"Snagging a reservation to Monsieur Paul is like getting an early boarding group for the Guardians Of The Galaxy ride—it’s marginally difficult, but will earn you infinite street cred among the Disney adults. Dishes in the seven-course tasting menu are very classic French—things like rack of lamb and snapper topped with crispy potato scales aren’t exactly breaking new ground—but everything is executed very well and will impress your cousin who has seen Ratatouille 5000 times. It also doesn’t hurt that the view from the second-floor dining room makes for a much more luxurious fireworks-watching experience than standing by the lake with a toddler aiming a bubble wand at your face.  " - carina finn koeppicus, anne cruz

"Footing the additional fare to get into Epcot is necessary to enjoy the Bocuse-ian delights of Monsieur Paul’s degustation menu. The elegant $195 experience is devoted to the art of “eating and drinking well,” which is a given considering dishes like coquilles Saint-Jacques, rack of lamb “en cocotte,” and vacherin glacé are all exquisitely presented. Oh, and if you’re considering wearing swimwear to the restaurant, don’t." - Faiyaz Kara

We spent an incredible 4 hours at Monsieur Paul's. Our waitress, Rose, was lovely, very helpful and so knowledgeable. My husband chose the menu with the wine pairings. I chose the menu without pairings and just enjoyed my one glass in addition to the included flute of champagne and the after dinner drink. Each course, 7 in all, was a thing of beauty and delectable. The evening was topped off with a perfect tableside view of the fireworks while sipping our drinks in their elegant beautiful dining room.

Among the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was transformative. When we first arrived, we were met by our server who escorted us to our window table. Our server’s name was Blue and he was engaging and informative about every aspect of our food and the wine he served. We both ordered the wine pairing with our meals and Blue was very good at explaining how each wine paired with its accompanying dish. Each course was a work of art on every level. Delicious, for sure, but also beautiful in its presentation. My wife ordered a special of the day for her meat course, Blanquette de Veau, and it was one of the best things either of us had ever tasted. We loved everything about Monsieur Paul. It’s been almost a week since we were there and we are still talking about it. It is not inexpensive, but worth every penny. We are already planning our next visit.

Fantastic meal at Msr Paul! From the moment we were greeted, through the caviar explanation by Phillippe, the wine pairing, the meal service with the amazing Miya (bon voyage and bonne chance!!) (and Jojo, Guilliam, and and and) and beyond. We will be back.

A fine dining experience in Epcot! If you have the time and are looking to celebrate a special occasion, you need to check this place out! Monsieur Paul took me on an edible journey through every facet of great dining. From the first sip of spirits to the last bites of the core dishes, I kept finding myself pleasantly surprised by the showcase of culinary excellence. Perfectly cooked, wonderfully plated, and lightly seasoned. The flavor profiles and creative plating were innovative yet classic. Course after course with constant table touches, you are constantly catered to. How service should be. Not to mention I had the greatest seat in the house, overlooking France. I could see Mexico, across the water with a clear view for the fireworks. As far as ambiance goes, it was very tame and subtle. Something hard to come by inside a Disney theme park. The escargot (pictured in a bowl with the green pureé), was my favorite dish hands down. Highly recommend. While it is around $200 a person, if you ever find yourself looking for elevated dining within Epcot, this is the place to go. Perfect for a celebration or splurgy date night.

Monsieur Paul is now a chefs tasting menu restaurant under the amazing culinary skills of Chef Bruno, who has been a chef at EPCOT since it opened. The food and service are Michelin Star quality. It’s lovely to have a gourmet option, similar to Victoria and Albert’s, in the park. There’s even an amazing view of the fireworks!

Google
Monsieur Paul's is in the France pavilion at EPCOT. It's quite pricey, but in my estimation it is worth the price. The dishes are huge for fine dining. Our server, Florian, provided warm, knowledgeable, and friendly guidance throughout the meal. He was a delight! We ate at Victoria & Albert's, which was incredible, but honestly- this was just about as good (the escargot was every bit as good as anything we ate at V&A's), and a third the price. The ambiance is upscale without being stuffy. Watching the fireworks from our table was a treat. We will definitely return!

This is my fourth visit to this amazing French restaurant, and it STILL EXCEEDS EVERY EXPECTATION! WOW!! From the moment we walked in. We were treated with such amazing service! Our server Pamela was absolutely wonderful! From beginning to end, she was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience, which was already over the top fantastic, even greater! Each course was supremely balanced and so delicious. It was beyond words. My dad took my family 35 years ago the first time I was there. I was 13, and my sister was 10. we were able to take my son (13), and my daughter (10), such a wonderful thing to share the same experience with the next generation! Now to go back to work so we can come back to this restaurant again! Thank you to all who made it so special and memorable!

This is a very good French restaurant located on the backside of the French Pavilion inside of Epcot. So you must have a park ticket or annual pass to be able to dine here. Reservations are a must, there are no walk ins as it’s always booked out in advance. However, you might get lucky and be able to reserve a last minute table. We had a lovely 7 course dinner here. It’s $200 per person + $100 wine pairing so not cheap. The portion sizes were large French fine dining. Definitely worth coming here if you can swing it.

Yelp
This review will come with a disclaimer, but more about that later. This place has an upscale dining feel, with accommodating servers who make you feel comfortable and taken care of, even if you're more of a pizza-chomper like me. Eating here is an experience, the dishes are well-crafted, delicious and pretty. You'd start with champagne and amuse-bouche, appetizer, fish dish, intermezzo of brandy over sorbet, meat dish, cheese platter, then dessert (and yummy bread offerings in between!). Our server Romain was knowledgeable, sharing information on our food, wine, French dining customs, and interesting tidbits. It's pricey, but worth the experience. My favorite dish of the evening was the escargot, recommended by our server, the snails were hidden underneath beautiful green soup that's really delicious. Disclaimer: This place only has prix fixe menu currently, it's not cheap, expect to spend at least $200+/person. Arrive hungry, you'd get at least 6 main dishes here, even though some of them have small portions, you'd be full! Expect to spend at least 2.5 hours here, you'd want to plan your park visit accordingly. We were seated by the window overlooking the lake, might be nice to watch the 9pm fireworks from this place! Hold off on ordering more alcoholic drinks than provided, save some room for the brandy-soaked sorbet in the middle! It's pretty strong but really good. They will totally accommodate any of your drink requests tho.

Yelp
This restaurant (inside the France Pavillon at Epcot) has a true French vibe to it. We had dinner upstairs overlooking the lake. The menu is a set menu where you can choose the different courses from a selection of three. I had the Lobster Salad, the Snapper, Beef Tenderloin and the Apple Tart. It's plenty of food spaced out. Also in typical French fashion this dinner lasts over 2 hours. The food was deliciously prepared, fresh and with a really nice taste. Paired with a good wine, this is truly a delight. We had an incredible French server named Alexis. He was extremely attentive and contributed a lot to the experience. Now, all of this does not come cheap. Prepared for this to be well over $200 per person with wine. But in return, you're getting an incredible meal experience with a beautiful view, especially at 9 PM when the fireworks happen.

Theresa D.

Yelp
We went here to celebrate our anniversary. We had a fantastic time! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable & made us feel like we were old friends. Yes, this place is expensive. But it's an experience & you will not leave hungry, it's an 8 course pre-fixed meal. At the time of writing this it was $195 per person. You get a glass of champagne & 2 smaller alcoholic beverages. There's an option to add on a wine pairing or there are other options. Very happy we got to experience this!

Yelp
This was, without question, the most spectacularly expensive and elegant meal I have ever had at a theme park. And it was also one of the best meals of the trip! Arriving at Monsieur Paul is entering another world--you are no longer at Epcot or in Florida; you are in this in-between, an unidentifiable location where a bunch of French people decided to bless you with their cuisine. Our maître d' was very aware of every table, and our waiter, Romain, was a delight. We appreciated Romain's attention to traditional formal service with a light-hearted wink and sense of humor. We decided that if we were going to indulge, we would go all in, so we went with both the caviar service supplement and the premier wine pairing. Everything was very well executed, from the first bite to the last. They even put up with my partner's urgency to see the fireworks by speeding up our service toward the end of the meal. This is definitely an indulgence, but worth it at least once.

Kristen S.

Yelp
So so good. A hidden gem and underrated restaurant in France. Every bite was perfect along with stellar service and beautiful ambiance. A must do on every trip.

David G.

Yelp
This was so good. I honestly did not know what to expect from a restaurant like this within Disney, but expectations were far exceeded. Everything was perfect. Our server Arthur was a pleasure to spend the evening with. Started with the lobster salad and escargot. Presentation of the lobster salad was excellent. Escargot includes a small flower from Epcot's best - worst attraction 'Living With The Land' so it's an automatic winner. Besides that, it tasted amazing. The fish course... I can not speak highly enough about the sea bass. Served in essentially what is a croissant, I could eat this every day. The sauce Choron puts it even further over-the-top. The seared scallops in maple pumpkin were excellent, but get the sea bass. The palate cleanser involves a pear in a bottle... pear brandy.... An unexpected delight Rack of lamb... perfect And then, the chocolate desert. Such a joy to finish dinner with. They turn over the tables by the window so the earliest (5pm) and latest (7:15?)reservations get those seats.

Yelp
Monsieur Paul is amazing! My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary there about two months ago. We were seated at a beautiful window table and enjoyed every single dish we were served! If you get a chance to try this enchanting restaurant, do not hesitate!

Yelp
Covid 19 shut them down for too long, but finally one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando has reopened. Sadly, it's not one of my favorite restaurants any more. They have a limited menu in the pre-fixe format so if you're kind of limited on the options. I will say I preferred the open menu they previously had. Service was good, but a tad slow. I think we dined on their 3rd day of re-opening and we arrived shortly after 6p and left shortly after 9p. This meal should not have taken 3 hours. We started off with champagne then had some pear brandy with ice cream as an interlude. We also got one "wine option" and shared. Nothing was wow-your-socks-off good, and I have no idea what I was drinking. There could have been a presentation by showing the bottle and explaining why the wine went with the dish, but that didn't happen here. Big miss! The food was all excellent with the exception of the desserts, which were good, but not excellent. Everything from the amuse bouche of tuna tar-tar to the soup and lobster "salad" (salad is a loose interpretation of what it was) to the fish course to the meat course was all spectacular. The lamb was the most tender I've ever had and the filet was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, which rarely happens these days. The bread service was a little odd and some pieces were SUPER hard to the point it was hard to eat. I like by bread crusty as much as anyone, but not to the point of having it hurt your gums when you eat it. It was used to slather up every morsel of sauce from the various plates. There's not a good way to say this, and I can't confirm it's because of this place, but I spent 2 days in the bathroom after eating here. I doubt it was somewhere else that caused it, but it's a possiblilty. We enjoyed it, but due to the lack of options, it's not somewhere we can go regularly. And with the $200 price tag per person, I can see it being a challenge to keep up this pre-fixe style. Mind you, this is a restaurant at a Theme Park, so the audience is people at EPCOT. They do have a dress code, but like most places at the parks, it didn't seem to be enforced. Kudos to the staff, the presentation of the food, the managers, and everyone else working in this restaurant. It's sad to go from my favorite restaurant in Orlando, to a 3 star experience. Unless the pre-fixe changes to something really enticing, I can say I probably won't plan on returning.

Yelp
Wow! Our dinner here was spectacular! We hadn't been back here for over a decade since the menu changed from à la cart to prefix. We were a bit hesitant on booking this dinner as it was a bit pricey. However, we were pleasantly surprised not only the best in-park dining experiences we have had at Disney but also one of the best restaurants we have done at Disney. Our service was impeccable. Both my mom and I were served each course at the exact same moment. Our waiter was very attentive and walked us through each course. I really enjoyed that the restaurant was very quiet and quaint. It allowed us to unwind from our day. It was also really nice watching the fireworks from the window. The lights were dimmed and the music was piped in to the restaurant. I will note, by the end of our meal we were extremely full. I really enjoyed being able to select the food each course and personalize the menu. The snapper and lamb were cooked perfectly and some of the best I have had. We will definitely dine here again!

Yelp
I'm in a couple of different Vegan groups and had asked for some feedback on dining experiences in France when I heard that we had dinner reservations. Most of the feedback was regarding the limited option, Ratatouille, available at Chefs De France. Initially, I had mistaken Monsieur Paul for Chefs De France because I thought that's where our reservations were at. We dined with a large party upstairs as a gift from my husband's boss, who is good friends with the chef. This was an amazing experience overall and not at all what I had expected, it far exceeded anything I had in mind. We were treated to a 5 or 6 course meal, I don't even know how many courses to count because some were accompanied by drinks, a palate cleanser, bread, cheese, and dessert. For those in our party that were drinking, there was also an option for wine pairing. All of the food was brought out by very attentive and knowledgeable French servers with the upmost respect. Since they don't get many vegans dining, there isn't a printed menu, so I wish I could have been able to keep track of everything they brought out as alternatives to the prix fixe menu that everyone else chose from. Take a look at my photos for a glimpse at what they brought me. Not pictured* the dessert course, which was a berry sorbet with fresh berries and syrup. Definitely 5/5 stars!!

David A.

Yelp
I will confess this is one of my favorite places to have a fine dining dinner in Orlando. The menu is prix Fix which is a turn off for a lot if people that are looking for budget friendly French experience, but for me the price is fair for an outstanding 2+ hour dinner. Check my photos and get the wine pairing, it's outstanding. The Chef has been at this property for many years and is easy to talk to about menu concerns or just to say hi (Chef Bruno). The manager 8s equally qualified and runs a great restaurant. He represents Chef Paul so we'll and happily will have a chat at your table (Mr. Philippe Girard)

Jim B.

Yelp
We dined there for dinner, and everything was very good, except for the beef loin was slightly overcooked. I had asked for it medium rare, and it came medium. Not a problem. Unfortunately they were out of the particular caviar extra course I wanted, but that turned out to be a good thing because it was plenty of delicious food. The service was excellent and the timing was good. I ordered the wine pairing which I enjoyed very much. I would definitely make this part of an Epcot experience again.

Yelp
Monsieur Paul's reopening with their new Prix Fixe menu excited me after wanting to try the restaurant for four years. I made the reservation and went for it, despite the high price, and it did not disappoint. The service was friendly, well rehearsed, and refined (but not pretentious). The restaurant itself is quaint and relaxed. I felt like I was in a France. The service began with a glass of Champagne Charles Malard. Crisp, bubbly, and very easy drinking. Personally, I loved it. We were given our Tuna Tataki amuse-bouche, which was very light, refreshing, and mild. Simply delicious. I ordered the Saffron Mussels Soup, which was lighter than it appears and served with finesse. I'm not a big fan of mussels, but I felt like they were done correctly. For the fish course, I ordered the Snapper with Rosemary Sauce. This was the best piece of fish I have ever eaten, served with the best sauce I have ever tasted. My complements to the Saucier! For the meat course, I ordered the Filet. It was cooked a perfect medium-rare, and was served with a well executed Bordelaise and mashed potatoes mousseline. An absolutely wonderful dish. Cheese is not my thing. The course satiated my interest more than my palate. It was well explained by our more than empathetic server. The dessert was an absolute treat. The signature Chocolate Sphere had so many distinct flavors and textures and was served with flair. The mignardises were *chef's kiss* the perfect end to the meal. I've eaten a lot off excellent food in my life but this was one of the most impressive and satisfying meals. My complements to our server, Luke C, Crome Nice, France. He was my favorite server I have ever had. He was knowledgeable, personable, and truly passionate. It showed. I would return anytime thanks to his service, and I'm sure the other servers are similarly wonderful. Monsieur Paul is an excellent choice for anyone with an appreciation for or looking to experience French cuisine. The restaurant is perfect for celebrating an occasion or treating yourself. Expect to spend about $550 for two people with a glass of wine each, but it will be well worth it.

Yelp
Surprised by the excellent food quality and wonderful service in a Disney park. Often at this caliber of restaurant, the service can be slightly condescending. Not the case here. They made us feel welcome (even in our shorts and T-shirts) and found the balance of explaining ingredients to inform without talking down to us. From the chef to the waiter it was a great experience. As a side note, we loved the option of cocktail pairings instead of wine pairings. The cocktails were amazingly balanced and fun highlight to a great meal.

Lynne G.

Yelp
The best meal we've had...ever. At this price point we should be far past a critique of cooking techniques or waitstaff professionalism, yet when either of those elements fall short of expectations the value proposition of an establishment of this caliber is quickly undermined. We spent $650, and our exact words on the walk out of the park were, "that was phenomenal, and totally worth it". We don't say that very often. The decor is formal, but comfortable. Be prepared to ascend a flight of stairs to gain access to the restaurant located on the second floor of a French World Showcase building, and also be prepared to descend them after five+ rounds of wine pairings. In fact, my only criticism is that it's a long walk to either park entrance with a very full stomach and a happy wine buzz, but an after-dinner walk IS helpful to the digestive process, I suppose. I hated to wear sneakers, but after a day of Disney-ing, it was the only way I could comfortably walk that far. The food is French; no cultural fusions, just wonderfully traditional French flavors. The saffron mussels soup, salmon wellington, and whipped potatoes were the highlights of a perfect meal, but absolutely everything served was magnificent! It's a prix fixe with optional wine pairings. In true Disney fashion, the maitre d' moved our entire pre-dessert table setup to one of the limited fireworks-view tables vacated by an earlier guest so that we could watch the show, and as we were leaving the majority of the staff acknowledged us like old friends. Having also been to Victoria & Albert's, if you're faced with a choice between the two establishments, choose Monsieur Paul. Every aspect was perfect from start to finish which created a dining experience that tops our (extensive) list.

John H.

Yelp
This was my first trip to Disney/Epcot. This restaurant was a last minute choice and it was the best meal of my life. The whole experience was made by our waiter Florian. He is passionate about food and made the whole experience unforgettable. The food was all fantastic however Florian was the star of the show. Best meal ever!

Judy C.

Yelp
My husband made a reservation here for our family of four. We are from the West Coast and it was our first time bringing our teen kids to Disney World. We were exploring other parts of the park in the beginning of the week when I realized it would be too tight with fast pass windows to make it comfortably to our dinner reservation. The big rides were taking way longer than we were used to at Disneyland. He canceled just within the 3d time frame. He forgot that there was $100 per person charge and there was no reminder about that online. Obviously we would have gone instead of losing $400. I find it hard to believe with the park as packed as they are that they didn't turn around and fill that table.

EM H.

Yelp
Monsieur Paul is the Signature Restaurant in the Epcot Center's France pavilion and is our TOP meal of all time at Walt Disney World. This upscale restaurant offers to its guests a culinary adventure into traditional French cuisine with a modern twist. Located on the second floor, you enter the dining room of the restaurant via an intricate spiral staircase. The venue is casually formal and inviting - no stuffiness here. The decor has elements of classic, but modern European design to maintain the fine dining atmosphere, while in a comfortable setting. Lending an air of authenticity, the menu is written in French with English translations. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, happily providing guests with detailed descriptions of menu offerings. You will enjoy impeccable service during the entire duration of your visit. From the Hors d'oeuvres course to the Plats principaux through the Fromage & Desserts, one will relish in a truly delectable gourmet dining experience at Monsieur Paul. Every dish is beautifully sophisticated and exquisitely delicious. The seafood plates are delicate, fresh, and delightful. The Filet de boeuf grillé forestier is perfectly tender, moist, and heavenly rich in taste. La barre au chocolat from the Dessert menu is a luscious piece of chocolate art. Dinner at Monsieur Paul is phenomenal; an amazing experience not to be missed by an epicure visiting the Epcot Center. It's a splurge, but worth every savory bite for a true gastronome!

Yelp
After missing the boat on the many restaurants in the World Showcase during my first visit to Epcot, I knew for sure that I had to try something in the France Pavilion on my next visit. Monsieur Paul is the top restaurant there, so I came prepared with my reservation (and my change of clothes...more on that later). Had the oxtail broth for appetizer, black sea bass for my entree, and le vacherin classique for my dessert. Overall, the meal was definitely one of the best I've had at any Disney property. Definitely had a proper French dining experience. Service here was impeccable as expected. Thanks go to my server Jean-Philippe for providing such a great experience. And of course, appreciate Disney making sure that everyone that is staffed here is actually French. Ambiance here is very good. The restaurant has tables spaced out really well to minimize the amount of noise. Only thing that did annoy me was that a big deal was made about the dress code on the website, yet I definitely saw a few people without collared shirts. Well, I definitely wanted to dress proper for my dinner, but yeah that annoyed me. Overall, really enjoyed my experience at Monsieur Paul. Would love to come back!

Marjorie H.

Yelp
What can I say. As an overall experience, this was a 5 out of 5. The service by Richard was phenomenal. The drinks were timed perfectly, the appetizer was timed perfectly, the main course was timed perfectly, the dessert and coffee - timed perfectly. We were never waiting or searching for our server, he was always right there when we needed something, but away enough to make us feel like we could have an honest dinner conversation. My husband opted for the French Martini they were making. It was amazing. I found a wine that I haven't seen or found in a store for several years! I was thrilled. If you love French Wine like I do, take advantage! The appetizer we picked was not on the menu, but they allowed it anyway. We opted for the full 6 cheese platter. Oh my! The cheeses overall where some of the best cheese we've ever had. It was the first time in a few years that we truly enjoyed every type of cheese. For our main course, I got the New York Strip and my husband got the Black Sea Bass. My only suggestion here is that if you are like me and prefer to have your steak well done, think about asking for medium well. It was a bit tough, but cooked how I prefer, so that was on me. The Black Sea Bass comes with potato scales which were perfectly placed and perfectly spaced. Finally, dessert. My husband got the macaroon which were stuffed with sliced strawberries and a cream, and had sorbet on a bed of powdered sugar to keep it from sliding around on the plate. I had the Milk Chocolate Sphere. Richard presents it and then poured a warm chocolate and cognac sauce over the sphere, causing it to collapse and reveal the chocolate surprise inside! As foodies, we look beyond the food. When we walk into someplace like this, we expect to have good food. What we crave is to be surprised. Tonight those surprises came in several ways - the plating of the food was stunning, the pace of the service was spectacular, the French Martini was a surprise, and the Chocolate Sphere was beyond words. It was a great night.

Yelp
So in honor of my girlfriend's birthday, I brought her here this year. It was a surprise, but I think she had an inkling, because of Tables in Wonderland account had expired and I never renewed it. Tip: This place does not accept Tables in Wonderland. We get there a little bit before our reservations, we climb the beautiful staircase, and we get seated promptly. Our server is actually from France, which is really kool. He's a super nice guy who has mastered the art of checking in on us often, but not too often. We chose one of the prix fixe menus. I can't find it on the internet, but I'll explain the courses. So for our first course, I had Oxtail broth with braised beef, vegetables and black winter truffles covered in puff pastry and my girlfriend had the Escargot with Garlic Butter (served in a gougère, parsley cream, mushrooms, pickled vegetables). Super happy with both dishes. The broth was so deep and rich. The truffles were as delectable as they look on the Food Network. The puff pastry was fun and a good thing to mix in and eat like a French dip. The escargot was delicious, too. Unlike anything served at any of the Epcot festivals. Tender and popping with flavor. I would say the escargot was the better dish. For the entrees, she had the Black Sea Bass (in potato 'scales', fresh spinach, rosemary sauce). I had the Roasted Berkshire Pork Chop (with fricassee and puree of savoy cabbage, roasted potatoes, pork jus). Her sea bass was cooked perfectly and was super flakey. The scales were laid out and executed just like they should be in a fine dining joint like this one. The sauce was my favorite part of the dish, though. The creaminess with the rosemary-forwardness of it all. Wow. I wish I could have bought a bottle of the stuff. My pork chop, however, was superior. The cook was the most perfect I've ever seen. It was juuust pink. Like pork should be nowadays. The sides were fine. I wish there were more potatoes, but I am greedy. I loved how the flavor of the meat intensified as you got closer to the bone. The server offered to cut it for me. I think that's standard. I said no thank you, though. Strange. Now for dessert. We got the Warm Chocolate Almond Cake (with raspberry coulis in the center, hazelnut crust, hazelnut ice cream) and the Milk Chocolate Sphere (Chocolate almond cake, praline and chocolate cream, light hazelnut biscuit with chocolate ice cream, warm chocolate, and Cognac sauce. Dessert prepared with alcohol products). The cake was wow. It is obviously Nutella-esque, but it was subtle. It tasted naturally flavored as opposed to artificially. It's hard to explain. Just get it. It was the better dessert. The sphere. It was kool. I took a Snapchat video. But, it was nothing special. If you order this, you're ordering an experience, and that it was. I felt like I was on Chef's Table or something. Overall, this place was great. It was five stars in price, but I wish I could give it six stars in food. Wowey wow wow. I will come here again in about a year, as they said that their current menu will soon change drastically, now the man who inspired the name has passed away. I'm anxious to see what new things they will offer me.

Yelp
This was my birthday spot and I've been going every year for my birthday since they opened. We always sat under the portrait of Chef Bocuse. Service and food was amazing. They always add that Disney magical touches too for my birthday. I'm so sad that they have closed and not reopened yet. I have heard rumors that the higher end restaurants at Disney such as Sir Paul and Victoria and Alberts might be reopening in March 2022 so I'm holding out hope that this will open back up in time for my birthday in April. So rumor has it that Victoria & Albert's will reopen at the end of July 2022 and Monsieur Paul should be reopening in September 2022. Fingers crossed!

Yelp
My husband treated me to the " Parisian afternoon" lunch here and WOW! It's upstairs and just beautiful. It's unlimited mimosas and the little finger foods were so good! I ate way too much and don't get finish everything. I loved it and would highly recommend it!! We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought out a special plate for that....so sweet.

Rob H.

Yelp
The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff really made my special occasion feel even more special. I am an incredibly picky eater, but each course was more and more delicious, beyond anything I've ever eaten/experienced in Disney World. If your looking for a relaxing, beautiful dinning experience, with exceptional service, this restaurant is really worth it. I also enjoyed the wine pairing, which was definitely worth the price and exceptionally paired with the food. What a truly wonderful experience. My only tip, do not eat/snack beforehand, because you will be stuffed once you leave!!

Hector J.

Yelp
Awesome experience! The quality of the food and service was excellent. I had high expectations based on reviews I read and didn't expect them to be surpassed but they were! I would definitely visit again on a special occasion!

Yelp
This is the only fancy Disney restaurant that I've been to so far. It's very cute and hidden inside the French part of Epcot. I really appreciate the decor and all the French staff. It's amazing how a fine dining restaurant can exist in the middle of chaotic Disney World. The food is authentic French cuisine which is prepared with French techniques. The wine offerings were acceptable and moderately priced. The cognacs were actually pretty affordable.

Sarah S.

Yelp
One of the best meals I've had on property! From start to finish, service to the food, everything was impeccable. This is the best restaurant in Epcot, I'm sure of. Les Chefs de France is great, but this is classic French cuisine served in the most classy way possible. And when in the world do you get to wear vacation wear to fine dining!? At Disney World. That's when. You'll find Monsieur Paul in the France Pavilion a bit hidden with a small entrance off the cobblestone street. Upon entering you are met by the most charming & friendly hosts who take you upstairs to the dining room. If you're lucky, you'll be seated along the 2nd floor window so you can engage in some fun people watching between courses. Now since this is a French restaurant, expect a wine heavy libation menu. I'm a beer girl and there was nothing for me here, but no dings against them for that, it's to be expected. I ended up getting a glass of white and sipped away during dinner. We started with the Soupe aux Truffes V.G.E. appetizer ($29) which was a puff pastry in an oxtail broth filled with braised beef, veggies & black winter truffles.Presentation for this dish (and every dish!!!) was impeccable. Beyond that, taste was fantastic, too. Loved this appetizer we split between the two of us. For me entree, I knew going in I wanted the Bar Noir Écailles de Pommes de Terre ($42). Now I don't speak French but that hopefully means Black Sea Bass and not something totally terrible. What did I want this? For my Insta Game of course! Yes I'm one of those terrible people who takes photos of my food. C'mon, you all should know this by now. But if food pix are your thing, this black sea bass will be perfect for your game. It is covered in potatoes made to look like fish scales making this the most instagrammable dish ever, with a dash of spinach & sauce on the side for that pop of color. Rest assured, not only is this dish beautiful but every element is done well with them all melding together just perfectly. I had to keep reminding my friend to save room for dessert as I had been eyeing the La Verrine Pomme Caramel ($13) for months. It's rare I go for a non-chocolate dessert but this sweet & savory goodness just had to be mine.Caramelized apples, shortbread, vanilla cream, green apple sorbet present beautifully with a warm caramel sauce then poured on top table side. As with every dish at Monsieur Paul, this dessert had the most awe inspiring presentation and also wow-ed us in flavor. It's hard to properly present in words how fantastic everything at Monsieur Paul was. I love the elegant but relaxed atmosphere at Monsieur Paul. The service was at an Alinea-level (for those Chicagoans among us) with every aspect meticulously planned out. Especially for kids, I feel like this is a great intro to fine dining. Every bite we had was so incredibly delicious and I will absolutely be back next time I'm down at Disney.

Yelp
After a long day walking around Epcot eating quick service food, it feels so nice to come to Monsieur Paul and have a more upscale dinner. The atmosphere is elegant and the service is friendly and courteous. It is what you would expect for a fine-dining establishment. I ordered the Black Sea Bass and it came beautifully presented. The sauce it is served in is delicious- I wanted to drink it with a straw! The fish was cooked perfectly, and was served with a crunchy endive gratin. My husband's New York Strip Steak was also plated nicely, and featured fried pearl onions which I haven't seen before. Tasty! The quality of the steak is 10x better than what you'd get at Le Cellier, but with the same price tag.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants on WDW property. This spot is hidden in the France Pavilion so I had never heard of it until a friend of mine told me about it. All I saw was the one restaurant you walked by which looked chaotic inside. Monsieur Paul is a great spot for a romantic or special occasion dinner. Not good for families with loud kids. Since it is in the park there are people in all kinds of attire. That night we decided to dress nice. The ambiance is nice, service was great, and the food was delicious. I love French wine and this place had an amazing wine list. Alexis was our server. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. I would ask for him again. For our entrees, we both went with pre-fixe menus. We love being able to try new foods and eat things we normally wouldn't. My husband got the 3 course menu and I went for the Prix Fixe Menu Dégustation and it was so much food LOL. The menu does change seasonally so keep that in mind. I asked the server to pick out the cheeses for me, things that are all different and that I couldn't find in stores easily. For the dessert, definitely go with the Chocolate Sphere. Everything we ate was delicious and this spot is now where I go for my birthday every year. Tips - I do not believe they accept any discounts Ask to sit near the window if you can You can ask for more bread if you want :)

Yelp
Disney knows what it's doing in terms of food. Monsieur Paul may not be one of its most wildly popular restaurant at Epcot, but it is a nice option for those who don't mind splurging a bit on some nice French cuisine. Hang left when you enter France and you should see the restaurant very shortly. Our server was very friendly, but the one downside to our experience here is the overall slow service. It took quite awhile (and a reminder) to get our water glasses filled and another wait for the bread to arrive. We had the beef tenderloin and duck breast - both prepared exactly as we requested and plated attractively. My husband loved the breaded oxtail on the tenderloin and the duck was just so darn good. True to French cuisine portions are on the small side so if you are a big eater, prepare to order some sides/appetizers as well to satisfy that tummy. Two entrees and two glasses of wine easily hits the $100 mark. They do have upper level dining with tables for two against the windows so you can see outside and watch the fireworks if you are there at the right time.

Kelly N.

Yelp
Don't go here if you don't want to spend at least $40-$50 per person. The portions aren't huge but they're enough to satisfy your palette. It's definitely about quality here, not quantity. Their menu isn't huge either so that usually means that they've perfected the dishes on the menu. The service was good and the food was great! They have bread for apps but it's servers going around with it and not a basket at the table. I ordered the red snapper with potato scales and it was delicious! I've never tried red snapper before and now I'll always compare it to this dish so I'll likely be disappointed in the future. Haha For dessert I got the globe and the server comes out and pours hot chocolate sauce on it and it melts. Pretty cool presentation!

Yelp
So, Disney is my thing....my mother and I have been going to the usual French restaurant since I was a kid (this is more thdecades folks) we always enjoyed watching the Epcot laser light show and fireworks while we got fancy French food. But WHO KNEW there was an even more fancy and fabulous place just over our heads!!! Monsieur Paul's! Escorted up, me in my casual-tank dress with a kimono-type jacket, hubs in his 'fancy' shorts and black t-shirt. A window seat! Next we were greeted by Elias, who took us through the menu, 2 price fix options and so many more options. We opted for the price fix and escargot app, with the sea bass. Cheese plate and dessert. The oxtail soup come with puff pastry that you smell and crack open. Inside, the most rich, beef broth, meat, and veggies. The escargot was stuffed in puff pastry / light airy bread, which made it not like the buttery rich escargot I am used to, but rather an amazing way to present the snails and enjoy them. Dinner, wow. Lamb chops to perfection, sea bass is a must (mentioned in many other reviews), bread service from the start. We opted for the apple dessert and packed up our cheese plate (for today!). My new fav place- my husbands fav place in WDW - V&A has met its counterpart Taking off stars...as I said, nostalgia is here for me and my family- Mom. We came to 100%see the final night of the Epcot fireworks show. I also wanted to introduce my mom to the amazing restaurant on top of our usual place in France(see previous review). Expectations are high. The service was just ok-just OK for $500 is unacceptable by any standards. I felt s bit rushed and the food was cold!! I feel as though we were the final customers and the chef was done..... We had both tasting menus, soup and lamb split for my boys. The oyster app was 1/4 slice of an oyster, and glopped with cream sauce similar to Swedish pickled herring. Caprese app with tomato water was amazing as was the scallops. The oxtail soup is delicious. Snaps served over a crisp-pie like crust. The decorations on the plate were beautiful, but dried so we couldn't use them to help flavor the food. Main meal- the tiny tiny veal (about 4" diameter cup filled with 4-5 1/2 inch bites of veal.... and it was cold! I asked our server if this was supposed to be cold- her answer 'yes'...are you kidding me!!!! really? Yes your main dish is supposed to be cold....unimpressed.and I highly doubt it- cold? No way. Fish - Dover sole was fantastic Sea bass no potatoes and like warm- no scalloped fancy scales like in all the pics- shameful Puff pastry covered lamb was good If I was eating and eating by tonight alone- it would be a 3star. In fact, I am changing my reservations in November for this place- picking a new spot. Not happy -not as magical as I had wanted for the final fireworks at Epcot.

Yelp
Monsieur Paul is ridiculously awesome. Is it pricey, yes, but what would anyone expect from a signature restaurant at Disney World. The staff is great, everyone from the greeters to the waiters. They are great with describing the food, and quick with their service. And the food! Delicious! I had the oxtail broth soup and my wife had the lobster salad to start. The soup was amazing! Broth was really meaty and the chicken and veggies inside were perfectly cooked. I also tasted the salad, and you couldn't ask anything more from that lobster. For the main courses we got the lamb and the monk fish. Both cooked perfectly and with great sauces. My suggestion is to finish it off with both of the signature desserts. We had the chocolate sphere and the caramelized apples. They both were a great serving experience. The presentation was awesome and kind of like a show!

Yelp
Five stars for a fantastic, upscale French restaurant in the France Pavilion at Epcot. What a treat to get to enjoy Monsieur Paul! The vibe is romantic, the food is very posh, and the service is white glove caliber. My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner, and it was beyond what I could have imagined. We sat by the window and enjoyed the fireworks show from the perfect spot. The server even moved tables for us so we could have a great viewing position. What a way to go above and beyond! The food is good, but you must have a refined palette to appreciate a lot of it (aka lots of weird stuff). I had the veal and my husband had the pork chops. They were both great dishes, but the pork chops were definitely better. The decor is very quintessential French, which was so nice to experience in the US, especially at a Disney park. I love this place and it reminds me of my honeymoon in Paris so much, that I will make it my new celebratory US place. Do make it a point to make a reservation and enjoy!

Yelp
My husband and I thought this was going to be the highlight of our trip. We had been to this restaurant many years ago when it was a la carte and had an amazing evening. Not this time... In retrospect, we did not care for the narrow menu items offered in the pre fix menu. It felt very manufactured going down a list and seeing guests beside you eat the same thing. The lobster appetizer had small white fish bones which were not thoroughly removed. We found the filet mignon to be tough and underwhelming. At this point, we had been at the restaurant already 2.5 hours, we were getting fidgety, tired and based on the previous lackluster courses, had enough. We left after the main course and skipped the cheese and dessert courses. We also had decided to do the more expensive wine pairing at over $130 per person. This was a glass of wine for EACH course plus a cordial at the end. SO, 4 glasses of wine, a cordial and a glass of champagne upon being sat. It was too much alcohol to consume and still have your senses about you. We had the champagne and 3 glasses and wasted most of each glass. Service was excellent as was the atmosphere. It's a gorgeous and special environment. I will say it was very surprising to see how some diners were dressed. This restaurant has a strict guideline about attire and it should. It is even posted upon entering the restaurant. Regardless, we had two men dressed in shorts and tee shirts near us and another table a woman was wearing a bathing suit tank top. It was very disappointing that management did not enforce this. If you decide to dine here, be aware of how long this dinner can be and that the menu will be worth the cost to you. I would avoid doing either of the wine pairings. It should have been offered as a wine flight instead. I hope that the model of this restaurant will be evaluated and adjusted. For us a better experience would have been the previous a la carte menu to explore more food items along with a wine flight.

Yelp
So far this is the best dining experience I've had in the Disney system (haven't been to Victoria and Albert yet) I've done Remy on the cruise lines and significant enjoyed this meal more. Possibly due in part to the relaxed dress code of the park. I hate eating in a jacket. I did the seven course tasting with the wine paring with the exception of the cheese course I found the menu near perfect. Don't get me wrong the cheese course was not bad but I think I prefer Italian chartreuse cheese to French

Yelp
Walking into the France pavilion, you're instantly greeted by their restaurant Les Chefs de France. However, walk a little bit inward and hook a left and you'll find Monsieur Paul. I heard great things about this restaurant so I was excited to try it myself. Monsieur Paul is located upstairs, directly above Les Chefs de France. I love the atmosphere - it's intimate, quiet, and elegant. You're in the middle of it all without the hustle and bustle of the theme park it sits in. While we didn't get a bread basket for our table, a cast member was walking around with a large basket filled many different individual sized loaves, giving us the opportunity to choose the one we wanted. I decided to start off with the carrot soup which also contained julienned red peppers and a lovely foam. The soup was velvety smooth and the peppers gave a nice texture. For my main I had the roasted chicken which came with sunchoke puree, black truffles, and brussels sprouts with bacon. Everything was very tasty and presented beautifully. I couldn't leave without dessert - I went with the almond macaron which came with caramelized apples and green apple sorbet. I loved everything about it - the filling of the macaron was creamy but it wasn't overly sweet at all. The sorbet was refreshing and complemented well by the caramelized apples. Monsieur Paul has found a new fan in me - really great experience and definitely a place I would return to.

Yelp
First, if you are going to be eating here, you MUST ask for Elias to be your server. He is the best server I've ever had at a restaurant, bar none! Monsieur Paul is tucked in the France section of Epcot and could be easy to miss. It's a pretty tiny space in the upstairs of another restaurant. It's very cozy and romantic. Elias was our server and recommended everything we ate. I went with a salad of endives and Roquefort cream while my boyfriend went with the beef soup in an oxtail broth. Mine was delicious, but his was a home run. Rich, hearty, and amazing. For entrees, I went with the black bass and bf got the pork tenderloin. The bass was beyond delicious. The crispy potato and heavy cream sauce with the light flaky fish was amazing and very French. I didn't try the pork, but he loved it as well. I also must say the complimentary bread is some of the best you will ever have, if not THE best. As a lover of all things apple, and got the apple dessert and said it was perfect. I got the cheese selection and loved everything. I will say, it's probably best left to serious cheese lovers, as there is a very potent blue cheese! We had a great view of the nightly fireworks from our table as the perfect end to one of the best days and meals of my life.

Kimberly H.

Yelp
We had an early reservation so the dining hall was pretty empty while we were eating. But the service was good, the servers constantly checked in with us and were very friendly. We ordered the beef tenderloin and duck entrees. Both meats were very tender and flavorful, the sauce on the beef tenderloin was interesting. It also came with a soft meatloaf on top and a side of mashed potatoes with truffle oil which was amazing! The duck was meaty and not too chewy. The restaurant is located upstairs and had a nice view of the world showcase outside.

Yelp
Chef Nicolas Lemoyne's updated menu elevates Monsieur Paul's already exquisite cuisine to a sophisticated French experience not found in many restaurants outside of France. Tonight dinner started with the Amuse-bouche of scallop for the first of seven courses on the tasting menu. This little gem was fried and presented with a sauce that was light and refreshing. The second course was escargots in puff pastry with king oyster mushrooms and a mushroom purée. This small earthy present was filled with six large escargots and packed with the mushrooms. The plate is finished off with fresh greens and three different accoutrements of pâté, potato, and a tangy orange bell pepper sauce whose acid pairs well with this robust dish. While savoring my second course my wife enjoyed the whipped cheese verrine, poached pears, and caramelized pecans with a mix of red lettuce and dill greens. These flavors were rich and sweet which balanced the intensity of the salad. The third course of the tasting menu was a sqaub that was crispy outside and delicate and juicy inside. This dark meat course is an unexpected delicacy served medium-rare like a fine filet. The fourth course was a Chardonnay granita. This partially frozen palette cleanser was a delightful break in the menu. Next, course five was a duo of venison. The loin was served medium that didn't need a knife to cut. The companion on this plate was ground venison, crusted in bacon and served crispy. The rich meat was soft as butter and the crisp ground venison were a perfect contrast. The sixth course was a cheese plate and Monsieur Paul's never disappoints. The Munster was soft with hints of butter and cream. The bleu cheese was bloomy and pungent in a way that contrasted nicely with the richness of the previous courses. Finally, course seven was Le Moelleux, a warm almond cake with a creamy chocolate center and a hazelnut ice cream. Dinner was topped off with a fine cup of French pressed coffee and a fireworks display that never disappoints. What Chef Nicolas does in the kitchen transports you directly to Lyon's finest restaurants. Monsieur Philippe's dedication to service in the front of the house no doubt makes the restaurant's namesake proud.

Yelp
Just returned from an Orlando holiday and wanted to rave about this place. Epcot is an annual bonding event for my oldest son and me and we always try to include a good sit down meal in the visit. The French Bistro was the place of choice this year. The greeters were warm and engaging and the servers were efficient and knowledgeable and friendly. We both shared appetizers, Lobster Bisque and a goat cheese and walnut salad with a balsamic reduction. I had the Trout in a Lemon Caper sauce with whole boiled potatoes and whole roasted tomatoes. Number 1 had the Beef Bourguignon with pasta as well as half of my entrée :) I continue to be impressed with the value, quality, enjoyability (sic) and portion size of an Epcot sit down meal. Last year it was Mexican. Next year awaits.

Yelp
This is hands down the BEST restaurant in Epcot. I have now eaten at every restaurant in Epcot, both quick service and sit down and nothing compares to the service and food at Monsieur Paul's. The waiters are all from France and are usually residents after completing a service or internship/college program at Chefs De France downstairs. There was a pre-fixe menu the night we went and we were able to pick from a few options and ended up picking different items so we could sample more than one entree/app/desert. We were seated next to a table that was right by the window and could see out which we were excited for because we had a late reservation and would be able to watch the fireworks from inside. The table next to us ended up leaving and our server asked us if we would like to move closer to the window so we could see the fireworks better. It was really sweet of them to do that and move our table. So we enjoyed our amazing desserts and cappuccinos while watching the fireworks from inside the air conditioning. It was a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back.

Yelp
Before you read any review about this restaurant, I just want to warned you that this is $$$$$$$ restaurant but definitely worth spending it. The service was impeccable. Our waiter Thomas was excellent, know everything about the menu and able to recommend dishes according what we like. Must try the truffle mushroom, fish, duck and lamb. No matter how full you after those delicious soup or entree, must order the chocolate dessert (especially if you are a chocolate lovers or chocoholic like me) other dessert is as good as well. Please don't forget to make reservation.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try Monsieur Paul for a while. Paul Bocuse is a legend and a restaurant where the menu has a few items similar to those on the menu of his 3 star restaurant in Lyon. This was a way for me to get somewhat of a taste of without having to fly to Lyon and paying twice the price. I opted for the 3 course fix prixe menu. They also have a 6 course tasting menu, which had I known, I would have not eaten a big lunch! This menu includes an amuse bouche. Amuse Bouche: cold potato and leek soup with a truffle cream .... the portion was larger than a normal amuse bouche portion and the best of my meal. Course 1: Lobster 3 way - lobster law samosas, lobster quinoa salad, and a cold lobster tail portion with an arugula purée and it had basil seeds with basil oil. The basil seeds put a smile on my face because it was nostalgic reminding me of the basil seed drinks I would make for myself and my siblings. The dish was presented well but the flavor was a bit underwhelming for me. Course 2: roasted squab with andouille sausage chestnut purée. I realized today that I do not like squab. I like duck, chicken, quail but NO SQUAB! It's super gamey. Course 3: Caramlized Apple with Apple sorbet and shortbread. My second favorite course of the meal! I would love to return and do the degustation menu.

Yelp
For years I was never able to find culinary experiences inside the Disney resorts that left me as amazed as the rest of the experience... and then we found Monsieur Paul. Tucked inside the french pavilion at Epcot MP is on the 2nd floor above the street level french restaurant. There really isn't a sign and you wouldn't know it was there unless you did your research before. This is french fine dining white glove type service with menu items that really take the experience to the next level. It is not cheap, but compared to a $9 hot dog MP's $29 Black truffle oxtail soup with a puff pastry crust is an absolute steal. We had reservations so were seated as soon as we walked in. Our waiter came to the table and explained the options for fixed menus as well as ala carts options. We started with some moderately priced bottles of wine- and ordered the escargot as an appetizer. It was a great presentation as it was served on an edible shell they had created and not in the normal metal pots you usually see. For entrees I had the duck which was served on a bed of gingerbread with some squash/parsnip purée. The flavors were savory and fun and the textures really worked. Other guests ordered the chicken and the filet all of which were beautiful and delicious. One guest did the chefs tasting menu which even included palate cleansers in the middle of each course. He absolutely loved it. The service was on a very high level and overall we couldn't have asked for a better meal or experience.

Yelp
I love this place - I enjoyed beef tenderloin with bone marrow reduction. Wine - coats de Rhone (spelling) and for desert pomme carmel. Wonderful!

Yelp
At the end of Epcot, my boyfriend surprised me by taking me to Monsieur Paul. The service was fabulous -- not stuffy at all -- and the waitor was a young fella that was on a visa for a year. He was leaving in twenty days, and expressed to us how much he'll miss the United States. The food was fine to good. We ordered the prix fixe for $89 pp. (after tax and tip, came to be around $115-120 pp.) The first course was a shrimp on top of a carrot mouse. It was good for an amuse-bouche but nothing to write home about. The second course, which I selected, was the chilled lobster. The course was very good (the lobster was very fresh), but I didn't get the dated pea and carrot purree. The entree I ordered was the buffalo sirloin, which was quite small. It was tasty but again over garnished with mint and unnecessary purree. Based on the first three courses, I would've given this place three stars for the price point. However, the dessert was fabulous. Absolutely stunning. The chocolate ball was epically good and complex. The caramel dessert was equally mindblowing. Overall, a good experience. We should've ordered a la carte rather than the prix fixe, but the dessert will bring me back.

Yelp
Our last night of an amazing trip to Disney. Bittersweet. We had a few extra dining credits left on our meal plan so we decided to splurge on this place. SUCH a fantastic idea. I wish we had eaten there earlier in the week so we had time to go back again. So good! Firstly, I felt severely under dressed. But so is everyone else, really. I mean, it was in the 80s at Disney. I was in shorts, a t-shirt, and sweaty and doused in sunscreen. It wasn't my finest moment. But they didn't blink an eye and served us perfectly. Our meal plan covered two non alcoholic beverages, appetizer, entree, and dessert per person. I opted for the Orangina and a coffee. My fella went for coffee and a lemonade type drink. For appetizers I went for the Maine lobster (with sautéed mushrooms, mollet quail egg, creamy black truffle bouillon) which was so rich but so very good. I joked that I would like to lick the plate and the nice fellow sitting at the table next to us suggested asking for a bit of bread to sop it up. SMART. That plate left me clean. My guy got the Ahi Tuna Tartare which was also fantastic. For an entree I had the grilled beef tenderloin (with a mushroom crust and bordelaise sauce) with a side of mashed potatoes. Another amazing, clean plate dish. The beef was so tender, it melted in my mouth. The mushroom crust was a lovely compliment, and the sauce? Rich and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were also incredible. Creamy and smooth. Doug got the scallops which were also fantastic but I have to say I loved mine so much that I didn't really try much of his! Dessert? I had the meringue which was two meringue cookies sandwiched around vanilla ice cream with a side of chantilly and rapsberry coulis and topped with sorbet. So light and perfect. Sweet enough without being heavy after such a rich meal. Doug had the "sphere" which is a white chocolate sphere filled with cake and sorbet, then they dump a hot syrup over it so it melts and turns into a bowl of deliciousness. We had just gotten engaged a few days before and had our fancy "Just Engaged!" pins on so they wrote "Congratulations!" on both of our desserts. A nice touch and made the meal feel extra festive. Next time we make it back to Disney Monsieur Paul is definitely on our list to return to!

Yelp
Ignore the dress code. I went back to Hotel to change only to have T-shirt & shorts wearing people sitting next to me. So it does not always apply. Yes that was jealousy! This is a real French Restaurant located on the 2nd floor of the main French bistro. It's only open in the afternoon and on a good day reservations are hard to get. The food was very good, the amouse-bouche was excellent, the entrees and soups were ok though a bit flat - I expect more from French veal and fish prepared by a high end chef. Wine list was "snobby" but good (€10 grocery wine for $40 was the best on the list, though they had $150+ also). Now for the desert, they were fantastic. Service was excellent. The bill was staggering but expected. I'm glad I took the time out and sat down for a real meal.
