The Best Restaurants and Bars at Sea-Tac Airport (SEA) | Eater Seattle

"The house specialty here is sustainable Alaskan pollock and salmon, served classically (that is, battered and deep-fried with chips). The fish tacos are described as a mélange of Pacific Rim flavors: crispy Baja-style salmon, sesame slaw, pickled red onions, and creamy sriracha sauce. Other solid picks include clam chowder, honey teriyaki salmon, and taiyaki, a fish-shaped waffle stuffed with cheesecake filling." - Harry Cheadle

Where To Eat At SeaTac Airport - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Maybe you’re visiting Seattle for the first time and somehow did everything but get fish and chips, or maybe you’re leaving the area and need a little taste before you go. Either way, Lucky Louie Fish Shack is a good pick. And while the panko-breaded pollock filets here may not top our best-of-the-best list, they’re pretty solid when the batch is freshly fried. The chowder here is tasty too, with lots of herbs, bacon, and potatoes that make the whole thing taste like a loaded baked potato. But save this one for the gate—we’d advise against slurping chowder from the middle seat of Row 29." - kayla sager riley, aimee rizzo
