A Sunday market in the Settergren’s lot, revived with growers, hot food, and live music. Frequently noted by local guides and neighborhood sources as a family-friendly Southwest stop close to the lakes.

I can’t help it but to be Biased since I grew up going to Farmers Markets as a kid. But now since I been to a few around the twin cities. This is hands down the best Market around the Twin cities. Only the Minneapolis with the big Chicken, and St Paul do I feel can compare to the atmosphere you will experience. Every week they have new Musicians, and some I have been able to see more than once through out the year. There are some key Regulars that come every Sunday that Participate in making this Market so unique you just have to make it to see. You may get lucky and the Local Portrait artiest may draw you up before the day is over. Typically he will always draw up the Musicians or anyone he finds interesting. Scott is a Local Resident that has been coming to the Market and representing Linden Hills with his T shirts for the past 12 years the Market has been going on for.

Hard to beat the charm and positive vibes at the Linden Hills Farmers' Market. Founded in 2012, the cozy market includes locally-sourced vegetables, fruits, herbs, crafts, flowers, coffee, and food trucks. Located in the parking lot of Settergren's Ace Hardware, the market is in the heart of the Linden Hills neighborhood with fabulous shops and restaurants to also check out while paying a visit. Open Sundays 10am-1pm, rain or shine May thru November. Check it out. You'll be glad you did!

Great family gathering place. All kind of food available. I like the Zaytoun bread @ co bakery items. Great sourdough bread made from organic ingredients. They also have a variety of other things.

I really enjoyed this market! It's smaller than some others in the Cities, but that made it easier to find what I was looking for. Plenty of fresh produce, along with potted and cut flowers, preserves and pickles, pastries and honey, crafts... Basically all the farmers market staples. The market is close to lots of the Linden Hills businesses and restaurants, so you can easily spend the whole morning in the neighborhood. The market had a few food stands and food trucks, too. Shout out to Solid State Records for providing great tunes from their mobile record store!

Small farmers market that doesn't have a lot of fresh produce. Only 3 booths had fresh produce, and a very limited selection. It's mostly food booths. You can get breakfast items, coffee, tea, dumplings, empanadas, tamales (they are great btw.) There are booths that sell canned salsas, jams, etc. One flower booth (they had fresh flower headbands which is fun for kids) One meat booth. Live music. Overall, it's good if you want to get breakfast/lunch and walk around for a bit. We spent a max of 30 minutes there, ate tamales and walked around the booths a couple times.

Google
Great farmers market that keeps getting better. Great food options to eat there, from breakfast tamales and waffles to pizza and sushi to Greek and pastries. And then there is always a solid spread of farm fresh veggies, coffee, and lots of art/jewelry/goodies.

Tons of parking nearby but it’s not clear when this farmers market is open. I went today thinking there would be a market but the parking lot was empty. It’d be good to list what times of the year the market is running!

Google
Friendly market with a nice mix of veggies, meat and other locally grown farm products. Also liked their crafts, coffee and prepared food booths. Good music made for fun entertainment too.

Yelp
Adventured here this past Sunday. I feel like pre-Covid times this was the farmers market to check out. People raved about it. I was a bit surprised to see that this was just confined to the hardware stores parking lot. We probably walked the entire thing in less than 10 minutes. Some vendors had sold out of product and were packing up as we arrived which is amazing for them. They had a bit of everything as far as vendors, arts, crafts, jewelry, meat, food, veggies and such. Not as exciting as others posted about years ago but nice enough for a smaller neighborhood market.

Yelp
Fun little Farmers Market for a nice fall Sunday. Not too big but a decent variety of food stands if you want a quick bite. Not a lot of produce stands when I was there. The Bao Buns were the highlight of the food for me. The shawarma and donut we found were a bit underwhelming. Still well worth a stop.

Yelp
The size of the farmers market isnt the largest, however the vendors they offer are unique from each other. It isn't hundreds of stands all selling the same vegetables. This one offers vendors that have meat, baked goods, honey, homemade tortillas, oils, candles, ect... Its a nice stop on a sunday to check out local vendors and grab lunch at one of the food vendors. The hours are only on Sundays from 10-1 so the window is small, but its worth checking out. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but you can find a spot a couple blocks away and walk over.

Yelp
Highly recommend! It's a smaller venue than the markets downtown, but the quality is just as good if not better! Everyone is so friendly and the environment was enjoyable. It was nice to walk my dog around while shopping, perfect way to spend my Sunday morning!

Yelp
I may be biased, as this market is just steps outside my apartment, but it is itching to be my new favorite! This market is every Sunday in the Settergren's hardware parking lot, from 9am-1pm. It is filled with happy people, local produce & specialty vendors. Not to mention, it's in one of the cutest neighborhoods in all of Minneapolis (cough, cough), and Steven Brown helped in the creation of the market. You can feel the effort and excitement that was put into the opening of this market, after the Linden Hills co-op left this location. It's almost hard to go about picking favorites from the market, but here are a few: Foxy Falafel, Patisserie 46, Bare Honey, Red Wagon pizza, plus most notably the wonderful farmers, of whom all their produce I love (seriously, folks).

Yelp
The farmers market is quite small compared to the ones that I have been to before, outside of Minneapolis. Nevertheless, it had some pretty interesting vendors. The Gohan Sushi had this super good Poke handroll which was a bit overpriced for the price, but it was really good! The Paella Valencia was also pretty good. The chips and guac from the food truck was really good! Aaaand the guac scoop was huuuuge, so that's always a good thing!

Yelp
What a cute little farmers market in an adorable neighborhood. It wasn't big but the vendors were all pretty interesting. I mainly came here for the poke since I've been seeing it on IG. I must say, I am really picky when it comes to raw fish but the poke at Gohan Sushi was pretty good. I had 2 of the Salmon Poke and I would've had 2 more if it didn't cost $10 each. I would definitely say this is one of the best poke I've had in MN. I also tried the Paella vendor. A small was only $7 which I thought was a pretty decent price for the amount you get. The Paella was good but it's taste was nothing like other Paella's I've had. I'd definitely come back to try other things and have more Poke.

Yelp
The Linden Hills Farmers Market is pretty much adorable. The size is on par with the Kingfield and Fulton markets (maybe a few more vendors), but I think the variety of vendors is better here than the others. I had eaten brunch before hitting up the market, but next time I'll come hungry as there were quite a few "eat it now" vendors, including Hot Indian Foods and Foxy Falafel. It was relatively crowded when I was there (around 11:30ish), but it was still manageable to move about. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I LOVE this farmers market. The summer market gets 5 stars. I used to love everything about the holiday market that was at Sunnyside Nursery. It has moved to Wagner's garden center. I visited it today. I don't love it anymore. It has lost all of its holiday charm. Not very many gift-type things to choose from. No holiday spirit. I'm so sad. This has been a tradition for years. I will not be back. I hope you get some constructive criticism from others and go back to Sunnyside with more of your vendors from previous years. Why fix something that isn't broken?

Yelp
Great music, great vendors, fun atmosphere. A bit different from the other farmers markets in town

Yelp
A great family outing - thats convient for us! A small farmers market with great selection of lunch foods and treats for the entire family. Great people watching and seats scattered throughout to rest and do so- just taken it easy. Our favorite is to grab an Indurito with fries and a slice of pizza. It was great fun for our son to watch The Red Wagon make the pizza and sample some of his favorite foods- fresh cheese curds, olive oil, and maple syrup!
