bites. Staff is sweet and friendly, would definitely recommend! I got the charcuterie board and the empanadas, both were great, and the Rosé was a perfect pairing.

Stopped here late in the evening to get pastries for breakfast the next day. I can’t even describe how amazing these were! I got a discounted cinnamon roll and a savory pastry as recommended by the staff and they were both outstanding. Going to be daydreaming about the savory pastry after I leave town for sure!

Amazing sausage, egg, and cheese croissant! People were constantly coming in but there’s no line so it looks like it’s still a little under the radar. Come before the word gets out! This a great place for pastries and coffee! Highly recommend!

Loved every second of my time in this space. The beautiful natural sunlight that flows in. The open space café design. The plants soaking it all in. That it's Vegan and Delicious! My first time having a Vegan BEC and it was surprisingly delicious 😋. There's no way those croissants were not made with real butter and egg! I only recommend out of curiosity and information sharing a list of the meat substitutes and ingredients that are used for the more nutrition conscious consumer. Definitely would return again but with my laptop to settle down and stay a while.
