"This is one of the few places that serves hot pot with a twee bear made of solidified chili oil that dissolves after a server pours piping hot broth over it. Here, choose Instagram-worthy bowls of spicy, sour, or bone broth, then add add tender slices of lamb, Kobe beef and a variety of meats and seafood proteins, along with crunchy veggies served alongside rice or atop noodles." - Nadia Gire

"Even before the chiles touch diners’ tongues, the wafting vapors of the bubbling soup is fiery enough to bring the tears — even the medium spice level. For a few extra dollars, spring for a frozen bear or bunny made of chile oil. It melts in the broth, bringing with it more numbing spice and an extra dash of cuteness." - Alice Levitt

We went just for the hot pot and it’s a little pricey, but we enjoyed ourselves. We chose to do spicy, but went medium and even then it’s spicy. The waitress was nice to explain everything since it was our first time. Cool effect with the shrimp. I was not expecting the dry ice. Loved the spicy bear. I would not mind going back again.

I have had better. The price is almost as high as other restaurants that offer ayce, but the quality of the dishes is not there. The beef tongue is not cleaned properly. There are big blood cloth on every piece of the meat. The fried rice is pretty oily. The beef tendons are a little bit old and have the weird beefy smell with it.

I was very excited to try the new all you can eat menu here! It was my first time dining at Niu Jiao Jian, and I had a great experience! The staff was super nice and helpful. They took time to explain the AYCE menu and how to order. They had a great variety of seafood, meats, veggies, dumplings, etc. I highly recommend!

Went with my husband today. Food is nice and fresh, service was even better. It is a little over priced compared to Little Sheep, but considering the various choices of food and sauces, it's worth the price. The only complaint is that they could have done a better job at dish cleaning since my chopsticks smells a little weird.

Great place to give it a try for the first time. Foods were great, presentation is absolutely stunning and out of the box. They have a sauce, appetizer and dessert mini bar and they are completely free (sauce is charged per person). We all love freebie! Highly recommend this place for first timers.

Very very bad meat. They charged us $14 for 5 beef slices eat like paper powder. Also $4 per dipping sauce (in the menu it is a very very small line mentions abt that) Beef tendon was 100% frozen and stuck together when it was brought out. We paid $74 for 2ppl and we only can eat 1 dish of Chinese Cabbage and 1 dish of mushroom. The server never come to ask about food or service. Terrible! Better spend that amount to all you can eat hot pot in other places. Never come back.

First time here and it was so new for me and my family. The place is beautiful and the food is great. For 4 people it was under $100. Especially since we chose our sides amd drinks. The meats and vegetables have their combo and it goes along way.

The place was awesome! The restaurant inside looked beautiful. The girls at the door greeted us professionally and took us back to our table and explain the menu to us since it was our first time there. As you can see in the picture the food was plentiful and tasted great! In our hot pot we got half Thai spicy in the other half regular. Both of them tasted great. This is a great place to take a date or go with a group of friends as I saw other tables doing. Will definitely be eating there again. Oh and don't be afraid to ask for a bib to keep all of the food off of your nice clean clothes. Highly recommend going there for some good food!
