NADC Burger (Not a Damn Chance) is absolutely worth the stop. This NYC spot is a collaboration between professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee, and you can really tell there’s intention behind everything even with a small menu.
I ordered the NADC Burger, which comes with double 100% wagyu beef patties, American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles, and slightly tamed jalapeños. The burger was super juicy, rich, and well-balanced without being over-the-top. You can also add an extra patty if you’re extra hungry.
The fries are cooked in 100% beef tallow, which already sets them apart, and they come with a really good chipotle-peppered ketchup. If you’re debating it, get the Beast Mode Fries—loaded with cheese, diced pickles, jalapeños, special sauce, and seasoning. Totally worth it.
They also offer a kids/simple burger (single patty, meat, cheese, bun) and they allow modifications, which is nice. Finished with a brown butter chocolate chip cookie, which was warm, soft, and the perfect ending.
Overall, great quality ingredients, fast service, and a cool skate-meets-chef concept. Simple menu done really well. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a solid burger in NYC.
