Mudrá was one of the very first vegan Michelin star restaurants I’ve ever been to, honestly, one of the best.
Reservation needs to be done before. Every dish was beautifully presented, and every bite tasted incredible. The curry bites completely surprised me they had this rich, flavourful blend with hints of strawberry sweetness and sesame that I never expected, and my taste buds couldn’t believe it.
Each dish tasted totally different from the last, and the sushi and nigiri were some of the best I’ve ever had, especially paired with the passion fruit salsa. I also loved the carrot, passion fruit, and vanilla syrup, it was so refreshing and perfectly balanced.
Every plate was wonderfully decorated, smelled amazing, and felt thoughtfully crafted. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. The staff explained each dish with real passion as they brought it to the table, which made the whole experience even more special.
Truly an unforgettable dining experience.
