Chef Peter Dale (the National, Condor Chocolates, Seabear Oyster Bar), Michael Clancy, and Nathan Goodman are the team behind this establishment. The menu includes a choice of bases, sides, proteins, and sauces, with fully composed seasonal plates and chocolate bars from Condor also available.
