Took a 6:30 AM yoga class and was looking for coffee and this was already open so I stopped by and got a Darth Mocha, which isn’t sweet at all, they use a dark chocolate, espresso, charcoal, sea salt, and milk of your choice and you can get it hot or cold. A sweet girl that was in my yoga class actually let me in on a little secret…. if you’re in line and you’re at the front… the frame to the right is actually a secret menu so you can just pop it right off and the menu will be on the back ! I am a sucker for cinnamon donuts, and when I saw the cinnamon twist, I knew I needed to have it. It tastes like a churro and it would probably be so delicious dipped in your hot coffee, but I opted for a cold ! It is very vibey inside, but there is seating inside or outside depending on the weather and what your vibe is. The workers are super sweet and really know their menu well so you can ask for recommendations!! I’ll be back after more yoga classes 😉

We’re local to the area and have tried all the coffee shops in the neighborhood. Menotti’s is hands down the best option. Their drinks are delicious. We especially love the cold brew — smooth, bold and never watered down. Thank you for being our safe haven in a neighborhood full of chaos.

7 years between visits and still as amazing. The coffee is an experience. An absolute must have. We also opted for a pear cake , a sprinkle donut and chocolate chip sea salt cookies. Wish they had a Menotti’s where we live.

Great spot in Venice by the beach to drink a coffee and even sit down on the space outside. We were able to take our dogs, and enjoy a delicious creamy coffee and latte just before heading to the beach. Parking can be a little tricky like everywhere in the area. But if you're driving, you can find free street parking few streets down.

Nestled in a tiny corner of Venice Beach lies this lovely coffee shop. It's small, cozy, and has a super nice outdoor seating area that borders the beach! The menu is simple and very well executed (and I would say the same goes for the decor and just the overall vibe). I had an amazing espresso tonic that was perfect for the summer morning! All the staff were very nice and happy to talk me through the menu too. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Coming here on a nice summer morning and drinking coffee outside the shop is a unique feeling that is rare to capture. I can't wait to do it again when I'm back in California!

Delicious coffee for a walk along the beach! Located just under the Venice sign, Menotti's is a cute little coffee shop for a quick stop with quality coffee. They have a specialty menu along with the basics, and they all looked delicious. Inside the shop are a few tables as well if you're looking to cozy up there instead of walking the boardwalk. The staff were friendly, made good recs, and were fairly quick. We got a vanilla latte and a Spanish latte and were very satisfied with both, the Spanish latte especially. Would definitely visit again!

Stopped by on a Saturday around 5 pm. Was looking for some coffee after having lunch in the area and the reviews of this place caught my eye so we decided to give it a try. The barista suggested vanilla latte and Spanish latte. Drinks 5/5 The iced vanilla latte was absolutely delicious!! I am so so picky with coffee and typically disappointed but this drink was perfection! Just the right amount of sweetness and you could taste the vanilla and the espresso! The iced Spanish latte was also delicious but on the sweeter side. Service 5/5 The barista was friendly and made great recommendations based on what I like. He also made the drinks fairly fast as we were taking some pics. Ambiance 5/5 It's a cute and cozy coffee shop in Venice with decent seating. Price 5/5 $14 for two lattes is average nowadays so can't complain! At least they were both tasty and worth the price! Overall Would absolutely come back here when i'm in the area!

When you walk in the first thing you notice is the music is bumping! Even early in the morning, the staff is definitely ready to go. - I enjoyed my coffee and I felt the stuff took a great deal of care and making it. I also feel they take a great deal of pride in the set up of the space with fresh flowers, trendy aprons, and local art. - They have seating inside and they are located a half block from the Venice Beach boardwalk.

Needed coffee after a disappointing latte somewhere else. Recently heard of the Spanish Latte and was excited to see it on the menu here. Order it. It has a lovely blend of mocha and cinnamon. The espresso is robust so you can still taste it (sometimes places have such watered down lattes) and the milk is creamy and rich and pairs well with the sweetness of the mocha. The line moves fast here too

AMBIANCE - Very, very close to the beach of Venice. This spot is beautiful inside and out. Some very limited seating inside, but a decent patio area out front. FOOD - I went in for my first time ever and ordered for a coworker and I. I ordered a Hot Latte with Oat Milk and an Iced Spanish Latte. The hot latte was good (according to my coworker) and my Spanish Latte was delicious. Both drinks were filled to the rim of the cup, which was nice! I will say though, It's a smidge on the pricier end for a typical coffee shop. SERVICE - This is where my review gets a star knocked off. The barista who greeted me was just not it. She was cold and uninviting. Not the absolute worst service I've ever received but it's certainly not even close to being friendly service. I don't know. This was my first time ever trying it and although I really enjoyed the coffee, it makes me hesitant because of the service.

The iced Spanish latte was probably one of the best ones I've had if not theeeee best one I've had. Rich in flavor, delicious and perfectly blended w cinnamon! The servers were fast prompt and kind. As soon as you order, they make it! Ain't that something? The shop was nice, not too big however there are seating outside as well with some umbrellas. Be sure to check out their bookshelf, thought it was a cool display of books!

Drinks: Iced Latte (5/5) - love that it's not sweet at all and you can also taste the coffee Windward punch (4/5) - it's a mix of the different teas they had. It was a little bit too light in taste for us. Space: One large table inside and plenty of outdoor seating. There's some boardgames you can play with too! Parking: Parking around Venice Beach can be a little difficult. We found a public parking further away and just walked through Venice Beach for about 15-20min to reach the shop. Overall: 4.5/5. Love the latte, honestly. If I'm around Venice Beach, I'd probably stop by again

Menotti's shows up on a lot of LA's best-of coffee lists, and I definitely understand the praise. It's definitely a good 3rd wave coffee shop with some serious espresso and a lovely interior. My barista was charming and friendly, and I enjoyed an iced Bees Knees from their Specialties Menu (it wasn't super overpowering for anyone concerned about the floral flavors). I definitely want to try their hot drinks next time! They also have a small parking lot in their back which makes picking up their coffee to go quick and easy!

I just had the WORST experience at the Venice location. I'm a frequent customer and I couldn't believe the gaslighting and attitude I got when I was handed an iced mocha and I told them I asked for it hot and the response was "you said iced" uh no I didn't who orders iced mocha? What kind of customer service was that? She followed up with a comment about how i need to stop taking when i said i know i ordered hot. I'm in shock. I'm shaking I'm so mad and embarrassed. I've been in before with my friend who wanted light condensed milk and the response was "I already started making your drink" before she finished ordering. Im so done. Your coffee is delicious but no customer deserves to be treated the way they're treated at Menottis

This is specifically for the Venice Location on windward. Service was great, no complaints there. Espresso machine was broken/being worked on (not a big deal at all) but the drip coffee that was offered was not okay to serve, it was so damn acidic and very disappointing, I even tried to doctor it up with some cream and sugar but had to trash it after trying to power through it. Waste of 4 bucks. Might come and try a cappuccino/latte at this location (they've been pretty solid on the Washington location). The Menotti's location in Tokyo Japan is the best hands down, the locations here on the west side needs to step their game up.

Went with the "most popular" - Spanish latte- made with condensed milk. It was ok. I'm just being honest and not intending to come across nasty. I've been to tons of coffee shops and this one was the least impressive. Espresso was not memorable. One guy with a beard didn't seem all that friendly. Like, who doesn't say hello to customers as they walk in or approach the counter? No pastries, small bites, nothing. Spent 14 bucks on two lattes with no substitutes The outdoor seating area was cute. Sorry, just not impressed or convinced by these other reviews. Digging the records and hip hop playlist Inside can use a little cleaning up.

This is a fabulous coffee shop in Venice beach just off the strand. These guys know coffee. I ordered a decaf mocha latte and my friend ordered a piccolo. Both drinks were excellent! My coffee had an awesome chocolatey richness with just the right amount of sweetness. There is a large outdoor area for sitting and enjoying the drinks. The prices here are very high. My drink was $8 which is the most I have ever paid for a decaf mocha latte but it sure was yummy, and yes, it's Venice beach so the entertainment is free!

No need anything else. Service: very friendly and fast Parking: street parking but you'll walk a few blocks. - Gluttony Expedition - Cappuccino: This is almost as good as "Blue bottle". Very smooth, well balanced, less annoying acidity, w a full body. No need sugar. Good coffee is like that. The froth milk was creamy - kudos for the barista! Barista makes a huge difference on coffee. They said it was a Australian style, where is very serious on coffee. - Conqueror's Deduction - Try their coffee! Even non coffee lovers can really enjoy coffee! I still slightly prefer blue bottle for smoothness and creaminess , but this is pretty good!

One the one hand, it's a coffee shop. This gem sits at the entrance to Venice Beach and could likely be the best welcome experience you could ask for. Drink offerings are standard fare, but they use top beans, top equipment, and top baristas to make your coffee experience top notch. Best $4 I spent today in a while.

This is a really tiny shop close to the boardwalk and main Venice "entrance" is, so it is a very convenient location for those who are visiting and want to see the frequented infamous vantage point of Venice Beach. Tourist trap location aside though, Menotti's is actually able to deliver a decent cup latte. The Spanish latte is delicious, as one barista so aptly calls it their "gateway" drink which I can see from reviews now that it must be a well liked drink. It is a little on the sweeter side, which I know can be a hit or miss with some folks depending on preferences. What I do appreciate though is that you can still taste the espresso, which is a nice change from some other coffee shops when the espresso is completely masked or burnt. I do prefer roasteries where I can get fresh coffee, as nothing beats a good cup of freshly brewed coffee with freshly roasted beans, but if you want a little sweet caffeinated pick-me-up for your stroll on the boardwalk, I would check out Menottis.

Walked in for the first time for an iced coffee for myself. My wife isn't a coffee drinker but was interested in trying something. She asked James who was at the front and he was useless when asked for a recommendation. She told him that she is not a coffee drinker but does drink tea and wanted to know what he would recommend. His response was "how do you drink your tea". She answered him with "hot." And his response then was "a chai". Because they have a variety of coffee drinks on the menu, my wife was simply looking for a coffee recommendation but James was short, rude with his responses. She then reiterated that she was simply looking for a suggestion on something good that he could recommend but he was not listening or maybe having a bad day? My wife then spoke to his coworker to complete our order, which we didn't want at that point. Nonetheless James continued to rudely speak and was also told my a coworker to stop. The coffee was good! James's customer service was awful

Super nice people working here and the Spanish latte was absolutely amazing. I would come here again and get it for outdoor seating as well as try their other other items. Tiny little coffee shop on Windward just before you get to the Venice Boardwalk. It has seating inside for maybe 6 to 10 people. But plenty of outdoor seating. The coffee here is very good and very expensive today I had a green tea instead of coffee. 12 ounces of water and one jasmine tea bag for five dollars. Rent is very expensive in Venice. So many regulars come here that the workers know exactly what they're having and have it ready for them You will have one of the best coffees ever here.

One of my lowest reviews as of late. The coffee is fine, and not the reason for the low review. The low review is for the following: the barista person who looked like she could not be bothered to take my order. The music which was so gratingly loud it was obnoxious. I get that you have a turntable and a cool sound system, but this is not soul cycle- it's a coffee house, where people would like to sit and enjoy their coffee or maybe a conversation.

I walked into this coffee shop not thinking much of it, I just wanted to grab a coffee and continue on with my day. However, everything changed when I got my drink. I got the BS drink off the secret menu- what a beauty. It had orange zest and chocolate in it. The balance of flavors were truly amazing. With every sip, the flavor became better and better. The service was amazing, line moved quickly and drinks came out right away. All I can say is that coffee was by far the best one I ever got!! Definitely recommend this place, and be sure to look at their secret menu.

The coffee was delicious. The services great and the ambiance very quite and peaceful. The only thing is little hard is the parking. But if you are walking around is the best spot for a coffee.

The best oat milk orange coffee ever! If I lived in town I would be there every morning for it. Holy moly. Also had an almond croissant to go with it. Match made in heaven.

The iced Spanish latte was quite tasty but a little too much cinnamon topping for my liking. The filtered coffee was average to below average; All I got was woody notes.
