I've seen Mama Chai before whenever I was in the area, but wasn't high on my list to try because I'm not one of those tea and boba drink fanatics. I do, however, enjoy trying it from time to time whenever the opportunity arises or if I'm being dragged into an event that happens to be located within a tea/boba business. Which is exactly how I ended up being here on 3 May 2025 - Mama Chai was hosting one of those coveted cup sleeve events for those BTS fans (A.K.A. Armies). Though I am not one of those fans, I went with my wife and suffered through it to get a few things for our daughter. Regardless, this is about the business and not the event so here we go. We ordered the Assam Mulberry Blue Fresh Fruit Tea and Blended Fresh Taro Smoothie drinks and from only a drink standpoint, this business knows what they're doing. I was worried at first because I tried something totally different, but it ended up tasting good and refreshing. Since we already ate, I wasn't in the mood to try some of their food items, but man, their doughnuts did look good. Eventually, we'll come back to try their doughnuts, but to be honest, it's not high on my priority list. The prices are very reasonable and I highly respect this business for their support to the men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! The décor was nice and the bright neon lights as I walked in the hallway towards the bathroom added a nice touch. There's ample seating inside, along with a nice seating arrangement outside to enjoy your drink(s)/food. The business is located towards the back of the parking lot area which makes it secluded and quieter since it's further away from the main Spring Mountain Road. Overall, I enjoyed my first experience here. I'm not certain if I would've tried this place if it wasn't for the event; however, I'd like to think that eventually I would based on my family's interest. As of now, I highly recommend this business for their drinks and outstanding service - they were very friendly and operated efficiently. I'll update my review if I return for another visit and try their food items, if applicable.

This is such a cute and chill place to grab a drink with your family or friends. There are board games available to play if you dine in which is great. As we waited for our order my daughter played Sorry. The drinks were great and the donuts were soft and indulgent. The customer service was incredible. My daughter ordered a drink but did not care for it. The gentleman up front quickly remade her another drink. There was no hesitation on their part which I appreciated. My daughter is 8 and did not care for the brown sugar milk tea but loved the strawberry lemonade with boba. We had other drinks which included the cookies & cream, and salted Carmel Nutella latte. Both were soooo good.

One of my favorite boba places now! Roasted soybean jeju matcha (5/5): great nutty flavor! My friend ordered this so I only got to try a sip and I liked it even better than my drink. Will get it next time Real Pistachio Latte (5/5): also nutty with real pistachio bits in it! This might be the best pistachio milk tea I've had. Caffeine free. Almond hazelnut toffee donut (4/5): was good but I'm not much of a donut person

This place looked really cute and had plenty of seating. But my drink was not it. The outside patio is a really nice place to chill. It’s covered, so you are not under the sun. There are plenty of seats and tables both inside and outside. They even have board games available. There is only one all-gender bathroom though. I saw a sign advertising matcha from Jeju island, so I was excited to try that. However I think my mistake was either subbing for their house-made oat milk or not requesting less sweetener. My matcha milk tea drink came out overly sweet. It did have the cheese foam on top, which wasn’t bad. I couldn’t finish the drink because it was so bad. It such was a disappointment. I had a bite of the matcha strawberry mochi donut, which was pretty good! They had other flavors that sounded and looked good too. I don’t think I will be back. They don’t have coffee here, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Google
Overall: 3.9/5 (dine in) Came for late night boba, and the place was packed inside. They have beautiful murals and neon signs for both their indoor and outdoor seating areas. There are board games for you to use as well so we can see why it's a popular hang-out spot, especially for high schoolers. I only saw one mochi donut so they probably ran out earlier in the day. They are also located next to Mr. BBQ so the parking lot is huge with plenty of parking spaces. In terms of cup sizing, I wish they had something in between since the difference between the small and large was pretty drastic to me. Large Lychee Dragonfruit ($6.50): This comes with real fruit bits so you don't need toppings. There were some bits that tasted funny but other than that, the drink was refreshing and the perfect level of sweetness. Pistachio Milk Tea ($6) With Almond Milk ($0.75) + Boba ($0.75): You definitely taste the pistachio but it's a little sweet and has a creamer taste to it. It's only good for the first 1/3 of the drink but after that, it tasted too artificial for us to finish. The boba wasn't cooked evenly; some pearls were a tad hard, others were too chewy, etc. I never thought I'd try Korean banana milk, but since it's one of Mama Chai's popular drinks, I decided to give it a shot. It tasted just like the name suggests--smooth, banana-flavored milk. If you're a banana fan, this drink is definitely for you! Would I crave it over milk tea? Probably not, but I still recommend trying it at least once. I also got a gingerbread mochi donut, which was delightful! They packaged it in such a cute box that I didn't want to throw it away. The gingerbread topping added a nice crunch. Although the donut wasn't fresh (I bought it at the end of the day and didn't eat it until the next morning), it still had a soft texture at room temperature without reheating. My in-laws enjoyed it too since it wasn't overly sweet. I'll definitely need to come back and try the mochi donuts fresh and in-person!

Have been here twice, both times for Kpop related events but the donuts & teas are top notch. I've tried dessert treats with flavor profiles I didn't think I'd like and ended up loving! There is a huge patio for outside dining and the tables/chairs easy to move so joining a seated group is easy. They've also got quite a few board games available for public use & I'm looking forward to visiting again with my kid to take advantage of that.

Yelp
Went to Mama Chai's a little after eating lunch, and what a great place for a sweet treat after your meal. The outside patio is a really nice and lovely place to relax. It's covered, so you are not under the sun and there are gas firepits (nice touch for this cooler weather). There are plenty of seats and tables both inside and outside. They even have board games available. After reviewing the menu and receiving some reccomendations from the friendly store attendant, Chris, I decided upon a small Lychee Dragonfruit tea with boba ($6.25). This drink comes with real fruit bits so you don't need toppings, but I wanted to try the boba. The boba wasn't sweet, so I may skip the addition next time. The drink itself was was refreshing and the perfect level of sweetness. It reminded me of a favorite drink I had from a cafe (Tocaja) in Claremont, CA called the "Purple Me". So happy to have found this similar drink at Mama Chai's. I also enjoyed a Roasted Pistachio and Yuzu mochi donut ($4), which was delightful! It was packaged in such a cute box too. I have my eye on the Korean Banana Milk for my next visit. Looking forward to returning!

Yelp
Great place to hang out near Chinatown, off the beaten path. The ambiance was pretty chill and cozy. They have plenty of seating inside and outside. The outside patio has several tables and chairs, and the uncovered seating has a cushioned love seat and a couple propane firepits. If you choose to sit outdoors, the building shades the patio area in the afternoon, so depending on the season, it could get a little chilly, as it did for us in January. We were glad for the firepits! In the warmer seasons, the shade would definitely be welcome, though. The drinks are pretty straightforward. The thing that was impressive was that they make their own nut milks! I had a pistachio latte with almond milk, which was very mild, but had a decadent, smooth texture that I really enjoyed. Bonus for me was that the pistachio latte is caffeine free! Our party included six adults and seven kids We arrived in the afternoon, and stayed for about 3 hours playing games. Several other customers did the same, and we never felt crowded. The adults spent time both outside and inside. The Cafe is clean, has adequate parking, clean bathrooms, and helpful staff. We had eaten before getting there, so didn't have any of their desserts, but we enjoyed the drinks. They have a variety of both hot and cold drinks.

Yelp
Kind of pricey but true 5 stars just based on the taste of this real taro latte! Best one I've probably ever had- so so good. Quick, great music, clean, aesthetically pleasing (especially outside) good service, AMAZING REAL TARO LATTE. $8 for a small with a $1.50 tip Not cheap & the quality really does show!

Yelp
I LOVE it here! Boba is so soft and chewy and delicious. Definitely add it to your drink. The sea salt crema is unbeatable. We've tried a few drinks including Assam black milk tea, pistachio latte, and salted caramel Nutella latte. All amazing and great you can adjust the sugar levels too. Service is always efficient and friendly. And I love the interior plus some board games. They also have an outdoor seating area.

Yelp
If you are following, this trip is to spoil my daughter visiting all the donut places. See all other reviews. Quality/Quantity - Limited selection when we got here; not sure if that is normal? Or if there were more hidden in the back...? See pictures of the donut case. Today we got the following: Hazelnut Almond Toffee Mochi Donut - I chose this one, OMG! This was a home run. It was like eating a candy bar and a mochi donut at the same time. And can you believe it was not too sweet! Strawberry Cheesecake Mochi Donut - One of my daughter's favorite flavors. She of course liked it. But I did not, only because it is not my preference of flavor. It was still good and well done. Assam Mulberry Blue Fresh Fruit Tea - My daughter's drink. She said it was good. Atmosphere - What a cool space. See pictures. Indoor/outdoor. Free wifi. One clean unisex bathroom. Plenty of parking. Open 7 days a week from noon till 11pm or midnight. Service - Eddy was good, very patient with us, as we were first time customers. Shared the best sellers and the different types of fresh fruit teas, etc. Price - $17 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since February of 2023.

Yelp
Yelp Review 2025 #16: Tucked in the back of a strip mall and behind Mr. BBQ is Mama Chai's. Their patio seems inviting and chill. The interior is smaller with a few tables and chairs. The patio is what you'll see more on Instagram. I've visited Mama Chai's and walked out empty-handed multiple times over a year ago when they still had cream puffs. They were always out of cream puffs no matter what time I went. The last time I went they told me they're working on changing the recipe so there was no date as to when they'll have them again. So, I just gave up. A year later, I came back to find out they completely chucked their cream puff idea. Forever gone and I didn't even get to try it! They have fruit teas, milk teas, lattes, smoothies, doughnuts, mochi doughnuts, and some seasonal items like tanghulu which you'll never know when they'll have. Their doughnuts and milk teas are pretty good but that's not enough. They don't even bother labeling their doughnuts. I wish their menu would be more consistent.
google avatar

Wendoline B.

Yelp
We came here because we saw they had Tonghulu, however when we got there they let us know it was only a seasonal item and they no longer have them. Bummer! Other than that, the drinks are good and it's a cute spot to visit and hand out.

Yelp
Mama Chai's is a cafe that deserves more attention, but it sits tucked away from the busy traffic on Spring Mountain Rd. It's located in the East-facing building adjacent to Shanghai Plaza. What differentiates this cafe from others? 1. Fresh, house-made non-dairy milk options 2. Large mochi donuts I discovered this cafe through a Yelp Elite Event, and I'm so glad I did because I wouldn't have found it otherwise. Their oat milk is creamy and delicious; it elevates any drink on the menu. I was impressed by the Salted Caramel Nutella Latte. It sounds overly sweet, so I asked for 1/2 sugar, and it was perfect. I liked it so much that I returned and bought it on my own dime. [Ambiance] A cozy and playful oasis. Greenery is scattered throughout both the interior and exterior areas. The patio provides plenty of seating and a fire pit for cozy and relaxing vibes. Overall: 5-stars. Mama Chai's exemplifies the definition of a "hidden gem," and I hope more people discover this cafe and its unique, delicious offerings.

Yelp
Checked out Mama Chai's recently, and I have to say, their outdoor patio is absolutely stunning! It's such a gorgeous setup, but no one was sitting outside, which is a shame--probably because it was a colder day. Still, the space alone is worth mentioning. I ordered an avocado slush with boba and a mochi doughnut. The service was great--super friendly and efficient. The drink was really good, and the doughnut was solid. Overall, everything was enjoyable, but nothing stood out as amazing or unforgettable. If you're in the area and looking for a nice spot to relax with a drink (especially if the weather is nice), Mama Chai's is worth checking out. I'd love to come back on a warmer day to enjoy that beautiful patio!
google avatar

Allison J.

Yelp
I love Mama Chai! You could get their glass tumbler for $8, it comes with a metal straw and a straw scrubber as well. They'll upgrade your drink size for free if you bring it! What a deal and it's a great way to reduce plastic waste! Their roasted soybean jeju matcha is my favorite! Not a big fan of their Yakult though - excited to try other stuff on the menu :)

Yelp
Super cute boba shop with adorable indoor and outdoor seating to grab a boba drink and hang out with your friends or even study! There are board games available near the cashier. They also make their own in-house nut milks like cashew, almond, oat. Their pistachio lattes also have fresh crushed pistachios in it. Taro latte has real taro bits. Black sesame also has black sesame. It's the real thing! Pros: -delicious latte drinks with real milk -nut milk alternatives -clean single coed restroom -very cute decor and festive Christmas decor (even the bathroom door was decorated so cute like a present) -clean -nice staff -drinks made fairly quickly -free wifi -free shared parking plaza -sugar levels by 25 increments -uses real nuts or taro in drinks Cons: -none :)

Yelp
I really enjoy this place. So clean and cute! A whole vibe. The donuts were so good . The red velvet one was not the best . But the chocolate peppermint one was good not so over powered with chocolate! Just right. The crunch one was my favorite so good ! The donuts it self was good was not dry just great . I love that they have so many different options of milk. The oat milk in the Thai tea made it so smooth and not heavy and yummy. I enjoy this location ! Will go back and try more things definitely.

Yelp
Before coming in I looked through the reviews on their business site and ended up ordering the pistachio latte and the strawberry mochi donut. The latte tasted great. Unlike some of the reviews from the past which mentioned the drink being too sweet, I didn't think so. I thought it had the right amount of sweetness. In regards to the mochi donut, I thought it tasted great as well. I would come back around again. The customer service was great and the ambience was as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Overall not bad. The Roasted Soybean Jeju Matcha Milk Tea was really good! It has a nutty milky flavor with the after taste of matcha. Pistachio milk drink is a bit grainy tasting because of the grounded up pistachio. The Pistachio Yuzu mochi donut was a pleasant surprise! Has the savory pistachio taste plus the sugar yuzu glaze on top. Not too sweet and the mochi donut part has a good chewy consistency! $4/mochi donut. I've never seen these types of drink flavors at other bobas, so would be down to come back and try other flavors next time! Parking was easy with lots of spots available, and there were lots of tables to choose from (inside and outside). They have wifi and boardgames you can play with friends as well. Service was good.

Yelp
Review #65 of 2024 Visit around noon on December 11th I grabbed a six-pack of mochi donuts for my kids to enjoy after school. When we got home, their excitement was palpable as they unveiled the beautifully packaged box. Once they opened it, they couldn't wait to dive in! They relished every bite, with the strawberry cheesecake emerging as their favorite, closely followed by the cookies and cream. A big thank you to Shay for assisting us in selecting our mochi donuts. I can't wait for our next visit to this area!

Yelp
Wow!!! We stumbled in after eating dinner next door. We had a hankering for something sweet, and Mama Chai's did not disappoint! I personally picked out the fruity pebbles cereal donut. I was very impressed with their to go packaging, helpful staff, and the delicious donut! The interior had gorgeous live plants. The bathroom was clean! I also loved that they have different games you could borrow and play during your visit.

Yelp
This place has always caught my eye when we are next door eating dinner. The patio was festive for the holiday, plenty of seating and also dog friendly. The area is clean inside and out. The employees were friendly and patient as we read the menu. So many great options for drinks and donuts. The donuts were very cute with holiday themed candies and cookies topped. The mochi donuts were moist and slight chewy with amazing flavors. I actually really liked the plainest donut. Delicious highly recommend coming here for a treat for yourself and family/friends.

Yelp
Such a cute place! Love the outside seating area it's so inviting. The inside is spacious with good amount of seats as well. Customer service was super nice and helpful with what they recommend I get.. I got the signature blended matcha strawberry Oreo and red velvet mochi donut which was light and chewy, perfect texture. Will be back
google avatar

Yelp
Very cute place with plenty of seating. They have a really cute outdoor seating area. It's winter and too cold to sit outside, so can't wait for the weather to warm to enjoy their outdoor space. The service was great - friendly and answered all our questions! Came back another day and tried one of their mochi donuts. Tried the Hazelnut, chocolate, toffee crunch mochi donut. I thought the mochi donut was well made and tasty, however I wasn't a fan of the icing.

Yelp
Came for a Boba date with my daughter and her best friend and we truly enjoyed our time. The staff was really friendly and the establishment is decorated beautifully. Talk about photo ops! We got the salted caramel Nutella, brown sugar milk tea, pistachio, and Oreo. They were all delicious! We definitely will be back for the candied fruit, highly recommend this spot.
google avatar

Yelp
SO I visted again and I was so impressed to find out that they make their own milk alternatives!!! I also tried the pistachio iced latte and it was so yummy because you could tell they used real pistachios and the flavor was so yummy compared to other pistachio flavored drinks I have tried. I cant say enough good things about this place

Yelp
This review is based on a single visit on 12/14/24. First impression: I was drawn in by the cute and welcoming decor, and appreciated the indoor and outdoor seating options. Donuts: their mochi donuts were surprising for a few reasons - they aren't shaped like the typical mochi donut and they come with a ton of toppings, which is not what I typically see with mochi donuts either. They had a nice selection of holiday flavors - some of which had the cutest decorations - including a mini gingerbread man and a reindeer (I think) fashioned out of a pretzel. I really enjoyed the red velvet donut which was covered with a small mountain of red velvet crumbs. The pistachio yuzu donut was super delicious as well.

Yelp
Very cute and clean! The staff were nice and the food and drinks were very good! Would absolutely recommend if you're near Spring Mountain. They even have a board game assortment to play.

Yelp
I was in Chinatown meeting my friend and realized that Mama Chai's was just down the road from our meeting spot. I was introduced to them through an Elite Experience last year and wanted to try them out again. I had some time to kill before meeting another friend for a movie later that night, so I made my way here. They have a guard on duty in their parking lot to ensure that patrons are parking in the lot just for Mama Chai's the AYCE Korean BBQ next to it, and the nearby karaoke lounge. They are right in the epicenter of Chinatown, so it can be hard to enter/exit, depending on the time of day. I walked in and looked at their menu. When I came here for their Elite Experience, I had one of their lychee teas (which was super delicious!), but I wanted to order something different this time around, something that I was more familiar with. I ordered their brown sugar milk tea with boba in it, which came out quickly because it wasn't too busy here. This drink was amazing! I had a brown sugar milk tea at a different boba shop not too long ago, and this one was much better than the other one. It had a ton of flavor to it and didn't end up going bland halfway through. Very satisfying drink overall with that sweet, sweet boba to finish it off with. Their outdoor patio is massive, much bigger and has a little more seating than the inside, actually. It's great for those days where the weather is perfect and if you want to enjoy a nice, cool drink and a doughnut on the side. They also have board games that you can play here. Though Mama Chai's is far from home, I can see myself coming back in the future.

Yelp
Such a great spot especially with the LV heat. We came here because My son wanted the tanghulu and this spot looked to be the most appealing. My son loved the candy myself not so much but that's just beautiful it is way too sweet. The mochi donuts were delish for sure and my favorite was the smoothie. I tried the matcha mango and OMG it was just awesome. Next trip to Vegas I'm definitely coming again.
google avatar

Natasha M.

Yelp
We always come here for our sweets fix! The staff is always friendly and fast. It's a cute little place with a nice seating area outside. Both awesome and relaxing to enjoy your drink at! We always get the cookies and cream drink and make it a point to come here every time. We met some workers at a yelp elite event and they told us the best times to visit here and next! Definitely recommend stopping by!

Yelp
Honestly, this place cooks their boba perfectly! Very soft & chewy. The drinks themselves were good and wouldn't mind trying a few other flavors. Their mochi donuts are also good. The strawberry shortcake was very tasty. Personally not as chewy & light as I prefer but still good nonetheless. The space is plentiful considering their outdoor patio. I'm sure it gets packed during peak hours. Lots of great potential for a fun visit. The main reason for the 3 stars would be the service. No greeting and also a huge lull as the team talked amongst themselves and even walked by. I'm not a fan of feeling like a burden after dropping $30 for drinks and dessert. Hardly deserving of the $1 tip I added to be nice. The lack of customer care is apparent. I don't expect to be catered to like royalty but some decency would be great. I guess that's what you get when kids are hired and not trained with that in mind. NO HATE. It's just my truthful observation based on experience and being in the QSR industry as a teen.

Yelp
This place is super cute, the staff is extremely nice. The Boba is so tasty, the price are reasonable. I love coming here, eat a snack and play some games before I go next door and sing my little heart out

Yelp
Mama Chai's is a great cafe tucked away in the middle of such a busy area. It's adjacent to the Shanghai Plaza and across Chinatown Plaza but they have parking reserved for guests so not a worry even on the busiest of nights. They have a spacious patio that's great for lounging and inside are a variety of games perfect for big groups. The service is fast and they know their menus well so trust their recommendations. I haven't encountered a bad drink at all so everything on the menu comes highly recommended depending on your mood. Pistachio latte is a must try!

Yelp
I've been so excited to try Mama Chai's that I'm honestly sad writing this review as our experience was not a good one. First, we walked in and the 2 employees in the back locked eyes with us multiple times, but never greeted us or came to take our order; their private conversation must have been more important. After 2-3 minutes of standing at the counter, the 3rd employee who was working super hard making all the drinks by himself came to take our order. He was very polite and friendly (hence the 2 stars). We ordered a grape stick with pop-rocks which was pretty good! I've never seen or had a treat like that, so it was fun. I ordered the Strawberry Oreo Matcha which was not great; the boba was delicious, but the drink itself was waaaaay too sweet and I honestly couldn't taste the matcha at all due to the super syrupy strawberries filling most of my cup. My husband had the Lychee Dragonfruit Tea, which was also overly sweet. Most boba shops give you an option for how sweet you want your drink; Mama Chai's did not. I absolutely loved the branding & the overall aesthetic of this shop & their adorable patio. What I did not love was how filthy it was. There was trash everywhere; floor, tables, seats and the trashcan inside as well as the trashcan on the patio were overflowing. It was gross. We were going to enjoy our drinks there, but every available table we sat at was super sticky so we took it to go. I don't know if we hit this at a bad time after a huge rush or what, but I'm extremely confused by the high rating. With soooo many clean & amazing boba shops around the valley, there's really no reason to come back here.

Yelp
Cons: they opened at 11am. We arrived at 245pm. Too many teenagers hanging out. I was looking for the tanghulu. They said it was available between 2-3? But they actually meant cone back after 320pm. Bought a so-so tea and left. It was pricey. Came back after 4pm. Even more teenagers. None of us liked my friend's strawberry tanghulu. Too sugary and tart. Pros: I loved the tangerine tanghulu. I keep thinking about it. Maybe I should make it myself at home? Super cute store.

Yelp
I love everything about this place! Parking - there is plenty of parking. Mamma Chai is tucked away in a plaza next to Shanghai Plaza, where it seems like it is always crowded. Vibes - the outdoor patio is huge and inviting. Plenty of places to sit and lots of greenery between the cacti and the faux leaf wall. Indoors is a nice cafe with one bathroom. Slow jams playing to keep the laid back vibe. If I had to nitpick something, the fabric on the outdoor furniture could use some care. Drinks - The adults split a large Strawberry Matcha Latte half sweet, half ice - surprising combo, but it works. Mainly tastes like matcha, but then you get a piece of strawberry and it's a trip. Strawberry is the jammy kind like in a fruit prep (not a mild fresh strawberry). The kids split a large Brown Sugar Boba Custard half sweet, half ice. This was delicious and the boba was the perfect amount of chewiness. Custard was little bits mixed into the boba (not a huge piece that you get in some shops). Other stuff - We were too full from a day of eating so we didn't try any of the donuts or sugar coated fruits, but they all looked good. Kids had a blast playing large Jenga and Connect Four outside. Awesome place to relax for a while.

Yelp
After eating at China Mama, we were craving dessert but want to avoid all the busy establishment at SHLV. Walking distance at the back side of Shanghai Plaza. Been wanting to try this place for now. They have a great outdoor seating when it's warm enough but the inside was cozy and clean. Service was excellent and helpful. They serve dessert- mochi donut and candied fruit- new buzz. Do love those candied fruit we had in Japan. Too bad they only had candied grapes when we went. They were amazing. They have a good selection of mochi donuts. We enjoyed their speciality drinks. Love the strawberry matcha. It came with strawberry purée and pieces. Great flavor and taste. My family loved the brown sugar boba custard and salted caramel Nutella latte. Place is great to hang out to catch up with friends or even study. Clean unisex bathroom. Would definitely come back again.

Yelp
I stumbled upon this cute little boba shop while touring around China Town. The aesthetics of this place were so adorable. I would come back if I wasn't a tourist! The cactus theme and wall art captured a special place in my heart. I ordered the iced pistachio coffee milk tea. It was definitely worth it. I would definitely come back to this place as a regular as I can tell they have high quality teas.

Yelp
Pretty chill boba place in china town for sure. I love the new renovation from indoor through outdoor. More seatings for everyone to enjoy. The restroom is cute and clean! Check it out I love the touch of board games just in case there's a long wait for people's orders. Highly recommend this place to locals and tourists!

Yelp
Oh my gosh, this place is so cute. They have indoor and outdoor sitting. The aesthetic is so fun and great for Instagram pictures. I went here for the first time. I've heard of so many good things about this place and went a little overboard ordering some tasty things off of the menu. I was welcomed when I first went in and The cashier was extremely helpful with my questions and patient and nice. I ended up going with the strawberry Matcha Oreo drink, I also did the mango passionfruit tea, tried the candied grape and strawberry stick. And also got two donuts. one was a Oreo, strawberry Matcha doughnut, and the second one was the strawberry cheesecake doughnut. Recommended by the cashier it was so good. $5 for a doughnut is pretty pricey when there are other places with two options and just as good donuts .I'm a little sad. They're a little far from home but definitely worth the drive. I wish I had the time to eat there, but I ended up getting everything to go so sorry for not the best pictures but when I go back, I will update my pictures .If you are passing by. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Yelp
After going to Silverlake ramen we decided to stop here for some boba drinks! I ordered the Oreo boba and was surprised and a bit scared when I got it because I'm not used to seeing yellow cream in it. After tasting it, it was so good!! Definitely a must try for something different, but maybe I wouldn't get it with cream next time since it makes it a bit warm and i like my drinks cold. Service was quick and friendly and the ambiance inside was really cool, there were just people hanging around talking. My bf got some type of refresher drink which he really liked as well.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night because we were exploring after dinner and drinks. We had to get some dessert. What caught my eye was the matcha strawberry Oreo. My fiancé and I both got it. Service was pretty quick they had a couple people before us and two people working. So might be a little wait. Inside is nice but there outdoor patio looks like it would be nice to sit when it's not raining. The drinks itself was good. You can taste the matcha and can taste to sour from the strawberry. And creaminess from the cream around the cup. Boba was ok not much flavor.

Yelp
Drinks and food were good. The service was amazing. I love the staff. They were so friendly and nice. The café had such a nice and chill vibe inside. They also offer board games to play. I went with my husband, my 13 year-old daughter and my 10-year-old son. We all had a good time. I also saw they had water bowls for dogs outside.

Yelp
Their mochi donut was so so good! It wasn't shaped like the usual mochi donuts that seem like they're made of 6 connected balls. The inside and outside was also so well decorated, it was such a cute vibe we had a good time sitting there chatting!

Yelp

Yelp
My first time here and the experience was amazing! The donuts are delicious! I love the texture and each flavor actually tastes like what's described! Some mochi donuts are hard to differentiate but mama chais flavors are great. The strawberry matcha Oreo & cookie butter were my favorites. My husband got a taro latte and he loved it, they also make their milks in house! So he got fresh oatmilk with his coffee. The people who work there were so friendly & had great customer service---especially Chris! It's really pretty inside--lots of places for photo ops with your donut & tea!

Yelp
Best spot in town for fresh fruit tea and smoothies! Love the fresh taro smoothie and mango matcha, and the mochi donuts are really scrumptious. Strawberry cheesecake was spot on. Plus outdoor space and games to play. The owner has really gone above and beyond with this place and the staff are always friendly.

Yelp
Already taking a chance by opening another KBBQ concept on Spring Mountain Mr. BBQ's Jenny Chai doubled down in early February 2023 with Mama Chai's, the Boba and Dessert shop joining a crowded market but hoping to succeed thanks to cute design plus quality baking. Accessed via a separate entrance towards the rear of 4240 Spring Mountain Road, an outdoor patio and murals greeting guests, it is via digital menu that one may construct Beverages to their liking while Mochi Donuts and other sweets line a Pastry case near the front. Offering Milk or Fruit Tea, Yogurt Drinks and Frappes featuring Asian Ingredients a look at the Baked Goods spans a dozen or so flavors, the newly launched Mochi Kochi Donut Holes a fun concept making good use of Mama Chai's airy Whipped Cream whether Ube or plain. Open Noon to 11pm Sunday through Thursday and an hour later on weekends the menu continues with Mochi Donuts, an idea popularized by Japan's "pon de ring" already done far better at Mama Chai's than by Paina Café down the road. Made from Tapioca Flour and naturally free of Gluten, their consistency often described as bouncy or light, Jenny's Mochi rings pull inspiration from a variety of cultures, Butterfinger and Oreo as expected while flavors topped in Strawberry Shortcake or the flavors of a Samoa Cookie further magnify the pleasantly chewy base.

Yelp
Im at a Yelp Event where Mama Chai's is here to sample good eats. I got the matcha drink made with oat milk and an almond hazelnut doughnut. I think that's the flavor. My phone took a while to work and I forgot in that time. But I didn't eat it yet! YET

Yelp
In between 702 Karaoke and M-bbq, this hidden gem (same owner as M-bbq) is so cute and has so much attention to detail. Don't let the desert heat shy you away. Their outdoor patio has a misting system to keep you cool but do you really care about that? The drinks are pretty amazing too. I highly recommend the lychee dragonfruit beautifully crafted so you can take that perfect IG picture. They also have a lot of yummy sweet treats like mochi donuts, tanghulu, and mochi kochi. Next time you want something refreshing come to Mam Chai's.
