"One of our favorite spots to grab a beer and a game of pinball. This former tire shop turned bar features an incredible outdoor patio providing a great selection of craft beer and a chill vibe." - Hyperakt

"Gowanus: Mission Dolores, a beloved neighborhood watering hole, has closed its doors after a decade. Located in an old garage, the Gowanus bar was “the kind of place where you could watch four quarters of a football game and then stick around for beers after, or you could show up for a Tinder date,” according to Grub Street. Mission Dolores has been temporarily closed since mid-December, when its owners announced that the bar would be temporarily hibernating for the winter season." - Luke Fortney

"This Park Slope beer bar, on oasis from busy Fourth Avenue, has an outdoor area where people frequently bring their dogs on nice days. The list of beers on tap is ambitious and long, and the bartenders are generous about offering tastes before making a decision. No food here, but Mission Dolores lets patrons bring food in or order delivery. Happy hour goes from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and includes $1 off beer, wine, and cocktails, plus $4 well drinks." - Alexandra Ilyashov

"Mission Dolores is an indoor/outdoor bar with 20 beers on tap. If drinking rare beers in a converted auto-body shop isn’t quite entertaining enough, this place has a couple pinball machines and some board games. Oh, and they allow dogs. Expect to see equal amounts of four-legged and two-legged creatures here." - Matt Tervooren

Really cute space! Great selection of beers and fun cocktails. Price is decent and it’s got a great San Francisco vibe! Super open concept and spacious.

A most triumph return MD! Fun spot with outside space for dogs. They change their beer pretty regularly and always have something I like.

as great as the atmosphere and drinks are in MD the most important thing is: They have a MFin NBA All Star theme'd pin ball machine. Clyde Drexler is in this. GTFO. 5/5. anything less is a novice score for novice reviewers.

Cool place with a great vibe and awesome beer selection. Definitely a neighborhood local spot, but we're pretty social people from Manhattan and didn't have any issues with rudeness like other reviewers.

A semi-hidden dive bar with a great craft beer selection. 20 rotating taps plus some cans. If you don't like beer don't worry, they have a full bar. The place is kind of small but with the indoor and outdoor seating options it's usually not a problem to get a table. On the plus side: bring your own food, and it's very dog friendly! The only minus is the $20 minimum for credit cards.

Super cool bar where dogs are allowed and the beer is awesome. Like the sibling Bar Great Harry and Owl Farm, dogs are encouraged inside here. The atmosphere is also awesome as it feels like the alcove to an old house or courtyard more than a bar. Of course there are also pinball machines here and the beer selection is vast, unique, and not too expensive. Love this bar.

Very hip bar with a casual but not divey atmosphere. Two pinball machines if you enjoy pinball. Nice beer selection on tap. There is a cool courtyard in the middle of the place which is interesting, but can be a drawback if it rains (you'd have to go through the open air courtyard from the sidewalk to get to the bar, which is enclosed, but you would get rained on on the way in).

Even though we’re visiting the bartender was incredibly kind and welcoming.
