"Athens-based Maepole, a quick-service cross between a Southern meat and three and build-your-own bowl restaurant, is now open on Georgia Avenue in Summerhill. Chef Peter Dale (the National, Condor Chocolates, Seabear Oyster Bar), Michael Clancy, and Nathan Goodman are the team behind this establishment. The menu includes a choice of bases, sides, proteins, and sauces, with fully composed seasonal plates and chocolate bars from Condor also available.
