Had a great experience at Noe Sushi Bar Miami! The atmosphere was modern and relaxing, with nice music that wasn’t too loud — perfect for enjoying dinner and conversation. Our waiter, Eduardo, was so sweet and attentive. He made wonderful suggestions and clearly knows the menu very well — every recommendation he gave, from the food to dessert, was spot on. Excellent service, great vibe, and delicious food. Can’t wait to come back!

I came here with my sister because we were trying to go to Avo next door but they were closed. Good thing they were because we LOVED this place! I had the fire roll, a Japanese margarita, and a lychee martini. It was all delicious and everyone was super kind and attentive. Highly recommend stopping by 🙏

Excellent, very fresh sushi. Fish couldn’t be fresher, flavors unique and very pleasant. Miami Spice lunch menu is good value for $. Welcoming staff, nice decor. Outstanding addition to South Miami’s neighborhood dining options. Definitely will be back. came back with some family a couple of days later, still excellent.

It was my first time here to catch up with my two wonderful daughters whom are visiting me from their homes and whenever we try to go somewhere new it just doesn't happen. They know this place. We love sushi and NOE for their food and atmosphere. They have confortable booths so you can talk all you want without worrying about bothering your neighbors. This time I got different plates, enjoying the color and the flavors, always following my girls suggestions. NOE servs the best and freshness ginger ever taste before. Thanks. They're very nice about making substitutions and the service is great!

10/10 the food is absolutely delicious and the service is amazing our server Daniela M was really attentive and kind, if you want fresh and delicious sushi come here you won’t regret it. The cocktails are amazing and perfectly crafted. my husband and I tried their japanese margarita and a passion fruit drink (i forgot the name) ITS MARVELOUS. we had a beautiful experience i highly recommend

The service was amazing by Shantanu! he made a a point that everything met my expectations. The appetizer By Fy TU was delicious! you can have it with shrimp, octopus or crab. I went for the octopus. The salmon was good but too much rice at the bottom so it overwhelmed the fish and vegetables

EXCELLENT restaurant to take a date or otherwise. Food is unique with sushi 🍣 of Ecuadorian mix, among other dishes of tasty food fusion. Everything we ate was Amazing, served by a very attentive and friendly staff and very reasonably priced for the ambiance. Go and ENJOY!!

Noe Sushi in South Miami is a restaurant that undoubtedly sparks mixed opinions. While the ambiance is pleasant, it is not particularly remarkable—the real focus here is the food and service. From the moment we arrived, we received impeccable service. Our waitress, a young American woman with an impressive command of Spanish, was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu—something that is always appreciated in a restaurant of this caliber. As for the food, some dishes were simply outstanding, while others were disappointing. The undisputed star of the day was the Tenderloin Kubay, a dish that, surprisingly, is not prominently featured on the menu. Its juicy, flavorful meat was unanimously praised at our table. The By Fay Tu shrimp and crab, along with the Truffled Dumplings, also received high marks. However, other dishes failed to impress. The Stone Crab Risotto, Seafood Yaki Noe, Mushitako, Maki Tartare, and Cevichimi were all acceptable but far from memorable. The biggest letdown of the evening was the Yaki Noe Seafood, described on the menu as a type of paella. What arrived at our table was, in reality, a sweet rice dish buried under an overwhelming amount of sauce, rendering it inedible. The difference between the menu photo and what was actually served was staggering. Despite these inconsistencies, the portions were generous, and the average price per person was around $68. A definite plus was the ability to pay with InKind, which was highly appreciated.

Server Shantanu is ama ing-I've lost track how many times we ve been there each and every time it's amazing-food quality is out of this world ambiance is perfect both outside and in definitely recommend! Go!!!

Everything was absolutely delicious! The fish in the sushi was very fresh. The establishment is very nice and the vibe is great. Our server, Michael was very nice. The drinks were yummy! The Sake Negroni was a bit stronger but still good, while the passion pisco was sweet and refreshing. My favorite dish was the KAMAZUKI which was a soup prepared in a coconut base, salmon, crab kanikama, clams, shrimp and two exquisite types of masago caviar. It honestly tasted like a lobster bisque! The only thing missing was some oyster crackers or bread to dip into it. I truly did enjoy this dish though. Every piece of sushi was phenomenal. The best roll was the passion roll, it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the passionfruit sauce gave it a nice finish. I loved the beet threads in the middle of the dish. The bonsai roll platter was great, we shared it in between 4 people. It was perfect because there was 4 pieces of each type of roll for us to each try a piece. As an appetizer we shared the grilled octopus and the sauce it was marinated in was amazing. My friend had the ramen and she loved it. Overall, we loved this new spot. I'm glad that they opened something great to replace the previous establishment. I hope Noe stays open for a long time. I plan on coming back again with other friends!

They were accommodating for my wife's shellfish Allergy with our dishes and have since come here to celebrate with family. The food is insanely good but the service is what truly brings you back in and Evelyn made the experience and unforgettable one. So many places are delicious but the service sucks, this is not one of those places. 10/10 will be coming here often.

This restaurant was not what we were expecting. I will start by saying that the ambiance is nice... it has good music and decor is on point. The menu items and description sound amazing but when it comes to execution it lacked quality and flavor. Their nigiris were disappointing eventhough I ordered from their top tier selections. I was really hoping for a great go to sushi place but I think I will continue looking. Some dishes were okay but it is a hit or miss kind of a place. Hopefully others had a better experience... for me ... I will pass on coming back.

We had high expectations for this Ecuadorian sushi fusion restaurant, as we're still in search of a solid sushi venue in the South suburbs. Alas, Noe did not meet our expectations. Strengths include: *Pork tacos were the best dish of the night by far *Innovative, tasty cocktails, including sake martini and Japanese margarita *Wide variety of choices *Our waiter (Greg R) was friendly and helpful Weaknesses: *Huge, encyclopedic menu is difficult to navigate *Wine list is limited *The sushi and sashimi were forgettable; nothing really stood out or was memorable * The one signature dish we tried missed the mark: Makano, which is banana, octopus, and crab, sounded interesting, but just didn't work. Unfortunately, the search for sushi excellence in the South suburbs continues...

Stellar food! Not your typical japanese cuisine, it has a touch of Ecuadorian fusion. Service was exceptional! Very nice. Must try all the items I placed in the pictures, all the platters were amazing. Pork Ramen was delish!! The dining area is gorgeous! Nice area too, South Miami is nice to walk around after. They have their own free parking in the back make sure to check.

Wow, just wow. This place truly exceeded my expectations. I can't even begin to describe how amazing the experience was. I noticed this restaurant had opened a few months back and was curious to give it a try. My partner and I had been talking about going, but I kept forgetting to make a reservation. Fortunately, my partner didn't forget and surprised me by taking me there for my birthday. It was such a delightful surprise. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. Although there was an issue with our reservation not coming through on OpenTable, they immediately seated us without any hassle. Our server was attentive and took the time to explain the restaurant's concept. We started with two appetizers: the Cevichimi roll and the Stone Crab roll. Both were incredible, but in different ways. The Stone Crab roll featured the freshest fish, which melted like butter in my mouth. It was a simple yet perfectly balanced roll, allowing the quality of the fish and crab to shine. The Cevichimi roll, however, was bursting with flavor; combining the bold flavors of ceviche with sushi was genius. This was my favorite roll by far--I'm practically salivating as I write this. If you love sushi and ceviche, this is a must-try. The server also came over and dropped off the maki tartare complimentary from the chef, which was funny because it had been one of the apps I was considering trying. The appetizer was lovely and definitely sesame overwhelming but I had no issues with it but my partner did. I enjoyed the tuna in it with the Cevichimi sauce they serve which was amazing. Worth a try if you enjoy sesame taste. For our main dishes, we ordered the Kani Seaweed Salad and the Prawn and Salmon Hibachi. The seaweed salad was our least favorite; while it was enjoyable, the combination of seaweed with imitation crab didn't quite work for us. However, the Prawn and Salmon Hibachi was exceptional. The prawns were perfectly seasoned, and the salmon served as a refreshing palate cleanser, beautifully balancing the flavors of the prawns and vegetables. The fried rice was decent, but the true stars of the dish were the prawns and vegetables, which left me wanting more. We also ordered two cocktails--a gin and tonic and an old-fashioned. The drinks were solid, though nothing out of the ordinary. The gin and tonic came in a goblet-like glass, which was a bit unusual but didn't detract from the experience. The restaurant's ambiance was lovely, with a great music selection that complemented the atmosphere. To top it off, the owner and executive chef came out to greet us personally. He shared his story and talked about his other restaurants in Latin America, which added a nice personal touch to the evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend coming here for the sushi and main dishes, and I can't wait to come back!

Noe Sushi Bar is amazing! The lobster roll is fresh and full of flavor, the oysters are super fresh, and the dessert is delicious and the perfect way to end the meal.

This place pleasantly suprised me. With some great unique sushi options I find this place as a great option especially for the coral gables area. If you are near by I definitely recommend this place as a local top!

Wow ! I was thrilled to see that this restaurant, which I first tried in Ecuador, opened up a location here. I couldn't wait to give it a shot! We sampled the pork tacos (a must-try), dumplings, and a couple of their signature rolls--the Fire Roll and Noburi. The Fire Roll was literally on fire--flambéed right at the table, which was a fun touch! For dessert, we ended with the Tarta Vasca. Every bite was fantastic, with rich flavors and quick service. I'm already planning my next visit to explore more of their menu. The place itself is beautiful, with a really nice ambiance that adds to the experience. The service was spot on--our server was incredibly kind and attentive. I also tried the passion fruit pisco, and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend checking out this new spot.

I had an excellent dining experience at this sushi restaurant. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and delicately prepared, with each bite melting in my mouth. The sushi rolls were equally impressive--flavorful, inventive, and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I'll definitely be returning for more! Highly recommend for anyone craving high-quality sushi.

The food here is delicioussss. Service was fast and friendly, we went during lunch and enjoyed many different dishes (they have free parking - that's a plus) . The rolls with plantain are the perfect balance of sweetness. There's so many different flavors to try, couldn't be happier this gem from ECUADOR is finally here

Came here on a Sunday night with a group of friends and we have no notes. Noe did the damn thing! Lots of fusion sushi places miss the mark when combining two very different cuisines but Noe did not make this mistake. The flavors of each dish pair perfectly and leaves you wanting more. In addition to delicious food the service was impeccable, there were only two servers that night and our waiter was never unavailable. We will absolutely be back. Amazing drinks, great service, and even better food. Hopefully all future restaurants in somi can bring this level of dining. Ten ten tens across the board for Noe

Awesome Welcome and service by Ernesto. We had visited Ecuador twice and were delighted to now see Noe Sushi Bar in Miami, but what a surprise that Chef Noe was actually there!! The Passion Piscos were delicious. We delighted on; Truffled Dumplings, Crab Fire and Lobster Tail Rolls. The Noe Tataki is truly special. Blu Fin Toro and the Umi are delicacies and the Lamb Tacos were mouthwatering. At the end a Key Lime Pie was shared by all. Very open airy ambiance. We want a Noe Sushi Bar in Orlando!!

I've been wondering about this place so I'm glad we were able to check it out as I didn't think we needed another sushi spot in the area - and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Our server/bartender, Greg, was amazing. He was very attentive and enthusiastic. We tried a crab appetizer thing that was delicious. The gin cocktails were great, too (& we're not gin drinkers.) The sashimi, particularly the salmon, was the freshest, most buttery salmon I think I've ever had. Greg even gave us a preview of the full menu they'll be unveiling soon and each item looked more mouthwatering than the last. Will definitely be back to try more non-sushi items soon!

The quality of food was top notch truly impeccable presentation. The ambiance was amazing. The service was fantastic. The sushi fresh and delicious. The pork tacos were divine.

This was our first time coming here and we had a very nice experience. The restaurant is very nice and elegant--definitely perfect for a date night. We ordered a sushi appetizer... delicious but Very Small! We ordered a seafood dish and another Tune entree. Both delicious with great flavors. It was not super busy for a Saturday night, but yet the service was a tad bit slow. Overall, I would say very good--but not excellent in my opinion.

Service was quite lacking. From greeting; where they claimed we had no reservation, -even though we had screen shot of confirmation - to requesting the check , rudeness and bluntness prevailed. On the positives food was better looking and larger in size than the excellently done menu. Everyone in our party found the food to be very good but were put off by service. Found out on check out that for large party (which was undefined) there is an automatic 20% service charge which was not disclosed even when bill was presented, luckily spotted by one of us. Parking also challenging but par for the course in SoMi

Great new sushi restaurant in South Miami. The miso soup was perfectly made, good size portion, and hot which was great. The Kanisu roll was fresh and had a sweet taste. Would recommend and will be back to try some more dishes.

Good food, with something for everyone. Familiar favorites as well as more creative options blending Ecuadorean and Japanese cuisines. Ambiance is nice, despite being located on a highway. Service is excellent. Shantanu has been our server twice and is incredibly attentive, charming, professional, and just delightful.

The food is spectacular and unique with influences from Japan, Peru and Ecuador. Chef Noe was so gracious and clearly delighted to speak to customers. He's definitely been able to create a good service environment at this location, and at this point we are regulars.

Tried out this new spot last Saturday and were impressed with our experience! Our host, Nick, seated us right away at our table which had comfortable seats and was spacious for our large group. Our server, Greg, was informative and quick with service. He answered all of our questions without any frustration, guided us on what to choose based on each of our preferences, and brought our drinks and appetizers out right away. The truffle butter sushi roll and tuna tartare were absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered did not disappoint. We even had a surprise visit from the chef himself. Definitely recommend trying this restaurant!

Food / prices were amazing and so was the staff. We had the ceviche roll to start, which was great! Then My husband had the ramen and I had a soup and they were both delicious. Would come back again. 10/10

I have been to Noe Sushi Bar a couple of times in the past few weeks with family and friends. The food was delicious each time! The ambiance and service are great. Would highly recommend the Tataki and all the rolls!!!

Noe Sushi bar has a very inviting atmosphere. From the welcoming host , to the servers, to the chef, to the amazing bartenders. The food was exquisite! Drinks were delicious as well! My family and I had a great time. Would highly recommend.
