I'm going to give them an A for presentation and size of rolls. The price is a bit steep for the area and condition of the place but nonetheless the food was nicely presented. Fresh and filling. My daughter said her food was 4.5/5 I would say 4/5 lacked that cohesiveness like something was missing. Will try and upload pics but I had the roll with the crispy onion on top. Onion bloom? Unsure of the name

In love with this place the first time I tried. It's a small cozy place, wasn't very busy when we came, they got one last table left and we got seated right away. I like the samurai decorations on the wall. The pink dragon roll was amaaaaazzziiiiingggggg. The dragon roll was good too. We also got scallop and squid sushi, really fresh, and softshell crab. Will come back next time I crave sushi. I think this is my favorite sushi restaurant in town so far.

The service is outstanding, and the rolls are fresh and tasty. The tuna crispy rice is by far the best here. We have tried it at several places and have really been blown away by how good and tasty this appitizer is. We then tried it here, and it was beyond the blown away level. Everything we have tried here is delicious and consistent. I highly recommend O Sushi! Update: I am still a regular here, and it is always good👍

O Sushi is fantastic! We stopped in on a whim because we go to the movies here a lot, and so we figured we'd check it out. I think it's my favorite sushi place in Santa Clarita. The sushi was very fresh, well portioned, and delicious! Super happy with the service and the quality of the food. I highly recommend this place, I've lived here over 20 years, and I'm super disappointed that I've never stopped in. I guess they've been around over 7 years now. Check them out! I wish I would have thought to take a picture before we ate everything, but it was so good, we just got right at it.

We have spent thousands ordering regularly but there is an ongoing issue that they are not addressing. At least twice now our order has arrived incomplete. 2 pieces of sushi roll missing, 1 piece of sashimi missing. Same omissions every time, but different delivery drivers. This indicates the restaurant are not putting the advertised quantity in. When we have called, they have blamed Doordash. However even if that were true, this is partly the restaurant’s fault as they don’t seal their bags, unlike other restaurants. We strongly suggest purchasing some cheap food tampering stickers from Amazon and sealing every bag properly starting now. Then, if food arrives “missing” we will know it isn’t the drivers. Or if the sticker is removed, we will know it is the drivers. One way or another, the restaurant has so far failed to resolve this, and they have the power to easily do so. Last night when $$ of food was missing, we called, asked for the manager, were put on hold, hung up on, called back, went to voicemail, called again later, put on hold, then finally we were promised the manager would call us back. You guessed it, the manager never called. We tried calling one final time today before leaving a review. Phone goes to a “voicemail not set up” message. For all the money we have given them, short changing us on food, or not protecting the food from tampering, and ignoring our request for a call back, and making it impossible to call you, means we are leaving this reluctant 1-star review. We’ve tried literally everything and given the restaurant every opportunity. If the issue goes away, we will adjust our review in the future. We hope this feedback helps.

Great sushi place in a the SCV. Weekday specials of buy three special rolls and get one free. Buy beer or sake and get a second one for a penny. Service was very good. Sushi was great. Walk across the parking lot to see a movie afterwards. There are always two boards up, additional special rolls and Chef's Special. Some choices for ramen as well. The Spicy Tempura Cut Roll Light rice) was phenomenal! Have been here several times, never a bad review for me. Enjoy!

Great place in downtown Canyon Country. My boys and I love it.

The fish here is very fresh and the rolls are delicious. My mom it's the best tuna tatami she has ever had. Service is up and down, depends on who you get. The place is small and cute, needs to be busier for how good it is.

Yesterday, i tried this sushi spot out. It was ok service when we sat down. The california rolls and miso soup were also ok. I didn't like the spicy chicken all that well. Even though orices were good, i doubt I'll be returning, but Edgar was a good waiter.

Im back!!! Thankfully, I've converted my family to O Sushi. Even though it's further away for them, they always say "Yes" to "O"! We got the lunch combos, always fabulous in every way. You'll stay with excellent miso soup and the freshly prepared salad weath crispy thin cucumbers, red ripe tomato, homemade ginger dressing, and lovely crisp lettuce. I just had to feature the fresh wasabi. I'd you've never tried it fresh, you must make the trip. However, once you do, you may never be satisfied with anything less. Make no mistake, the sushi is top notch, top grade, tippie top prepared and super tippie top service! The salmon of the teriyaki salmon deserves to be thoroughly enjoyed. Somebody kiss the chef!

It's been a while but just as good as ever!! It looks like they've redone the inside and it looks more open now with lighter colors but it's been a few years since I've visited. We sat at the sushi bar this time and the gentleman who served us was quick and attentive, even if we were 2/6 people there! Though it was slow, he took time to offer my fiancé a different type of wasabi and he really enjoyed that! We will be back again!!

The portion size is really good here. The shrimp tempura taste like it's made with panko. The 911 roll was really yummy (I would order it again) The shrimp tempura roll I would get again. And I enjoyed the hush roll but I ordered it with seaweed instead of soy paper. (I would order it again) I would come here again. This place is cute. Very cleanly. I appreciate it. Staff is nice. Price point is reasonable for the quality of fish. It's fresh.

Well, we decided to come back and see if our 1st experience would match our 1st visit.. it did. Jessica was our server again, she remembered us and was super friendly. A comfortable place to go.. The fish was very good again, and the sushi chefs were very quick with their service. Outstanding rolls.

Easy parking in Edward theater lot. They do a very big Togo business. We had a cherry blossom roll and a spicy salmon role which seemed to have the same sauce. They were a bit heavy with sauce. We also did a Mayflower role which has a mustard sauce. Service was very good.

Over the years I have eaten at many Sushi restaurants. BUT, the quality of food at O' Sushi is unparalleled and will now be my only Sushi restaurant from now on and forever. The staff are very friendly and always make an effort to be sure I was very pleased with my dishes and even recommends many other specialty dishes I have yet to experience. This used to my favorite place but they stopped caring so I'm gonna stop coming. As an appetizer, I ordered a miso soup and bit into a frozen tofu cube. I told the waitress and she took it back only to bring another bowl with more frozen tofu. If the chef isn't going to take his job seriously then I'll take my business elsewhere.

Everything we order was so yummy. Packed with flavor and perfect amount of fish and rice ratio. My favorite rolls were the 14 hwy and oh baby roll. My son and husband really enjoyed the food here. The yellowtail collar is huge. 3 people can definitely share that plate. Only downside is it didn't come with a side of rice like other places. Great service and great food.

Food tastes so so good, the fish is so fresh, soft, especially the bluefin. The service is great, fast, and friendly. The price is very reasonable, rolls are around 13-16$. The place is not packed at all, pretty much available anytime.

This was the second time we've been here, the first was years ago. Both times have been great!! Juan was the best chef and gave great recommendations. Every server we had was very attentive. I honestly have nothing bad to say about our visit. This will definitely be our new spot, even though it's about 15-20 mins out of the way.

I've lived in the area a long time. I've been to this place maybe a couple times for takeout. Today and came for lunch and actually sat down... whewww where do I begin?! The service was GREAT and the lunch special was amazing for the value literally fed 2 people for under about $20 bucks is amazing. Anyway, definitely worth a try, even more so for a great lunch special :)

Best thing on the menu was deep fried Goyza. Which is saying a lot. Been here several times, used to be amazing but employee turn over rate is very high, servers last few visits have been inattentive and dissmissive, no tp in restroom, food and restaurant have smelled like strong cleaning chemicals on more than one occasion and this affects the taste of food. Given this place far too many redemptive chances. No more. Would not recommend

This is a fabulous sushi joint. Perhaps we happened to dine in on the day they just got their fish delivery, or perhaps they're getting so many orders that their supply is always poppin fresh. Either way the fish I had was superior quality to the average run of the mill sushi joint. Staff is helpful, polite, and there to serve. They get so busy, overwhelming amount of pick up orders, lots of dine in. But somehow they persevere. Per sushi / sashimi / rolls. I loved the boom boom pow and all of the sushi and sashimi I got. Didn't care much for the hand roll, it was just basic- something missing. The ramen was lovely. Tempura is quality definitely one of the better tempuras I've had. Kirin on tap, the only beer on tap... the only beer needed! Prices are very reasonable. Overall experience was great. I appreciate how kind they are to every single customer. Little touches like that reflect the owners and management of this restaurant. My expert tip: be kind and patient to your servers especially here because they do get really busy and it's hard work being on your toes like that.

Came to give this place a try since our usual Sushi 661 is always crowded, for good reason. Kinza is fabulous but I don't always want to drive over. I think we found a new place to go close to our home! We just had a quick lunch but we're looking forward to dinner here soon. Tried Orange Blossom, Pink Dragon and Fire Fire rolls. The pan fried Gyoza was very good here. Really good size and very tasty with some nice texture to it. Orange...I'm definitely ordering again. Fire Fire was my husbands and he loved it. The service from the time we entered to the end was really great. Friendly, caring and helpful with all our questions. Very good experience

I had such an awesome experience here, I had to leave a Yelp Review. I have been to most of the sushi places in SCV - both AYCE and non-AYCE. I eat a lot, so I tend to gravitate towards AYCE options when I KNOW I'm hungry. Though O Sushi is NOT AYCE place, I will have to say this will be my new go-to when I need to eat sushi in SCV. I ordered the Chiraishi Bowl, my standard "go-to" to see how great a Japanese restaurant is. From the hearty portion of miso soup and salad, I was pleasantly surprised. Then came out the actual bowl. Wow. The fish were all top-notch quality, and the portion was AMAZING. I get upset when I get too little or too much rice, but the rice portion was perfect too. I will also add that they provide a "true wasabi" in addition to the pasty wasabi that most are familiar with. This place is legit. To further add to the experience, they were playing a Fast and the Furious movie for the guests to watch. What an amazing cherry on top. This amazing Chiraishi experience was only $24 before tax/tip. I will CERTAINLY come back here again. Thank you for the great food and service!

Ahhhhh Mazzzzing!!!! Every time never disappointed! Sushi is so good and the workers are very efficient. You canl call it a "Hole in the wall" but I'd say it's the best kept secret! Highly recommend this place

Been here a couple times now with my wife, and we thoroughly enjoy each time we visit here. It's an intimate place to eat, and the service is always top notch. Food came out in a reasonable time, and most importantly, it was delicious! The New Style Sashimi surprised me because I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. The Lion King Roll was full of flavor and tasted extremely fresh. Great place for to-go orders too, as we saw lots of people picking up orders while we were there. Plenty of parking as it's in the same lot as the Edward's Cinema theatre.

The specialty rolls are pretty good, and the garlic edamame is the bomb. The service was not bad, but some servers are better than others. It gets really busy after 6, and they only have a handful of tables.

O-sushi is the best sushi restaurant in the SVC. Please take marked my first sentence into consideration when looking at the number of stars " in the SVC". It is clean, welcoming, nice food presentation, and good tasting food. You can see the care from the chef to the server. I especially appreciate the fact that the staff does not encourage obnoxious behavior. The chef seemed very humble and cared about the food he placed before his customers. To me, this is where good Japanese food starts. This is where I'll go for my Sushi fix. All others sushi restaurants are just okay regardless of their star ratings(in my opinion).

Service was good/fast. Small location but I think I'm noticing for all sushi places for SCV they're all going to be small. Definitely a place you should come for eating nigiri vs rolls.

Great food, terrible service! Honestly, best sushi in town. That's just my opinion. The only reason I can't give them a 1 star. I just wish service was better and they weren't so cheap when your order online. It's more expensive and they through all the food in one plate. Got 3 separate orders and they put everything in one box. I payed more, picked up my food, and didn't need service. The least you can do is organize out take out better. I know they are busy, but it would be nice if they acknowledge you when your waiting for 10 minutes. No eye contact or "We will be right with you."

Surprisingly excellent and reasonably priced sushi in an unassuming cool hipster style location. The Fire Fire roll was incredible and the Unagi was also excellent. Everything was delicious and the service was spot on Totally recommended and I would definitely come back

This place was awful, my friends and I came here for dinner and there were about 4 others inside this very small restaurant. We were sat right in front of the cash register but we were ignored completely the whole time. They never refilled our water, our server was sat at the register on her phone the whole time, didn't check on any other guest while we were there, slammed down our checks without a word and walked away, and my order was wrong so when I sent it back she didn't apologize or say a word she just took it and left. Staff clearly doesn't care about the customers (especially our waitress) and the food is super mediocre, I would never recommend this place or return. I have never in my life given a $0 tip before but there's a first time for everything as they say.

I am so disappointed in the quality food that I have received this evening. I am beyond words the shrimp tempura meal was just shrimp and rice, there No sauce to dip in...nothing. I was coming here at least once or twice a month at $100 a pop, and now the quality of the food I am saddened to say is not what it was. The consistency of quality was always there and now the last two orders have not been up to par. The Uni was not fresh at all.

I've developed my taste to sushi a well cultured experience. When you drop by O Sushi you should try my fav. Named "the Japanese Burrito" it's spicy tuna roll and tempura shrimp all rolled in perfect rice on soy paper. Basic,generous portions and mega comfort food! You have to get one or ten!

Ordered O Sushi on DoorDash. I have not been to the restaurant in person. I order 4 salmon sashimi. I understood the extra charge for delivery but did not want to go out. Ordered 4 orders of salmon sashimi. Paid an enormous $12 tip for the driver. For $70 without tip I got 12 pieces of Sashimi. 12. To say I have major buyers remorse in the amount of fish I received is an understatement Other restaurants have larger pieces and serve 8 per order (double what I received). If you order, just be aware.

Let's face it, prices have gone up, and O Sushi is no exception. They're still my favorite sushi place in SCV. They are a small business deserving of our support. Favorites for me include the Boom Boom Pow sashimi plate, the Fire Fire specialty roll, and Hamanas. I'm a regular customer here.

The rolls looked good, and tasted good. I really enjoyed the Red Dragon and Pink Dragon. They provided a heavy serving of the plum wine which I appreciated. Gave a substantial portion of ginger, and the ingredients felt fresh. Good lighting and nice ambiance. Would come back.

Chloe gave great service! We enjoyed the ambiance and had a great time celebrating my dad's birthday here tonight. Their vegetable tempura was delicious and the spicy garlic edamame was notable as well. We'll be coming back!

I was super excited for my take out order last night! I ordered the dinner combo with 3 items, but this is what I got for beef teriyaki :/ I had called it in and came 15 minutes later and still waited for it at the restaurant, so I definitely did not expect it to look like this

First time I've had sushi from this location. Last minute decision, won't ever do that again. I ordered a crunch roll, but it was really poorly made with a square cube of cream cheese in the center. Wasn't great but whatever. My fathers order however looked decent right until he discovered a nice piece of hair in the roll. When he called the restaurant back they told him they would refund it. He took the sushi back to them for proof and they laughed and giggled at him. Made him feel ridiculous for even taking it back to him. He's pretty upset and now he didn't finish his dinner of course cause who's hungry after finding a hair in their food. I'm really surprised by the lack of decorum by the employees there. Makes it seem like this is a regular occurrence. They didn't really apologize and we're pretty lackadaisical about it. Which as a customer eating or ordering from a restaurant you would think there would be some bit of remorse but I guess not. Yet again another reason I won't stray from Sushi Song in Valencia or Kinza. Those are the only two sushi places in SCV that have good sushi and great customer service. Do not waste your time going this restaurant unless you check your food.

Food was pretty good. Ordered takeout online and customer service was great. They called me to clarify some modifications I requested and I appreciated that. The portions were generous especially the Mega Spicy Crab Salad -- good amount of spicy crab. Everything including the sushi burrito was fresh. One thing I will say though... I wish the ramen was separated from the soup for the miso ramen I ordered. I ordered it for my child so the portion was pretty big and there was no way she could have finished it all, so it would have been nice to save it for leftovers if the ramen was not mixed in with the broth already. Otherwise, everything was good and will order from here again.

Love this sushi spot. Super small but it's worth the wait if you going to dine-in. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. I try to order a different item every time we go here.

We ordered fire fire Pink dragon Crispy Edward Canyon king This place is not for someone that likes flavor and wants something to satisfy your taste for sushi Asked for a custom order and it came out wrong When I asked them to put what I want they removed the stuff from the roll and sent it back out with nothing but half of what I asked for. Barley any sauce on any of the rolls Didn't even taste fresh Next!

Portions were decent and my server was very pleasant, but my problem was really with the food itself. They're putting a different spin on sushi that I didn't care for. That said, it's really my own experience, you may go there and love what they're doing, just wasn't for me. Might be worth giving them a try, perhaps you would like more than I did, just a matter of preference really.

By far the worst tasting sushi I have had. The service was just as bad. Very inattentive staff that forgot many items of our order . Same waitress serving our food was also cleaning tables without any hand hygiene in between. Would not recommend.

This place has really good sushi! The best part it's never full when I stop by after work around 6pm. Definitely try it out , and prices are affordable. Not some over expensive sushi bar or anything like that. Nice staff and friendly service :)
