"Macleod’s Highland Park location is open once again, running with a skeleton crew and a shoestring budget. Febre stands by the decision to expand to the restaurant in the first place; without adding food to its repertoire, she says, MacLeod wouldn’t have made it out of the earliest days of the pandemic in 2020." - Farley Elliott

"Sometimes your group wants to go out for drinks, but one friend hasn’t had dinner yet. Instead of making a drive-thru detour, head to MacLeod’s on York, the new Highland Park location of the popular Van Nuys brewery. This taproom has a spacious bar and outdoor patio where groups can gather around a table to play a heated game of Catan after a few rounds of British-style cask ales. And luckily for your hungry friend, there’s an entire pizza restaurant attached to MacLeod’s that sells cold pizza slices for $3 starting at 10pm. Some say it’s strange, we say it’s convenient (and kind of genius)." - Sylvio Martins

Cool new brewery in Highland Park. A nice expansion from their original Van Nuys location. Plenty of seating inside. They also have a nice big patio. A good place for groups. The beers are good. Pizza is pretty good too. There's street parking up and down the block.

We checked out MacLeod on its opening night after being fans of their other location and it did not disappoint! We wanted to see if our run club (LA Craft Runners) could stop here and of course wanted to check out the beers! The staff were gracious despite how crowded it was and our beers were poured quickly and tasted delicious. I enjoyed the pale ale and lager. I was also really happy to see vegan options on the menu as well, although didn’t get a chance to try them this visit. I will be back but overall just really happy MacLeod is finally open, a welcome addition to this space.

Google
We had no expectations coming here, but the beer was awesome and the Greek salad with chicken was one of rhe best salads of my life. The pizza and Italian pretzel were also very good.

John Louie

Google
Awesome selection of beers! And really great pizzas in many varieties, fresh from a huge brick oven!

Peter Castillo

Google
Have always enjoyed the pizza and beer with their Van Nuys location as Highland Park spot doesn't disappoint. Pizza was fantastic with full MacLeod beer selection.

Lauren Donahoe

Google
I absolutely loved the pizza and the beer selection offered a lot of different types of styles

Isaac Simpson

Google
Some of the worst pizza I’ve had. Flavorless, glops of low quality cheese. Tastes like flour and with similar texture. The beer tastes like yeast. This place has a nice backyard but the food is inedible. I don’t know what sort of real estate group owns this place but they should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute rock bottom.

Joe Collins

Google
Amazing ambiance and environment, fantastic selection of beers on tap, and really friendly staff. The pizza was also quite good but could be proofed for longer to get a lighter texture, but overall it was still really great and I’ll definitely be coming back. Update: Went back and pizza took 35 minutes to come out, and gave me food poisoning from undercooked chicken.

Yelp
Honestly didn't even know there was another location as I've only been to the van Nuys one. We received and emailed stating that they were celebrating their one year celebration and offer one dollar beer and wine all day. Of course, had to make a little pit stop as we weren't that far from this location. It's all street parking along the main strip and residential area. There's 3 different seating area. We walked in through the main restaurant dining area. In the back there's the patio with hi top and communal tables. As well as the bar area that offers seating both at the bar counter and communal table. As it was the weekend and with the dollar special, it was quite busy. Dining area was still quiet when we walked in as everything was happening on the patio and bar. We were lucky enough to get seating at the bar counter so that helped with getting drinks. Easier to order from the bartender versus waiting in line which was quite long. Not only as they have a wide selection of beer on tap and cider. There's also can beer and a good food menu. They mainly have pizzas as well as appetizers and salads. It was quite a good crowd as it was BUSY. Drinks and food are ordered and the bar/counter and a number is given. Staff was amazing and the friendliest. Even with it being busy, they all still had the time to check on everyone to make sure that everything was all ok. Service like that is what keeps people coming back, and the good beer. It's also pet friendly which is quite nice. Overall, amazing experience at this location. Staff was outstanding. Pizzas looked great, didn't have any as we literally came from brunch. Would definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Great Pizza Decided give this spot another try and I'm glad I did. The staff was was so helpful when trying to decide what beer to try. I wish I could've got their names but, they went above and beyond. The mushroom and sage pizza was delicious!!! It definitely received the vegetarian seal of approval from me. With this heat, what more can you want than a refreshing cold beer and good pizza.

Loyal P.

Yelp
Stopped by today, they're closed. What is up with that? Not happy. Best pizza ever, gone.

Tac P.

Yelp
Sad to see this place closed down. The beers were good and pizzas were even better. It's a tough time for the restaurant business to try to rebound from the Covid closures.

Yelp
Finally made it here on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered a flight of UK Brews, Triple Hazy IPA, the Greek Salad, Spicy Meatballs, the Mushroom & Sage pizza and the Margherita pizza. Super friendly staff helped us navigate the food and drink menus. Not a huge fan of the UK flight wondering why it was paired for pizza. But definitely loved the Triple Hazy IPA, reminded me of Allagash. Light, fruit forward, thirst quenching. Spicy meatballs definitely had a kick. The blend of meats is what sets this dish apart. Well done. Greek Salad was as expected. Very tasty. As someone with a Meyer Lemon tree, I appreciate the lemon dressing. The Mushroom Sage Pizza was a new taste for me. Despite growing my own sage, had never thought to put it on a pizza before. This was a nice combination. Like that the mushrooms are diced. Easier to eat. The Margherita Pizza was equally as good. Simple and well done. And while the crust will not have you jumping up and down, it certainly delivered two light and tasty pies. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
MacLeod opened in the neighborhood about two weeks ago, so when friends who lived nearby wanted to get together I suggested we check it out. MacLeod is a craft brewery based out of Van Nuys. They brew traditional British beers with a LA twist. There's an indoor seating area, tap room, and outdoor patio, which is dog friendly. You order at the counter, get your drink, and someone brings your food to the table. (They also come by and pick up your dishes when done.) When we got there it was fairly empty but filled up soon after. Some other local friends also stopped by for a bite. In addition to craft beer, they also specialize in wood fired Artisan pizzas with house made mozzarella and a light, airy crust. There are two vegan pizzas on the menu (and you can build your own) and after 10 p.m. you can get a cold slice of cheese ($2) or pepperoni ($3). One of my friends is an avid craft beer drinker. I forgot to ask him which one he selected but he enjoyed it. (I'm sure he tried two different ones.) He also had the Lemon Devil Shandy. For his meal he ordered the Hot Italian pizza: fresh house made mozzarella, garlic ricotta spread, spicy Italian sausage, hot calabrese salami, & spicy tomato sauce. He said it was delicious with the perfect amount of spice and the crust was just right. My other friend had a glass of the Pinot Noir, which was chilled. She said it was perfect since it was so hot out. For her meal she selected the Pappardelle Bolognese. The dish featured house made wide egg noodles topped with a meaty Bolognese sauce. She loved it and said it was so good. I ordered the Campuget rosé and the Caesar salad. The salad was topped with freshly shaved parmesan and fresh anchovies. I was impressed that the anchovies were fresh. Further proof that the owners place an emphasis on quality. However, I'm not a fan of anchovies so I set them aside. The dressing was authentic and tasty as were the parmesan crusted croutons. The vibe here is welcoming and the employees are personable and charming. MacLeod is a terrific addition to the neighborhood. Hopefully, they will add sparkling wine and beer flights.

Yelp
I liked it. Cool new brewery in Highland Park. Nice to see Macleod Ale Brewing expanding. A lot of space inside. Very open and modern. Great place for groups or a casual date. They also have a nice big patio in the back. They have a nice selection of beers. It was a warm day so I got the fruity stuff, the orange creamsicle Murrieta milkshake and an orange haze shandy. Both were delicious. Needed some food to soak up the booze so I got the mushroom sage pizza. It was good. Will definitely be coming back to try more. FYI, unlike the original Van Nuys location, no soft serve here. Service was good. Friendly staff. There's street parking up and down the block. Definitely add Macleod on York to your brewery list.

Crystal L.

Yelp
For anyone searching for "McClouds", I misspelled it in hopes that you find yourself here. Walking in the doors at around 6ish on a weeknight, the place looked very relaxed with only a handful of patrons seated at the bar. Little did I know, the party was in the patio! (When I say party, I mean that's where most people were. Still very relaxed with some families enjoying a cool evening al fresco.) The Scottish-style cask ales are a must. The meatballs are incredibly flavorful and moist. The pizzas are crisp yet soft. The words I uttered after dinner were, "I didn't know what I was expecting, but this far exceeded my expectations." An unassuming meal ended up being wonderful! Macleod On York is a great new addition to the neighborhood!

Will X.

Yelp
MacLeod is a awesome pizza and taproom that behind its unassuming facade is a lovely space and a very nice patio area with plenty of spacious seating. I stopped by for some brews but the pizza smelled fantastic. They have a mix of classic English ales, stouts, and usual beer types (though limited sours option). Service is great. Great place to hang out and they have projectors and a selection of board games.

Beret M.

Yelp
I heard a rumor that Maximillianos had become a brewery. We were headed home after an early comedy show and were in need of sustenance. We found it! All the same furnishings as before with a new paint job and a sweet added tap room! Order at the bar delectable beer and beverage choices. We also ordered the spicy meatballs (not as spicy as everyone implied) good texture, good sauce. A delicious Caesar salad with beautiful little fishes on top. And a near perfect mushroom pizza. I love stone oven pizza, with crisp thin crust so this was great. I would have liked a little variety of mushroom but I was satisfied. Sat out on the beautiful patio, vibrating from the "hidden" washer. Sublime.

Alyssa O.

Yelp
Macleod on York is pretty good for a local spot. Staff is super friendly, excellent choices in beers, pizza was delicious. The venue itself was super spacious. IYKYK that the original restaurant prior to this pizza & taproom was Maximiliano's. I like what they did to the restaurant. It gives you a chill vibe with movies playing on a projector, board games available, outdoor patio, etc. I'm sure I'll be back!

Julie M.

Yelp
Delicious! One of my highland park faves. There's non-alcoholic a beer FYI. I didn't try it but it's there! The pizza was savory and the bread was perfectly toasted! The crust was light, crunchy, moist enough and fresh. The sausage taste just a bit spicy. I love it! Better than anything on the downtown strip on Fig. Trust. Try the butterscotch dessert! It's soooo yummy. Service was quick and accommodating. There was clean cutlery, water and sodas available. Super clean place.

Kirsten H.

Yelp
Some of the best beer in the neighborhood! If you like a light beer, the Van Ice Lime is the way to go. The bartenders are always kind and knowledgeable, the patio is very lush with plants and greenery, and the aux is always bumping fun music. The happy hour is also extremely generous, with $5 beers. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is unfortunately due to it's clientele, which isn't entirely the restaurant's fault. Every time I've gone, folks have let their infants crawl around on the bar floor, let them scream, run around, and interrupt our drinks. It's unfortunately common at breweries, that has caused us to go less than we'd like. If that doesn't bother you, I highly suggest coming here!

Iris B.

Yelp
Mourning their Highland Park location closing It was by far my favorite pizza and they always had great beers too

Rajiv R.

Yelp
Dope place to grab a beer and some bites to eat! Love to stop by for a drink and play some darts! All staff is very polite and accommodating!

Jarenn N.

Yelp
Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. Outdoor patio was super dog friendly as it seemed every party had a dog! Order inside at either side of the restaurant and then get a number to bring to your table to have your order served up! Everything we got was good from pizza, to pasta, to salad and even their desserts served in little jars! The butterscotch flavor was our favorite. Free neighborhood street parking. Only issue we had was I made a reservation on the patio but no one seemed to be aware of it when we checked in and there was no reserved table outside. Luckily there was a large enough table just open to host us but that would've been a poor experience had there not been after I texted back and forth to confirm the night before.

Steven W.

Yelp
A great hangout spot to have fun and catch up with friends. The place is large so it easily accommodates large groups. Pizzas decent but the pastas were surprisingly good. They typically have sports games on live and they have a large assortment of board games you can play. They also have a dart board and rent darts for free!

Doris V.

Yelp
Just had dinner here and wow was I blown away. The bolognese was perfection and the pizza was chefs kiss. Jessie was amazing at answering all My silly questions. Had my husband and I not been in such a hurry we would've liked to have made it to the TapRoom. Will def have to go back. Only complaint is I wish I could either being in a bottle of Wine or had an option to purchase one. Highly recommend the food and the staff went above and beyond.

Highland P.

Yelp
Pizza is excellent (I suggest you ask for it xtra crispy), the bartenders/staff are refreshingly cool/happy, and the beers are constantly being updated. They have some cask pours that are really unique. I'm partial to the new Blonde Ale. Also, super kid friendly if you are there 3-7p or so. Also, really good happy hour before 6p on Mon to Thurs. My only two suggestions to improve: flies in back patio are out of control (is a trash can nearby?) and would be amazing if you could app order when it gets busy. This system works well at Wolfe's... every bar should have... leaving money on the table not.

Monica M.

Yelp
First off, I really like Macleod's especially their pasta!! When announced that it would be a regular craving, they were not kidding!! Sadly, went in last night and learned the pasta was off the menu!! PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR DELICIOUS PASTA!! Love the choice of having either pasta, pizza, salad and meatballs and washing it all down with a beer or wine. Last but not least, the lemon lavender pudding was outstanding!! It was perfect!! The service is marvelous and the people coming in are friendly too!!

Matt H.

Yelp
It's good. Sort of a typical modern small brewery feel. Very friendly service, free darts. I love that they have cask beers. It's not my style, but having a bartender actually pull a pint is very satisfying. And the bartender will give you taste after taste after taste. That makes the high price of a pint worth it. Same with a flight ($16 in August 2023), where the pours feel Very generous. The beers themselves are about as good as you'd find in any local UK pub. Not great but not terrible. Their hazy IPA is actually quite nice. The beer doesn't go with the feel of the place, which is the only drawback. Polished concrete floors and a Yorkshire pale? It's odd. But if I lived in the area I could see myself being a winter regular in here.

Jas A.

Yelp
This is a great spot to go to if you are a big group. They have plenty of beer options, I personally like to get "Better Days" (Pale Ale) & "Deal With The Devil" (IPA). The bartender, Tina, was AMAZINGGG! Truly the best service I have received from a bartender in a while it seems. Also the pizza is fantastic too. Abe, the chef, can really make a pepperoni pizza that would rock your world. The pizzas are hand tossed and made fresh as soon as you order. So great pizza and beer! What more could I ask for. They have two sides of the restaurant. Bar side and then the more restaurant style side. They also have a great patio in the back as well. Like I said, it's a great place to go to! Thanks Tina & Abe for the bestest of best service!!

Matthew M.

Yelp
Awesome MacLeod Brewing is coming to Highland Park! Not open to the public yet but will be soon! Large selection of delicious pizzas. Tons of great beers available...Scottish cask ales and Cali IPAs. Great outdoor patio and cool venue. Friendly staff! Street parking. Cans to go. Definitely check this place out when it opens soon!

Ted S.

Yelp
My daughter left a slice in the pizza box out all night, forgetting to put it in the fridge. After 12 hours on the counter I gave it a little taste. Damn! If a left out 70 degree slice tastes that good, I can only imagine how tasty a fresh one would be. The crust was perfectly cooked, sauce and pepperoni spot on. I live in south Orange County, but may consider the trip for a hot pie and a pint or two.

Lynn P.

Yelp
Amazing pizza! The crust is money. The staff is nice and friendly! Food is well priced! We ordered a Mushroom and Sage pizza, the BBQ Chicken pizza, and a Cesar salad to go. Excellent food and great quality. Definitely recommend!

Maggie R.

Yelp
So glad they finally opened another MacLeod's in Highland Park (so much closer to home). Parking still sucks (just like the one in Van Nuys). Great space for a tap room. Plenty of space, indoors (two tap rooms), plenty of seating inside and out. We didn't order anything to eat but the menu very good (next time I'm trying the Creamy Bacon Rigatoni), or one of different kinds of pizzas they offer. Great place for everyone to just hang out and enjoy a beer or two!

Eatefania R.

Yelp
I love the ambiance food and service. Everybody is extremely nice. It's pet friendly And those meatballs drive me crazy has a spicy kick to it. My favorite beer is Vanic And that bread with beer butter is amazing

Afzal S.

Yelp
This place is just around the corner for me and I am so mad at myself that it took me so long to check this place out. The vibe of the place is incredible , a great spot for a date night , with a group of friends , or a place to go solo. I had the Irish stout and it might be one of the greatest stouts I had , it would so good , I became a Conor Mcgregor fan. Absolutely delightful. We also got a half pepperoni and Half margherita pizza and it was very very good, paired well with the beers, it's like they were soulmates. Everyone that worked there was kind and very patient with me when I was asking about their menu. Love it and will def come back very often!

Andrew W.

Yelp
While other, better breweries have struggled and closed, the insistently mediocre MacLeod Ale Brewing Co. has been so successful that they have been able to open a second location. When last I left MacLeod, they were serving up pints of flavorless brown water to a devoted fan base of yobs between auto body shops somewhere in the San Fernando Valley's heart of dullness. Now, they dare set foot into the sacred center of hipsterdom, Highland Park, with an elaborate taproom-slash-pizzeria. (Because, you know, all those British-style beers just scream "Italian food!", right?) The place is situated on a flatiron corner and divided into two sections: The main section features a large bar facing the pizza ovens, banquette seating, and a central refectory seating table. And this large section was... nearly empty. Everyone seems to opt for the smaller "Taproom" in the back, which is the only area MacLeod's cask beer selections are served. It has the ubiquitous high ceilings-hard surfaces construction most of L.A.'s bars and restaurants have, which meant it only took one party of four obnoxiously loud people to turn the otherwise nearly empty space into a deafening cacophony. But what about the beer and food? The beers are still just as bad as I remembered, watery and thin and utterly devoid of any sort of personality. I wish they were terrible; at least then, I'd have something to say about them. But MacLeod makes aggressively mediocre beer that you forget as you're drinking it. As for the food, I'm not sure why the owners thought going full-bore pizzeria was a natural when they push British-style beers; why not a modern take on a British pub? But no, L.A. needs one more pizza place, and MacLeod is no Mozza. The Spanish chorizo and olive pizza may sound creative, but it was little more than a revamp of the standard pepperoni, except the thick chorizo was impossible to bite through. The cheese was standard "pizza cheese," and it was oversauced with something that seemed like jarred pasta sauce. The one thing that was good was the chewy, toothsome crust. For $17, it wasn't even a very big pizza, either. I hate to sound like a broken record, but that word "mediocre" comes to mind once again. And maybe mediocrity is what Angelenos want ― they voted for Karen Bass as mayor, so clearly competence is not a concern for the majority of the city's residents. MacLeod has flourished despite not being able to make a single beer worth the water it's made from, so I'm clearly missing something here. So I'll leave everyone else to it, because, for me, there's so much better beer to be found, pizza to be found, and Highland Park to be found than what's on offer at MacLeod on York.

Matthew P.

Yelp
Pizza is so so... beer is not bad but get here before 8 on a Friday and it's all screaming kids and flies! It's like a chuck e cheese for hipsters! A few fly traps wouldn't hurt. Sitting inside with a bunch of toddlers isn't relaxing nor is battling the flies outside. Doubt it's good enough for us to make a second trip.

chrystal l.

Yelp
Loved the thin crust pizza--especially the garlic cheese pizza & the prosciutto pizza. They have a lot of beer choices, which they give samples to help you decide. Great service, they ran out of prosciutto and gave me an extra pizza!

Coleman G.

Yelp
Run don't walk to Macleods for a cask ale! And a delicious 72 hour fermented dough pizza!!! I've been enjoying cask ales for over 40 years usually in Britain. Macleods has the first legit ones I've tasted in the US! Regular craft keg beer doesn't compare in your pallet. Drinking a pint feels like you're drinking something that's part of you. No bloated feeling with its smooth and naturally carbonated body. Cask ale, which is also referred to as cask-conditioned beer or even real ale, is beer stored in a cask barrel. When it's kept in this way, it goes through a secondary fermentation process. As a 'live product', it's not interfered with, doesn't go through a filter and isn't pasteurised, meaning it contains active yeast. As the beer sits in the barrel, it matures and the live yeast turns any sugars into alcohol. Soft and natural carbonation occurs and fans of cask ale will tell you a deeper flavour is provided. Cask ale is typically made with a lower alcohol content and is served at a slightly warmer temperature than keg beer. It is also usually carbonated with natural carbon dioxide, which gives it a softer texture and smoother taste.

Michael K.

Yelp
Good reasonably priced cask ale. Pizza was great especially for brewery standards. They played King Gizzard which makes it a top 5 place for me.

John C.

Yelp
Don't be discouraged if you look in from the corner on York and it looks empty! There's a cool back area where the action is. This place is great - the beer selection is fantastic, the outdoor area has great ambiance, and the food is legit. I really liked the cask beers - unlike a regular tap they are pumped with air for each pour so they aren't really "carbonated". It's hard to explain, but I really enjoyed them. My partner enjoyed her flight of four different regular draught beers. You order at the bar, then take a numbered marker thing to your table. It's actually more convenient this way, since I think full table service would ruin the casual atmosphere. One thing though - we got the four cheese and garlic pizza, it was really good, but it wasn't really the kinda pizza you pick up and fold (like NYC style). We shamelessly ate it with a fork and knife and it was wonderful. Meatballs were perfectly spicy and arugula salad was good as well. If you live in the area, this place should definitely be on your radar.

Helen K.

Yelp
This place is amazing. Loved the pizza and caesar salad. It took a while for the food to come out but the friendly staff and laid back vibe made up for it. My husband had a blast trying out samples of the beer. I would definitely come back!

Cat L.

Yelp
Super nice restaurant and fresh beer from their brewery in Van Nuys. Trying their Itchy Fingers now and then switching to an Octoberfest beer and currywurst pizza.

Sassy Food Lover G.

Yelp
I grew up in Highland Park and have driven by this spot numerous times always saying I am gonna drop in and I finally did. Had a dinner date with my sister and a girlfriend and Macleod did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, the service was good! Food and beers were on point. We ordered the Spicy Meatballs to start and we each got a different pizza to make the most of the trip and having delicious leftovers. I will definitely be back to make my way through the menu

Liz Q.

Yelp
We checked out MacLeod on its opening night after being fans of their other location and it did not disappoint! We wanted to see if our run club (LA Craft Runners) could stop here and of course wanted to check out the beers! The staff were gracious despite how crowded it was and our beers were poured quickly and tasted delicious. I enjoyed the pale ale and lager. I will be back but overall just really happy MacLeod is finally open, a welcome addition to this space.

Yelp
Pizza was great! Beer was cool. But service was meh. There was a party after us that ordered pizza and some other food item got their food first, but that's not what ticked me off. What ticked me off was that the Lily, or I think that's the name, offered plates and utensils to the other party (white) and not to us (Hispanics). Instead we were told by her that there is a self serve station. Allister, I think that's his name, was an Angel! He thought everything wa supposed to be brought out to us and didn't even know where the self serve was. He also just was super nice trying to get us plates and utensils. Equal treatment please. Also Allister, older gent, was such a great help. Other person, not that great!

Paul J.

Yelp
What a great addition to the neighborhood!!! We went for a birthday party last night and everything was amazing. The Chacuterie plate got things off to a great start as well as the many offerings of various beers, ales and shandi's and even some vino! Really something for everyone's palate in the malted beverage department. And let's talk about the pizzas! The wood-fired oven was churning out some of the most creative and delicious pies this side of Napoli! The hot and spicy pizza totally delivered the goods. Lovely Margherita pizza and a delicious pepperoni just packed with delicious spicy bites of awesomeness! Staff was great and super-friendly as well. Very reasonable prices well-suited to the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Francine P.

Yelp
Extremely pleased to have Macleod as a new gem in my hometown. Not only is the beer fantastic but the food is extra yummy. Spicy meatballs was my favorite, thank me later.

Lissa R.

Yelp
Came back to Macleod for a pizza day with the fam! The pizza was absolutely delicious, we had the pepperoni pizza as you can see. Great size and was quickly served. I had a great experience here, and the dodgers were on the projector! So everyone did enjoy that! Definitely recommend Macleod for your pizza and brew needs, will definitely be back next time.

Renato S.

Yelp
One of the coolest beer experiences in LA. Gotta uber, no parking. Everyone eats the pizza. We ate beforehand. During Covid a beautiful regular told me she drank in her car, that's when I knew this place was special

Ryan T.

Yelp
What a spot. Finally a new brewery in the neighborhood .. beer and pizza what a gem.. nice clean service was Pretty busy on a Saturday night but everything was on point. HLP y'all in for a treat..

Father Teressa T.

Yelp
Overheard some girls talking about this place over at Barcade and had to try it for myself. In short, this spot rules. The beers they have on tap are the best I've had in HP and after a few rounds, the mushroom and sage pizza was a lifesaver. Super friendly bartender that knew exactly when we needed a refill (granted, there weren't a ton of people in there so it wasn't that hard a job, but still, he was good people) The only problem is that it's kind of a walk from other stuff on York, but hopefully more places will pop up to fill the gap. Still, worth the walk. Love the vibe of this place and hope more people check it out so it stays afloat!

Yelp
The pizza...CHEF'S KISS. Many compliments to the chef! I ordered the pesto pizza....I tried some of of the other pizzas my friends had ordered and they're all really good--cooked to perfection and rich in flavor. I was actually able to speak with their head chef, Jason. He was very friendly and informative. I had a superb experience here and would definitely recommend. I look forward to coming back!

Yelp
Can't rave enough about the spicy meatballs. Caesar salad was great. Pizza is a must. As well as some good drafts like the Lost in London. Going back for dessert as they were out . Kid friendly, outdoor patio and a tap room

Yelp
This is a review for their soft opening a few weeks back, so hopefully things are better than when I went. The pizza and beer were yummy but I don't recommend getting the meatballs. Willing to try again tho!

Yelp
Visited recently for a friend's Sunday Drag Show and had a nice time. Food was great, staff was friendly. The patio is really nice, while the inside is more spacious than I expected and has a cool ambiance. Due to the patio doors being open, there was a fly nuisance, which was a bit bothersome but could be an easy fix. It was mentioned during our visit that this location planned to start offering a weekend brunch menu. If this comes to fruition and decides to pair with more drag show entertainment, I could see us attending more frequently as the area could really use such activities.
