we came here tonight for our anniversary dinner, and it was amazing! the atmosphere was so unique, beautiful, and inviting—it felt like we were on vacation in a different country. the food was delicious and very aesthetic! our meals took a bit to come out, BUT we didn’t mind at all because we were having such a great time. the manager/waitress even surprised us with complimentary jell-o shots to make up for the wait. our waitress was absolutely fantastic, and the entire wait staff was too. we never had to ask for anything because they were always there with refills and checking in on us. it’s SO rare to find a restaurant like this nowadays!!!!! this is truly a hidden gem of providence. we can’t wait to come back again soon.

Food: they have you started with some slightly bread and melted butter. It’s a little sad inside the basket that you only have three pieces and there’s a lot of negative space but it’s meant to have like a quick snack anyways. I ordered the lobster seafood paella which presentation looks feasible and full. The paella was cooked with quite amount of moisture and flavor. However, I thought they would have more shellfish there was only like four total, considering the lobster is assuming an up charge Service: our server was great, he made sure to answer all of our questions and even cut my friends bday cake at the end of the service. Ambiance: it’s one of the biggest restaurants that I’ve come across eating in New England. There’s three completely different sections of the restaurant that you walk through. It is a very family oriented vibe, especially with the decorations and live music to keep it a very harmonious bohemian style. Location accommodation: there’s free side parking, but it’s a little cramped as the main road is narrow, there may be a parking lot, but I didn’t go around to find it. The entrance has a ramp, and there are signs that will direct you to the main entrance.

Went there for the first time and felt in love. The place reminds you of local restaurants when ur on vacation and the food tastes absolutely amazing. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Google
I absolutely love how much the owners care about every aspect of their establishment. It is so obvious that they are proud of their restaurant, and our experience there was absolutely perfect. The wait wasn’t bad, and they were very accommodating and understanding when we were stuck is severe traffic due to a car accident and missed our reservation time. The drinks were excellent, ambience was great, service was unparalleled, and the food was truly phenomenal. It is very rare these days to have an experience that checks all the boxes, and this place hit it out of the park. Generous portions, too! We love this place!!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Great dinner with new friends from States. First time in peruvian restaurant, l love exploring new tastes. Meat was great, so were several salads. Would love to come back.

Google
Amazing service! Great food! They have top tier ceviche. Huge portions though. It’s best if you share entrees — for two people, one entree should be enough. We got one 903 tasting (which you absolutely should get since it’s all their signature dishes with smaller portions) + classic ceviche, and that was definitely too much food. We would’ve be full with just the tasting plate! Would come again for the ceviche again! Also loved the live music:)

We visited this spot for a friend gathering dinner and absolutely loved the restaurant’s vibe. The food was delicious, and the portions offered great value for the price. Definitely a place worth returning to!

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Los Andes for dinner after not having been there since the completion of their renovations, and I must say--wow, what an incredible transformation! The space is absolutely stunning now, and while I have always adored the charm and character of Los Andes, the updated design has elevated it to a whole new level of beauty, making it a true gem in the heart of Providence. I began my evening with the sangria flight, which included three distinct varieties: white, rosé, and red. Each glass was thoughtfully crafted, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors that were beautifully mixed without being overly sweet--a quality that made them even more enjoyable to sip. The portions for all three were generous, allowing me to fully appreciate each unique profile, and I couldn't have been more pleased with this delightful trio as the perfect start to my night's drinks. For our appetizers, we decided to start with the Conchitas a la Parmesana, a dish that reminded me of an elevated version of Oysters Rockefeller. These scallops were incredibly cheesy, served piping hot, and had a rich, comforting flavor that took me by surprise--in the best way possible. Although it wasn't exactly what I had initially expected, I was beyond thrilled with my decision to try them. In addition, I opted for one Empanada de Pollo and one Empanada Andina, both of which were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside while being flavorful and satisfying on the inside. The chicken filling in the Empanada de Pollo was especially impressive, as it was tender, juicy, and far from dry--a refreshing change, considering how often chicken empanadas can lean toward being overly dry or under-seasoned. Both empanadas were a delicious complement to the scallops, setting the tone for the rest of the meal with bold and delightful flavors. For my entrée, I decided to go with the Anticuchos de Lomo, accompanied by a side of rice. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection--exceptionally tender, bursting with flavor, and seasoned just right to enhance its natural richness. What truly elevated the dish, however, was the incredible sauce that lined the bottom of the plate. It was rich, savory, and perfectly complemented the steak, creating a delightful harmony of flavors. The sauce also paired beautifully with the potatoes, which were tender and soaked up every bit of the deliciousness. Each bite was a perfect balance of textures and flavors, making this dish an absolute standout of the evening. Nonetheless, BRAVO Los Andes! I love the new renovations and staff couldn't have been any better!

Yelp
Reservations are a must at this hopping spot. The food is delish, the service is attentive and the ambience is spectacular. You would never believe that this spot, in the middle of a gritty stretch of Chalkstone, would have it going on - but it does. The go to dishes? Start with the ceviche app and move to the traditional paella. So huge and fresh and piled high with seafood. Plenty to share and then some! Also kinda cute is the selfie station in the lobby. Loved it on the way out to capture a souvenir of the night.

Yelp
We visited this spot for a friend gathering dinner and absolutely loved the restaurant's vibe. The food was delicious, and the portions offered great value for the price. Definitely a place worth returning to! We ordered: 903 tasting, Coquitlam

Yelp
Came into town for dinner and met a client. What a great spot. The place was much bigger than I expected. Didn't have a reservation on a Thursday night and got there around 6:30. We waited like 5 min at most and they were able to give us a good spot anyway. Everything was great from the start. We had an excellent waitress who made some really good recommendations and was also friendly. We started with some empeñadas, tried the queso with powdered sugar on top, Bolivian style. Excellent! Must get! Also had the pollo one, which was good but nothing like the first. We also had the calamari with was excellent as well. Seasoned great, lots of stuff in the dish it came in. Must get! Entrees. I had to go with the lobster paella. This dish is more like a two person platter. There was so much going on. It was really good. Highly recommend! I liked the chorizo mixed in, good touch. My colleague had some chicken thing. He really enjoyed it. No desert this time. If you are in town! Try!

Yelp
I've been here a few times, and this time I returned to attend a birthday dinner. I have tried a few things on the menu and was not too impressed (compared to other places I have tried) so I decided to try something else today. I knew I was craving seafood, but I was not sure if I wanted ceviche or jalea. Of course, ceviche seems healthier, but jalea is tastier. To my surprise, they actually have a dish that gives you half and half so I instantly knew that was what I wanted to order. The presentation was lovely but I really wish they served this on a plate that is divided so the juices of the ceviche don't make the jalea soggy. The serving size was good. I kind of wish I had gone with all Jalea because I found that to be yummier. The Jalea was crispy, with the exception of the prices next to the ceviche, and included a variety of seafood whereas the ceviche was more monotonous in flavor and a bit too fishy still for me. The restaurant itself is beautiful, especially the patio area they renovated with a pond, lights, structures, etc. The indoor seating is a bit dark for a more intimate setting. Our waiter was very attentive, threw in a few jokes here and there, and had great memory.

Yelp
I haven't been to Los Andes in a while, so I was excited to go again! We got the classic paella and the classic ceviche, which ended up being really filling! The portions here are always big. The paella had good flavor and fresh seafood. The ceviche was also delicious with a great citrus punch to it. Los Andes is always busy, so try to get a res if you're thinking about going!

Yelp
Los Andes is an urban oasis. Holy crap is this place good! Me and my family had a fantastic dining experience. The vibe and the atmosphere is so cool, especially sitting in the outside patio area near the bar. It's like I was transported to a chill, beachfront restaurant on the South American coast. Even though I'm a white American, I know this cuisine pretty well, so my brother and mom asked me to order everything for them and be surprised. Luckily everything is mouthwatering so I can't go wrong. For drinks, the Krakito Mojito ($14) takes the cake. I ordered the Los Andes margarita ($13) first which was great and refreshing, but then I tasted the Krakito Mojito I ordered for my brother and had to get one for myself. There is a taste in there that I couldn't explain that I absolutely loved, and might've been the Kraken dark rum they use. My dad got the Cabernet Savignon from Chile ($10) and he loved it. The service throughout the night was incredible. The weight staff knew every ingredient used and accommodated my mom's shellfish allergy. They said she couldn't have the fried empanadas because there might be shellfish in the oil. And the owner himself came over and made sure my dad was OK with the sauce that they had to adjust because he can't have spicy food. I got a bunch of apps for the table and they were incredible, but I think most of our favorite was the Saltena de Pollo ($4). We all loved the Bolivian sweet pastry dough. We also shared the Empanada Andina ($5), empanada de pollo ($4), Causa Limena ($15) and the Calamari ($17). I know the calamari was my dad's favorite because he almost ate it on us right away when it came to the table. The Causa Limena app ($15) was exquisite. The whipped potato was like eating a cloud, and I loved the uses of potatoes in the dish with the delectable cremas and purées they use. I ordered the Churrasco Anticuchero, sirloin portion ($33). A perfect medium rare with a tasty marinade. The chaufa or fried rice was amazing. I do wish they used a sauce on this dish though, maybe similar to their Madera wine sauce as it was a touch on the dry side. The onion strings and plantains were delicious. My brother got the Bisteca Andina with the ribeye portion ($42). He gave me some it was delectable. Juicy steak with the amazing wine sauce. Every component of my mom's Pollo Napolitano ($29) was flawless. The chicken was tender, the queso blanco was a fantastic sauce along with their Andina sauce. And the mashed potatoes were so smooth and creamy. My brother's girl got the paella and it is an absolute steal. Every entrée we ordered was large, but this was a big portion and only $33. You would think they would be cheap on the seafood and meat but no. It was not just rice and had a plentiful of tasty, seafood, kielbasa, and the rice was out of this world. She gave me a few bites and each bite of rice had a hint of seafood, almost like it was cooked in an oyster/fish sauce of some type. The prices are extremely reasonable given the service, food quality and portions. Thank you Los Andes for this experience. The only other time I was here was in 2012, but I'll probably be back now within a month and need to try the ceviche! (Sorry, I don't normally write reviews this long, but this place was just too damn good).

Andrew P.

Yelp
Wow, from the outside, inside it is a huge space. An enclosed patio area with great ambiance. Christmas tree, fire heat towers, a great guitarist. The drinks, appetizers and entrees were great. Stuffed mushrooms, cheese empanadas ( get a couple) ribe eye steaks, sirloin all perfectly cooked. Lomo Saldaltos, Chaufas...yum. Too full for dessert. Go. Make a reservation. Can accommodate large parties.

Ksenia K.

Yelp
Don't even think.. just go. This place is amazing. The staff are very knowledgeable and the food was amazing! I got the salmon and my husband got the steak. Both were amazing and portions are massive. I got the blood orange marg to drink and my husband got a beer. Both were so good! It was also a birthday dinner and it was such a great place to go. The ambiance is great! It's not too loud and such a cute restaurant. Would recommend to anyone and everyone

Amanda R.

Yelp
It's been 5 years since I've been to Los Andes and it's only gotten better. A lot has changed as far as ambiance.... It's magical the koi fish are so pretty and they fed them in front of us. I got the paella so good and plenty to take home, my friend got the salmon it was cooked perfect! I'm so glad to be back in RI so I can enjoy this gem again!!!

Abigail P.

Yelp
I used to really really love it here. Not saying I don't anymore, but they've definitely lost a special touch they had pre Covid. Food used to be presented it's a better care and finesse, not nothing is done special. The pricing I also feel isn't worth it anymore. Could be that I have grown accustomed to the taste of the food but it's getting bland on me sometimes. I prefer other Peruvian restaurants that have opened up in the area opposed to this one now. The service is always good and I always get a table and never wait with a reservation. Summers are always a good time here too. I do love the ambience during the summer when they open up the back patios and it's beautiful to sit back there especially for a lunch

Bismarck S.

Yelp
Always one of my favorites, very good service, good food and an excellent atmosphere in the patio with live guitar music.

Yelp
We worked in advance with a very helpful and friendly manager to put together a 17 person gathering from our high school class of 1978. So yes, the potential for an ornery group of guys was high! But in the end we had a fantastic evening, nicely segregated in our own section, with great food and service from start to finish. As to the setting, Los Andes amazes on every visit. Their architect and planners/management no doubt have or could win awards on the layout and decor. It's worth a visit just to experience that, and do so as much in the winter as you would in the other three seasons. It will be like different visits once you see their courtyard set-up. Because it was early, many of us found convenient on-street parking while others were happy with the ease and efficiency of the valet, and neighbors in this area likely prefer you use the valet. Some of us arrived early so we stopped in the bar area where the bartender handled the initial rush with a smile and efficiency. Right on time for our reservation we were led to two groupings of tables, right next to each other, with ample space to get up and visit each other as needed. All star server Brittany and crew were magnificent and the chef/kitchen did not disappoint. Everyone was pleased and left happy. Of course, the bottom line of satisfaction needs to come from the waitstaff and chefs. As noted, Los Andes doesn't disappoint. Because of the size of the crowd, with me being the organizer, we worked with manager Andrea to select a small variety of excellent appetizers, served family style, which included Causa Lemena, Champinones Rellenos (stuffed mushrooms), and Emapanena de pollo. Each was perfectly prepared and enjoyed by everyone. We especially enjoyed the Causa Lemena as a unique chilled appetizer with just the right combination of flavors headlined by a small scoop of chilled chicken salad on chilled mashed potatoes, this one is a must try for a taste of a unique Peruvian offering. Of course, the stuffed mushrooms disappeared rapidly as well. For our entrees we offered a per person choice of Bistecca a la Pobre, Envuelto de pollo, Paella, and Pollo a Los Andes. These were all cooked to perfection and only 3 take out boxes were spied when we left, meaning the rest were voraciously consumed. Our request to have a cash bar was also happily accommodated and made our check out process uneventful and not an interruption. We just divided up the food and made a donation to our alma mata at the same time. Thanks again to Los Andes! BTW, I've been here several times so none of this was a surprise, other than being thrilled with their ability to accommodate a larger group. I'm also a huge fan of their Brasa Y Chifa about a mile away on Admiral Street for a fantastic take - out option. They are both well worth a visit or several visits!

Emerine C.

Yelp
Peruvian food at its finest!! The staff was so nice and accommodating for us. The queso empanadas were so tasty with powdered sugar on top! Such a unique treat and they were big but airy so 1 per person was good or they could be split. I got the ceviche de pescado and it was the largest portion I've ever seen. I had to bring the rest as leftovers because it was so much food. Loved the restaurant courtyard but we ate inside due to the humidity that day. Overall fantastic meal.

Dave C.

Yelp
If I could rate Los Andes more than 5 stars, I would! We had a group of 9 visit Los Andes this past weekend for our annual birthday get together and the whole experience was fantastic. Making reservations was simple, even for the size of the group on a holiday weekend. Our waitress was attentive and had a great personality. The food was once again fantastic. Amongst the 9 of us, we probably had 5 different dishes off the menu and we were all satisfied. Most of us left with to go containers, too. If you're in the mood for a drink, try the Don Margarita!

Zoe S.

Yelp
Oh man! Must visit place in the Providence. This place is huge but you must make a reservation! We came here on a Wednesday night and they had live music. Food is so good and huge portions. So I would suggest probably getting less. We were party of 5 and each person got an entree. We could've probably gotten away with 3 entrees for 5 of us. Their service and paella were my favorite

Patrick R.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants in Providence. Always great. Ordered the seafood special, full of bass, octopus, shrimp, and calamari. Always need to order the saltena. Wonderful service and ambiance- splendid live music

Samantha W.

Yelp
This place NEVER disappoints, every meal we have ever eaten here has been out of this world!! The service is always top of the line, they provide recommendations too. The portions are giant also, so make sure you come hungry. They have updated the outdoor patio to make it feel like an island paradise. Definitely make a reservation!

Mike F.

Yelp
What!! This restaurant has really transformed. The seating multiplied with new dining room additions and the aesthetic is gorgeous. I liked the fact that we were greeted by a live guitar player. Very smooth move and good way to set up the ambiance. The bar location is perfect for it to be in the open air seating. The drink menu is also authentic and adds to the whole experience. The food is sooo tasty. Especially the Cheesy rice- what a compliment to any dish. Then there is the impeccable service. You are never needing anything. Things are a bit on the pricey end but it is all worth it. I will be back. And I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a good dining experience with great food and great service.

Adam B.

Yelp
I have never (knowingly) had Peruvian or Bolivian food before going here the other night. The first thing you must get through is the menu ... two pages of dishes i have never heard of with Spanish names and, thankfully, a description of the dish underneath. Despite listing the ingredients, the dishes still don't really make sense ... which is where browsing through Yelp photos before dining comes in handy. (Fried rice with an omelet on top?) Before we get into the food, let's give you the rundown on the environment and need to knows. From the outside (and to some degree, the inside) it looks like nothing spacial. It is a rambling space of several connected buildings, almost maze-like inside with an outdoor courtyard that surprisingly stays open in the winter with igloos and heat lamps. It has a California in the mid-2000's vibe. One could almost envision the show Entourage filming an episode at a place like this. Come hungry because you will be leaving full. It is hard to complain about the rather high prices because the portions are beyond gigantic. The pictures you see don't do the plate sizes justice. The sampler plate of 3 heaping bowls of seafood look smaller in the photo, in person it's enough food for two, or maybe even three people. If the portions were cut to 25% of their size and the prices were also adjusted 25% less, we would come more often. I had the $29 pork shank, which was perfectly cooked. Tender, well seasoned and filling. It cane with carrots, plantains, roasted potatoes and a mountain of white rice. I've rarely felt as full but it tasted perfect with the a ladel of tomato 'broth' spooned over it. Highly recommended. The $26 Chicken Napolitano was decent ... the only dish we would have changed in hindsight. They used to have a fantastic chicken dish, a rollatini of sorts, which they've taken off the menu. Judging by how often Yelp reviewers mention it, apparently we aren't the only ones who lament it being taken off the menu. The Napolitano's sauce is too sweet. The chicken itself is a long 'sheet' of chicken ... like a cutlet without the breading covered with a sheet of cheese and ham. It comes on a literal sea of mashed potatoes. The special Empanada was shrimp and chorizo. They only come in an order 3 of them at $13. Too much for two people. Other empanadas you can order single ($4 each). These were good/okay ... in hindsight maybe we would have ordered singles of the others. The ($13!!!) passionfruit cheesecake was good. Not amazing, but good ... a little on the sweet side and the passionfruit tasted more like a jammy version and not fresh. There is no mistaking the unique sweet/sour taste of real passionfruit but if you told me this cheesecake was made of any sweetened fruit, I'd believe it. We should have gone with Tres Leche cake. It was cute that they wrote happy birthday on the plate but $13 seems incredibly high for a piece of cake. Finally, the wine list is good but nothing is less than $12 per glass. Mixed drinks are $13 and on the weak side. The beers are also pricey at $9 - $10 per glass. (Mexican Tecate at $9/pour is shocking as a 6-pack of cans costs less at Wholefoods. Again, in this day and age of inflation, it's hard to know which prices are high or normal. Dinner for two, comprised of the cheaper menu items + 1 drink each + dessert and a split appetizer was $130, after tip. We got a LOT of food for that price but seems high still. The staff was very pleasant, from the hostess to the very knowledgeable waitress who wasn't afraid to make recommendations. A manager comes around to check in, as well ... a nice touch from bygone days. While this isn't the fanciest atmosphere by any means, I am so glad the restaurant is very warm inside on a cold night. The tropical music is also nice. We will return for sure, just not as often as we'd like as the prices are pretty high.

Daisy B.

Yelp
We had a lovely evening. We had a group of 6 and we all loved our meals! Drinks service and ambiance were amazing! I had the lobster pasta (sorry forgot name) but it was incredible and I didn't want to share! We had ceviche, sangria, wine to share as well! Great memories

Jason L.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant in Providence! Make sure you have a reservation or you may be waiting for a bit. This place is a must go whenever I am there - and I often have cravings to make the trek over just to eat here. I got the 903 tasting (seafood medley, paella, ceviche), churrasco anticuchero (ribeye) and lechon al horno (pork shank). Each were delicious. The paella was packed with flavor and you got seafood with every bite. The churrasco anticuchero was tender and well seasoned, and the lechon al horno fell right off the bone. The drinks here are also delicious - I would recommend the prickly sour!

Tori C.

Yelp
great food, amazing staff, and a beautiful place to sit and talk with friends - really, what more could you want? los andes really captures the essence of what a restaurant should be about, which is good hospitality and food. we came in as a party of 8 and were immediately accommodated. we passed time before our table was ready by using their free photo booth which i feel is a great personal touch to the restaurant. our server mamadou was SO GOOD!! he really cared about our dining experience and was truly so enthused to be treating us to our first time at the restaurant. the drinks and food spoke for themselves and we had rave reviews leaving the spot. will come back when i am in RI!!

Ludovica F.

Yelp
Easily one of the best restaurants in Providence! The ambiance is impeccable, the food is extremely tasty and the service is excellent. Their corvina de otono is a perfect blend of fall flavors without compromising the amazing taste of the fish. Can't wait to try their winter flavors next!

Robert S.

Yelp
I have been dining at Los Andes for over 13 years now, almost since they opened...when the feel of the restaurant was very familial and cozy....today it's an emporium of great food and an oasis of tranquility....the water feature has beautiful bridge, waterfall and koi fish that makes this area just delightful. I made a reservation through Diego...one of the brothers and the floor manager the night we went...when we arrived Diego, got us a great table near the pond out on the patio. Our server was very nice, very professional and very friendly. We got some sangria, some salteñas (empanadas) a ceviche martini appetizer and a bisteca a lo pobre... Everything was just perfectly made and it tasted supreme....The bisteca a lo pobre came with rice, french fries and ripe plantains....with a fried egg on top...they will ask you how you want your egg and how you want your meat...nice touch..... After all these years, Los Andes still delivers....day after day....night after night...Good job Curi family !!!!!

Valerie N.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite spots in RI. Quite honestly, when people recommended a handful of restaurants when we moved here, we were usually not impressed. This recommendation did not disappoint though, at all. You can make reservations online, and there's indoor and outdoor seating (outdoor is well covered too). The service is incredible from the busboys and hosts to the servers. It's all hands on deck there. Now to the food.. incredible food. They offer you complimentary bread and oil to start. We shared one of their appetizer specials, which I can't remember the name, but it was some fried lamb dish topped with chimicurri and a cream sauce - it was DELICIOUS. I had the paella and left with a ton of leftovers. Also delicious. Love this place. It's pricey, but so worth it.

Denise F.

Yelp
The food is amazing! We got some rice dishes and ceviche. It's one of the top ceviches I've had! Will definitely drive from Boston for it again. The place is popular, make a reservation. There's a few seating options both in and outside. The service was okay. The waitress who sat our table wasn't friendly. Although it's always packed inside, it wasn't too loud. But overall, had a great experience.

Al D.

Yelp
The atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and nice. The place is made up of multiple rooms and includes a nice outdoor dining space. The food was very tasty with generous portions. We had the Saltena de Pollo appetizers which was chicken in a sweet pastry which was excellent. For main course we had Lomo Saltado and Salmon Aymara but were great. The service was outstanding and we never felt rushed even though restaurant was packed. I highly recommend Los Andes but be sure to make a reservation as this is a deservedly so very busy restaurant.

Yelp
Los Andes is my absolute favorite restaurant of all time. It is consistently amazing and never disappoints. Los Andes serves Peruvian and Bolivian Cuisine and has so many options - everyone in your party will find something they'll love. They also have delicious and unique cocktails. I regularly order the 903 Tasting which includes a little bit of everything; ceviche, paella, and a fried seafood medley. Every time the 903 Tasting arrives at the table, I always hear the neighboring tables asking their server "What is that?! It looks amazing!". All of the staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive and the food never takes too long to get to the table. I love sitting in their outside area - it is stunning! They have small waterfalls, a koi pond, and sometimes even live music! It's a great spot for a special event as it is on the pricier side but their portions are pretty big so it's worth it!

Yelp
We were visiting New Providence and wanted something filling for dinner, and Yelpers recommended this place-- and now I would highly recommend it too! We booked a reservation at opening time (5pm) and chose to sit outside. We were greeted warmly by the host and promptly seated by the pond and plants. Their outdoor space looks like an inviting, luscious garden! Overhead tented roofs and garden lights made it cool and cozy. Our server was very warm, friendly and attentive. Our food was fab.u.lous. Warm bread with salsa arrived when we were seated. We ordered the 2 different plates of steak/ piled high with rice veggies and sauces. Chimchurri sauce made its mark. The tasting 903 looks small in photos but holy cow- it was enough for the 3 of us! Ceviche, fried seafood and paella all perfectly plated and seasoned! Surprisingly they didn't have Peruvian roasted chicken with the green sauce that I usually order in any Peruvian restaurant - just to compare! But not complaining here- everything we had was spectacular.

Yelp
This place is so good I'm literally still eating my dinner and had to review it immediately. First of all, sit on the patio if you are lucky enough to be here in summer - it is the nicest outdoor space I've encountered! We ordered the ceviche, pork shank and salmon and every single bite of all 3 has been stellar. Perfectly cooked proteins (or pseudo cooked as is the case with the ceviche) stellar side dishes. The fried rice with my salmon is among the best I've had. Will come back for sure and may update later tonight if I find room for dessert!

Yelp
This restaurant is good it was better when it was a smaller restaurant it was more personal it had a bar before in the front, not anymore. I missed the open first come first serve bar lol. I recommend the lobster paella here oh and the aeropuerto plate so good. The steak a lo pobre is really delicious as well. Overall service is great! they keep up with the water and they make sure to ask if everything is ok. The ambiance is good very busy but nice. I recommend this restaurant...

Yelp
What a place! Fantastic food, great staff and wonderful vibe/energy! Went 11/2/24 early evening. Crazy busy but reservation was honored on time. Wish it would take a couple more minutes for food to be delivered (yes, I know that's a weird request), as it would give more time to take in the ambiance and vibe. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Great service. Food was OK. Not sure if it was because I had high expectations from all the hype. However, we definitely enjoyed our ceviche martini. The fish was very fresh. The meat empanada was also very good. It was filled with a good portion of meat and food ratio with the empanada. Our entrees were mediocre. The paella, although a very large portion, just lacked the full flavor profile. Also I prefer a crispy/burnt crust to my paella. Although I'm not sure if Peruvian paella is purposely meant to be more on the side of a jambalaya. We sat outdoors which has plenty of seating with heaters. I recommend making reservations as the place was jam packed if you decide to check it out.

Yelp
In my experience, it is hard to find a restaurant that consistently delivers amazing food and service, but Los Andes one of those unicorns. My partner and I got a reservation for 5pm on a Friday, right when they're open for dinner. It was a hot summer day but the exterior was very comfortable still and almost completely shaded. We were seated next to the koi pond, one of the best seats in the house. The restaurant was still mostly empty while we were looking over the menu and it was nice to hear the sounds of splashing water so prominently. Our server was extremely kind and hospitable, and the staff are very accommodating. We ordered a few cocktails and shared the bay scallop appetizers with cheese, which was a great starter. I ordered the octopus entree and that was delicious, the octopus was mostly cooked well and the accompanying potatoes and sauce were tasty. My partner ordered the 903 Tasting, which caused a buzz at the table next to us when it was brought out to the table. It's a sampler of some of the best things at Los Andes- the paella, some fried seafood and ceviche, and it is a great combination on a summer day.

Yelp
Recommend reservations. Small bar for waiting but open area for seating while waiting. Very choppy for dining area. Many rooms. Fun but on the way back from the restroom I got lost. Seems valet parking is the way to go. Everything seems to be spicy from the unique drinks to most of the meals. Appetizers were good. Some food was serviced cold and has to be sent back. French fries were under my meal and all soggy. Not happy with the bland taste. Disappointed

Yelp
Everything about this place was 10/10. The service, ambiance and food was outstanding. Everything was so flavorful. I recommend making a reservation as they had a 2 hour wait but we got lucky with a seat at the bar! Can't wait to come back here.

Yelp
Fire. I got the ceviche appetizer and the fried snapper special. Portions are insanely generous so please share. The food was freaking delicious. There's a reason it's on everyone's must eat list for Providence. Service was great. The restaurant is huge with a beautiful outdoor patio.

Yelp
SO, my wife Kathy had a birthday last Saturday, March 16th and I decided to surprise her with dinner at Los Andes.. I decided on just our kids+1 .. (they are all adults). Turned into a party of 11. I was planning this about 2 weeks ahead and made a reservation thru Diane and Omar for 6 pm. I wanted a table right in front of the aquarium. The res was made.. Then about 2 days before the 16th, Omar called me to back the res off till 6:15pm.. no big deal except he was calling from Orlando! He was on vacation. (I mean who does that)?? He said he would be out of town and that his brother Diego (excuse spelling if wrong) would take care of us.. WELL, he did! We were seated on time in front of the aquarium, the service,(Kathy) the waitress, was phenomenal.. my wife was surprised and it was a great time had by all.. they even surprised us with an after dinner drink! I don't have to comment very much on the food,. (Look at other people's posts for pics) Our meals were Excellent! What fun my family had! Make a reservation if you want to go... AND they have very efficient valet parking too..! Thanks Los Andes! See you again soon. Ken

Yelp
I ordered take out from here the other night and this place was fantastic. I had a huge craving for peruvian food and this place really hit the spot. Staff was super friendly and my food came out pretty quick! I ended up getting the ceviche that tasted like I was right on a tropical escape. Cannot wait to come back and dine in next time. Yelp
What can I say? This place is amazing. From the time you walk into the door, you get the red carpet treatment. The food was outstanding. Our server Tony was over the top. We had the lobster paella, and it was the best I ever had. I give this place an A++. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back

Yelp
My favorite restaurant since they first opened. It's a gorgeous restaurant and the service is on point. The staff is knowledgeable about the dishes. It's our go to for every special occasion and then some. Our favorite date night spot.

Yelp
Everything about this night was AMAZING!!!! Our waitress (who I'm embarrassed to say I forgot her name... something that ended with "-ica"!!) was SO kind and sweet and helpful the whole night. John came over and talked to our table and was also very helpful! 10000000/10 would recommend a night at Los Andes. Bonus if you get the Lechon al Horno

Yelp
Everyone keeps saying this place is expensive but for the portions you're getting and the taste, I think the price is super reasonable! We did a walk in (usually hard to do on a Saturday night, usually people do bookings ahead of time) and were taken in almost immediately. We only waited for about 5 minutes and were promptly seated inside. There are two options, outside or inside, and inside was packed packed. People were tightly sitting next to each other because there were almost no seats available. There were somehow two empty seats for us. The outside were decorated nicely with lights and heaters (heaters are super necessary at this time of year). The staff were polite and friendly. We ordered a few items that were recommended. The food came kind of late but it seemed like the service was just slower because it was busy that night. The seafood was so fresh and the taste was exploding in my mouth. It was a refreshing taste of citrus and spices. The yam and mushroom were cooked so nicely, it was such a pleasant new experience for me. The fish were perfectly cooked and we even brought so much leftovers home (we noticed most people did too because the portions were so generous. I would come here again and again and recommend this place to everyone else too, the same way we found out about Los Andes.

Yelp
I can't believe I've never actually reviewed this place! I've been at least a dozen times. I am quite possibly the happiest version of Murph possible! Why you ask? I went to dinner with some girlfriends and my favorite item is no longer on the menu so I asked the waiter if they could make it and he went and asked the chef and came back and said yes! This is literally my favorite meal EVER! It's called something like Soldado Pescado. Fish tomato potato rice and a garlic butter wine sauce I could live in! All 3 of us ordered it and all of us loved it! The owner said call ahead and they can always have it for me when I asked him to bring it back. I love this place and this dish! #bestmealever #sohappy #garlicbutter #fishricepotatoes #yummy #happybelly I've had quite a few things in their menu and all are amazing! The drinks are wonderful! The portion sizes are huge. There are so many different settings in the venu inside, outside, bar. The staff is great. Overall I couldn't say enough good things about this place! And seriously if I ever had to pick a last meal it would be the Soldado Pescado!
