I purchased the 24-pack of Nadair 4’’ LED recessed ultra-slim lights (12W=80W, 4000K, dimmable) and after less than a few years of use, several have already failed. Out of 16 installed, 7 show the same issue: multiple LED emitters have burned out, producing excessive heat that blackened and even cracked the diffusers. This is not only a premature failure for a product with a 5-year warranty, but also a serious safety concern since these lights are installed inside the ceiling. To make matters worse, the supplier has not responded to warranty requests, leaving me with defective and potentially hazardous fixtures. Very disappointed with the reliability of these lights and the lack of warranty support. For the price and warranty promise, I expected a durable and safe product — unfortunately, that is not the case.

0 stars. Absolute garbage products. I purchased and installed over 100 spotlights and every week there's 1 or 2 that stop working. Customer support initially just sent the same defective garbage because it was under "warranty". I'm just replacing them with another brand's now.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Nadair’s customer service! I made the mistake of sucking up drywall dust with my six-month-old Ovo central vacuum, clearly voiding my warranty. Despite that, Suzanne went above and beyond to help me out. She worked with her manager to secure low-cost replacement parts to get me back up and running even though the damage was entirely my fault. Exceptional service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate the effort Suzanne put into resolving my issue. What else can I say? I highly recommend Nadair and will continue to do business with them in the future!

Placed an order for a Power Nozzle replacement Roller Brush and a belt early February. Never received my order for 19 days. Contacted the company and it is on back order. They never told me this. Now it’s over 2 months later. Still don’t have a working vacuum. The vacuum was purchased less than 2 years ago. The cheaply made bearing is ruined. Seems like these were made to last a year.

We spent hundreds of dollars hiring a contractor to install a centralized heavy-duty vacuum, paying a substantial amount of money. Unfortunately, its suction power is no better than an EyeVac, contrary to its claims. All that hard work feels like it's been in vain.

I had problems with my power head (beater), the customer service I received from Yannick and Suzanne was above and beyond what would ever be expected. My entire experience with the Nadair has been fantastic. I expected to order a new part, at my expense and with no questions asked they sent me a new part(s) under warranty. I would very highly recommend this company. Nadair - Thank you for the amazing service!!!!

Absolutely exceptional service from Yannick and Suzanne. I have little knowledge about vacuums but they helped me make an informed decision on which one suited my needs. They were extremely helpful, honest and stand behind there products. Would highly recommend!!

I purchased a model UNL-SW12WCT-22WH light, and 2 years later, began experiencing some difficulties with the switch. After a few emails with customer service, they offered to replace it for free. I had gotten rid of the original receipt and they did it without any official documentation. This company has amazing dedication their customers and I would rate it 6/5 stars if it were possible! Yannick of customer service was an excellent help and got back to me very quick.
