"Perfect for: a cheeky Nando’s (and anyone who likes their home comforts) Real peri-peri heads know that the Nando’s in Gatwick is the only outpost of the Portuguese chain in the UK and Ireland that serves a breakfast menu. And it’s decent. The chicken benedict is a little sloppy, but still our go-to whenever we’re flying out of the South Terminal. Sliced bolo do caco gets topped with sweet chilli jam, spinach, chicken in a peri-peri hollandaise, and spicy salt-dusted poached eggs. The pancakes are pretty good, too. A great place to waste a bit of time. I visited here at the beginning of January as a lone travelling woman. The venue is clean, well catered for in terms of friendly Staff and the seating is good - not too close to each other. However I do wonder what it would be like in the summer season… I enjoyed the food I had. The hummus was fabulous. I also had a hot chicken sandwich (when I say hot I mean the sauce…). Delicious. Could not fault this at all and can thoroughly recommend popping in here. As a Guernsey resident we have no chain restaurants at all - so we make a point of visiting them as soon as our feet touch Blighty!

This is our second visit to Nando’s, we only ever eaten it at Gatwick and I’m pleasantly surprised. My spicy rice bowl with halloumi and extra avocado was absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed his butterflied chicken but he didn’t order enough sides, so he left hungry. It’s great to be able to get such a tasty veggie meal and a place that’s famous for chicken!

Great place to have a meal at Gatwixk airport, just would recomend to change the way they handle orders, cause I was with luggage far from the orders spot, so either you leave luggage (which is bot permited in airport) or you habe to drag luggage along after being seated to make your order

Last time I’ve been to a Nando’s I didn’t wanted to go back BUT the service & the people here at the Nando’s at Gatwick are amazing. The food I ordered at 18:04 & I got it at 18:12; like wow ! Also, the restaurant manager I think, deserves a raise! The way he ask all the clients if everything is alright & the way his people ask him & work efficiently is amazing. Coming from the industry this was honestly the best service in this process category that I have seen in London.. well done 🥳🥳

Had breakfast here today. Both the greeters were very friendly and helpful as was Donna the waitress. The chicken Benedict and “The Works” full English were both delicious. We asked for a window seat and got one. You order at the till and the food arrived quickly. You can choose how spicy you want everything as usual. Ice and water machine where you can help yourself. Very impressed for an airport restaurant and would definitely return!

The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Ilyass, who made sure our food arrived piping hot and with a smile. His attentiveness and kindness really stood out, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Super good vibes here, very polite staff. The big boss came up to our table to ask if everything was alright, and he was quite funny as well. The food was lovely, some of the best grilled chicken I've ever had, combined with the lemon and herb sauce, it was divine. Coleslaw was a little dry, but I asked for extra sauce and they complied right away. Good place to make those waiting times a bit more bearable.
