"At this fast-casual favorite, slightly south of Old Town, lunch is as simple as choosing your meat and choosing your heat. Included in the meal is a classic Southern side like coleslaw or potato salad as well as a sauce for dipping. Bonus points go to the full bar and weekend brunch menu." - Josie Sexton

So nice to find a place to get gluten free chicken fingers! So delicious and nice to have choices in spice flavors. They also have amazing sweet potato fries.

Really really good food. We ordered the chicken sandwiches with Nashville hot sauce and they were delicious. Faster than fast food, even at dinner time. Excellent service and a decent tap selection. Will definitely return to this location to try more menu items.

Nice bar/grill atmosphere! Food was good and tasty! Green chili chicken was just the right amount of flavor and spice! The regular tenders are very tasty as well

I've been supporting MCHC since 2016 and loved the place. The atmosphere and employees make this place special. This was the first place I would take all my out of town friends to when they visit foco. I always get Nashville hot tenders to accompany my beer. They used to be large, come loaded with the seasoning on them and the flavor was amazing. The tenders would look like they appear on the menu, if not better! It's now become the norm for the tenders to be half the size, at a higher cost, and to come without a speck of seasoning on them. At first I thought it was a fluke, but the tenders have been this way for at least the last dozen times I've come in. Just looks and tastes like unseasoned, breaded and fried chicken. This was my favorite hot chicken joint but I've been very disappointed by the quality as of late. 4 tenders used to be more than I could eat in one sitting. Today i spent $20+ tip on a 5 tender meal and was still hungry. It's just not worth the price for flavorless food, especially compared to the other hot chicken joints in town now. Sad to say, this loyal customer ordered MCHC for the final time today.

Nash/hot and regular was a hit. Jerk was a miss. Sides were good but the slaw needed a bit more seasoning and acid.

Think Nashville chicken crossed with CO mountain vibes! I had the chicken sandwich (green chili spice level) with a side of mac n cheese and really loved it. The coleslaw in the sandwich paired well with the spicy chicken. My friends ordered the sweet potato fries and claim they’re the best in Fort Collins! My favorite was that we got a fry shaped like the spotify logo!

Hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The green chile was a really fun spin on a Nashville hot chicken. The person helping me was so helpful and had great energy, helped me find the perfect spice level/size etc. the chicken thigh made it soooo crispy. Comfy sitting area, full bar, and some really great tunes. I’d drive out of my way to Fort Collins just to eat here.

I love the food here! Generally, I pick up as I'm not a huge fan of the bar itself. It's a fine bar, I guess, I just prefer less of a sports/college atmosphere.
