Compact cafe for a range of gelato and sorbets from licorice to fig, plus coffee and sweet snacks.
"Nardulli, a gelateria in Clapham, is busy even in December. The flavours range from a nutty pistachio, to a rich coffee gelato that’ll keep you alert for the next six hours. Of the sorbets, the tart raspberry is our go-to and a scoop of mango alongside it adds a nice sweetness. Grab a table outside for excellent people-watching, or head inside the bright, quaint spot with group-friendly benches." - heidi lauth beasley, rianne shlebak, sinead cranna, daisy meager
"The best way to measure the popularity of a gelato shop isn’t necessarily by how many people queue up when it’s scorching hot outside. It’s more telling how many people hover around when it’s a little more chilly. At Nardulli, a gelateria in Clapham, you’ll find a buzz even in December. The flavours range from a nutty pistachio, to a rich coffee gelato that’ll keep you alert for the next six hours. Of the sorbets, the tart raspberry is our go-to and a scoop of mango alongside it adds a nice sweetness. Grab a table outside for excellent people-watching, or head inside the bright, quaint spot with group-friendly benches." - Rianne Shlebak
"Summer’s official starting-gun isn’t swallows or the clocks going forward — it’s the first cone of creamy fig gelato from Nardulli, eaten on Clapham Common before the grass gets obliterated by the South West Four stage. The decor at Lorenzo Nardulli’s parlour is definitely no frills, but the ornate tubs of traditional liquorice, Bacio and coffee have a grandeur all of their own. Also available are affogati, ornate ice-cream cakes and waffles. When it‘s sunny the line stretches most of the way back to the tube station; go now while the weather’s still making its mind up." - Emma Hughes, James Hansen
