LU LU Craft Bar + Kitchen

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner in the bar this evening! The food was absolutely fantastic and the drinks were even better. A BIG shout out to the bar team especially Chris for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful evening. We had a company dinner get together. Food was wonderful, service was great, and the view was amazing. We did have one plate though the short rib risotto it was a complete ball of fat but they took it off the ticket. Mine was wonderful lots of meat cooked perfectly. Nice place

My favorite restaurant by far in the tricities area! Delicious food, and displayed very beautifully! The restaurant has a happy vibe the moment you walk through the door. Gorgeous!! The service was fantastic as well!

Our server was friendly, fun, and easygoing as well as attentive. We had a red envelope from December and got 10% off, so that was cool! The food was totally delicious and the drinks were well worth the price. Wine is poured generously. We had the 14oz steak and garlic shrimp risotto. I wish they had vanilla cake for dessert, but the triple chocolate tiger cake was top notch, too. It's convenient that the riverfront trail is right outside, so you can walk off the meal right after.

Our new favorite patio dining! Beautiful views, great service, tasty menu, and plenty of options for beer lovers. Our server Vanessa was amazing! We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer, chicken Caesar salad and fried avocado tacos with peanut sauce slaw. Highly recommend!

Had a great time at LU LU Craft Bar + Kitchen. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. We had the fried zucchini appetizer, Caesar salad, Rueben sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, and classic cheeseburger with bacon. All were excellent. Our server brought out an extra basket of fries because she wanted to make sure my wife’s fries were hot enough. There was a miscommunication with the kitchen and my burger was delayed but our server brought me a candied bacon appetizer and let me pick out a free dessert on the house which was very nice. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit Richland.

Went late for some drinks. Great selection of spirits and cocktails. Got a couple appetizers, the guacamole and calamari. Everything was pretty good. Drinks were well made. Calamari was ok, just a personal preference though. I think I like the round pieces more. Guacamole was great. The mango and pomegranate seeds take you on a wild ride. Service was exceptional, very friendly and helpful waitress. Reassuring as well. Very attentive too! Very upscale spot. Lots of seating and very modern.

Laina was amazing and so helpful! The bar staff overall was so kind and attentive and gave great recommendations ni will absolutely recommend and come back. I loved it here. The ravioli was to die for and the German chocolate Sunday was amazing.

Amazing location right on the Columbia!! Lu Lu is a large restaurant with a rustic and trendy vibe, cool decor highlighting their "farm to table" pride, also offering a beautiful full bar! We were greeted so friendly when we walked in... we had our small dog with us so we dined on their patio, overlooking the marina is wonderful! The views are great!our server Alicia was so nice, attentive and very helpful with menu suggestions. My husband loved the chicken and waffles and I swear I had the best Ruben sandwich Ive ever had! Served on a marble rye and toasted perfectly! Never became soggy like most... they have truly mastered their Reuben sandwich! We were visiting the Tri Cities and our family recommended coming here... so glad we came here! I highly recommend this place! Whether you're a local or passing through!!

First off, give this restaurant a try, as this review is only based on my experience. I came on business, and we took some clients out for dinner. 1. Environment was great 2. Service was decent. 3. Food 2/5- appetizers were good, but the mains were really under whelming. For the chicken and waffles, the chicken was dry and didn't have flavor. The steak that we ordered medium rare, was incredibly tough - it felt like I was cutting through a rope. The ahi in the tacos felt overcooked, like the meat felt dry. We left hungry.

Service was amazing, the ladies inside are very sweet. The food: horrible. The fried no salt just chopped potatoes fried extra hard. I asked for a medium well steak and the damn steak cooked beyond well. It had medium flavor to it, but it was alright. Overall won't be back. Just wasn't good!

We loved Lu Lu! Our server Sunee was awesome. She was so kind and so attentive. Quick to fill soda refills, quick to see if we needed anything, etc. Really friendly! My husband had the club sandwich and I had the sirloin. Both were delicious. The ambiance is nice and overlooking the water. Great place!

Great atmosphere. Food is hit and miss. The fries are tragic. Burgers are good. Pickles are great. Reuben is always a winner. This could be the best restaurant in the Tri Cities if things weren't on cruise control.

The food was very good. We started with the Deep Fried Zucchini appetizer. I expected rounds but we received 6 strips. Our meals were great. I enjoyed the German Chocolate Sundae for dessert. The service was excellent. The restaurant atmosphere was very loud and busy. We were at a table the looked out over the interior seating area of the restaurant. The back of our seats butted up to the kitchen/service area. It did make for a noisy eating experience.

We came here to celebrate my friend IM 70.3 finish post race in TriCities. Lulu Craft Bar + Kitchen. It for the most part basic all American menu with burgers and steaks and seafood. Little of everything. The best part is the location right along the river off the trail path runs for miles along the river. The view is real nice and great spot if in the patio during the race see everyone coming home to the finish line. I ended up getting green chili burger and fries. Tasty. The burger was cooked perfect, loved the combination of the green chili the cheese and all worked. It nice hearty burger so getting bang for ur buck. Fries were good. Service was five stars. The gentleman on top of it the whole filling out refills without us asking. Friendly and positive vibes. If in Tri Cities area. More so here for IM race weekend. Spot check out for food.

Fast, friendly service at the bar. Asian salad is fresh and made well. There's a nice view and a lively atmosphere. They turn some tables here! I'll be back.

I once ordered a drink and sat for a very long time. Meal didn't arrive. So I left so cash, no tip and left. It's food that should be outlawed despite their disregard for Covid restrictions. Selfishness should never be rewarded.

This place was a really good value. Great service and a great meal! The bread was delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly.

Ambiance was great. Our large group sat out on the patio and though the sun was a bit too strong, it was a lovely view. Food was great and on point. Service could have been better because for our party of 29 people, we had one server. He was struggling to keep up and was very stressed. He did a nice job though. I recommend.

Lulu's is a relaxing and fun place to dine with boat dock views. The hand crafted cocktails are refreshing, and some are even garnished with tiny buds and florals. During the summer months, the back patio is an ideal place to enjoy shareable bites, cool libations, and ocassional people watching. I don't normally like gin, but The Rose cocktail was refreshing, fragrant, and light. The veggies, feta, and hummus platter was large and filling, and even four of us couldn't finish it. I would love to return for dinner.

The staff are excellent. We were only seated a few moments before they were taking our drink order. All of the food was delicious. Since we could not take it back to the hotel, we had to eat it all. The restraunt was not noisy at all. We could talk to each other and not strain to hear each other. This is a great place for a date night. FYI If you want to save a little money, bring cash. There is a 3.9% up charge for using a credit card.

Beautiful restaurant on the water! We sat inside because of the cold weather, but they had a round table for our party of 9, so it was perfect to visit with everyone. The restaurant wasn't too loud which is always nice. I highly recommend the pimento cheese burger & chicken and waffles! The steak Thai salad was ok. They don't tell you they charge an automatic tip for parties over 8. It's a bit pricey, but the portions are good.

Usually one of my favorite places when I'm in town. Sat down Thirs at 6:15pm (at the bar). Ordered a drink at 6:20 great!. Got my drink and took my order (club sandwich) at 6:25 great! 6:45 got another drink, no food. Ok with that it's busy. 7:20 no food, asked if I want another drink. Asked about my food they said they'd check. Supposedly they lost my order and wanted to charge me for both drinks....

We came in for breakfast at 9:30. Lobby was clean, didn't look to busy at this time. Was asked if we wanted inside or outside. We picked outside with a short 5-10min wait. Seated outside, perfect view/perfect weather. Outside seating was clean/organized. Party of 4. At fist waitress seemed friendly & hospitable. Waited 15mins for my party to arrive. After everyone was ready we ordered 3 Bloody Mary's & 1 endless mimosa. Which room sometime to get. Took 20mins for us to finally get our order taken. One order of biscuits and gravy-one order a steak and eggs-one order of eggs Benedict-- one order of the farm salad with grilled chicken, a play of bacon, sausage, and slice of ham. Then food seems to take a while as well as we saw tables that got their after us get their meals. Staff seemed hesitant to refill my friend's "endless mimosas" request. When we finally received our order one plate was missing. After informing staff, waitress, came back and informed us that she forgot to put her ticket in. We decided to wait for Friend to get her meal for all of us to eat together. Although it was our choice to wait, the majority of us had a cold meal. We were a little surprised that her meal wasntcom, or reduced in price as the waitress forgot to put her ticket in. Was not the best experience that we had . Although the view was beautiful and drinks were tasty.

I went for lunch and had the a great farm to table meal. The location is right on the river and has outdoor seating with a view of the river and boat launch. It's fun to watch the boats come in and out. Enjoyed our meal.

Like the owner and staff but the GM is a douch was there had a medical emergency and had to leave so he was going right up the bartenders I will never go back with him running the place I will visit there other two places

If I could do 3.5 on yelp, I would. This place isn't bad, and it's certainly got a good location and good service. The food is kind of mediocre. I got chicken and waffles, and the chicken was more like schnitzel. It tasted fine, but you really want that proper fried chicken. Be careful with the drinks, some of them can be very sweet. Very hit or miss in terms of food and drink.

Good experience every time I come, good service, outdoor seating in spring summer has a great view, food & drinks always great! The Calamari app is a must every single time!

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was too uncomfortable to ignore. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off -- not welcoming or cozy, just cold and chaotic. The lighting was harsh. What really made the experience worse was overhearing what I assume was a manager openly criticizing another staff member in front of others. It wasn't subtle either -- loud enough that nearby tables (including mine) couldn't help but hear it. The whole situation felt unprofessional and honestly awkward to witness while trying to enjoy a meal. The food was okay at best, but the energy in the place made it hard to even enjoy that. When the people running a restaurant clearly don't respect each other, it spills over into the entire guest experience. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful environment.

Brunch here is amazing!! When I lived in Richland I went there often. The mimosas as well were great. Service was fast and all the staff were very friendly. The view was amazing as well. Highly recommend!!

Came for the first time had a great time as far as ambiance and the style of building, the server was really nice I will get into the food now which the pappardelle and added shrimp It was so so I can tell the food was reheated and I wish the shrimp was cooked a little more properly and could have had some flavor added. The burger was good I ordered for my nephew and it was flavorful and for my mother she had the fish and chips which the fish was cooked very well just wish the batter wasn't so thick she had to chip away the breading .

A very nice restaurant on the riverfront. The staff is attentive and have been personable and nice every time we've gone. The food is always top notch and worth the trip all the way across town to enjoy a great meal in a great atmosphere. Brunch always starts with Pig Candy (a must try) as an appetizer and it's impossible at lunch/dinner for me to pass up on the Hand Cut Potato Crisps + Dip. Honestly you should just get both to start every meal.

Place is nice. Staff is nice. Ambience is comforting and chill. Loved the feeling here. Ordered the seared ahi tuna tacos and chips with smoked steelhead. I wish the star of the dish would've been the ahi but it was extra extra over loaded with slaw on top. So I after one taco I just ate the ahi with a fork and some slaw. Too messy for a ahi taco. The ahi wasn't seared just seemed slightly touched on the pan. The chips are good. Also, tried their rib eye. That was and the gold Yukon potatoes Fried zucchini and bacon were my fave. Ordered an adult lemonade. Perfect mix. Not too strong or weak.

A beautiful spot to eat! Food items and flavoring was good, with the exception of service. We had Dalton as our server, he was courteous but not as sympathetic as expected to the complaint. Me and my wife experienced the issue... Ordered steaks, some of the higher priced items.. I had the Ribeye she the Sirloin, we made the order simple... just steak, salt and no sides but a fried egg and avocado as we do not consume vegetables or starches, when received it came with original sauces, which I also explained I don't eat as they are not seed oil free due to allergy, he didn't notice it, he brought it out and had to bring it to his attention, so he took it back. Waited about 15-20 min, my sons were done eating already, had to pay for another egg so that it would be hot, but then our steaks were both over cooked, whether they just sat them back on the grill again idk, but not good.. I ordered it medium and it came back very well done, when I brought it to Daltons attention he seemed like, eh oh well.. I didn't it want it redone as I was not gonna wait another 20 min for a steak, as I was eating he passed by and seen it overcooked, mumbled some sort of oh wow, yeah it is overcooked, yet to no resolve. I payed fully for that meal, knowing my review can say more than a discount, and the fried egg that exchanged the cold egg that sat on the table for 20 min.. Don't know who got it wrong, but we payed for it, don't know if the cook needs to read the tag or if the server we expressed our allergy to just didn't take it serious, skeptical to a return, and would advise anyone to be skeptical to when ordering..

The waitress we had was amazing. She was really friendly. We had the steak and steelhead, and it was great. It had the perfect cooked zucchini and squash I have ever tasted. The smashed potatoes were a plus. They had crispy skin on the outside and not too mushy on the inside. The calamari was really tender. The kids' chicken strips were fresh and hand dipped, but the batter was a bit under cooked. That's why I gave this place a 4 instead of a 5. The place is located right by the boat launch and docks. It's close to a place where you can hang outside afterward as well.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time here! The seared ahi tacos and the lulu drop were incredible, I recommended getting a seat outside for a beautiful view of the marina. Very fairly priced and perfect for a date.

I usually come here for brunch however this evening I wanted to taste their dinner menu. Unfortunately, the coconut shrimp had shell on half of the pieces which I didn't discover until I was chewing. I don't discount the server for this. Not such a big deal... what was bothersome was ordering a $36 steak and when our server Leah brought it out misspoke and called my New York a sirloin. Nothing against them, just wasn't what I ordered. Then when Leah asked if my sister wanted a box for her leftovers my sister said no. And she just reached down and took her plate without asking if she was finished. Overall disappointing, I think I'll stick to brunch.

Largest seating capacity in Richland ~ it is packed & loud. Expensive for standard American ~ Steelhead perfectly cooked each time we visit. Salad a bit measly. For the price they could afford more than just 3 small stems of asparagus or add more than one slice of apple on the salad. Riverfront patio equipped with misters. Relax watching the pleasure boats load on and off the boat loading cove. Outdoor seating puppy friendly ;)

Had a ribeye it has a unique flavor can't pin it which is a reason alone to return the service was phenomenal the server was Ashley would request her if I were others to have the same experience the ambiance of the waterfront is perfect for date night and the kitchen was spot on with their steak temperatures! Would have taken a picture but didn't want to hold up others.

We came here on a weekend and the place was hustling and bustling with customers. We were seated right by away and the service was quick. The food was also delicious. We were in a party of four so we were able to taste a wide variety of breakfast dishes. There is a big parking lot for you so no worries about parking. The place also offers a view of the waterfront which is a great way to start the day.

I could eat the Thai steak & noodle salad every day for the rest of my life lol. We've never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious and meal with a view? Say no more! A great spot for brunch, lunch, dinner, birthdays, anniversaries...even watching Iron Man! Love love love.

Got back home to Richland last night... craving a big steak! Lu lu delivered as always. Great service as always In the bar. Love me a great Martini made correctly.

So good! My husband and I were staying across the street & decided to try lulus out for our first time ever. We were pleasantly surprised with the food as well as the service! Our server Paige did a great job taking care of us, answering all of our questions as well as giving out awesome food recommendations! The food was fantastic, I really enjoyed the steak & noodle salad. We Will definitely be coming back the next time we are in town!

We've visited many times and it's usually our go to spot to take visitors from out of town. You can't beat the views! We've had consistently good service. You cannot be in a hurry at Lu Lu's. Keep that in mind. Her favorite appetizers are the carrots, the fried zucchini, and the coconut shrimp. The salads are excellent, are two favorites being the farmstand and the Lulu white salad. The burgers are great, fish and chips is also a solid choice. We've had the Reuben, The club, the French dip, and the chicken sandwich. Great cocktails! Highly recommend the old fashioned and the 3 eyed mule.

We came here at brunch time. Food was good and flavorful. Service was prompt. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server was attentive and helpful. Ambiance was relaxed and calm. Just be warned though that this restaurant adds a certain dollar amount to your total bill which the server wasn't able to explain.

This restaurant is a favorite of my wife and mine and my review today will reveal why. I'm going to focus on the first impression one gets once seated. Our server Sunny was delightful! With a genuine and attentive friendly approach Sunny really was engaged with us and we are somewhat tricky to help due to me being Low-Carb due to health choices and my wife being severely allergic to dairy. None of this phased Sunny and with a wonderfully friendly smile she gladly helped inform of items on the menu that didn't contain Dairy and with gratitude we thanked her for the attentive help and she replied that she loves to cook at home and has an interest in different ways to cook with various styles of ingredients. Sunny regularly checked in with us once our other two friends showed up, kept our water filled, asked if my wife needed a refill on her sparkling soda when emptied and the food, as always, is second to none! I had the Blue Cheese Double Bacon Burger, no bun with a Fried Egg on top and my wife had the Fish & Chips. The dinner made our eyes roll back it was so incredible and never disappoints. All throughout Sunny kept a great cadence of checking in on us and really added to what was already great about this restaurant. Sunny truly is a representative of what is outstanding about Lu Lu's and is a great part of why this is our first choice to visit when we have out of towner's come see us. It's what my family refers to as, 'The Richland Affect'. Impeccable customer service, kindness and good eye contact when speaking. Thank you Sunny, you made our evening!
