The 25 Best Restaurants & Bars In Palm Springs

"The all-day poolside restaurant at the Drift hotel offers not just good food, but something rarer when it comes to brunch in Palm Springs: legitimate peace and quiet. The tranquil, all-white patio with views of the crystal blue lap pool in the distance feels like you’re on a private island in the Mediterranean, not a roadside hotel in the desert. We love the breakfast sandwich, which comes with juicy carnitas, bacon, fried egg, and refried beans on a pillowy brioche bun, but if you’re already in lunch mode, get the adobo shrimp tacos drizzled with chorizo aioli. The 11 Best Brunch Spots in Palm Springs | Eater LA

"Wearing sunglasses while brunching at Maleza is perfectly acceptable. Situated inside the Drift Palm Springs hotel, the floor-to-ceiling windows and pool-adjacent patio welcome the bright desert sun. Maleza also has a respectable mezcal and tequila collection to sip or blend with cocktails. Brunch choices are easy with burgers, salads, queso fundido, buttermilk pancakes, or adobo shrimp tacos." - Mona Holmes

We had a great experience dining at Maleza. The service was great, the vibes were chill and the food was delicious. The Panela cheese, shrimp ceviche and rib eye wwre standouts. The cocktails were really good, recommend the Guava one.

I met up with friends here for drinks and it’s an excellent spot to pregame. A solid outdoor atmosphere and a great place for an adult beverage over a fireplace. Next time I’ll have their food because the quality in the drink I had was great. I had the guava mama and it was delicious. A good amount of tequila but not too much.

Walked in, didn't appear to be super busy on a big weekend in downtown PS. Sat at the bar. Service was a tiny bit slow, but they were so very friendly. Loved sitting at the bar! Near closing time (9), they got very busy though. The shrimp ceviche was the best i have ever had. OUTSTANDING. The mussels were also delicious. The sauce was a standout! Drinks were creative and thoughtful. Absolutely well done. 👏

🍹 Maleza – Stylish Spot with Great Flavors! Maleza has a modern, chic vibe with both indoor and patio seating. The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish, with comfy booths and smaller tables. Highly recommend the guava margarita 🧡— so refreshing! The pork belly and the charred beet 🫜 appetizer were both packed with flavor. A great spot for a nice dinner in Palm Springs! Thanks from @trippintraveladventures

Google
Not an average hotel restaurant. Great selection of dishes with superb staff, some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Scott ensured our evening was perfect and dinner wouldn't have been the same without him. My favorite was their churro dessert, and my wife loved the branzino. Careful, the branzino has a lot of sharp and hard bones, I got one stuck in my throat which took a while to dislodge. Would come back just for Scott.

Google
Really lovely experience! I came by myself for lunch and had the chicken tinga tacos, which were really fantastic! Lots of gluten free options and the staff were knowledgeable about cross contamination. The staff were very friendly and even gave me an after lunch espresso on the house! Great vibes too, really cool modern architecture and design. Hope to come back soon

Google
Maleza is a place that combines beautiful and cozy decor with exceptional service. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy. The food is delicious, with well-crafted and flavorful dishes. The drinks are also noteworthy, perfectly balanced and refreshing. But the true star of the night was the dessert: the chocolate tres leches. Simply spectacular! A must-try for any dessert lover. Maleza is an excellent choice in Palm Springs for a high-quality dining experience. Definitely a place I’ll return to.

Google
Maleza. An awesome Mexican restaurant in Palm Springs on 284 S Indian Canyon Road. It’s located off the main drag and is part of the hotel. What a sleeper restaurant and part of Drift Group. They have their own wines and winery. Everything is fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly and courteous. Their execution is brilliant. The executive chef is Daniel Rodriguez and he has done a great job in this restaurant.

Yelp

Yelp
Excellent food and cocktails - really enjoyed everything we had. Food was creative and different. Cocktails were good and well balanced. We had the outdoor patio entirely to ourselves - with a heater it was perfect. Ambiance could use a little work but overall its not bad. Would totally go back

Yelp
Good- cute restaurant, minimal modern decor. It's small, so reservations are best. Bad- We only had drinks. My Palm Springs martini was very strong, straight up alcohol. It took about 15 minutes for the bartender to ask us for our drink order after we were given the drink menus. I understand, they were busy. When we return to Palm Springs, we will return to try the food.

Yelp
Came here for tacos and beer with my family of four but first thing was sitting us at the front tiled table when there were more comfortable tables available inside the restaurant. Maybe because it was Christmas Day? Very puzzling! The Fish Tacos were nice and crispy and the Braised Tacos were good too. Tacos are pricey in this establishment. Our server was pleasant and friendly.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants in Coachella Valley! I would never expect a hotel restaurant to have great food, but Maleza sure beat my initial expectations. The restaurant is not that big and sits in the "lobby" of the posh Drift hotel, but the ambience was very comfortable. There is more seating outside of the restaurant near the pool, but I chose to eat inside with air conditioning. Additionally, the service was friendly, but a little slow at times (this was made up by the quality of the food). The food and cocktail menus are truly ahead of the curve for Coachella Valley standards. I ordered the guava mama cocktail and it was strong but mixed well enough that it was not too overpowering. The mezcal options are more well known for this place, but my drink was still very satisfying. Next, the food menu is limited but focused on a modern twist on Mexican cuisine. I ordered the scallop crudo, half chicken, prime flat iron steak, poblano rice, and the churros to end the meal. It's a rarity for me to like every dish I ordered, but I loved everything. The star of the meal had to be the half chicken because of the crispy leeks and delicious mole included on the plate. The main entrees are served with tortillas to make tacos out of so the half chicken dish had the perfect toppings to be included. Do not skip on the churros for dessert because they are fried to order and served with amazing dipping sauces. The Oaxacan chocolate dipping sauce was not too sweet or bitter and complimented the sweetness of the churros. Definitely a must order! Please expect a bit of a wait for the dishes to be made since they put a lot of care and effort into making them. I do not mind waiting for high quality food and would've waited even longer if I had to . Thankfully the inside of the restaurant/lobby has a beautiful partial view of the San Jacinto mountains, so there is always something to keep yourself distracted by. Overall, I think Maleza is my new favorite in all of Palm Springs and all of Coachella Valley. I believe this restaurant will eventually be featured on the Michelin guide in the upcoming future!

Yelp
Friendly staff, beautiful space in the desert. Street Parking was easy. It is part of the Drift hotel.

Yelp
The food was out of this world. The service was on point and the ambiance was so welcoming and great for hosting large groups or a small romantic meal for two. I can't wait to come back here again with friends and family.

Yelp
Highly recommended! The food was absolutely delicious and so were the drinks. We had most of the items on the menu. Bone marrow, wagyu hanger steak, chicken, mexican rice, masala dumplings, sweet potato, charred carrots, iberico presa steak - all really good. Least fav were the dumplings. They had a HUGE mezcal selection and their espresso martini with reposado was really well made. Our server, Grace, deserves her props - she was so friendly and more importantly, so knowledgeable about the menu and has great recommendations. The place itself is really nice - the decor is really trendy but with a cozy vibe.

Yelp
Service - perfect. Comfortable, helpful, not too much and not too little. The food - amazing. The catfish torta is over-the-top good. Taste - perfect. Fresh. Huge piece of catfish. Adult beverages - very tasty. A bit on the small side. Based on everything being prepared fresh, it makes sense. Good music to boot. We will return.

Yelp
Cutest ambiance and vibe here at Maleza in the prime area of downtown Palm Springs. We were driving by when the Maleza aesthetic caught our eye and we knew we needed to go stat. Made a quick U-turn and made our way inside for a couple of pre-dinner drinks. Since it was still relatively early in the day, the restaurant was pretty empty. This worked in our favor because we basically chose where we wanted to be seated. We sat in one of the sofa lounge areas. The bartender made her way over and was extremely friendly and fun. We ordered a couple margaritas and sipped on them while enjoying the dimly lit ambiance of the space. The bartender checked on us a couple times before we asked for the check. Although we didn't necessarily dine at Maleza, I loved our limited experience here. The cocktails, service, and ambiance were all 10/10. I plan to be back for the full dining experience and will also be recommending this spot to friends and family!

Yelp
The vibe and service (Anthony) were fantastic but there were so enough misses with the food for us that my family and I left a little disappointed. We ordered the sweet potato because it was apparently one of the only items left over from the previous iteration of the menu, and I could see why. The adobo shrimp and mushrooms were a perfect savory complement to the starchy potatoes and the crema. Recommended. The dish we unanimously disliked was the octopus, partly because of how chewy it was, but also because none of us felt like the combination of flavors worked. The Oaxacan cheese and sour sauce were really overpowering and the apples and strawberries felt very out of place. We didn't end up finishing this. The Mexican rice was fine but didn't have any defining ingredient to make it very interesting to us. The half chicken was good, though the best part about it in my opinion was just the citrus rice, which had a light but hearty and delicious quinoa texture. Other than that, I enjoyed the combination of the aji sauce with the chicken but mostly I think we liked this because there was nothing wrong with it. Overall this is a beautiful space - apparently they just built the hotel and restaurant in April - and the service is very nice, but not sure we would come back for the food.

Yelp
Really disappointing dinner here last night. This place is a vibe killer. Sat down and took a sip of water, tasted something sweet and realized it was a crusted bit of something. The glass was dirty. Not a great start, but it happens. Ordered our drinks. The wait for the elusive cocktails began. We got share plates - everything was either overly salty, spicy, bland. The seasoning on each dish was all over the map. The shrimp cerviche was nothing to write home about, I didn't go back for another bite. The tuna tostadas were terrible. None of my group wanted to finish them, and I LOVE tuna tostadas usually. Delicata squash was okay but way over salted (I love salt). The mushrooms were inedibly salty, and again, I really wanted to love them because anything with roe is usually a winner for me. The flat iron steak was the stand out dish of the meal - it was good, but hardly worth the price. Literally the only highlight. I did not try the panela cheese but my friend said it was alright. The cocktails took an embarrassingly long time to appear, and the Moon Water was overly sweet and just meh. The Abriendo Fuego was actually lovely when it finally arrived. The service was sluggish, atmosphere dead and just not fun. The price point did not reflect the quality, it was just a huge disappointment overall, and I was embarrassed to have been the one who suggested trying this place. We all left frustrated, and ended up going for some light bites and drinks elsewhere. Given the fact this place is pricey, that was obviously a big let down. Just felt like a rip off with no soul.

Yelp
This feels like such a best kept secret in Palm Springs. Veggie and meat options! Mocktails and cocktails!! Affordable!? We came in on a Monday night around 730 and got seated immediately, and learned that Monday nights are happy hour until close! We ordered the Palm Heart appetizer which is like a vegan ceviche and the Guac, and both appetizers were so fresh and delicious and light. We got a mocktail and a cocktail- I highly recommend the ginger/pineapple drink it was perfect for a refreshing moment after a day in the sun. I got the veggie tacos which were mushroom and potato - very fresh with crispy elements and fresh made corn tortillas- really good! And my partner got the shrimp, and she loved them. Finally we got the churros which were some of the best churros I've ever had in my life. They were crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside- and the dark chocolate dip was so good! Highly recommend this restaurant !!

Yelp
Stopped here for breakfast after reading reviews. The vibe is trendy, love the patio seating. The food was good. The drip coffee was horrible. I told them it was like water and upgraded to an espresso that was really good. I was sad to see they charged me for both the drip and the espresso I'm not sure the place lived up to the hype. Overall just okay for me.

Absolutely one of my favorite place here in Palms Spring ! Came here for a light dinner and a drink , the oysters were so fresh and delicious that we have to ordered a second round ! Tiger shrimps ceviche also really good ! Don't forget to get a salad ! The Caesar salad with steak protein also my favorite ! The restaurant laid out was so chic and clean ! Def a must.

Yelp
Wow. Just wow. Made a reservation here on a whim as it was one of only a handful or Palm Springs restaurants open on a Monday night and so glad we did. IT IS EXCEPTIONAL. It's a in the drift hotel and def had a Baja California vibe. The service is impecable, with our server Alex finding the fine balance of attentive and giving us space. All of his recommendations drinks to food were delicious. Do not sleep on the masa dumplings or the churros. Both are total game changers.

Yelp
When we visited Maleza for lunch, they were new and it felt like they were still getting their legs under them. There's no maitre d, so we approached the bartender who said they were overwhelmed and service would be a while. We weren't in a rush, so we settled in. The waiter was delightful, and the cocktail was top-notch. The food was fairly good, and despite the warning, didn't take too long. Our only complaint was the price was somewhat high. It's was $80ish for lunch with one cocktail.

Yelp
I went specifically because I wanted to try the Mexican arroz, which was not in the menu I was given so I assume it may have been a dinner only item or removed, I'm not sure I didn't ask. Atmosphere was nice, open seating, opening dining area so there's a nice breeze that blows in so everything feels very fresh. Staff were also very nice and service was a comfortable pace. Food, unfortunately was not so great or at least to my taste. I got the Caesar salad, mushroom tacos, and the chicken tacos. The salad was incredibly salty, so so salty, I would say it was close to inedible for me and I couldn't finish it. It almost tasted as though the dressing was made with pickle juice brine, which I don't think would be bad, just so incredibly salty. I thought it was the cheese at first, but after a couple of bites I could tell it was the dressing as it had a sour characteristic and was the salty bit. I was also not entirely happy as the salad was described as being made with little gem, but this was definitely just romaine. I would not recommend this salad. The chicken tacos were also not to my taste. They were kind of dry and their taste was also ambiguously salty and burned. The mushroom tacos were good, but they had almost 0 flavor, but great texture. It's unfortunate, because the texture was so nice and there could be so much flavor added via salsa or something. It's unfortunate, because if you were to make a mushroom taco there's always huitlacoche which would be an excellent option and on theme. I think the biggest crime though were the prices, I do not feel the food represented what was charged. 18 dollars for 2 tacos? And they have nearly no flavor or very bad flavor. I think this bothers me so much because it's not like this place is an upscale restaurant. I was quick to notice that the tableware was placed just on the table and the table wasn't very clean. The cloth napkins were also covered in lint or white fuzz? And the restaurant could definitely be cleaned a bit more around some of the eating areas, I sat myself near a corner and the cushion seats next to me weren't super clean and neither was the floor, and I think I stained my bag by placing it on the seat next to me, there was something green on it that transferred onto my bag. And look, I didn't come here expecting the tasting menu experience at some super fancy restaurant, so normally these things don't bother me. But for 60 dollars for 4 tacos and a super salty salad that I couldn't eat is beyond me and I'm going to scrutinize things a bit more, if I pay more I expect more.

Yelp
I can't recommend this place enough! Sitting outside was lovely, and the food was so amazing. We ordered way too much food and it was amazing. They had great customer service, and even comped around of drinks because of a mixup-- which was really appreciated and unnecessary. One of those the best things I think we got was the octopus dish, the dairy underneath the octopus, kind of tasted like burrata and in general, I loved the flavors. I would also definitely recommend their Mexican risotto dish, and the bone marrow (I never had that before & it's similar to butter). We also got a steak dish that came with a traditional Molé sauce-- so tender! I would say out of everything we got there are two things. I probably wouldn't get again: the calamari, because it wasn't super unique, and the carrots, because I would've liked them to be a little softer-- they we're still pretty hard/crunchy. Overall, this was an exceptional experience and I can't wait to dine again.

Yelp
First off the interior is stunning! Every corner is beautifully decorated with a western-style mixed with modern minimalism. This spot is definitely one of the more instagrammable restaurants in Palm Springs. Once you arrive, just FYI they have mandatory *free* valet and I say *free* because that typically comes with an implication of a tip. Not my favorite thing in the world since they literally just park it right in front of their valet stand so self parking isn't difficult at all but that's what the hotel decided to go with. The valet was very nice and did a great job being attentive when people needed their cars. We came for a small dessert to satisfy our sweet tooth and to check out the place since it is fairly new. We ordered their churros and a Mangolada which both came out pretty quickly (also note it wasn't busy at all). Presentation of the dessert and drink were stunning with nice accents to elevate the look. Now for taste--the Mangolada was delicious however I assumed the red swirl in the drink was a type of chamoy flavoring but it honestly just tasted like mango only. They don't advertise the drink has chamoy on the menu so it wasnt a big deal but I am wondering what the red swirl was in the drink now. The churros were SWEET! I mean it hurt my teeth kind of sweet. Prepare for a huge mess with the amount of cinnamon sugar that's on the churros too. The only other negative I have about their churros is that they're crunchy so you can't cut it they just break or snap. I prefer my churros more on the chewier/softer side. The caramel dip was absolutely delicious with a nice thick consistency and added a nice flavor. The dessert was more enjoyable once we scraped off like 70% of the cinnamon sugar. Looks like an upscale Mexican restaurant that somehow also makes burgers and chia seed pudding--so we'll consider it a Mexican-American fusion. Definitely worth a try to check out the beautiful decor.

Yelp
One of my new favorite places for Palm Springs! Located inside the Drift Hotel, right next to where the valet is. So cute inside. It's not a super large area though, so I would recommend reservations. Service was super on point. We came for a really late brunch on a Sunday and was glad to see that they pretty much have food all day with variations in the menu between breakfast, brunch/lunch and dinner. Because I'm terrible with spice and basically don't eat much of it, our waitress recommended the charred steak tacos. Such a good reco. Really tasty steak and juicy throughout. The guac was a nice touch and make sure to squeeze some of the lime in it! Also grabbed the No Tan Lines drink without a shot. It's definitely frozen and thick but lovely for a hot day. My boyfriend ordered a different drink that they ran out of but they made up for another No Tan Lines on the house. That's great service right there and I will be back with friends one day!

Yelp
Came for dinner and loved the ambience under the moon by the pool and the firepit, and the service was warm and friendly. The only real downer: the food. When we asked for his favorite recs, our server confessed they'd swapped out a lot of the greatest hits a couple of weeks ago, and I have to admit this showed. The biggest swing and miss was the octopus, a totally misconceived textural mess littered with chewy, cold discs of octopus drowning in Oaxacan cheese lumpy with fruit. I hope they figure the menu out soon because they seem like nice folks, but for $200, you can do a whole lot better in the area.

Yelp
LOVED this spot!! The vibes are so cute and it's part of a boutique hotel. We ordered tacos, they came in twos and the portions were huge. Highly recommend and the guacamole and chips were amazing. My friends also ordered some drinks and they were so delicious. Such a cute spot if you happen to be in Palm springs and want to do a cute luncheon. Service wasn't the best but def would go back!

Yelp
While strolling down Indian Canyon one Sunday, I noticed this appealing restaurant-bar-lobby looking space in front of a new boutique hotel with five round globe lights posted on the building. The globed light spelled out the letters D-R-I-F-T. One letter written for each five lights. The restaurant-bar, Maleza, has a large and picturesque walled glass window. The modern space is appealing and inviting to the eye. I walked in and perched myself on a vacant stool on the right angle location of the long rectangular bar. From the bar, the hotel's rectangular pool gives the ambiance a cool, sleek, and casual feel. Everything about this space is chill with lots of positive and feel-good energy. So far, I am liking this place. Anissa, one of the servers tending the bar, welcomes me and takes my drinks order. The cocktails menu slants tequila in a good way. I order the Paloma cocktail. The simple tequila resposado, lime, and grapefruit drink is perfect. Now for the food. The menu is definitely Mexican served contemporary style. I try the Adobo Shrimp. Two medium sized flour- tortilla tacos with large juicy pieces of delicious shrimp, with avocado, cabbage, and chorizo aioli. The shrimp tacos are excellent! I am a happy man. I call up another Paloma cocktail. This time, Andrew quickly serves me the refreshing Paloma. From across the opposite end of the bar, Alice, one of the managers, gives me a warm and beautiful smile. I introduce myself to Alice who answers a few of my questions about this new restaurant and Drift Hotel . I absolutely will return to Maleza very soon. I am a local, and for a moment, I felt chilled, relaxed, and my appetite completely satisfied. A big applause and Kudos to Alice, Anissa, and Andrew for their excellent customer service. I am a new fan!

Yelp
Frankly I'm surprised. I didn't expect the food here to be so fantastic!!! The guacamole was expensive, but delicious and was served in a beautiful home made ceramic bowl with rustic tortilla chips on the side. I had the classic MALEZA breakfast: Two organic eggs, bacon, black beans and mini whole roasted potatoes with the most amazing homemade sourdough bread that was toasted on the grill giving it a smoky flavour. My only pet peeve is that the bacon was way overcooked, but other than that, it was the best upscale breakfast I've had in a very long time, way better than the Parker and The Farm. I highly recommend MALEZA!!!

Yelp
Spectacular space with food and drinks to match. The oysters are phenomenal and the calamari is without a doubt the best in town. Ask for James or Nick. Fantastic guys! Go on Thursday night for tacos and the DJ! Can't wait to go back and try more!

Yelp
I noticed this place back in June while at the parking structure across the street. The new built hotel caught my eyes as I didn't remember seeing it last visit. Or maybe juts didn't pay attention. Fast forward to now, same structure Friday night. The place looked like it was a happening spot. The bar looked fun and restaurant part was quite lovely. But of course when we went it was sort of the wrong time. As it was quite lively Friday night, we thought it was quite right to make reservations for Saturday night. But from the looks of the reservation page, it was basically available the whole booking. Walked in around 8:15 Saturday night to see that the whole place was empty except for about 4 or 5 people sitting at the bar. Rare sight as the night before it was happening. Didn't see anyone so we just assume this wasn't the restaurant and maybe it was the lounge area of the bar. Moments later someone did approach us and told us that due to the tropical storm, the kitchen would be closed at 8:30. Ok, so basically if we stay, put your order in right away. At this point, there was no way trying to find someplace else for dinner. We guys stayed and literally scanned the menu and placed our order. But another couple did walk in and said that they had a 8:30 reservation. They stayed as well. We did hear good things about this place which made the choice to stay more acceptable. After placing our order, it didn't take long for the food to arrive. Menu was quite good with selections of dishes. Started off with the mahi mahi ceviche what was a must if ordering. The flavors were great, mixed with the lemon juiced that was poured over when arrived. Rainbow trout was quite good as well with the sauce and grilled peach salad. Pork chops was ok. The salsa that was served with it was quite nice. Salad accompanied it wasn't quite was described at all. There was no radish, cucumber or squash blossom. Just basically leftover garnish of celery leaf, dill, and parsley. It was a miss. Also the bone marrow was ok. Thought it was more marrow but it was marrow butter. Served with toasted sourdough. Overall, the ceviche and trout was great and do recommend. Marrow was ok as well as the pork chop. With the storm approaching, and the whole place was empty. We did feel rushed. To order when we sat down, kitchen closing early, and right when a fish came out, so did the bill. The waiter was nice and attentive as it was only him there beside the bartender. He did bring over over a complimentary shot which was nice. Maybe to apologize for the whole situation. Overall, it a beautiful place. The whole layout and decor was quite impressive. Menu did look like a lot of nice dishes. Will have to revisit to fully appreciate this place.

The food, customer service and ambiance were all great! It was our first time there and will definitely be back. We had the Fish Ceviche, Caesar salad and a couple cocktails.

Yelp
Great food. Great service. Highly recommended. My table ordered the steak and al pastor tacos and they were very flavorful with big chunks of meat. I also ordered the chavela and recommend this to those that like micheladas with a little kick. Grace was our server and was very attentive and polite. I'll be sure to revisit!

Yelp
WOAH. Best meal in Palm Springs, hands down. We loved every dish we ordered. Check out the ceviche, the shrimp sweet potato, and the chicken. All three were incredible. The ceviche was fresh and a good sized portion with heirloom corn tostadas. The sweet potato was a real surprise, with a shrimp and mushroom ragu on top. The chicken (with the rice on the side) was cooked perfectly with a delicious tomato based marinade and a crunchy char from the cook. We sat at the bar and while it was busy initially, the bartenders were attentive and ensured our dishes made their way out hot and timely. Super cute space at the front of the hotel, with the pool and outdoor fire pit/heaters. Definitely coming back again next time, and bringing friends!!

Yelp
Great service and delicious food. We liked everything we got: mushroom dish, cheese dish, squash salad, shrimp ceviche, and branzino. Novel flavor combos that work. The not-too-sweet chocolate sauce with the churros was great! Definitely coming back.

Yelp
Maleza is quite an experience! The menu is innovative, lots of varied selections you won't find in other Mexican restaurants. I am not typically a "shared plate" kinda guy... but I will say that when you have a chance to sample an item you wouldn't normally order for yourself, you might be plesaantly surprised!! The food seems to change often as the chef switches it up... so something you had on one visit may not be on the menu the next time... but everything I tasted here was good. The service was solid, but Maleza's strongest attribute is a very talented bar staff. Their drinks are amazing!! Try it.. I bet you will enjoy.

Yelp
Maleza at Drift is the place to be in Palm Springs ..especially if you like good vibes, good food & good service!! Good is an understatement. The food was so delicious as were the drinks! Guacamole, Cesar salad, fish taco, oysters and churros were all so freshly made you can taste the love behind the food! The tequila & mezcal options seem endless, love the lalo mezcal & the guava mama was so refreshing on a hot summer night! Monday happy hour is the time to go! A perfect summer menu with delicious options!! Couldn't be happier with our selection! You gotta check out this place!!

Yelp
The space is beautiful which makes the ambiance even better but unfortunately with the price point of the restaurant I expect better service if you expect us to pay $$$ for tacos. Disappointing.

Yelp
A great dining experience. Me and my partner were down in Palm Springs/Joshua Tree for the weekend and stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant. Ambiance was great, staff was amazing, the recommendations were great, and the food magnificent. We really appreciated the flavors and dishes. Maleza will forever be on our list of places to go, recommendations for friends heading to the area, and in our memories as one of the truly awesome dining experiences. Also the cocktails and Mexican rosé were excellent.

Yelp
We went back for dinner after eating here for brunch a few times. Dinner is on another level of excellence at this spot - that was on par with the most high end meals we had in Mexico. Each dish was a show stopper, including the crab tostada, which was perfection. Service this time was impeccable and sweet. We will be back to try more things!

Yelp
This is one restaurant that deserves 5/5 on every level. The building/ outside is just so beautiful, the tables/ lounge at one of the entrances look dreamworthy! We were sat at a table outside near the pool. The lights were dim, the blue agave line-up near us had light projectors. Our server's name i believe was Alex, he was outstanding- he really has a developed palate and understands food. Also, they probably train their servers well. Now, the food: I have not had a better salad than the kohlrabi salad in my life. I have no idea who these people (chef, Sous Chef) are and what their training was, or what kind of crack cocaine it had inside, but I was absolutely blown away. The heirloom tomato salad was delicious. I'm almost wondering if they grow some of the stuff in the back, because the food surely tastes like it!! We had the sweet potatoes as well. My partner absolutely enjoyed the flavors so much. We had the steak, and churros for dessert I'd absolutely recommend the mezcal/ whiskey cocktail. It was so smooth, well-balanced! My gosh. We'll def be back
