The Best Soft Serve In San Francisco - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"Loving Cup is a great spot if you’re in the mood for a range of toppings and unique flavors. They use massive drills to blend toppings like Nutella, animal crackers, or strawberries into a frozen vanilla, chocolate, or banana base. If you don’t want to choose your own mix-ins, order one of their combinations—we like the Crunchy Cereal with vanilla and caramel, and the Monster Cookie with vanilla and cookie dough." - Julia Chen 1, Lani Conway

11 of SF’s Best Soft Serves for a Sunny Day - Eater SF

"Loving Cup’s non-fat flavors include chocolate, vanilla, or vegan banana. Choose one, and then have your toppings mixed in at one of their three locations. It should be noted that there is also the option of rice pudding, an equally smart choice." - Ellen Fort, Caleb Pershan

23 Great Places To Eat Something Kind Of Healthy - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"Getting frozen yogurt will never be as good for you as forever wiping the memory of it from your mind, but it’s better than getting ice cream or harboring anger toward yourself for passing on frozen yogurt. Loving Cup makes our favorite in the city, both because it’s great and because we love watching the mix-ins get pulverized via the giant drills they use. We like the peanut butter cup version, but nothing is stopping you from wildly pointing at every topping that catches your eye." - Taylor Abrams, Will Kamensky

My go-to place when we are craving for a Fro-Yo. I love that you can make your own combination by choosing your flavours and toppings. I always go with the peanut butter or Oreos, those are amazing. Also, the staff has always been super nice.

DIY froyo, many flavours and toppings to choose from! You pay by weight so you can mix and match as much as you want. The froyo was yummy!

Flavors are light and yogurt is interesting both in confusing way. Not much yogurt taste - though plus side is everything is made on the spot! Would not recommend unless you don’t have another dessert place to go!

Have come here 4-5 times and experimented with different flavor combinations. Cool to see them make your own yogurt. Ordering the fruit seems OP because it makes your frozen yogurt significantly larger.. Some of our favorites: Thin mint (oreo, thin mints, vanilla base) Strawberry, blueberry, and banana Sometimes the fruits aren’t ripe, which makes the flavors weird (e.g., would not recommend unripe banana), but that has only happened to us once

The rice puddings and the slow-churn frozen yogurt with your choice of added items are all very good. Bright and cheery atmosphere. Good music, too.

Super light texture and fresh flavors. Not artificial tasting, like what most people associate with froyo. I got one with blueberries and coconut and was in HEAVEN!

Very nice staff. Very stoic. Sadly they weren't amused by my jokes. Tough crowd lol They were kind to us in letting us stay to eat out fro yo. My husband loved it more than me. Brought him half a pint back. I wished there was more mango. He wished it had more vanilla 😆 so nu!

Best frozen yogurt I've ever had. The Salty Dog and Cinnamon Crunch are the best! They mix the flavors for you here, so it is not like other froyo shops where you fill your own cup and add your own toppings. They mix in the toppings to a vanilla or chocolate base using their own mixing machine.
