"This Uptown restaurant has rolled out several new brunch menu items that lean into the comfort food side of Dallas’s favorite meal. Head in to try its Farmers Hash with pancetta bacon, jalapeño pork sausage, roasted vegetables, pickled onions, poached eggs, home fries and hollandaise sauce. "Vegetarians, this is the salad for you — but meat eaters will love it too. The mushroom zen bowl features crispy shiitake protein that eats like steak. It doesn’t taste like a mushroom, thanks to the seasoning and preparation, but it is the stalks of shiitake mushrooms.
