Nice experience though some dishes were slightly overcooked like the prawn or the duck. The bird nest crab meat soup was great and appetizers too. Perhaps it’s the crowd so quality control was slightly off. Service is great and decorations were nice. Good to try at least once.

Had a really enjoyable meal here. The Chinese dishes were well-executed, flavours were comforting yet refined, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The environment is also a big plus , bright, clean, pleasant, and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a proper meal. Service was attentive and staff were quick to respond, which I appreciated. However, the knowledge and recommendations could be improved. When we asked for suggestions, the staff didn’t really explain the dishes properly and mainly pointed us to order what was on the pictures, which wasn’t very helpful. The tea experience was also disappointing , when I asked about about a certain white tea, the explanation was simply “white tea,” and there was a little snigger, as if we wouldn’t understand what white tea is. It came across as unprofessional. Overall, I’d still return for the food and ambience, but I hope the team can improve on product knowledge and how they guide customers.

Went for a bday celebration - food was good, albeit not spectacular for value. Felt duck was a tad dry, but we had salted veg soup as a second dish and it was really yum. Highly recommend chefs appetiser platter and turbot fish done 2 ways.

Had dinner here during the cny period. The person doing the lo hei for us appeared to not be very familiar with the things to say or the sequence of items to be added. To make things worse, she dropped the abalone on the table and threw it back into our lo hei..... Perhaps try not to do that?!! Anyway, the food was abit of hit and miss. Very disappointed with the peking duck served here. It was quite small and more like a roast duck. The amount of skin they could carve out was pathetic as most of it was stuck to the duck. The one at imperial treasure super Peking duck was definitely much better. Lobster noodles was alright and the homemade tofu in spinach (?) and crab was very good. Prices are reasonable but service was quite poor. I think they were quite understaffed and it took a long time for them to refill our tea.

One of the perfect places I've been to dine at. I've lived in sg for past 21 years and have never been to such place ( could be the fact that i never really drove to dempsey that often) But anyways, it was really good in terms of food, atmosphere, and service. I am actually going back again to try on the dimsum set and have high hopes for it. Its not the cheapest out there, but compared to DTF, Tim ho wan, Swee choon like those franchise and OG places, Min Jiang is ever so slightly more pricey ( for common folks like myself at least) but occasionally visiting wont hurt. + went back another day on Saturday for lunch and had ordered number of dimsum dishes. It's filled with prawn and huge chunks of it which is great, and I am comparing the taste to places like sweechoon or like DTF since I dont venture too much elsewhere for dimsum or xlb. Slightly hefty when it comes to price tag, but with citibank credit card is 15% off so its good. The part where I didnt exactly liked is overlapping day with an wedding. The venue is more open with higher ceiling and atmosphere but because weddings can happen in the restaurant, you will go to a smaller space with not much view of outside and kind of feel claustrophobic. Also, while wedding is ongoing, the groom or the bride sides people will eat and occupy at the tables where dining guests are. I am not saying its wrong, but they are eating outside food and having them at the centre of the room where dining guests are seems weird. There are tables at the corner so it could have been better arranged? If there are functions and events like wedding, its best to perhaps choose another day if you are looking for that whole big space experience but if you okay with smaller area with blocked views, its fine to go as well :)

The food was very delicious. The elegant dining experience was fabulous. The dim sum was also plated very exquisitely, tasted very good, and very fulfilling to my stomach. Very happy with the food, service was average. Highly recommend the turbot fish that was cooked in two ways as well as the exclusive dim sum platter. Would come again if had the chance to. The atmosphere was also very cosy and the other guest were not speaking too loudly.

+The calm and luxurious interior gives off good vibes. +The clerk is kind and professional. +The food isn't usually too seasoned, it's pretty mild. +It's my first time having Beijing duck, and it's super tender with no weird smells. -a bit expensive. -You gotta order Beijing duck ahead of time.

We had our second anniversary dinner and the food was amazing! Relived our wedding days and the food was amazing as usual. We had the fish (steamed sea perch) was like our wedding, and the finale was the Ee Fu noodles. What wedding (anniversary) would be complete without ee fu noodles! We love the food and service handled by the friendly and lovely staff Mdm Sammi. Thank you to her and her team for making it an enjoyable anniversary! To many more years to come!
