Buttermilk Biscuit Review - College Park - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Neighborhood vibes, good service, and solid food make Buttermilk Biscuit in College Park an easy-going stop if you're looking for a casual breakfast and lunch spot on the otherwise sceney College Park strip. Here, people still read papers over coffee while friend groups supply the soundtrack of chatter and snap selfies over old-school buttermilk pancakes with crispy edges. The friendly, small-town atmosphere also means talkative types won't have trouble finding a sounding board at the bar, but you can also head to the patio to sit back with your strong vodka and cucumber cocktail and watch the comings and goings. While the biscuits are so-so, their crispy battered fried chicken makes the chicken biscuit a worthy order. We also like the donut bites—they’re like little balled-up beignets, sweet and moist. photo credit: Amy Sinclair" - Jacinta Howard

17 Remarkable Coffee Bars to Discover in Orange County | Eater LA

"The MoonGoat mission statement is “People Product Place,” and while the product is fantastic, the priority is definitely people here. The aesthetic is friendly but not pristine and remains ever-adapting to the needs of the patrons and employees. The coffee shop supports students and creatives, as well as a culture of sobriety. And MoonGoat strives for greater sustainability through its coffee growers and distribution practices. For example, the coffee in a can is not only recyclable but refillable." - Jordan Morosco

Absolutely fantastic place! The eggs benedict were the best I've ever had. A savory seasoning really leveled it up Ask for a London fog as well. Delicious and perfect. And the service is friendly and fast

Google
This is one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to in terms of quality menu, seating availability, ambiance (aesthetic, trendy), hours (open late), and service. Definitely recommend visiting this place. They are open late for a coffee shop so there are many students and young professionals there. The buttermilk biscuit & egg sandwich was a little small for what I paid for. Besides that, food and drinks were good. Parking was a little hard to find cuz it’s a small parking lot and many people were there. We were in the 10 min pickup space for a few mins until a parking spot opened up. Matcha Spritzer: 4.5/5 Hojichai Latte: 4.5/5 Buttermilk Biscuit & Egg Sandwich: 4/5

Delicious Edibles, Spacious & Stylish Venue. PROS: Arriving on a Saturday AM, there was easy parking (it did get busy by 11). The atmosphere is welcoming and unique, with lots of interesting decor and seating options. And the drinks & food were fantastic. Loved the Churro Latte. Loved the Deluxe Avocado Toast. Super tasty. CONS: The parking lot could get busy/full. Valet is a unique option to provide, to offset. All in all, I highly recommend this spot - Enjoy!

Google
Always consistent and delicious! I’ve been coming to MoonGoat since college, and they’ve never let me down. I’ve brought friends and family—everyone loves it. My best friend even makes it a must-visit whenever she’s in town. 😄

Google
First time at this coffee shop and truly love it! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with cheerfulness and upon me staring it was my first time there ….Kelly was super helpful and helped me select my drink … loved my coffee! I will definitely be going back !

Google
Monday had a great start at MoonGoat. We waited in line for only a few minutes. Coffee, food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We ordered lattes with stevia and completely enjoyed the flavor--it was its own flavor of bean so I would recommend getting beans too. The bagels and bagel sandwiches were delicious. Nothing felt heavy, but everything was tasty. The cheddar and chive cream cheese is recommended. Great experience!

Google
Slow drinks and mocha was not meaningfully or well foamed after the wait. Happy to pay a premium for really well made espresso drinks, but a miss today. I’ve had great experiences in past. Still excited to try the beans.

Robert Snell

Google
Roger is the best!!! He has awesome menu knowledge and couldn’t have been more helpful… I was already probably l going to come back for the chive cream cheese he recommended alone, but his awesome customer service and helpfulness throughout my brunch made it 110% certain l’ll return soon.

Yelp
I am really happy that moon goat has house made almond milk and clean milk alternatives. I ordered the matcha with vanilla and I love that they have small ice cubes. Really good drinks & the employees are happy to remake it if you want something changed. The interior is really nice and perfect for remote working. I also tried the pumpkin loaf and it was delicious. They also have breakfast items and grab and go food items. I highly recommend trying moon goat.

Yelp
Solid coffee spot! You can't go wrong with anything here. I enjoy trying their seasonal drinks from time to time. Most recently, I've tried the pumpkin spice latte with koatji (oat and koji) milk, which had horchata vibes, and I also enjoyed the figgy pudding latte. Love how they continuously experiment with coffee, especially with the recent collaboration with the James Hoffman decaf project! I ordered a kit, and it was super fun to do a cupping at home.

Yelp
I came here for the first time two years ago and hadn't been back since. A colleague of mine wanted to work together from Moon Goat, and having forgotten about it in so long I figured why not, it's close to my house so an easy option. The drinks are always good, but for working here, the internet is abysmal. It's horrible. It's so slow, the process to get connected is painful (they give you a code if you buy something, but actually connecting once you have the code is difficult... and I am tech savvy). The food is good but so overpriced !!! Unfortunately, with so many other options nearby, this would not be my first choice for a coworking spot until they get high speed internet. Overall, a great place for coffee and a chat, but awful if you need internet or have work to do.

Yelp
This was an amazing cafe for some yummy crafted bites and coffee! I was in search for a spot that wasn't dedicated to a full on brunch and MoonGoat was the perfect pick. Their self checkout tablet is mainly for takeout orders just FYI! We made the mistake of ordering on screen but they were nice and brought the food to us regardless. Coffee is not on the sweeter side, so you may have to adjust it to your liking. I got an Iced Latte with Ube Foam on top and it was still not as flavorful. The food however, was so delicious! I indulged in a Brunch MoonGriddle which was basically a breakfast biscuit sandwich. I loved the contrast of sweet and savory with the maple syrup poured on top. My friends ordered different items and all the dishes looked fantastic. There was tons of space indoors but we enjoyed our brunch out on the patio! Great place to study, lounge, and eat all around.

Yelp
This is for the moongoat workspace across the street from the Moongoat coffee roasters. YES MOONGOAT HAS A WEWORK/coed office space!! Honestly yes it's 100% worth the 12$ to pay to work and study in peace. Have you ever been to this location in Costa Mesa and tried to enjoy a coffee some food and study. Good luck at the coffee roasters. It's so crowded and packed, people everywhere. Walk across the street not even 5ft away you are all by yourself enjoying the quiet and coffee moongoat has to offer. With the exception of a few of the workers socializing a bit to loud VERY RARELY at times and making cocktails at the front counter, this place is very quiet and peaceful. It's worth the money 12$ for 4 hrs and you get unlimited cups of coffee it's worth it. The ambiance is really awesome as well!!

Yelp
Came here a bunch during my paternity leave. Excellent place to get some work done, with plenty of table space. I enjoyed their avocado toast with a latte about a dozen times. I also tried some of their other food, but wasn't as impressed. Nevertheless the team there was generally friendly. Sometimes the WiFi would drop out, so be advised you may need to hotspot if you show up there.

Yelp
I have heard wonderful things from my coffee connoisseur Yelp friends about MoonGoat Coffee Roasters for a long time now, and I was finally able to experience it firsthand. The parking lot was really crowded, I was lucky to get one of the last spots. They also have valet, but I really don't like to valet my car. Service was friendly and welcoming. I couldn't resist the seasonal specials so I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Koatji Latte ($7.50/16oz) and a Pumpkin Streusel Loaf ($4.50). Koatji is a special Japanese rice milk that is a plant based alternative to traditional milk. It was a really tasty well balanced latte. And the pumpkin streusel loaf was a bit small of a bite but absolutely tasty and perfectly moist. So sad these are seasonal items because I would love to have them yearlong. Excited to come back for future visits to try more of what they have to offer.

Yelp
Knowing that I was going to be in the area early in the morning, I wanted to find a coffee shop that I could maybe lounge in while I did some homework. Moongoat opens at 6 am and had some tables inside so this was it for me. Full disclosure - I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I do know my particular drink and flavor. The service was awesome, really good folks. The lounge where I sat had plenty of tables, I was able to get homework done. The coffee was not to my liking, even after some additions it was not to my liking. I won't fully put it on them, as I said I'm not a huge coffee person. Overall though, I would come here again but a different drink choice next time.

Yelp
MoonGoat Coffee Roasters is one of my favorite go-to coffee shops in OC, perfect for studying and enjoying delicious food and drinks! Food: 5/5 - Matcha Latte: Absolutely addicting. It's the best matcha I've ever had, with the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. It tastes freshly whisked, likely due to the ceremonial-grade Nishio matcha. - Peach Toast: A delightful combo of sweet and savory, drizzled with honey. Worth every bit of the $7. Service: 4/5 - Parking can fill up, so valet is often needed. - There's a 2-hour limit for Wi-Fi, which is understandable to prevent long stays. - Plenty of comfortable seating options, including high seats, bar seating, and group tables, though outlets are limited. - Open until 10 PM, ideal for late-night studiers or anyone like me who finishes work at 5 PM and needs a distraction-free study spot.

Yelp
Came on a sunday afternoon and the cafe wasn't that crowded so we didn't have to wait long. I decided to try the seasonal drink hojichai and it did not disappoint. This unique drink was delicious. The workers were super nice and offered the wifi code. This place is chill and seems like a good place to do computer work.

Yelp
Went here after a spin class and they were pretty quick getting us our food and coffee. There is tons of seating here and a parking lot, they also offer free wifi. It was pretty calm and not very loud.

Yelp
MoonGoat Coffee Roasters happened to be on a best of list, and we happened to be looking for a place to hang prior to dinner. Most coffee shops close early after the morning rush. MoonGoat happens to be open until 9 pm. We arrived on a late Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty packed with very studious people on laptops. I did not realize the Sunday before Labor Day was such a studious day but there we were. I ordered the matcha latte with honey while Mari H. ordered the Cortado. Both drinks were made to order which was nice. We did not order any food as we were headed to dinner shortly afterwards. We found a comfy spot to sit and chat. There is seating in the communal area and a bunch of tables set up for laptops. They have a patio with additional outdoor seating in the back, which is pet-friendly. There is a shared parking lot out front and we did not have any issues finding parking. Service was great and we were impressed with the variety of coffee related items they had to sell. They do roast their own beans so if you're interested in that, stop by to check them out.

Yelp
MoonGoat Coffee Roasters is by far one of the cutest coffee shops! The shop itself is very spacious with plenty of seating both inside and outside. They also have a bar seating area which tends to be open when it gets busy. The coffee itself was really good! The churro latte with 50% sweetness wasn't too sweet and perfectly balanced either the almond milk. The cold brew with the ube cold foam was also really good and the cold foam didn't over power the coffee. The staff was really friendly & informative about their different drink options. The ambiance is perfect for a study session or for a casual hangout spot with friends.
google avatar

Cindy R.

Yelp
Third time visiting and I can confirm there is FREE valet parking. Yet, to try their food but the ambiance and service are exceptional. The only thing I know about matcha is that I LOVE IT. Every time I've ordered they recommend something new and it never disappoints.
google avatar

Adriana M.

Yelp
I live close to MoonGoat so I was excited to try this place out! Walking in the place is spacious with outdoor and indoor seating! Usually when I go to Coffee Shops I like to get Pour Overs! I was excited to see what kind they had! To my surprise the Pour Overs were so expensive. I never have paid more than $8 for a Pour Over. Well I decided to try one that is $14.... I thought hey maybe it's going to be out of this world... well ya it was not! I was honestly not a fan of it. Might have to go back and try something else on the menu!
google avatar

Andrea L.

Yelp
MoonGoat has some of the best high quality matcha I have found in OC! It's so hard to find a good matcha latte but the one they make here is fantastic. I don't like sweet matcha but I do enjoy flavored matchas. They didn't have any flavors here, just a simple classic latte. It was still one of the best I've ever had! Rich, creamy, and very earthy flavors. I walked right in, ordered my drink and by the time I was done taking pictures, my drink was already ready. Sweet staff, parking was not the best, I think that would be my only complaint. Excited to try some food here next time!
google avatar

Deepthi T.

Yelp
Coffee selection is so unique and very high quality, it's a huge space so great for meeting friends or working. The churro latte and Ube cold foam on an iced latte were both great! Their plain latte is also great!
google avatar

Jerry H.

Yelp
Yuzu matcha - this was a pretty refreshing drink but it only had a hint of matcha Toasted matcha - this had a really good toasted hojica flavor but also lacked matcha
google avatar

Thy V.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to do work at in OC. Checks all the boxes: good food, good drinks, good seatings. - Drink: The vanilla oat latte was great. My only complaint is their ice is too small so the drink melts quicker. - Food: The Deluxe Avocado Toast was so good and packed with a lot of stuff. It falls apart easily so might be a bit messy to eat. - Space: lots of seatings in different styles: high chairs, small tables, big shared tables, couches, outside. etc. Wifi is limited to 2 hours per code, not the fastest but works well. Small parking lot in front with free valet option.
google avatar

Maddie M.

Yelp
This spot has 2 coveted features of any coffee shop: ample parking and tons of indoor seating with counter space! Aside from the great layout, MoonGoat has a broad menu offering many tasty drinks and bites. I met a colleague here for a business chat. I had the honey latte and he had the matcha latte. Both were exceptional. I'll be back!
google avatar

Jenny L.

Yelp
Dropped in on a cold (for CA standards) morning and had a hot Churro Latte and Ham + Cheese Croissant while doing some work. The latte was alright, it was cute but nothing mind blowing. Ham and Cheese Croissant ratios weren't great it was mostly croissant and not a lot of ham or cheese. The place is very spacious with lots of tables and seating, but wish there were more outlets available. Servers were nice and glad to give recommendations when asked!
google avatar

Leilani M.

Yelp
I love this spot!! If you're ever in Newport this spot is a hidden gem. Spacious seating area with a chill boho vibe. I couldn't take a pic because so many people of their indoor area but I absolutely love it! Different selections of coffees to purchase, cold brew on top and service is top notch! Steven helped us out today and was so sweet! His top service makes me wanna always pop in for a latte just to say hi! Parking is not an issue there's a huge parking lot. They also have merch available to purchase. Kelly and Steven were absolutely the best I accidentally didn't say hot and they had no problem making it again with genuine smiles on their faces! Their churro latte is a must try & the sea salt cold foam- like wow!! Definitely pop in to try peeps!
google avatar

Dani B.

Yelp
Best spot for quality matcha, espressos, basically everything here is top notch. Their pastries are amazing & their breakfast sandwiches taste heavenly. Love stopping in & hanging out because they have a large interior & the outdoor patio is nice & secluded. They offer WiFi & I notice a lot of people tend to work from here too. Parking is not the best, they share a lot with other businesses & it can be difficult to find a spot depending on the day. They also offer valet, if needed. There are some parking spots for to go orders which is nice. Been here quite a few times & everyone is nice & will spend time explaining the menu & items to you. There are so many great coffee spots in the area but this one is on the top of my list!
google avatar

Stephanie X.

Yelp
Stop by after seeing they has seasonal strawberry drinks on their IG. I got the Strawberry Brûlée Matcha and it was super delicious! I will come back for more before they're phased out. I also got their cinnamon roll and, even after it was warmed up, it was very dry. It was not gooey at all, the consistency was like a scone. Hope the vendor improved their recipe or maybe it was an old roll? The cashier was very nice and was able to explain the different seasonal drinks in the menu. Like their Garden Grove location, it's got a very big open floor plan with plenty of tables and chairs.
google avatar

Vanessa T.

Yelp
I got the matcha latte and avocado toast! The latte was smooth and frothy and comes unsweetened! The portion size for the hot drink is also larger than I expected so that's a nice surprise! Avocado toast was yummy, I wish I tried the one with balsamic in it but that's alright. Both food items came out pretty quickly for us having ordered at 9AM and the interior of the cafe was super spacious.
google avatar

Franklin C.

Yelp
I love how conveniently this place is from my parent's place and is now my go to coffee run. The parking is limited but there is free valet service when in a pinch. I stayed pretty much two hours with no questions so that is nice ! The entrance of the place is easy to find and you are welcome into this simplistic feel aroma. Order your coffee and pastry items. I opted for smoke salmon bagel and matcha latte that isn't sweetened which I like since I prefer mine unsweetened. Will return for sure
google avatar

Amina D.

Yelp
I've tried a couple of drinks from MoonGoat & mostly enjoyed the experience. The iced drinks and cold foam (especially the seasonal early grey foam) seems to be where they excel. The hot drink (fig syrup) we tried lacked any fig flavor. The service is average, I came on a Saturday morning during brunch rush & felt like I was being pressured to not linger and take up a table. Ambiance is nice and the dark interior is relaxing.
google avatar

Hanaah F.

Yelp
Parking availability is decent and free, which was good. It is right next to the café. The café is pretty spacious, but seemed a bit unkempt in some areas. Some of the seats were broken, and snagged our clothing, and there were crumbs everywhere on the seats and ottoman. They do have tables and chairs available, but there is limited availability as there were many students studying on their laptops. There are more tables outside in the back of the cafè too. Coffee was a bit strong for me, but not bad. They have oatmilk as a substitute, and a few matcha options. I didn't try their pastries though, but they have those too. Service was decent.
google avatar

Emma P.

Yelp
It was a Saturday morning which means I get to choose my weekly cafe stop! Decided to go here last minute since it was near where I was going to run errands. I've only been to the garden grove location but I think this one is better minus the wifi that is only available starting at 2pm (more on that later). So I arrived around 9am and place was already pretty busy. First impression was it was roomy and lively. The service was nice and quick that day. I decided to get the one drink I am familiar with here which is cinnamon iced coffee, but I added the strawberry foam on top seeing that it was a seasonal option. I also ordered the biscuit egg sandwich with spinach and feta for 75 cents extra. With 15% tip, my purchase came out to about $20. There are lots of indoor tables and outdoor tables, but since this place is so busy you really have to scout for a spot with an outlet. I sat in the corner next to the TV since an outlet was visible. I set up my things and within 8 mins or so my food came out. I asked the worker for the wifi password and to my surprise they said wifi isn't available until 2pm. I thought this was super inconvenient because like most people I needed to use the internet on my laptop to get work done. I should have asked them how come but I just respected their policy. I sat there thinking I either have to wait that long until 2pm or just read my books instead or work on stuff offline. However, I looked around and there seemed to be people using the internet somehow. Then I remembered I can turn on my hotspot from my phone and that worked! However, for anyone who doesn't have hotspot, coming here to use wifi before 2pm will be an issue. I dont recall seeing any sign giving customers a heads up about this 2pm rule which would be helpful for customers to decide if they want to stay or not before making a purchase. As for the food, it was pretty good. I enjoyed the first 15 minutes of my coffee. The biscuit egg sandwich doesn't quite look like the one featured on their TV, but it tasted better than it looked. 3.9 for the whole meal. Parking is pretty spacious but when I left they had a valet person in the parking lot who wasn't there when I came. It says free valet even though spots were still available. After a certain time I guess you have to valet your car and tip the person. While some people see this as a convenience, I'm not quite sure it is when spots are still open and you can just park yourself. My final thoughts are its a lively place to catch up with friends, get some work done, or read a book and grab something to eat. A couple of inconveniences do bring this place to 4 out of 5 for me.
google avatar

Rachel C.

Yelp
Came 8:45 on Saturday and there were some other people here. Lots of tables/seating to eat, chat or get stuff done. No wifi until 2pm. Cool space, free parking. Chai latte was yummy. Tried two things from the seasonal brunch menu: Eggs Benedict was good (yummy muffin) and the French toast was ok
google avatar

Hannah H.

Yelp
Customer service is amazing! They gave me a gift card for a new coffee, and that new coffee was very good. Love moongoat and will definitely be coming back because of this experience:)
google avatar

Sara B.

Yelp
My friend recommended this place after I told her that I really enjoy matcha. Admittedly, this would have been my third matcha of the day so...oops. But, I thought the strawberry matcha was tasty and refreshing. The avocado toast was yummy! It's on like a toasted sourdough toast so it has some good bite to it. The place has a free valet and 2 hour WiFi which I thought was interesting. The guy who took my order was really friendly and we had a little convo and he was very patient with me since I was still assessing the menu. Everyone was really nice there. There is ample seating and it honestly was really comfortable and spacious too. It seemed to be a pretty popular place for people to work. Did I get anything done? No, but that's my fault. This is a nice place to work and eat.
google avatar

Reg T.

Yelp
Really nice service and wonderful avocado toast. Ambiance is completely chill industrial-esque. Get the chagacino with oat milk!
google avatar

Kayla S.

Yelp
Loved the energy walking into this space. The hipster cafe decor is super cute and chic. They sell coffee beans and barista tools for at-home experiences. There is ample amounts of seating areas but it's so popular that the tables indoor and outdoor fill up fast. We ordered the following items that I would recommend: Chagaccino ChagaMatcha Churro Latte Smoked salmon bagel and cream cheese Biscuit and spread All the drinks were so tasty. It was also my first time trying mushroom coffee and I was very impressed. Service was mediocre though and somewhat felt a little underserved since we had to go back to the counter to look for our food/drinks, while we saw other customers with table numbers.

Johnny A.

Yelp
Had an awesome time at MoonGoat studying and getting my coffee on!! Very delicious and will come again! Luke was an amazing barista and left me speechless with his talent.
google avatar

Hung P.

Yelp
Great coffee and service! I love the coffee here. Nice balance between aroma and taste. The ordering process is quick and efficient. The place is clean.
google avatar

Dynah S.

Yelp
Ambiance here is fantastic. Welcoming, eclectic, chill vibes with even better coffee. We got the churro latte along with the pumpkin koatji latte. The coffee is robust and the syrups complement the coffee, not overpower it. We did not get any food, but the choices looked AMAZING. The avocado toast looked especially enticing. Seems like MoonGoat attracts a really cool crowd - some people reading, some drawing, some doing homework, others just conversing with friends. They also have some very cool merch for sale, along with some espresso machines, matcha kits, and pre-packaged MoonGoat coffee. This place will definitely become part of my regular weekend rotation. Looking forward to trying more of their coffee and especially their food.
google avatar

Mindy T.

Yelp
I love love love their avocado toast... the one with the bacon, egg, and arugula. It is so good and a great portion for the price. I do not spend money on avocado toast, but I'm happy to do it here.
google avatar

Brittney S.

Yelp
Super clean inside, gorgeous and modern atmosphere with fun swing chairs. They have indoor and outdoor seating, the patio seating allows for dogs to hangout with you while you grab drinks and delicious bites to eat! I went with my usual group and they got drinks while I wanted to try the gluten free loafs. The yuzu raspberry loaf and the banana bread were both delicious. I must say my favorite was the yuzu raspberry loaf though! It was super moist and flavorful however I tasted more raspberry and there was even a raspberry hidden inside. I'm thinking the yuzu was to keep it moist and maybe even in the cake but the raspberry takes over as a prominent flavor. I would definitely recommend checking this spot out for studying, hangouts, delicious bites or grabbing quick coffee!
google avatar

Hannah B.

Yelp
Ordered biscuit egg, bacon and cheese - good! My partner ordered the salmon lox and said it was the best he's ever had! Coffee was average and good! Loved the location to work, have conversation or read. They don't have you pay for the wifi - but every 2hours you have to buy something to get another wifi code. Honestly so smart!
google avatar

Gladys F.

Yelp
Popular coffee spot in the area and is busy. Luckily the space is large with several seating options in/outdoors. Order at the counter and they serve you at your seat. We ordered the deluxe biscuit and egg sandwiches with bacon, a matcha latte, and a cold brew. Our beverages were great but our deluxe biscuit sandwiches came out as regular- sans pepper jam and arugula. Inconvenient to receive an incorrect order and even more so that it took some time to receive the missing items. However, it was still enjoyable.
google avatar

Darius O.

Yelp
Moongoat is my favorite coffee shop in Orange County. Their beans and espresso are always fresh. My favorite drink is the churro latte. It is very sweet but you can taste the richness of the espresso as well. It's perfectly balanced in my opinion. This location is usually very lively with many people working and studying. The workers are always very nice and it's always a pleasant experience. A must try in the area!
google avatar

Rick S.

Yelp
Moongoat Coffee Roasters offer chill vibe, cozy and relaxing environment with both ample indoir and outdoor seatings. You can play Jenga, corn hole and Connect4 while enjoying your Churro Latte (signature item). Staff were friendly and offer us a substitute item as the pizza pocket has already sold out for the day. We'll definite be back here again in the future. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Pryscilla T.

Yelp
I recently discovered a new coffee spot called Moongoat Coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the churro latte was. - I've tried churro lattes at other places, but this one was the best. - The parking situation is horrible, but it was well worth it. - I also purchased their beans and have been enjoying the coffee at home. I'll definitely be coming back!

Yelp
ambiance 10/10. please lower your prices so I can be happy. I've been going here for 6 years now but it sucks the soul out of me when i get a mid latte for 8 bucks.

Yelp
I waited here for about four hours while my car was having some service done on it. The person at the car shop recommended waiting at MoonGoat even though they had a waiting area - "you're welcomed to wait here, but MoonGoat is far more interested, trust me." Suffice it to say, he was correct! I enjoyed coffee and working on my laptop while I was there. There was ample seating, and they had power at some of the seats which let me stay busy for the four hours. I appreciate that no one rushed me out even though I wasn't ordering food / drinks for four hours straight. The coffee was great. The beans and ingredients tasted very high quality. While the cup was on the smaller side (8 oz?) for the price, it was very high quality. They seem to have quite a good selection of food as well. I didn't get to try any food (I was saving my appetite for Christmas dinner), but it looked great, and lots of people came in to eat. It's worth a try if you haven't been!

Yelp
This coffee shop really did not meet my expectations or standards. To be completely honest, my standards aren't too high: 1. Be kind. 2. Have good products. 3. Have a nice atmosphere. The employees could definitely be kinder, the coffee is great, but while the decor is very cute, the environment feels a bit hostile. Maybe I'll try again another time.

Yelp
Lot of seating but outlets harder to come by. Also was busyyyyy when I went but nice that's it open late. Indoor and outside setting. I ordered matcha latte and tried my friends kombucha. More matcha flavor would have been nice. I didn't like my friends drink but she enjoyed it. The vibe of cafe is darker and moody.

Yelp
Joshua reached out to me to make sure that my next visit would be a great experience. I really appreciate how much he cares about his customers' experiences and will continue to support MoonGoat by getting the iced chai lattes!
