Mia's Brooklyn Bakery

The atmosphere is nice and friendly. There is a small patio. The menu offers a wide variety of pastries, cakes and biscuits 🎂🧁🍪 I tried several cakes and they were all delicious: fresh with a good texture. I particularly liked the strawberry shortcake 🍰🍓 - light and not overly sweet. The service was good: the staff were friendly, willing to help with choices and advise on the best. The waiting time to order was also minimal. 👎 ☕️The only caveat: the cappuccino is different every time - sometimes tasty, sometimes so hot or overcooked that it's impossible to drink. 💲 The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products and the portions. Worth the hype!! They do have the best cupcake in New York! Great place for afternoon tea and dessert. Cute and welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and beautiful presentation. I had a slice of German Chocolate Cake and a cup of latte. And took home 4 cupcakes with Tres Leches Cup Cake which absolutely delicious 🤤

I absolutely love Mia’s. It’s the only place I’ll order cake or cupcakes , pastries period from!! Each delectable bite leaves me lingering for more. My favorites is salted caramel, lemon merengue and so much more!! I literally should be the poster child for this place 🥰😍 As I have sent so many people there who then in turn makes Mia’s their place of choice !!

We got the pistachio lobster tail and flan, as well as the speculoos latte and hot apple cider. Loved the apple cider. Flan was dense, and the caramel sauce was a little bitter. Lobster tail had a lot of filling.

Mia's Bakery is another bakery I visited while in Brooklyn. First of all, from the showcase of the display of their cakes from the outside made me want to walk in the bakery and try everything. So many delicious choses. They not only have cakes, they also have slices, pies, cupcakes, cookies, bread puddings. Awe, so may things to choose from. I decided on the pecan cheese cake. It did not disappoint. I can't wait to go back on my next visit and try maybe I'll try a slice of chocolate fudge cake. The pecan cheese cake slice was reasonably priced .

Delicious and Unbelievably Vegan! We recently ordered a three-layer wedding cake from Mia’s Bakery, and it was a showstopper! The cake featured a vegan vanilla base with rich fudge on the bottom layer, smooth vanilla icing in the middle, and a delightful strawberry icing on top. Every bite was absolutely delicious, and our guests couldn’t believe it was vegan! We love Mia’s Bakery because they allow us to enjoy incredible treats without compromise or regret since we are dairy free/lactose. We will definitely be using them for every single event we have. Purchased 2 items to try during my visit, the caramel cheesecake, and the banana pudding. Banana pudding was great, caramel cheesecake was good but next time I would try a different one. Ordered my food to go then realized there’s a small seating area so decided to sit down. Strange thing happened though, the server told me I could not use their restrooms as they were out of service. Then I watched as several of their other guests used their very “in service” restrooms. Not sure of their issue with me in particular but definitely found this to be off-putting, which is the whole reason for the negative review. $25 for two items and they wouldn’t let me use their restroom…
